It can, youd just need the mod to tell you there was no scum in that group of people you scanned. Then again though I just wiki searched it and got nothing so maybe it was a custom role in another game I played. Yeah idk

Yeah and that's true. Several cycle and night abilities + a passive allowed me to do just that. And all of that info is incoming.
