Because it wouldn't be fair now, would it? The shop and the requirements to get SD were opened together, so everyone could get at the same time. Giving SD for this requirement before it was revealed to anyone wouldn't be cute. SD rewards will be given out counting from the shop opening.

Oh ok.. I get it.. I thought Wai said u guys do retro processing.. Read it the other way around..
