What does self aware civ mean? And why wouldn't a scum Michelle be friendly? I don't think her handling of you is indicative of town at all.
She was original there. Scum Mich is friendly too, but has a colder agression. :weirdpeep: oh boi, when will you place your vote on me?

You talked about me the most.
The most, yeah probably sure although Rej has a case. I'm trying to lynch you, aren't I?
I never really sheep someone. Even town reads may be wrong
Cool beans.
She was original there. Scum Mich is friendly too, but has a colder agression. :weirdpeep: oh boi, when will you place your vote on me?
I guess we have different definition of original. The observation about you didn't end up saying anything at all, especially since she ended up trusting you after asking a simple question and it didn't come after a reluctance to do so which that whole "Rej fooled me before" should have been about. It's actually usually scum remarks and particularly wordy, town cut right to the chase and the paranoia comes after establishing a read based on the actual game.

You scared kiddo? Let's see Michelle's thoughts.

Your "tentatively agree" marks a difference. Salah is the one that started the conversation, and he concluded that people were engaging in the convo to fake contribution. You agreed with him, so which is it? Especially in this case with the players behavior since you agree with Salah, and I have thoughts there as well.

I think Oko did you favor with that lol, you'd have been the talk of D2.
I agree that it appears scum but is generally not a reliable indicator on any particular person in the conversation being scum.

:datea: Have I missed anything important and/or noteworthy?
Hm.

Hmm the rainbow looks something like this for now :pepethinking:

Larsi
Naomi
Salah
Waindo

Juliet
DDL
Samael

Gambit
AH

Michelle
Kibi

Jinri
Rej
Beky

------

God_Ussopun
Mat D Bizzo
Emperor Cross
Alice
What's the use of compiling this type of list in the middle of D1? By the end of it, most people didn't even vote, and most on your list weren't even active to really give any real read.

:blobcry: rip. I'm just a simpleton
[automerge]1581272725[/automerge]
On a real note, this is my first time playing a mafia game like this where almost nothing is known. There's probably around 12 ish townies besides myself right?
You use this excuse every game to come out appearing clueless. You're my primary suspect at the end of my read up, by the way.

So who have been the top two most suspicious people this Dp
Hayumi should be on everyone's list, and I'm surprised that more son't suspect him.

Who do you suspect?

Well I haven't really had time to follow the game hence I asked the question so i have somewhere to start
And now?

In that case here goes my not so helpful reads right now.

Mafia Lean:
Salah
Becky

Town Lean:
Nova
Samael

Neutral: Everyone else as I have no clue one way or the other
What do you make of the current Samael controversy?

I didn't like how he backed down from accusing me
I do agree with what he said when he admitted his mistake, but he backed out too easily, i felt like he was trying to be too careful

I also suspect Jiniri but u already said everything, he is your case
I would ask for more, but you're already dead.

Wait why do people keep mentioning Jinri? Did they do something that made them sus that I missed?
For no reason really. It's generally a weak reason.

I was casing her earlier and we had a few interactions. It's a mild scum read so I'm waiting to hear more from her. I didn't like her handling of Salah and the whole D1 usefulness discussion in her entrance.
Hm.

He did make a good point about Jinri. I've played with them twice before and they are usually super aggro and making amazing points right off the bat. Super intelligent and if scum they are dangerous the later the game goes. They are great at analyzing thought process as well. They definitely gave off a little bit different of a vibe this game than the other ones
and I believe they were townie both times previously so definitely something to keep note of
I'm active regardless of role. In Star Wars, I was an active scum; in One-Shot, active town; and DB active town and indie.

Because if they end up flipping scum I don't want to be defending them lol
[automerge]1581422868[/automerge]

Well I didn't mean for it to come across sus in any way. That's all I can say to that so sorry!
[automerge]1581423024[/automerge]
I feel like I the need to look at the post from all possible angles like all townies should and didnt want to off the chance of them being genuinely confused and innocent. I'm honestly not nearly as experienced as most of you so it was probably more obviously scummy than I think
Extremely suspicious.

Hayumi is clearly coasting at the moment. The Samael posts will be my next post.

You can start by giving your thoughts on the phase, as well as your leanings.
You may be a lock town or a powerwolf.

Rej I think he is town since yesterday, his posts today don't change this read.

Afh who I voted yday keeps his scum equity.

Matt I just liked by tone and felt genuine.

Alice leans villager.

I like Naomi she remembers me an old game

Usopun's Iso is empty he scum leans too

As far as the general content of the conversation goes, yeah sure. But the attitude and behavior can be used as an indicator. Salah and Waindo seemed genuine in their frustration with a D1 start, and having "no info". I don't think anyone used the convo to milk it and generate fake contribution presence.

Sharing my thoughts, and where I'm at in my head. There is no such thing as a "real" read, there are degrees of educations lol.

Expand on the Hayumi read. I'd like to hear your thoughts on her posts.

I have pretty much everyone on neutral. I’m am slightly suspicious of people trying to lead town as it’s a common scum tactic to get Town cred.
A very general and not AI sentence
I already explained that Day 1 votes are usually baseless. Pretty sure I’m note the only one who voted Day 1 without a solid case.
How can these be town motivated?
Of course if you don't try to figure AIs in day 1 votes may be baseless -_-
I don't see game solving here

There don't need to be any faked contributions since there would be generally none there anyway.

Interesting how you can have such a degree when many barely posted that day.

Hello.

Expand on the Hayumi read. I'd like to hear your thoughts on her posts.
Hayumi is contributing nothing in regards to scum hunting. In regards to his reads, they have given the bare minimum in terms of usefulness (bare minimum being listing names alone). Combining this with simultaneously undermining his own reads and then trying to undercut suspicion in case he's seen as supporting a scum member? That's strange because he's acted nothing like this in previous games.

Lol, you visited it? Are is it your ability?

I did but I don't get it. What do you see?
Naomi claimed doctor. Samael quoted a part of Naomi's PM and voted her anyway. Either he is scum and role copped her last night and is now gloating for some reason, or she's lying. I'm going with the former.

The Samael thing isn't a slip. If were to judge it as a slip, we would need to see a clear indication that it would be seen as a slip by other members of the mafia.

The slip is based around him hinting at her role name, but if we think about this, it seems like an obscure slip that isn't so obvious to anyone. He would have a QT to reveal any knowledge he would have. Furthermore, the slip stands out too much. Slips are usually concealed in a line of reasoning rather than an unconnected sentence at the spaced apart from everything else.

And then the unnecessary doctor reveal. It's too much for me to buy.

Samael quoted a part of Naomi's PM and voted her anyway.
Quote this please.

I'm on phone. Naomi bolded it in her post. You can believe her or not. One of the two is scum.

I disagree it stands out too much. I've seen dumber and more explosive slips. Sometimes it just happens

Weak reasoning tbh. I've explained being busy with school/work and have posted any time I have the chance. I actually gave 3 or 4 back to back reads/pointed out things earlier this morning which no one really responded to, regardlesss I've been saying what I think's been important whenever I can. Not really coasting imo. I'm down to expand on anything if ask. As for you pointing out me being newer as my excuse. In both of those games I was town as well and you were still sus of me for the exact same reason. I always say I'm newer because it's a fact. Everyone here is probably more experienced than me and you've seen me make some wrong/ignorant reads as a townie first hand. I never undermined my own reads at any point in time. Becky was on my sus list d1 for reasons already pointed out and I found the tone of their posting a little scummy. That was literally all. And of course I felt like someone needed to be lynched so Beky seemed like the best choice and therefore I voted for them. I didn't want to undercut suspicion, I was just being honest and looking back I shouldn't have even felt the need to say that I wasnt defending anyone, but again I just wanted to look at their post from all angles. I'm still learning the game in some areas. And I find it interesting that I just pointed out an observation about you and you came at me suddenly. Although your points make me feel like you could he leaning more townie because you hardcore accused me in our other games as well when I ended up being innocent.

Dragon.D
Juliet
Michelle

Lean scum/third
Wai
Gambit-for being active day 1, he no where next day.
God Usopp--- :weirdpeep:
Sam-
kibi--afk is playing?
and rest who are not paying attention.
AFH--50/50 he does this every game i'v seen so not sure.

depending what AFH flips, my sus on sam increase if afh flips town. scum directs from sam sus? Though if flips town have good read on Nova

@Gambit did you tell your scum buddies your alert? as why they had no problem quoting what happen in scum chat? Since i do have condition, and other player gets alerted. This would explain sam mention the angel reference carelessly.

As for my vote, Vote Lynch: Michelle
Seems to have done the most obvious sus behavior so far imo. The chance of them being genuinely confused like I pointed out is slim to the chances of them being scum from their behavior imo. Samael might have slipped but if I had to pick Michelle gets my vote for now.

I believe I said "fake contribution presence". It's basically contributing without actually doing so, by talking about and picking on stuff not exactly game related.
Interesting how you can have such a degree when many barely posted that day.
That's the name of the game. How interesting?
Hayumi is contributing nothing in regards to scum hunting. In regards to his reads, they have given the bare minimum in terms of usefulness (bare minimum being listing names alone). I think judging contribution can be tricky. It shouldn't be black and gray, I feel like he has been trying to share his thoughts the best he can, and that kind of reflect civvie energy. There doesn't seem to be any agenda-y feel to his presence, and I guess a new player can somewhat always be in doubt of his reads. How was he like those previous games?
