Hello Early Access people! We the Moderators of Thriller Bark would like you to give us Feedback regarding the forum.

What is good?
What is bad?
What is missing?
What needs to be upgraded?

We are asking this for one simple reason: We wanna open the forum and this would be the last stepping stone in opening it. If everything is good we can open it , if something is missing we can fix it

My suggestions/critics:

If people want to move to TB, they should have a bit more freedom in terms of One Piece. If that's for now not possible: Could there be created a third thread that will be opened only spoiler days? The same goes for a news thread or a theory corner, but maybe I am overdoing it. We don't know yet how many people will come here.

This is all I can say for now. All in all it is difficult to estimate since it feels empty here yet, we are less than 30 people here. I hope this forum comes to life with its official opening and more can be said later.

This isn't changable. That system has changed from "likes" to "reactions" The indication that you're liked something is this:

If there is enough activity, a section should come along soon enough.
As for spoilers, you should read the anime & manga guidelines:

Not permitted discussion on Thriller Bark:

• Spoilers(pre-releases. Scanlations are fine)
• Shipping
• Power level
• Constant discussion criticizing the series. The odd criticism is fine.

You are free to create private conversations for the above mentioned, as long as you confer with people before inviting them. However public discussion on these subjects generally doesn't lead to healthy discussion.

It could, but personally i like how it is now.

Probably not. There's the issue of copyright and not wanting DMCA takedown notices., as well as the addon for the media section costs money.

Yes, there are ranks. Staff banners overrides rank ladder, but "Just Reborn" is rank 1.

There will be. It may not be up till after OJ goes down completely though.

Yeah one more thing, don’t know if this is an issue on my end or not but sometimes the site lags and I’ll have to wait up to 10-20s for it to respond again, I tried open google, yahoo and even OJ and they all opened while TB didn’t.

I can see how much more the logo can be reduced, but it can't be much, otherwise it lose its appeal.

We are currently working on a FAQ as well, so when it's up this will be in there for easy access as well.

Thank you for bringing this up. It's something for us to look about, but I think it should not be happening since the icons are default and the host is not down or anything. Have you tried cleaning your cache history?

Currently by clicking on the mafia image you taken away to the mafia section.

But i doubt people will be clicking the image. I don't know how much work would it be to add new games every single time but i wouldn't mind having a small directory under the image

To answer both of you it's not that much work, but what Gin is mentioning is a link to the sign ups, not the current games. So not only would they be redirected to the mafia section, but also have a link that redirect directly into the sign up page.

I am satisfied with the dark theme! Just the yellow color is a bit too saturated. So it's blending. Yellow is a very bright color and since it's a cold yellow on top of it in this case its contrast to the dark colors doesn't fit well. The dark colors are even purple which is the complementary color to yellow, so they strengthen each others saturation even more. The yellow tone feels out of place.

I ain't a mod but that could be due to the browser you're using? In my browsers on laptop and phone all icons are shown without problems.

Some of the issues are that you find the artwork shared repeatedly on social media/google/pinterest so original owner cannot always be contacted. A lot of artist watermark their works so GFX folks can't remake their art.
We can add something but it would be difficult for us to monitor who has actual permission to share works and not. (Read: we wouldn't be able to properly monitor the situation)

Our server is a lot weaker than OJ, yahoo, google, etc.

This logo?

Clicking on it on the front page sends you to the forum.

Maybe, but the more posts you have or how many posts you like, it takes more and more of the server, and as i said, we have a much weaker server than OJ.

That's an issue for you. They all load for us.

Not really important enough to make its own tab.

Yeah, I'm debating removing it. All the stuff in it can be found elsewhere.

While we could do a thing in the sidebar for signup threads, there's only so few at a time.

That's right, of course. But just to remind every GFX creator that they should respect the artist a bit more and that they should at least try to find the artist, tell them about google reverse image search, which can help a WHOLE LOT. And if they can't get permission from the artist but still want to use it, at least mention the original artist of it so the official work won't go down the drain. Taking art without even knowing the artist should be a complete no-go though in my opinion, because you can't link it.

Which yellow? There's a couple different variations around the site ?

The yellow of the font. ^^ The same goes actually for the white. Both are a strong contrast to the dark theme in general. But the yellow is really bright. The saturation should be lessened a bit in my opinion so it falls more into the background.

The links and options! But now that you mention it... The titles of the guidelines are REALLY BRIGHT as well. It's also almost green. I would make them both less saturated.
