Kane shifted his glare at Caroline who was following him and Nero. The bastard was asking for a death wish. Kane's sharp glare scanned every corner of the hall like a hawk searching for prey. His eyes were long and narrow, showing a savage expression. He bit his lower lip before drawing his twin blades from his back. "Oh well, our captain doesn't have any business with a weird face like you. So you'll have to make do with me instead...!!"

"SUPERIOR SLICE!!" Kane's speed was fast and he didn't need a lot of time to turn to Caroline. As his sword held outstretched in one arm. He then executes a two-handed overhead swing to split his opponent into two from the top down.
Carol appeared to have targetted and as he was already in mid-stance would have difficulty pivoting and changing the alteration of the attack mid-air, thus could barely see a shadow come at him. Due to the earlier damage, Carol could do nothing but gaze his eyes up from the attack delivered his way. His eyes googled out popping with veins as Kane's attack swung south with a little cut forming flowing with blood down his face. His final words that would be said would just barely qualify as a whisper "Iva-" with his eyes rolling to the back of his head and passing out thus dying.
Carol was already hit prior so he was already wounded before his attack.

~ Caroline has been taken out ~

With Nero's gaze turn on Ivankov who was executing their attack, the young man, Nero, smiled slightly. He smiled as he pictured his enemy desperately trying to flee. His hardened expression suddenly softened into a cheery smile as said this to Ivankov. "You're annoying. Seriously."

Then, as soon as Ivankov began to perform his attack, Nero dashed forward, even before the Ivankov had the chance to do anything. before the Ivankov attack could cause some damage to him. Nero closed the distance in the blink of an eye, his legs were moving so much faster. He felt the electrifying speed sending chills down his entire body. Just as he reached out Ivankov he coated his sword with a defense of armament Haki to gain great offense power as he held his sword in a left side of his waist and stabbed hard at the Ivankov upper body left to right, immediately followed by a second hit from right to left.
Iva who was on the verge of attacking would be surprised at the speed of Nero, which was far too quick for him to comprehend, just barely seeing a shadow. Nero's attack was so quick feeling a sharp sensation of thrill down his spine, was a sign of fear. Nero's attack punctured through his chest going from one side to the other, having blood splattering. He would grab on to his chest 'Vhis is impossible, to think I can barely keep my eyes on the boy.' he would think whilst stare at him. He huffed and panted heavily as blood rolled down his chest trailing down, giving a warm sensation with blood spilling drop for a drop staining the floor.

'If I have to go in style, vhen so be it', Ivankov rose to his feet calmed down a little as he closed his eyes for a few seconds. With Ivankov pointing his needles out of his fingers, he would then inject them into his face, this would increase the size of his head with Ivankov saying "Emporio Ganmen Seicho Hormone".
Emporio Ganmen Seicho Hormone
DPR A
61 Mastery
Just as Ivankov's head would increase becoming larger and larger. His pupils would then become larger as his nostril enlarge taking a deep fresh of air, then look as if he's going to charge at Nero with a wink further coating his wink. "Hell Wink!" a stronger version of his Death Wink, this also propelled him backward like a balloon after it pops, but also creating an area of effect like air projectile.
Hell Wink
DPR A
71 Mastery and 71 Strength

Base Stat = Large Building Level
DPR A = +3 = City Level
+1 Coating = Mountain Level
Ivankov has taken +2 damage, super-effective damage

Right then the masters would charge in formations of 10 of them dismissed targetted the invaders.

Nero smirked, seeing through Ivankov's attempts of wanting Nero to completely disappear. The moment his eyes met Ivankov's, Nero put all his strength in his legs as he went towards him. His movement speed pushed to the extreme. "This should end it." Saying these words, Nero launched a massive flurry of strikes delivered to the Ivankov.

At the same moment, the door of the palace was opened cautiously by Miyagi and Prompto. There was the sound of a heavy fall within. After a moment the door was fully opened. They looked around and saw a mess that filled them with astonishment. She looked around, deeply interested in everything she saw. In contrast, Prompto yawned and took out both guns; while Kane had his twin blades already been drawn. Miyagi then draws her sword called a virtuous Contract.

With a low rumble, the propeller gradually Miyagi picked up her speed onwards towards the Okama who were surrounding them. Ivankov would just see another blur, but as he would barely see the shadow that trails the body under the light. What came next was a one-sided massacre of a flurry of strikes that came in all directions. Ivankov could do nothing but watch and feel as blood trailed and splattered like it was a paintball competition or a splatoons match. Ivankov's jaw would drop down as he would pass out due to the shock of trauma and blood loss.

~ Ivankov has fallen in battle ~

Seeing this the masters would watch as Ivankov's body would drop to his knees then face-first breaking his nose upon landing with a puddle of blood-forming and a corpse. The masters would be in shock and disbelief in what they witnessed, someone who beat their leader effortlessly. This would send a cold chill, not down their spines, but cold sweat trickling down their bodies and a chill to their very core and hearts. Whilst those who charged forward wouldn't notice it but others would see and halt themselves googling at the corpses with tears coming down.

Just the simultaneous attacks that would bombard the masters who charged in would meet their end with wave 2 who were supposed to follow for support, but that wasn't the case. Wave 2 and 3 stood there in despair and disbelief sobbing their hearts out, losing heart to follow through. With many dropping down to their knees crying with snot drooling down their noses.

Just from the attack alone had as many as 20 to 30 masters perish in battle, with the others losing heart to event fight back. Seeing nothing but pointless sacrifices, or pawns of the board with their King already fallen thus marking checkmate.

What just transpired was the end of the rule of the Queen and King of Kamabakka Kingdom, and a new reign would begin soon.

Their blood vessels are bursting, muscles are tearing apart, and their bones are snapping and bodies collapsed on the ground. The scene of them spurting blood while zooming through the air is almost like a red flash. They felt him be ravaged, grief-stricken, sorrowful, and still enraged by Nero brutality.

Stood on the pool of blood, the Nero breathed profoundly. It only added up to his fearsomeness. Although his current state could make one forget about what had just happened, the blood remained splattered around the castle before them as proof of his rampage.

Perhaps it was the stalemate that made Nero embark on the bloody course of attrition that ended by killing all this. Perhaps it was his dark violent nature-given full rein. In any case, Ivankov was dead, his goons were massacred. This slaughter was senseless because it could not affect the outcome of the fight.

For one fraction of a second, Nero swings his sword and stab on the floor. "Tell me one thing: What exactly is the leader of an pirate group?" The three members of the devil pirates looked at him there were no smiles.

Kane sighed. It seemed as though Nero's solution was the one he might have to adopt. But all the same, thought Kane to himself. He recalled vague memories of the past, he too realized that with people dying early like his parents, those surviving would feel miserable thinking about the memories that were made. Kane too looked melancholic.

He then Answers Nero's question, "A leader is both the head of the pirate group and its slave. For the survival and profit of the crew, they gladly put themselves through any manner of filth. They develop their subordinates and place them where they best fit. And, if necessary, they use and dispose of them. For the sake of the group, they take on any act of barbarism with glee. This is the leader! All for the crew and for the protection of their beloved one."

Nero stood silent, motionless, and both Miyagi and Prompto who understood what all this meant were likewise. Here was a man who had forsaken glory. A man who had challenged recklessly the entire revolutionary army by massacring all these men, Is this really...where I belong. He thought. His own actions had hastened it. Yet knowing that he had set out on a series of offensives as if he were a fool. However, these three people around him had responded to those questions in his mind. Before him stretched their own familiar world. Slowly opened his mouth and said.

"We're the Devil Pirates and from now on this is our territory!"

JOBY'S DREAMLAND
The sound of wet teeth, sloshing up against soft cheeks churning food inside a mouth, meandered aimlessly through the salty ocean air outside. Norepinephrine levels in the blood elevate themselves slowly: Mydriasis in perpetuity but not really. Her stomach turned over on its side again.
Is this what my eyes always feel like? *CHOMP*, *CHOMP*, *CHOMP*.... in the distance.

Jobymamushi couldn't really tell where she was, but somehow felt like she had been here before. The room she found herself in now was more cavernous in nature than it was 'room-like' in any particular way. All around her, walls constructed of countless thousands of pleated red maple planks sloped upwards at dramatic angles crisscrossing around her, creating a dizzying space in which one's ability to perceive the distance between objects within in it was completely subverted. Like looking at the hull of a ship through a kaleidoscope--only, standing in it instead of squinting through it...
"Long-time-no-see, squirt."
A slight swelling in her left ventricular septum causes slight light-headedness and her pulse skips.
"Hi, Master..."

The old man was taller than she remembered--standing only about a foot shorter than herself. He looked down at her feet as she stood in front of him. His hands made their way to his face and adjusted the placement of the small wooden peg which took the place of the older man's nose. Jobymamushi had fond memories of her master.
"Is that who I am to you now? Hmmm... I wonder about that."
"It's who you were, once."
"I don't know about that."

"I'd really appreciate it if you spoke a little more on that point."
"I'm saying are you sure that any of that ever happened at all. Like, really happened. What's my name?"
"You don't have a name."
"Where were you born?"

"Zou."
"Are you sure?"
"No."
"Existence is beyond the power of your words to define: Terms may be used, but are none of them absolute. In the beginning of heaven and earth there were no words--words came out of the womb of matter; whether you see to the core of life, or see only the surface--in dispassion or in passion--, the core and the surface are essentially the same. Words making them seem different only to express appearances." The man
shifted his gaze to the side of where she stood,
"If a name be needed, Darkness names them both: From Darkness into Darkness into Darkness still.... Existence 'opens'."

Her Master's words washed over her and her surroundings let out a chorus of aches and groans and gasps and screams; the sound of a forest twisting in place, folding in on itself and collapsing. Her dream was alive, and suddenly she couldn't remember anything about the man she had previously known so well in her heart.

Blue sky blended with blue horizon and an even bluer sea. She hugged her knees to her chest as she sat there--silently floating on top of the water, leaving the surface undisturbed and quiet.

*CHOMP*, *CHOMP*, *CHOMP*.... in the distance.

She pushed herself up; clumsily helping herself to her feet: the water's skin still billowed on its own, compelled by some unseen force to swell, undisturbed by her touch.

*CHOMP*, *CHOMP*, *CHOMP*.... in the distance, still.

She followed the sound, walking toward the endless horizon which encircled all around her. She continued her pace for what seemed like days. There was no sun in this blue sky and an invisible light covered everything indiscriminately and endlessly. Firstly she lost all sense of who she had told herself she was now and before. A long while after that, she began to forget the names and faces of everyone she had ever met. A longer while still, and she could no longer describe to herself what it was she believed in or held dear. Later still, she forgot how to speak. After that she forgot how to perceive the boundaries between things at all.

The chewing sounds in the air outside were drifting about inside her and the room she had found herself wandering inside of earlier, was wandering in her too. A flash of red. An ivory cup, overflowing. A cottage in the woods, burning. Faces. But who's? She couldn't remember....

It grew dark out. The cool blackness whisked away all sound and motion and form within and around her naked body resting in the heart of it. The taste of metal stung the sides of her tongue. *CHOMP*, *CHOMP*, *CHOMP*...

*CHOMP*, *CHOMP*, *CHOMP* her world was the inside of her mouth and her saliva pooled around as she wrestled her tongue and pressed her body up against the contours of her wisdom teeth. She went looking for treasures in the warm folds of the buccal flesh which lined her cheeks, but in the end she only ended up getting lost and wasting her time. She dug further and further inside of herself until she was outside of herself instead, shrouded in soothing Darkness.
--------------

Every T. Joby opened her eyes to the world outside. It took some time for her to get her sea legs back under her, Ugh where the hell am I? Wait.... what the....
On the deck of her ship, beside where she had been resting on the floor, was a single, and strange, fruit. A deep lavender in color and embellished with spiral like growths which covered its leathery peel. How did that get there? A Devil Fruit? she racked her brain trying to remember where she had acquired the rare treasure, but could not recall. Her right hand made its way over to her face to scratch her scared up nose--a bad habit of her's for sure.

The hairs on the back of her neck stood on end at once. Her fingers and palm groped about, but to no avail.

Between her round and puffy eyes, her nose was gone.

The cold water stung her eyes as it splashed up toward her face, propelled by her cupped hand and a gentle twitch of the accompanying musculature. It had been some time since she had been able to use a wash basin such as this. The ship she had stolen in Alabasta was a large but humble one. An older galleon--possibly a retired navy ship from the previous era--the ship's fixtures were modest where not completely bare. The wash closet in the captain's quarters had a small round window which opened outward into the ocean breeze of the Grand Line and just to the right of that, above the sink basin, was a rough mirror fashioned out of an amateur's attempt to polish a plate of steel. By most standards, the object failed in every way to be called a mirror, but to the woman standing before it now--a woman who hadn't seen her own reflexion except through the surface of large bodies of water--she stood transfixed: captivated by her own image.

The fingers of her right hand traced along the edges of her jawbone and up the ridges of her temple, back down the centerline of her brow along the peaks and valleys of the scarred flesh which cut away at the bridge of her 'nose'. She couldn't remember what her nose had looked like before... the images of herself throughout her life seemed clear to her even now, but calling specific details to mind caused the entire picture to slip away. Her brow furrowed in frustration, and the small folds of skin lending their expression to her, traced their way down to the small cavity in the center of her face and met the tips of two of her fingers there. She took a deep breath and felt the cool air rush past her fingers and into her nasal passageways... it didn't bother her. So this... is my... face...?

She spent the days and nights of her voyage wandering the corridors of the ship and rummaging through the cabins. On her first day she had found a map charted out to an island called 'Momoiro' which lay further within the Grand Line. The route was fairly straightforward and Joby thought it best to find land and reorient herself to her new reality more easily.
"Better to have your feet firmly on the ground I think heeheeh."

She felt a kind of certainty about her present sense of self. It was strange. She could not recall certain things but had no problem remember others. She knew who she was. She knew what she did. But she had no notion as to how she came to be where she was and who she was. She remembered bits and pieces. An ocean of clouds. Resting on the shoulders of a Giant Woman. Standing in the middle of a palace made from brilliant white marble. This kind of thing. But not much more.... it didn't particularly bother her.

As she sailed to Momoiro, she discovered a voracious appetite for written words and depicted images. She spent her many hours reading the countless books she had found within what must have been the physician's quarters. Her favorites were the ones which focused on the various structures, mechanisms, and anatomies which made up the organic world and the chemical substances which manipulated them. She could not recall why she had changed so much and so abruptly throughout her life, all she knew is that she had been changing almost constantly. She wondered about the physical circumstance of those many changes. It fascinated her.

In another room she had found many papers and implements and utensils which she discovered could be used quite handily to craft various small and idiosyncratic objects. She didn't understand why she was compelled to sculpt them, but the process and the things themselves all amused her greatly.

As she came toward the end of her seafaring voyage, she came across a volume of great interest to her; a book which concerned itself solely with the subject of surgical procedures and medical techniques applied to the plasticity of the external flesh for the express purpose of aesthetics. Techniques and theories for the transport of one area of skin to another without risk of infection and the likes of that.

She had taken it upon herself to polish the captain's mirror by hand, and the surface now reflected back what it saw with crystal-like precision. She cut, shaped, tempered, and polished a small triangular piece of brass with a keyhole-like opening through its center. Armed with the knowledge and skills she had accrued through her time aboard the older vessel, she performed her own cosmetic procedure...

Momoiro Island came into view and quickly grew to fill the small rounded window of the captain's wash closet. Stars lit up in the woman's sleepy eyes as she gazed out in wonderment upon the countless shades of pink and rose and lavender which consumed the landscape. This was Joby's kind of island. As her ship pulled into port, she stood poised upon the the center mast looking forward to this next adventure. She grasped the the tattered end of the light fabric which made up the bandaging wrapped snuggly around her head. Her arm looped around and over as she rotated her neck, pivoting on the ball of her chin, she steadily unwound her dressings.

When she was finished, she released the serpentine cloth, stained with blood and the other accompanying humors which leaked from such places, and watched as it wriggled and writhed frenetically away in the wind. The sun reflected for a moment in the polished surface of the metal plate now screwed and stitched in place over the opening through which she took air into her sinuses.

As she leapt forward through the air, over the hull of the mighty galleon, and down onto the docks bellow, her right hand made its way to her pants' pocket, fished out a small ivory wedge carved into the likeness of a rounded human skull--no bigger than her thumb--and fixed the small trinket to the plate on her face through a simple twist-in-place peg/hole mechanism she had devised.

She couldn't remember what her nose had looked like before, but this way she could have any nose she wanted and never grow tired or bored... she didn't mind it at all.

She took a deep breath in and the sweet smelling air filled her lungs. Yeah... this is my kind of island. She decided to claim it as her own.

[Nero PoV]
Looking back I've never really thought through anything. For instance, I bother not to put any thought when I became a pirate. Later that made me think that becoming pirate results in bitter memories, I may have considered myself unlucky to not pick the correct route. But let's say that becoming pirate leads me to have a fateful encounter with Kane, Prompt, and others, therefore, I can argue that Pirate life wasn't bad and leading my crew was in fact, fortunate.

To put it bluntly, whatever happened so far in my life was lucky or unlucky in and of themselves; that depends entirely on my point of view. If I would never meet Jimmy way back in Kano, I'd have been spared the burden of playing this tedious role. But, I was sort of human you'd find anywhere. The kind that Just hates getting themselves involved in any kind of trouble. That for the simple reason that fateful day with Jimmy, I was sundered from normal life. And everything began to change.

My life was a rare draw of a "Misfortune". But I finally found a place I belonged. Allies. Friends. People I love. And even though I have erred and hurt so many including Mia, I simply don't believe everything happened so far was all for naught. And that's why I still don't think that Pirate Captain's life is good when I have to lead such people, but being afraid of the impression I'll give them, I may have always looked away while just drifting around. That's basically my intolerance to Pirate life.

That said, how did I end up here walking onwards towards the main area of Momoiro Island? It was because Everything Pirates was trying to take over Momoiro one of the Devil Pirate territory. While Jimmy was also accompanying us but we got separated in the new world though we were manage to get in contact later.

"Nero, I'm also supposed to help you with the fighting since I came here." A voice came through a communication device.

"That I cannot allow Miyagi!"

If It was some other case I'd have let her tag along, but this is 'Everything Pirates' we're talking about, a chance that intense battle could occur was there. In fact, I’d say things may turn out pretty troublesome.

"Excuse me? Are you saying I am not good enough to fight alongside you?"

"In war to come, I will disregard everything anyone says. I will decide my own battle policy. I trust you have no objections to that Miyagi."

"I see. You'll grudgingly acknowledge me, but you won't pay any heed to my opinions? What's that supposed to mean?"

"Not really. But when fighting, I will call my own shots. You should know that Miyagi. Anyway, leave everything to me, and see your own well being."

"Now I'm mad! Fine! if that's how you're going to be, I'll forget we're teammates now."

I understand the serious situation we're in. But Miyagi, couldn't you let me escape reality for a little while more? The wind blew so cold that it was as if my cheeks were being cut. At the same time, I finally spotted certain someone. It seems that my eyes have finally captured the enemy.
She took a deep breath in and the sweet smelling air filled her lungs. Yeah... this is my kind of island. She decided to claim it as her own.
"I wonder if you're the one that came here to take over this Island?" I smiled bitterly.

Momoiro Island (Day Eight)

Beginning on the second day she woke up to a thought which excited her to no end in that moment; She had read several texts many times over on her voyage which centered on the functions of the human anatomy. Here was her incredible chance to practice what she had learned and expand upon her knowledge with her own one hand.

She wandered deep into the castle, the inner chambers were much cooler in climate than those closer to the exterior—the lower levels suffered from dampness and the corpses there had spoiled the quickest, but the upper levels had good airflow which kept them cool and dry, perfect.

Something unsettled her as she came upon the first well preserved corpse. The body was turned over facing away from Joby and an inexplicable chill ran up her spine. With each step she placed in front of the last, time seemed to stretch out beside her. Until it stopped entirely. Her hand moved toward the figure’s twisted back. Her elbow froze for a moment, and then advanced: fingers gripped on sequined fabric, each tiny reflective disc created a distinct and pronounced sensation as they slipped up against each other clumsily. She pulled the corpse over onto their back and it felt like a blazing hot iron had been placed to her chest without warning! Every fiber of muscle in her upper body and face contorted and pulled tightly into place, squeezing her bones as if milking water from stones. She couldn’t understand exactly why, but as her puffy round eyes fell upon the dried and exsanguinated face, the emotion bubbling up and overwhelming her now, was rage. In seeming defiance of the grizzled state the woman’s body was in, the corpse’s vermilion lip gloss, azure eye shadow, and feathered lashes held firm to her withered visage. Why am I feeling this way now? What is this? Do I know her somehow? ...no, that’s not it... I can’t understand this feeling.... She didn’t understand her heart at all, but deep down she knew that if it were ever to come within her power and circumstance to do so, she’d be quite happy to murder whoever it was who had slaughtered all these people.

By the seventh day she had not only examined and dissected every workable cadaver in sight, as if possessed by some kind of macabre muse, she had sketched countless notes and diagrams and ultimately disassembled and reassembled all the various bits and pieces into an enormous exquisite corpse in the shape of a large human body. Her creation’s four towering limbs resembled thick braids made of the stitched together sections of those which had belonged to the previous inhabitants of the island. The corpse doll’s face was a large globular structure comprised of every head that Joby was able to collect.

She didn’t know why exactly it was she had decided to do what she had done—she didn’t really feel a need to interrogate it further. She was sure the impulse would reveal itself further to her in its own time.

It was now her Eighth Day. Hot sweat dripped down from her brow as she stood back from the massive grave she had dug all throughout the night. She had buried her corpse doll in the clearing she found in not too far past the tree line which bordered the castle; the freshly churned earth had anchored itself in stark contrast to the airy rose-colored surroundings. As she let out a deep and soothing breath of fresh air, she had resolved to be at ease with her own lack of understanding toward her own intentions. Her actions this past week and the ritual of it all had brought some relief to her heart and satiated her thirst for knowledge and tactile experience—if only for this moment.

Upon returning to the abandoned castle that evening, now wiped clean of the death which had been left to linger over it, she found herself facing a door she did not recognize. It took all of her strength to pry each lock and deadbolt from the bloated stone and steel, but in the end she made her way into the chamber to discover it filled to brim with brilliant treasure shining in every hue she could imagine. She felt a subtle revulsion as she contemplated the wealth before her. She wondered how many people had died over gold and jewels which had been abandoned and forgotten and she could not help it as she chuckled to herself gruffly and cracked a toothy smile.

“oh-ho? What’s this?”
Toward the back of the large trove she was now lost in, a bizarre bounty befell her gaze. On a single pedestal before her lay perched a wicker picnic basket housing three odd fruits which defied classification. Somehow, as if plucked effortlessly from the black box of her mind, she suddenly recalled exactly what they were as the knowledge of devil fruits returned to her, though she could not recall specifically ever having consumed one before...

Upon his arrival, Nero found only the trace of the person who was there. He couldn't help but sigh, he was walking towards the castle of the Momoiro island, he did not stop wishing for this journey to be over, even if only a second sooner. It is already very fortunate that no one seems to be here on this island to kill him, but the fact still remains that the winding road still posed a great danger that filled Nero's blood with adrenaline. As a fighter, there is no doubt that Nero possesses extraordinary reflexes and strength, and can immediately carry out the dangerous situation if it appears. However, fighting for territories and such doesn't fit with Nero's frugal economics

"Under such conditions, I can only hope that things don't get ugly" Nero let out a long sigh.

"So aside giving such sigh, could you change the tone of your voice that instantly determines the fact that you are being arrogant." Nero ignored Prompto who was coming towards him from behind.

"....is that so?" Saying these words, Nero felt that the situation was a bit bad and his choice was limited. "You should know that we're probably up against Everything Pirates one of the rising crew and we can't really go and risk other lives when I can take care of this alone."

Even so, Promtpo possibly couldn't agree just because of this, "Maybe it's not safe this way either, there was no need for you alone to go, we're part of the same crew."

Nero expected that Prompto would refute like this, he shook his head and said. "There is no need to risk the lives of others without knowing what our enemy is capable of."

As if giving up, Prompto sighed and turned around, "I guess I'll cut you some slack since you went through all this trouble after all... "

"Let's head back I guess." Said Nero.

"Aren't we supposed to wait for someone to come and greet us here?"

"Well, we can wait a bit longer just to confirm things a bit."

「 Moimoro Island 」 - Post # 1

Momoiro Island otherwise known as the Kamabakka Kingdom, an island situated within Paradise. From a far the island has the appearance of rocky terrain with the shrubs and greenery (pink colored) making a heart shaped dome. This trails down with lower shaped heart shaped domes on the smaller terrain. Even the rainbow appears behind the island as a heart that glitters all the way down the island.

It was that that time of the year. The banquet of the 99 chefs across the country. One could state the title of the 99 was to be put on show in the manner of shokugeki. Each of the 99 was throwing down against potential rivals that wanted the said titles.

All 99 were seated with the potential rivals. Though before any Shokugeki could commence it was time for the queen to make her introduction. Cheering for the queen would be heard and then silence as the lights were turned off and fog began to cover the stage. A spot light would beam downwards as “ VI “ could be heard as the crowd erupted with cheers and got to their feet to echo her name.

A silhouette would appear as the shadow took the corner of the room revealing a huge person with a large afro as fireworks flickered as the queen made her entrance.

It was Emporio Invakov, the queen of the country. A man with a distinctive chin looking like an arrow. With hat you could call a violent make up and eye's lashes big enough for someone to sat on it. He wore a black dress with a set of purple gloves and a purple high-heels.

As the lights turned on as Ivankov reached the stage and looked at the crowd and winked “ VI candies are you ready my babies “ as she shrugged her waist side to side.

Spada crew page

POV the deck of The Phlegethon

The Phlegethon sailed through the waters of the Grand Line with a dreadful purpose. Its pitch-black sails made it appear as if a shadow clung to the ship and its inhabitants. The Necrohols and Vrykolakas scurried about the boat doing menial tasks, glancing furtively around after their dreadful captain. Charon stood at the helm and took no notice of this, but Prometheus, who had just emerged from the galley, looked upon this with a frown of contempt as he spat over the railing.

"Ridiculous; they have forgotten to fear the rest of us since Kyria aboard again. It's not like we cannot restrain him." After the arrival of Atlas, the crew of The Phlegethon did not have to fear death every second of every day. With Charon, Prometheus, and Atlas, they could hold Kyria back if they so chose, though not without the risk of severe maiming. Perhaps the reason for the nervous tension in the air was that Atlas was currently sleeping in the ship's bowels, using the Firelake below as a heating oven for comfort.

The Gorgon Sisters were lying spread out on the deck, trying to soak up the sun's warmth, what little they could manage with the sails in the way.

POV Kyria, sleeping quarters

I sat on my bed, my body sticky with sweat after a rough night's sleep. I had been plagued by nightmares lately, but I could never remember them. The only thing that came to mind was vague shapes I could not make out. It would be quite a while before they would become clear to me, and I would possibly need something to stimulate the dormant memories.

I rose from the bed and looked around the sparsely furnished room. I did not need much, though the bed was magnificent. My gaze locked onto the only mirror as I gazed upon my perpetually malicious countenance. My fingers followed a red gash running down from my chest to somewhere on my abdomen, a gift from the overlord of the Spada Pirates, Isis La Spada. She had thought it amusing to slash me open after I defeated the Shichibukai Gecko Moria and had it not been for Nemesis, I might not have gotten myself out of there. Soon, I will make her regret it. I will be the one laughing.

It might have been a foolish notion, for the captain was not one to cross.

Getting myself dressed, I strolled out onto the deck as I shaded my eyes from the tiny glare of the sun as I wished for a storm, anything but this wholesome weather. The crew glanced towards me to behold my wicked grin as I imagined the horrors I would visit upon Momoiro island. Then, finding my throne, I chuckled to myself as I sat.

The lights turned on with a subtle instrument being played after a key being pressed down on revealing a piano that was behind the curtain to the corner of the stage with an okama bowing before the crowd and Ivankov. With the curtains cascade upwards, drums were stationed in the other corner, with some microphones and chairs with a Trombone, Trumpet and Saxophone. As a few okama behind the stage came on and began to string a few before beginning the symphony.

Thus began the symphony of love and okama, with Ivankov in the corner with teary eyes not able to hold back his emotions “ VIIII BAYYYYY-BBBBIESSS! “ he roared as the crowd saw this as encouragement.

Off to the side was another donning half orange on one side and the other white, with a lightning bold shaped scare on his forehead over his right eye and holding a glass of wine in his left hand. This was none other than Inazuma, the right hand of Ivankov, also the one responsible of security whilst Ivankov enjoyed himself. That was a responsibility he brought upon himself to always aid him.

Taking the steps upwards and opening a door out of the place, he’d then make his way to a dome like building surverying the area surrounding the place and the island. Watched through Den den mushi’s like a huge prison, every avenue, road, terrace was surveyed. They used this as a means of finding out who comes in, who leaves but more importantly not a singe world government agent steps foot on the island.

So tell me anything to report yet? “ he’d ask as he entered a room full with a large curved screen with many faces spotted.

Prometheus
Atlas
Charon

POV Crew

Prometheus scowled as he glanced furtively towards the towering figure sitting atop the throne of bones, feeling the unseen malice radiating off Kyria in waves. It wasn't something like King's haki, this Prometheus knew; it was simply the natural bloodlust seeping out of his captain at all times. He's not trying to hide it, not that any of us is, but he is still not normal. Creaks from below announced to the rest of the occupants that Atlas was stirring; it wouldn't be long before he came out onto the deck. An involuntary sigh of relief tried to escape Prometheus's lips, but he masked it with a slight cough before making his way up the steps to Kyria.

Below deck Atlas had woken with a start; for a precious few seconds, he did not know where he was as his chest felt constricted, and his hands up in front of him as if to hold off a great weight pressing him down. Then, taking slow breaths, his pulse started to slow down, and he began to remember where he was. He looked to the side, and the river inferno continued to burn; its warmth washed over him as he wiped the sweat from his brow. A panic attack? How pathetic. Smiling wryly to himself, he began to rise to his feet, intent on going up on deck to get some fresh air.

The steps groaned as Prometheus made his way towards Kyria because a nagging feeling of curiousness haunted him, and he was also somewhat bored. The three Gorgon Sisters could see something happening, and feeling equally bored, they followed him. The smell of blood washed over him as he neared his superior, not that it bothered him any, he'd done his fair share of killing, and it no longer fazed him. Kyria's mind seemed to have been somewhere else, but as Prometheus stopped in front of him, Kyria's eyes sharpened, and he looked at Prometheus as if he was contemplating killing him. Something he probably was. Prometheus cleared his throat, saying, "I'm curious, but why Momoiro island? Any particular reason?" Kyria smiled a predatory smile, "The official reason is expanding the sphere of influence of La Spada." As he said the name of their captain, Kyria's mouth twisted in sudden annoyance as his fingers unconsciously stroked his fingers down his chest. Prometheus noticed but didn't understand. Charon, however, had a smirk he hid by turning his head forward to continue steering the ship. Oho? So that is how it is. He's experienced La Spada's, particularly loving touch. It must have been a blow to his ego to receive such a nasty wound. Charon had been up especially early one morning and, as such, had seen a barechested Kyria climb aboard after a swim. Seeing Kyria's reaction to simply referring to La Spada had made it all too easy to deduce what must have happened. Kyria's momentary lapse in expression ended, and his smile was back again. "My reason for going to Momoiro Island is that I wish to decimate it and crush those maggots underneath my feet."

Kyria said it with such venom that Prometheus was taken aback, and before he could stop himself, a question burst forth,
"A personal grudge? Could it be because they are Okamas?" Kyria's blank, uncomprehending expression lasted a few seconds before he threw his head back and laughed with unseen genuine good humor. "No, not at all; I don't care about that. I'm an equal opportunity killer and hate almost everyone equally." To Prometheus, that sounded much more like a true Spada pirate, but he still caught the slight contradiction, so he pressed on, "Almost everyone?" Kyria's expression darkened to a true murderous rage, and his bloodlust was so thick one could almost choke on it. Finally, in a raspy, barely controlled voice, he said, "there is one particular group of people that I need to kill, though I don't know why. But I will kill them all, the men, women, and children, probably their pets too, while I'm at it. I will erase them from history until nothing is left.

Prometheus wondered who Kyria was talking about but restrained himself from asking. Kyria did not try to fix his expression, but his tone was lighter as he continued speaking, "There is another selfish reason I wish to destroy Momoiro Island, and if you turn around, you'll understand." Everyone did so, and a confused, vaguely disgusted expression could be seen on all of them, even Atlas, who had come out on the deck while Kyria was talking. In front of they could see a pink island; there was nothing else to say; it was pink.

"It even has a rainbow over it, Prometheus. So it has to burn." Prometheus nodded vehemently in agreement, "consider it done."

Kyria brought something out from inside his clothes and held it up, "but before that, there is one last thing that will happen."

Everyone looked at what Kyria held in the palm of his hand, and after a moment, their eyes widened in surprise, for it was unmistakenly a devil fruit. A crimson one that somehow looked foreboding. "This is the Chi Chi no Mi, and I will eat it now. You'll know why this fruit will suit me in a moment."

Without further ado, Kyria chomped down, and seconds passed without anything seeming to happen. Then Kyria rose from his throne and immediately doubled over, clutching his stomach. The others looked on in confusion but without any concern save Atlas. Kyria had rescued him from punishment, and he did not wish the man dead.

Then Kyria started to dissolve into a sizeable crimson puddle; suddenly, that was all there was. Minutes ticked by while the onlookers waited. Then a change occurred; the pool started to bubble and then rose. Finally, features began to form as Kyria struggled himself back into shape. The crimson color disappeared from his clothes and skin, except for the eyes, which glowed as if Kyria's inner bloodlust had manifested itself in this world.

"Bring me a mirror!" Some Necrohol rushed forward with one he found, and as Kyria looked at himself, he howled with deranged laughter.

Heading back to, as when Inazuma entered through a door of a surveillance room. He would begin by entering and asking of a update of anything sighted that would be a cause of attention. Keyboards could be heard typed over, from all around and den den mushi calls here and there. Inazuma would stand there taking a sip of his drink as he stared at the screens whilst the Shokugeki was about to commence.

The song came to the close as Ivankov coughed to clear his voice, tightened his grip on the mic " Vi babies, are you ready to commence? ... Let us begin the Newkama Shokugeki Kenpo Tournament babies ... Oh~ " as excited Ivankov was at announcing he would lose balance " I am not gonna fall ... " with the crowd alerted at this as Ivankov would end up falling with the crowd all expecting him to fall.

Ivankov would rise to his feet " All champions of the 99 leave to prepare your stations. The tournament begins in an hours time. Hee-haww "

Atlas

My laugh rose to a high-pitched crescendo, and the Necrohols seemed to have retreated from my vicinity. Was I genuinely human at this point? One might argue that I had stopped being one many years ago, so my transition into Spada had been truly unproblematic. I fit like an old, worn-down glove and found it just as comfortable—no crisis of conscience, no holding back.

The ship had gotten quite close to Momoiro Island, and looking down into the water, and it was painfully obvious the water was getting too shallow for such a massive ship to reach the beach. I was halfway over the railing, intending to swim the rest of the way without waiting for anyone that might follow. Then some deeply buried instinct roared out in warning; it took me far longer than it should have to recognize it as the cold grip of fear. Finally, stopping myself cold, I rose to stand on the railing itself, looking down into the idyllic sight that could also spell my death. The crimson light in my eyes dimmed until it was barely noticeable, and my voice lost much of its intensity. I sounded as close to human as possible: "At some point, one has to give something up to continue to gain power; it is maddening."

Everyone was silent, it wasn't difficult to surmise the immediate reason for this rare show of vulnerability, but Atlas was the only one that wondered to himself, was there perhaps something else he once gave up to gain power? But, unfortunately, such a question would be without an answer for the time being because the moment had passed, and as I gazed down into the depths, I spat a glob of mucus to show my disdain.

When I turned back to look at Atlas, my eyes were once again hidden by the light shining out. "Carry me, Atlas, you Prometheus and Charon are coming with me. The rest of you will stay for the time being." Without a word, Atlas held his hand out towards me, and I lightly stepped from the railing to his palm. Charon and Prometheus had to climb if they did not wish to swim to the beach.

If nobody opposed us, Atlas would disembark The Plegethon and wade through the water towards the island, where Prometheus would set every tree we passed alight.

It had begun with the beaming sunlight that poured down from the heavens, with a trickle of rainbow with stardust falling down to show how magical the event would become. Little did they know violence incarnate was on his way to this very island and halt this merry go round charade.

Tables would be placed with a white silk of cotton, plates of elegant design and finesse would be placed as various okama brought their iteration of their cooking speciality. The aroma of food would escalate to the point aroma enveloped the certain portion of the island. It had begun.

Meanwhile in the surveillance room a camera would spot something within the distance, as a den den could be seen with a magnifying glass as it zoomed in spotting something amiss, clouded with darkness.

Inazuma who was observing the other camera’s would be alerted of this as he also felt a steady stream of chill down his spine. “ Shit, find out who are they? “ as the security officer replied it’s the Spada Pirates bring dread into Inazuma.

Prometheus

The sound of Atlas's feet hitting sand announced our arrival at the island, at which point I jumped from his hand and crashed down. Then, dusting myself off, I glanced around at the magnificent beach with slight interest.

And then I promptly felt flabbergasted. I rubbed my eyes with my hands, not daring to believe what I saw. Finally, I turned to the others and waved a hand towards what I had witnessed.

A snort of amusement escaped from Charon while Prometheus shakily asked, "Captain. Is it just me, or do those animals have mustaches and beards?"

"Yup."

"Can I light them on fire?"

"I will be deeply disappointed if you don't."

The sound of animals in the most profound agony and the smell of burnt flesh followed us as we went farther into the island. Initially, the place had a pink hue covering everything; everywhere you looked, it was pink. But the blazing orange of fire followed in our wake as trees rose in flames. Then, as we went farther in, the sound of something entirely different began to reach our ears. The sound of music, cheering, deeply revolting happiness that the Spada Pirates itched to stamp out and turn into despair and terror.

Ahead I could spot the end of the trees, I ran on ahead to get a good look at the reason for the noise. But, coming out of the forest, I was met with a cacophony without equal. It seemed like a party of some sort. Over a vast area, tables were laid out as if they were significant. Looking closely, I could see and smell the delicious food they were carrying. But, unfortunately, the smell of burning woods behind me had masked this banquet.

I could see the back of a sizeable opulent chair with soft pillows just in front of me. A wolfish grin appeared as I strolled up to it, dusted myself off, and then sat in the chair as if it was a throne. I let the blade lean against it as I brought my hands together and applauded loudly.

"Bravo! This is a most lovely welcome. Nothing less would be proper for the arrival of the Spada Pirates." My words dripped limitless arrogance as I continued, "You all must understand that this island is now under our rule. If you resist, I will have free reigns to do with you as I please."

At those last words, immense bloodlust poured out of me. I made quite the pretty picture, with my glowing crimson eyes peeking out of the hat on my head, the woods behind me ablaze as heavy footsteps announced the imminent arrival of Atlas and the rest.

The national shokugeki would be livestreamed across the island of Moimoro, leaving no table unturned to make sure everyone was witnessing a phenomenon. Even the den den that was streaming the event live was peculiar, different in appearance, something of a island exclusive would have one of its eyes with many lashes darkened and thicker recording the action as the other projected it.

Whereas this was happening live, the contestants, challengers, head chefs, judges and even Iva had all made their way to the central along with the many bridges of where other shokugeki were going to be held. They was still oblivious to the incoming attack but would be able to feel the huge thuds.

" VI, vhat is happening? ... Vhat is this? " Iva exclaimed confused to what was occurring then looked at the direction of where the main focal point of the thuds was instantly recognising this as an attack.

Inazuma whereas upon recognising the ship knew it was the Spada Pirates, " Get me a den den to Iva, the shokugeki has to be cancelled as we are under attack! " with the look out team scurrying to bring a den den as the livestream signal was cutting as Iva's voice was now being overheard.

" WE ARE UNDER ATTACK BY THE SPADA PIRATES ! " words that would echo bringing anarchy and chaos as many ran away to save their lives as others remained the select few.

How utterly disappointing. My face fell as I surveyed the panic that was spreading. Here I had come and chosen to follow La Spada's creed to subjugate the masses rather than kill wantonly. But they were spitting in my face as I watched. Behind me, the woods were burning, and the crew I had brought with me onto the island were smirking; they did not care, and truthfully, neither did I.

Had I had free reigns, I would have decimated these foolish people before they knew I was here. But that wasn't what was best for the Spada Pirates, and we needed fresh blood in our ranks. As La Spada increased her influence, we incurred even more of the wrath of the World Government.

It had been a while since I voiced my desire to rip the Celestial Dragons to shreds. I still didn't fully know why, but the compulsion was ever-present. The wound La Spada had given me at Thriller Bark still ached most of the time; I still feared her. But maybe she feared me as well, for I was still growing stronger, and of all the Spadas, I might be the one that most resembled her in wickedness and lust for death.

What had held me back so far on this day was my current fear of my captain and a tiny bit of sanity that still understood that new blood was needed. I held some hope that the leader of this place, this Ivankov, would bow to my will.

"Ivankov, this need not end with the deaths of everyone; bow to my will, and I will show mercy!"

From the moment of the signal that alerted every inhabitant was out of the ordinary for Inazuma, as normally he would have dealt with the issue. But this wasn’t any ordinary issue that was present, it was one that was a huge threat, as another name was on the checklist of many. Spada Pirates hit list had crossed the names of Gecko Moriah that not that long ago, with Boa Hancock with a question mark in circle.

Inazuma knew little as to who was on board, the diversion of the ship was one of a chess match. The first move of the Spada Pirates would cause such a stir that it would embroil right to the end. To Inazuma who felt a shudder of fear, thought for the worst. Spada was here in person, after the recent reports of her antics and right now Moimoro was on the endangered list and soon going extinct.

Ivankov who thought the very same at this time knew Inazuma would’ve not done this out the ordinary and of all times now was out of context. But he himself had to face the incoming danger head on as King and Queen of Kamabakka Kingdom.

He knew he had to save and protect his babies as Inazuma made his way to also provide aide for Iva.

Both parties were venturing towards the centre to confront one another but the appearance of Atlas would cause fear in many.

With the bloodlusted Spada pirate speaking, Iva hearing this would be alerted at the thought.

Mercy comes cheap after your little antics little red boy. Vhy don’t you tell me vhat you really vant? Show me who you truly are
