For me Hina resembles Tsuru, based on how she interacts with Smoker. (Still fits better then Gion who was actually raised by Tsuru)

So for me its like
Smoker = Garp
Hina = Tsuru
??? = Sengoku

While the last one could actually be X Drake
Common theory is still "Corazon was member of SWORD" making Sengoku former leader of Sword, because he was one of the few knowing about Corazon while being an Admiral. X Drake is actually a SWORDS Captain. So I would wait for post Wano Interactions between Drake, Smoker and Hina.

Why not? He fits every pattern theory created before Momo even existed, MFMM with cahacter traits (Momo = Usopp, Franky) and Zodiac with him resemvling Dragon.

On top of that he would have a purpose to join. Zoro started to train him and Nico Robin is the only one able to teach him the old language. About the Vivi ruler syndrom Momo is too young to rule, Kyoshiro, Kinemon or Hiyori can become placeholder.
He would be an apprentice in board like Shanks, Buggy on Rogers ship or Marco, Jozu and Teach in WBs ship.
