There is likely a scum among that group. A D1 mislynch usually features one. Though it becomes a debate of "whose reason was worst?" I think the relevant question is "who was in the middle the most?" The pusher is likely to not be scum because they naturally come under suspicion for being scum, but the weakest reasoner is likely to be seen as sheeping scum, which makes it unlikely on their end as well.
