Vice Admiral's Body Flickered, his speed was uncontestable and his movements were exceedingly smooth and strong. He swung his leg along a diagonal axis, the air rended; an air current manifested as a repercussion of an excessive application of force within his slice, his training and his experience excessively showed with his next movement; Rankyaku! A strong instinct befell Baishin, The Admiral's Attack was extremely swift; his eyes could just barely track his initial movements let alone the repercussions of it. He hesitated and thus instinctively stepped backwards to retreat but thankfully X had stepped in to offer protection...

The Man's Guns blared loudly firing strong and powerful shots which contested with the Admiral's aggress. The Clash was grand and loud, a strong shockwave erupted from the clash leading to both attacks cancelling one another, the shockwave whipped throughout the airs between them.
A confident smirk graced X's lips as he turned his attention to Cancer, his eyes gleaming with a mixture of challenge and amusement. "Not bad, Vice Admiral," he taunted, his voice laced with a hint of sarcasm. "But you might want to reconsider underestimating the likes of the Nighthawk Vipers. As X issued his conceited reply the convinced Vice Admiral had long Made his move; initially he had moved exceeding Supersonic Speeds to close the distance between himself and X; the leading adversary, he slowed himself, his swiftness devolved to speeds faster than the untrained eye. "If you think I underestimated you then your gravely mistaken..." He uttered revealing his current location; he was situated at X's right, just a shy bit behind of him to give him an advantageous position. He Unsheathed his personal blade and swung... His body arched and his swivel was full of prestige and grace. He hardened his limbs and his weapon and swung horizontally to strike X along his side!

X's might seemed to extend far beyond his speed, his reactions were great and his adaptability to situations was nothing to scoff at. The Force behind Cancer's and X's Clash spread outwards shaking the very Island itself as the winds expelled outwards at amazing speeds; Cancer held firm, though X had blocked his second advance he never lost his composure, he simply held his sword and applied pressure. X retaliated, maneuvering himself and bringing forth his pistols and quick drew; though the angle of anticipation was a bit odd Cancer was swift enough and skilled enough to follow his opponent.

Several Shots erupted once again, Cancer temporarily retreated he geppo'd out of the trajectory of the bullets; with their speeds completely equal this had occurred in quick succession almost as if it were an equivalent Exchange. He Kicked himself 2 meters above where he'd originally stood; he held his blade tightly and his gazed locked onto X who'd be situated the same distance below him. "Fast." He commented, with not another moment wasted Baishin interjected himself into the confrontation!
The Winds had not troubled him much from his lowered position, the speed of both X and Cancer far exceeded his own and so he awaited the perfect moment for him to strike; which was whilst the Vice Admiral was recovering from a Clash...
SPARKLING DAISY!
Baishin Lunged at the Airborne Vice Admiral, Excelling to Hypersonic Speeds; he exploded with an extreme force. He had aligned his bladed palms wrist-to-wrist, he thrusted his arms outwards and intended to slice the Admiral right along his left ribcage as he approached from an acute angle. He seized this opportunity like no other and thanks to his battle-lust he possessed little to no fear in terms of this confrontation; he had long deduced that the Admiral possessed capabilities far greater than his own. It was all up to his fighting capability to determine how well he'd do in this confrontation.

The Admiral Had locked himself onto X however he felt an oncoming force swiftly approaching him; he turned to investigate and he came face to face with Baishin! He scrunched his face in annoyance and opted to be rid of this obstacle so that he can carry out his mission; Swiftly he pulled his blade, taking a slight moment to Geppo once again he swung his blade overhead in a downwards motion and brought down his Armament Haki covered blade to Clash with the Man's Open-Bladed Palms! It would have been more orthodox to go for a block however Cancer had an neat idea to meet the attack with a Defensive Sword Strike of his own.

Cancer Clashed With Baishin's Palms, The Force was compelling however his defensive opposition offered him a cushion to fully negate the intended effects of Baishin's Aggress. Both Baishin and Cancer flew backwards a couple feet as their meet was quite forceful on both ends, Out from behind Cancer Baishin's slash followed through; the Force Carved the Air into what it seemed to be a net of air slashes, they screeched through the air as if the attack had gone through and it pierced the ears of those nearby.

Cancer's Guard fumbled from the force the attack Carried and it exploded open, this was an extremely precarious situation for Cancer. "Tch- Damn Pirates!" He angrily Exclaimed, SORU! Unexpectedly, Cancer disappeared from Baishin's Sight with his speed far superior to his there was no telling where'd appear next! It was a brief moment of awe and anticipation as Vice Admiral Cancer had a few more seconds until the element of surprise had been lost. The Feint sounds of Geppo reverberated throughout the Air, it was as though he was coming from a direction they could not anticipate; or Baishin Specifically, Vice Admiral Cancer's movements were well calculated; with his sudden Soru opening the window of anticipation he planned to use it to it's fullest.
It was From above! Cancer's Movements had come to a sudden stop as he manifested above both Baishin and X, He coated his Leg in Armament Haki Hardening; it seems that both contenders were extremely strong and so he wished to "distract" them.
RANKYAKU "GAICHOU!"
This was an extreme technique, with the use of Buso and with his extreme movements built up to help him boost this technique; he fired a Gigantic Rankyaku from the Skies above; it's width Spanned precisely 16 feet in distance and it's thickness was 1 foot; the trajectory as well as the slant of angle allowed for the attack to presumably engulf both Parties had they not sufficiently avoided it or deflected the might of his attack! The Closest by sequence was unfortunately Baishin, this was quite the precarious situation for the Battle Hungry War Monger and by association X suffered a grave consequence as well; for the danger posed by this technique was great and would end in a loss of life had no one acted sufficiently.

It was his adversaries way of acknowledging the situation that is right before them, "I won't give him the satisfaction of an answer. I know his type, sinister words spit like fire and poison intending to sting and rip at your esteem. I had long acknowledged that you are strong, I never imagined that I'd have to come with completely new plan of actions just to slip in between the cracks to get an upper hand. It pains me to bare your words but that's the life of a soldier of justice." He thought; he used these words as a firm shield, a defense to negate X's instigating.
"If I want to even have a sliver of a chance of taking this one in, I'll have to get to him outside the range of those bullets of his." He thought once more; His head tilted forward ever so slightly; this caused a grand overshadow which complimented his new found seriousness by showering his face in a soft shadow. His Cigar remained intact and Lit though they had quite an explosive encounter, the same could be said for his shades. A Soft Red Gleam in his eyes signaled a profound use of observation haki; though he had mentally coaxed himself from X's words they still ensued a bit of rage from him. The Grip on his blade greatly increased; that which to a point that his armament Haki coated hand seemed to have popped a new vein from the intensity of his hold.
Cancer lifted his foot and took a singular step forwards; his movements seemed strange to on lookers as his flickered in place and his movements were a bit sluggish...
No, Sluggish would not be accurate enough to gauge the way in which he had moved; This was no mere Soru either, The instance Cancer's Boot Completely made it to the ground to finish his step he shot off! With an extreme level of explosive speed he kicked off with extreme speeds, moving like a blur he used it to hide his aggress. As he moved he lifted his blade over head; His dash would simply complete itself as he'd appear before X, It seems he has chosen a favored target... He swung his blade along X's Torso aiming to cut him from Left shoulder to Right Hip!

Cancer's advance was thwarted! Though his intent was to engage X head-on, it seemed he held a bit of disregard for what his opponent was fully capable of. His Blade clashed with X's Haki-Boosted Block, for a mere moment it was held to open him up to a following point blank shot to the center of his chest. This situation had swiftly shifted and Cancer had to make the best of it.
The Agent reacted to the sudden gun placement, He Soru'd! His position had completely shifted from before the Sinister X. His Shot fired however there was no target there to hit; it was a miss however it communicated to our Vice Admiral that his movements would have to be a bit more concise if his intent was to get an upper hand, He reappeared a few meters behind of X. He was skeptical and he was beginning to narrow his options, such a blatant attempt at his adversaries life would not be the play he needed to come out on top, "It seems I was too overconfident in my abilities that I underestimated my opponent; though the general consensus that ranged fighters are most vulnerable in close-ranged combat this ranged fighter would fall out of that notion."
Baishin's concerns were immediately softened as he witnessed, well what he could perceive, the clash. Their movements were extremely fast however Baishin could perceive a fair bit of it; "It's amazing, the power achieved by the marine Vice Admiral however the Captain... He possessed a strength relative to the Admiral; had I not listened to him would I have eventually died?" He pondered.
Cancer, took a defensive stance; his focus narrowed and completely rounded to encapsulate his main Target; X. "I heard your taunts and mockery of the Marines however you have yet to back up any suspicion of your own strength." He said trying to insinuate an image upon X, "Sure you've been defending against my attacks but taking a defensive approach when you outnumber me 2-to-1 seems a bit tactless. Wouldn't you agree?" Cancer had snapped back, his words were laced with a suggestive poison as well as the intent to force his opponent to make the first move. Had X continued on the defensive Cancer would have merely wasted his energies trying to get an upper hand but taking a step back to fully absorb the situation at hand... "I have a bit of an upper hand in utilities, His subordinate lacks the strength to properly push me to a corner and so he opts for sneak attacks and openings. I can take advantage of that and bait him into it" He thought.

Cancer snapped back at X, though his intents leant over to cheap taunts to trigger a reckless act out of his adversary; Cancer indulged himself in a bit of Verbal warfare. His words carried no Poison but hostility faintly lingered.
Baishin attentively listened to the back n' forth that erupted between his New Captain and the Marine. It was... Interesting to say the very least after all; this was a new experience for him though he hadn't expected that after such a deadly exhibition they'd break off into a conversation. "The Grand Line Better not be this talkative..." He muttered to himself.
"Vice Admiral Cancer," X's voice danced on a razor's edge between amusement and admiration, "I must commend your unyielding spirit. It is like a defiant rock, resisting the relentless current of a mighty river. Admirable, yes, but in the grand tapestry of fate, it risks becoming a solitary note swallowed by the symphony of chaos."
His words flowed with practiced grace, each syllable a carefully choreographed movement in a ballet of intellect and subtle derision. The rock, a poignant metaphor for Cancer's unwavering resolve, stood tall against the current, highlighting its strength while foreshadowing its potential futility against the larger forces at play.

He faced X with his own ideals and his own understanding and individual knowledge in relation to the world he had observed... However X's words were much sturdier than his own. A well crafted symphony of harmonious malice and poison, sneakily dicing one's confidence whilst also diminishing any remnants of hope to truly break down the victim of this melody of madness. Cancer's Confidence was shaken, there was not much else he could do in a verbal confrontation.
He breathed, his heart raced and sweat droplets welled-up and trickled down the side of his face. His shades hid his eyes, the windows into the fractured soul that approached the pirates with an innate sense of justice and absolute confidence. "He's much better than I thought, his defensive-play; his way with words and his choice of battle strategy all supplement him as a formidable foe. If I run in like an idiot now, all I'd be doing is signing my lease to my own life and ending the rough cycle of justice that I had been called to uphold; I cannot run now, I have to capture him, it's my job."
The Man stood in sheer silence, his contemplation merely sprung a strong and overbearing anxiety that'd soon be his downfall had he found egress from his own mind. He lifted his blade and held it in front of himself, he seemingly garnered a bit of strength and took a fighting form. It was unnoticeable from afar, Cancer had begun to hesitate ever so subtly. His leading leg grinded through the loose top soil and his dashed seemed as thought it'd come but never did. "It's now or never... If I continue to fight then there may be a chance that I may lose, Maybe I can retreat to my men and leave this island before I fall permanently; I'll have to report to HQ and request more Back-up. A Second Vice-Admiral would do well here, maybe we can force an advantageous position out of him if we attacked at once..."
This was all a thorough speculation or rather a prediction; Cancer silenced his thoughts. With the years of training behind him, he focused his mind though he wasn't confident in his current situation; he formulated a new plan of action that my just work in this additional clash of theirs...
Cancer made the first move! He dashed at X; a cone of Air bent about him and soon faded into a keen delay behind of him as he pushed through the obvious limits of sound... His Katana faded and lowered to lie along the general axis at how low he lowered himself to support his dynamic motion, Like a speeding Jet he sped across the battlefield, Dust and Air rushed in his wake and kicked as he passed his intents remained unsure but his resolve was clear; he still sought a battle and with the distance between both him and X swiftly closing this next interaction would determine the direction in which it'd flow!

The esteemed meeting that had been the goal of the entire battle had bequeathed itself right into Cancer's hands. The Took clashed head on, holding them in a momentary stalemate which kept them locked in each other's eyes for that singular moment, X took initiative and defensively retreated! He forced some distance between the fighters, Cancer wished to engage however he hesitated for a moment as his resolve had remained shaken.

Sounded the pistols X held firmly in his grasp, he fired a relentless barrage of bullet that hurdled at Cancer at amazing speeds! Though Cancer held no difficulty in tracking them, he kept his guard and swallowed his uncertainty and charged at X who had created some distance between them, he bobbed and weaved the incoming bullets; Each grazed his suit and opened wounds on is skin, complimenting their danger and feeding Cancer's need to survive and come out on top for if he hadn't... He'd surely perish.
Sanbyakurokuju Pound Ho!
Swiftly in between weaving the shots, he maneuvered his blade; he clad himself and his black in a thick black hardening, excellently and elegantly he performed a Powerful swirling Air-Canon slicing attack in an attempts to disperse the barrage of bullets!

The slash ripped through the Air and Carved a Dust residue through the Ground as it's Sheer Speed Emanated forwards! The flying slash cried and wailed; SKREEEEEEEEEEE! Sharply rending the Air as it ventured Forwards clearing a path for Cancer to Closely follow! He Sped up his dash closely hiding behind the slash he had initially flown; it stood it's ground against X's bullet barrage and would Continue onwards making it's way to the Malicious X, as for Cancer he had other plans.
SORU!
Cancer had delayed his sudden escape by using the Flying slash as an extreme bait to keep X momentarily occupied, he used his surrounding properly gauge an instance at which he could strike from and therefore chose the perfect range, that would be... Directly behind X! In the blink of an eye his position shifted and he popped up about half a meter behind the armed assailant, he took his sprint and decided to capitalize from this distance. He raised his haki covered blade over ahead and prepared a retaliation of his own...
Daishinkan!

Cancer's swift maneuver took X by surprise. The air slashed, a black streak roaring like a tormented beast carved through the battlefield, momentarily forcing X to divert his attention. It sliced past him, grazing his coat and sending splinters of air whipping through his hair.
X's focus narrowed to a pinpoint, slicing through the battlefield's crackling tension. Observation Haki, a razor honed to near-divine sharpness, painted the air with whispers of coming blows. Vibrations thrummed, pressure shifted, and the very pulse of danger hummed in his amplified senses. Time slowed, a canvas stretched thin, granting him a glimpse into the coming clash.
As Cancer poised for his Daishinkan, X became a whirlwind of anticipation. Subtle tremors, faint echoes of steel, the telltale flicker of intent - all unfolded before him like a warrior's prophecy. The Vice Admiral surged forward, blade a silver comet, but X's instincts were a panther in the reeds. His seasoned body, guided by Haki's unseen hand, danced aside, the razor's edge whispering past by a hair's breadth.
He twisted with the agility of a serpent, his gun spinning in his hand like a morbid ballerina. Like cold obsidian chips, his eyes flickered to Cancer's new position behind him. A smirk danced on his lips, sharp and dangerous.
Before Cancer could unleash his retaliatory strike, X's body blurred. He was no longer a solid figure but a phantom ripple in the air, a mirage shimmering in the heat. Cancer's haki-infused blade met only empty air, its metallic whine echoing his momentary confusion.
Reappearing behind Cancer like a whisper on the wind, X's gun was already leveled. His voice, smooth as oil and sharp as obsidian, slithered into Cancer's ear. "Predictable, Admiral. Your desperation telegraphs your moves like a flag in a storm."
The pistol barked, a single, precise shot ringing out. The bullet, imbued with Haki, tore through the air, a glint of deadly intent in its wake. It aimed not for Cancer's heart but for his shoulder, its trajectory designed to disable and disarm him without delivering a fatal blow.

Cancer's retaliation onto X was completely fullproof... in his own eyes, he had laid down the perfect conundrum to ensure a checkmate onto his grave adversary but he seemed to have neglected one of the most crucial aspects of a fighter in this New World; Haki... Yes, the strength that he had used to trump over many pirates weaker than himself.
X's sudden shift in position took him by complete surprise, his eyes widened and his instincts sharpened... With icy swiftness, X drew a sniper rifle from his back, its sleek steel mirroring the malice in his eyes. The crosshairs centered on Cancer's fleeing form, X's gaze as unyielding as his gunmetal shades. In the blink of an eye, the world blurred into a storm of lead. The rifle coughed a high-pitched snarl that unleashed a metallic ballet of death. Bullets ripped through the air, each a hungry wasp seeking its prey. The storm pursued Cancer, relentless as a hurricane, carving jagged furrows through the battlefield's tapestry. Gunfire echoed in a staccato drumbeat; each crackle was a promise of oblivion.

BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG...!
The Haki enhanced bullets ripped through the air, it's echoes of imminent destruction reverberated violently but also subsequently later than the rate at which the Bullets themselves had flown. Cancer was injured and his plan of action had subsequently backfired in a way he never expected would occur; and so he was back on the defensive, His observation haki alerted him of the imminent danger the haki enhanced bullets had faced... He could sense them, not as objects but as extensions of X's Malicious will. Their residue of Haki paired with the amassment carried by X's person resonated strongly and so in that short instance he was quickly alerted.
SORU!
His Body flickered, disappearing into thin air right as the Bullets whiz passed his previous location...
"This is awful, the battle spiraled way out of control and now I cannot take an advantageous position. I'm down 1 arm, I'm not too sure If I can pull anything too powerful as of now. If it calls for it; I'll have to make a grand retreat hidden behind a massive attack, to protect my men that I will do. If I fall here then X's infamy will rise, surely it will and I'd have disappointed my subordinates. Tch- I'll chalk this up to inexperience... This kind of enemy is unorthodox; therefore my failure will be rooted in my own innate lack of skill." He thought; a simple yet powerful inner monologue which determined the pacing that Cancer wished to take. His innate use of Rokushiki allowed him to stay atop of situations thanks to the Technique, "Soru".
It was only a matter of time until X found him, With the distance forced between them he decided to capitalize.
"I'd hate to lose to you as of now." He muttered to himself, Using Soru he was capable of fleeing the incoming barrage of bullets and shift his position 20 Meters North-East of X putting him in a subsequent Blindspot; taking initiative he leapt up into the sky! His time until X could find him shortened with each moment he hadn't released his own retaliation, he sheathed his blade and went to coax his injured limb...
RANKYAKU!
A simple yet powerful technique; He swung his leg from the apex of his Jump, he send a massive Vertical Flying Slash which Surfed the air Arching Downwards before colliding and riding the Earth to strike his intended target... X! The Air subdued itself and the ear cried and puffed gusts of dust and smoke as a Chasm swiftly ensued in the wake of his destructive slice! From a distance Baishin watched intently and he began to sweat, the earth shook from the riding ground, he felt the power emanating from the technique and opted to keep his distance for the rest of the fight...
