ONE PIECE CHAPTER 967 QUICK SUMMARY

Roger starts searching for Poneglyph.
He has a conversation with Tom in Water 7 (Franky met Oden & Roger Pirates !!)
Roger then visits Fishman Island and deciphers Poneglyph in Sea Woods. It turns out to be an apology from Joy Boy as stated in FI arc.
(He meets Neptune & Shyarly)

They also visit Wano, but they stay for only several hours. Family crest of Kouzuki is found on the last Road Poneglyph.
They visit Zou too and it's former Ruler is shown
When they are about to set sail to the final island, Buggy has a high fever. Shanks takes care of him.
(Probably it means neither of them reached Laugh Tale, same for Toki & her Children who were left in Wano & Inu/Neko too)

Roger succeeds in sailing around the world that nobody has ever achieved.
He laughs in front of the vast amount of treasures and says he wants to have been born in the same era as Joy Boy lived.
Roger calls the final island "Laugh Tale.

Apparently Roger had two Road Poneglyphs before meeting Oden because we didn't see WCI & 4th Poneglyph
And it makes sense honestly, because Zou & Wano are the only Places that Roger couldn't have visited before

Hidden details i noticed

Scopper Gaban seems to be the Navigator as he seems to be drawing a Map
Neptune doesn't seem like he was the King during Roger's Visit
Shanks & Buggy missed Laugh Tale (Obvious one)
Zou Former Ruler is shown

Factories were already present in Wano indicating that Orochi could have already made an Alliance with Kaido and is simply waiting for Oden's Return to invade and kill him (PS: I don't think it's because they are afraid of him but because they want to frame him and kill him as a Traitor so that Orochi rule becomes legitimate and ofc so that he doesn't oppose them from outside Wano)
Kin'emon and others seems to have been working (In the Factories most probably)

Ashura & Denjiro aren't shown and thinking about it, during Kin'emon Flashback when Castle was on fire, they were only 5 and they asked about Inu/Neko but nothing was mentioned about Ashura & Denjiro so based on this & the fact that Oden left Wano & Orochi is ruling now and making Factories & Weapons, Ashura & Denjiro abandoned their jobs as Retainers (Obviously they are waiting for Oden)

Among the other Islands that Roger Pirates visited are Sabaody (Obviously, just before Fishmen Island) & Tequila Wolf which is in East Blue, which begs the question, why did Roger return to East Blue after he got Oden ? is 4th Poneglyph in East Blue ??? or was there something important they needed to know about this Bridge that ties to their Main Journey (After all, Robin who is basically Luffy's Oden also visited this Bridge and Kuma wanted to send her there)

Franky did meet Oden! and i'm not sure, but i think there were some hints about this meeting (I will re-check past Chapters and see what i find) also if some people are confused, Roger & Tom are friends and this is at least their second meeting since it was Tom who built Oro Jackson (Buggy & Shanks seem to really love him too)

I'm curious how that mane mane user died. I'm hoping Oden slaughtered that sociopath but who knows.

I'm also hoping we head back to the current story asap. As much as i like Oden's story, the current traitor needs to die and the alliance needs to advance

Oden asked Franky to go meet his Captain (Roger) but Franky refused and said that he doesn't want to meet Pirates especially after being abandoned by such

There is a Possibility that Oda included this scene on purpose to remind us that Franky isn't from Water 7 but actually abandoned by his Parents who were Pirates, could it be that we will get to see Franky's Parents soon ??

As for Roger & Shyarly, he was simply asking about when will Mermaid Princess be born (Shirahoshi) and Shyarly replied "10"

Honestly since 2 of Road Poneglyphs were in Zou & Wano, it makes sense that third one is in Fishmen Island
It always seemed weird to me that an Island as important as Fishmen Island doesn't have any Relevant Poneglyph aside from an Apology

Looks like this Second Poneglyph is our 4th Missing Road Poneglyph
And as far as i can remember, Neptune didn't reveal anything about it to Robin, so most probably it wasn't stolen or missing
In other words, someone trustworthy took it and Neptune didn't see the need to inform Robin about it

There is only one person who could have done such a thing and who is definitely interested in going to Laugh Tale without telling anyone
And that's Shanks !! i believe that after he became Yonko or slightly before, he took the Poneglyph for both Use & to protect it from other Yonko/Pirates
