Hmmm this is a tough one. I'm also like pretty confident that AL is Trish. Maybe it's not as much manipulating the host message as she's just appearing as Giorno with Stand ability? Would appearing as a fake flavor name be too much in a report card?

Problem with Al=Trish is that she has been mentioned as Trish and not flavour name.
