The Hunt Part #9 @Lamby

As the battlefield transformed into a whirlwind of intense clashes between Gerald and the CP3 Agents, the robotic duo, FR-471-B and EG-471, relentlessly executed their programmed directives. Engaging the secondary pair of CP3 agents, they launched a coordinated assault, seamlessly blending firepower and melee attacks to maximize their effectiveness.

Boom-Burst, Gerald's loyal ally and overseer, watched the mechanical duo's actions with a surge of pride and admiration. He knew that the robotic pair, armed with a custom general-purpose machine gun and a gigantic metallic axe, respectively, were formidable assets in their shared goal—the defeat of the CP3 Agents.

Gerald, still locked in a fierce duel with Harada and Saito, maintained his strategic composure, carefully orchestrating his moves. The battlefield reverberated with the sounds of clashing metal and battle cries as the intense struggle between man and machine unfolded, each side vying for supremacy in this chaotic dance of combat.

Before joining the fray, Commander Kondo, alerted by the commotion, had managed to catch up with his men, who were also responding to the escalating conflict. Recognizing the gravity of the situation and the formidable strength displayed by Gerald and his mechanical allies, Kondo swiftly issued orders to his agents.

"Evacuate the premises! Secure the other agents and report back to HQ. We must reassess our approach," Kondo commanded with unwavering urgency and authority.

Understanding the severity of the situation and the need for a strategic retreat, the CP3 agents, under Kondo's directive, began organizing the evacuation and regrouping for a tactical withdrawal. Amidst this managed retreat, a lone CP3 agent, having observed the battle from a strategic vantage point, seized the opportunity to make his move.

Clad in a sleek, dark uniform with a mask concealing his identity, the agent stepped forward, his eyes flashing with silent determination. Unlike his comrades, he had yet to engage in direct combat with Gerald and the formidable robots. With the situation evolving, he prepared to enter the fray and confront the formidable adversaries before him.

Yamazaki rapidly assessed the battlefield, his gaze locking onto the menacing robotic duo that posed a significant threat. Determined to eliminate this formidable challenge, he initiated the Geppo technique, propelling himself into the air with explosive force. His agile movements allowed him to gain altitude, providing a strategic advantage.

With practiced precision, Yamazaki channeled his strength into the Rankyaku technique. A surge of energy emanated from his leg as he unleashed "Rankyaku Gaicho," creating a formidable projectile in the shape of a bird. This particular Rankyaku variant boasted an extended range, increased attack power, and the capability to cleave through even steel.

The lethal Rankyaku "Gaicho" soared through the air, directed straight at the robotic duo—the powerful, focused, and devastating cut aimed to sever the metallic forms and disable the mechanical adversaries. The air vibrated with the technique's energy as it closed in on its target, Yamazaki's intent clear – to eliminate the robotic threat and shift the tide of battle in favor of the CP3 agents.
Basic Geppo:
Requirements: 11 Mastery, 21 Movement Speed, 21 Strength.
The user kicks off the air with such force that they lift off. Mastery divided by 2 ( 61/2 = 30 ) is the amount of times you can kick before having to land.

Rankyaku "Gaicho"
Requirements: 51 mastery, 41 strength
Destruction Potency: B
The user creates a large Rankyaku in the shape of a bird, . This Rankyaku has a much wider range, greater attack power, and is capable of cleaving steel - something not witnessed from other variations. The cut also seems more focused, instead of flickering and jagged like a normal

Level 2 + B = Level 4 City Block

Gerald was confident, His clash with the Agents have produced a new found esteem boost as he held his own for quite sometime considering the vast difference in numbers. Gerald Had assumed that Kondo would have been out of commission from their clash but his presumption was proven otherwise. The Commanding Officer returned to the battle; he demanded that his subordinates retreat and so ever so swiftly they did! Gerald stared in confusion, he relaxed his armament Haki and let off a long sigh followed by a few subtle pants of exhaustion. "Are they regrouping?" He pondered.

Both EG-471 and FR-471-B were confused by the sudden recall of all nearby Agents, They whizzed down and relaxed their weapons however this ease of intensity was firmly broken as a remaining agent had ulterior motives to that of their subordinates...

Gerald was immediately alerted by this exhibition since his adversaries had retreated from his attentions, Gerald Valued the lives of his Raiders or what ever life a mechanical creation could be counted as. He needed them as a form of backup and to diminish the attentions of the Agents so that their numbers do not completely overwhelm him in the long wrong and so He could not let his Creations fall to tip the scales of this battle into anyone else's favor but his own. Gerald explosively rushed over, a shockwave sounded from his initial dash, dust and loose debris kicked into the air as he did. He used his Bounce Boots to add an extra boost to his rash to further close the distance between himself and the attacks as fast as he could; He leapt into the Sky, aiming to stop the attack by redirecting it from above...

Both EG-471 and FR-471-B took initiative, The Flying Bird technique soared through the air effortlessly ripping through it and both Raiders were aware of the danger it possessed. The Robots Dashed Forwards to meet the attack mid-way, due to the trajectory and their sizes they posed as immense targets however they had a plan; Both Robots dive rolled forwards and began transforming; shifting their size and Demeanor Vehicles!

Now, exceedingly smaller than they were as robots they drove forwards under the Attack, The Attack slipped past them sliding along the roofs of the trucks; the Raiders swiftly swiveled their Tires, They Drifted to the Right and stopped themselves. They Parked themselves, their engines continued to Hum. They rested their Tires for they detected their creator...

Gerald fell from the Skies, The Rankyaku Gaicho ripped through the Concretes of the Base it's deadliness surely lived up to the carefulness exhibited by the Robots. Gerald Landed a few Meters Behind of the Transformed robots and Ahead of where the Gaichou ripped through the ground. Underneath his feet the Ground cracked and shook ever so slightly, "EG and FR, Mechanize and prepare to Attack. The Agents have retreated into their base; The next plan of action is to draw them out once again. The Cross Guild offered handsome rewards for each of their heads. I need those funds for extensive research, We're not allowed to kill them but we do need them incapable of doing battle." He said to them.

The Raiders, each De-transformed returning to their Robot forms. Their eyes gleamed at the words spoken to them by Gerald and both Robot's shifted their attentions to the Origin of the Gaichou, "Would that mean we'd have to take on our newest Aggressor?" Asked EG-471

"You aren't to Engage unless I am with you, I need to collect their unconscious bodies and secure them but Yes, that's our plan." Replied Gerald, he looked up into the Sky at their newest Adversary. "Make another Move, We're waiting..."

As Commander Kondo and Agent Harada, both bearing the visible scars of intense battle, executed their strategic retreat, they received invaluable support from their less-wounded comrades. Agents Yamanami, Hijikata, Soji Okita, Saito, and Ichimura rallied, forming a protective vanguard to shield their retreating commanding officers.

Grasping the gravity of the situation, the remaining CP3 agents swiftly organized the evacuation, adhering to Kondo's directive. Amidst the orderly retreat, a lone agent perched on a strategic point observed the chaos unfolding below. Clad in a sleek, dark uniform, his identity concealed by a mask, the agent exuded an air of silent determination, ready to make his move.

However, Kondo, unwavering in his resolve, had other plans. He urgently communicated with the higher-ups at CP3 headquarters.

"This situation demands reinforcements. I will request the immediate deployment of CP9 or a Vice Admiral to address this escalating crisis. I will remain on the island and delay the intruder until their arrival," Kondo declared with a palpable sense of responsibility.

The retreat of most CP3 agents and Kondo's decision to stay behind reflected a calculated strategic move. It was an act of selfless leadership, ensuring the safety of his subordinates while orchestrating a more formidable response to the unprecedented threat posed by Gerald and his creations.

Recognizing the weight of Commander Kondo's decision, two dedicated CP3 agents stepped forward, volunteering to remain behind and support their commanding officer.

"Commander Kondo, we'll stand with you and hold the line. We cannot allow this intruder to wreak havoc unchecked. We will buy you the time you need until CP9 or a Vice Admiral arrives," one of the agents declared with unwavering determination.

The other agent nodded in agreement, affirming their commitment to upholding justice and standing firm against imminent threats.

"They've completely retreated with no hopes of return, what are they planning to do?" Pondered Gerald, He firmly girded himself for an all out battle with the CP3 Agents; A lone agent engaged them from a distance however his attempts were mainly focused on the lives of both his robotic creations; His Floridian Raiders. Each Attempt was thwarted and Gerald began to take in the depth of which this situation has gotten to, "My Military Might seems to be far greater than theirs." He cockily commented.

"That assessment wouldn't be too far off from the truth, In terms of overall power it flows from both; me and FR at the bottom of the ladder climbing all the way to you at the top." Replied EG-471.

"Hmmm... Well since Captain Sweet had detoured to let me off here so I can capture the Targets I think it would be best to add a bit of sweetening to the pot. The Beli Rewards from Capturing Kondo and his subordinates is grand however I believe it serves my infamy well if I capture the Island under the name of Sweet. The Tides of Battle are strongly in my favor, I don't think there's a possibility in which I lose this upper hand, therefore I must seize the opportunity the best I can." He said, Gerald's Mecha Widened it's stance; It's right and left shoulder released a small and concise puff of smoke as the Joints began to transform. Metal over Metal, Gear under Gear and Wire under Wire; The Body part transfigured into a Shoulder Mounted Missile Launcher. The High-Tech Weapon softly purred as it was ready to fire.

"I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of that..." Commented FR-471-B, it's light-machine gun cocked and held firmly in it's clutches.

"Fortunately enough I'm planning to have a bit of Target Practice. We're here to collect Live Prey after all." Replied Gerald, he swiveled his Mecha and mechanically clutched as it's barrel locked onto the CP3 Headquarters. He focused his observation Haki on sensing presences however the Distance he'd be able to covered hadn't seemed to be that great; He noted this and dampened his motives. Keeping the Observation Haki active he decided to have it serve as a defensive protocol just incase. These were his precautions, he aimed to fire but he needed a good enough Target and so he manually searched as his Robots stood close-by.

As the dust settled on the battlefield, devastation lay before the weary CP3 agents. Kondo, bearing the weight of his injuries, surveyed the destruction with a grim determination. Gerald, their mechanized adversary's formidable presence, loomed over them, a constant reminder of the daunting task ahead.

Amidst the wreckage, Kondo rallied his team, his voice a beacon of resolve despite the pain etched on his features. "Confrontation is futile in our current state," he declared, his gaze sweeping over the faces of his injured comrades, including Harada. "We must outsmart this intruder. A tactical approach is our only hope."

Stepping forward, Yamazaki, renowned for his strategic cunning, proposed a solution. "The terrain bears battle scars, offering both shield and snare. Let us utilize it to our advantage," he said, his voice ringing with conviction. "We have witnessed the capabilities of his mech. If we can control the battlefield, victory may be within our grasp."

Despite their battered forms, Hijikata and Okita, their unyielding spirits, volunteered to set traps and diversions. "Let us manipulate the environment," Hijikata declared, his eyes gleaming with a flicker of defiance. "By funneling him into confined spaces or creating distractions, we can exploit an opening in his defenses."

Saito, a study in calm composure, opted for a role shrouded in secrecy. "Leave the covert strikes to me," he stated, his words measured and precise. "From the shadows, I will observe and wait for the moment. When it reveals itself, my strike will be swift and decisive."

Taking control, Kondo, despite his wounds, directed the team with unwavering focus. "Our communication lifeline lies within those earpieces," he reminded them, commanding respect. "Yamanami, your vigilance is crucial. Track the movements of Gerald's machine and keep us informed. The rest execute the plan with flawless precision. Remember, our mandate is to hinder, not engage in a head-on clash."

As the agents dispersed, each embracing their designated roles, a tangible tension hung heavy. Yamazaki assumed a position of strategic oversight, ready to guide those on the front lines. Their strategy of calculated movements, traps, and pinpoint strikes remained their sole hope against their formidable foe. Success hinged on their ability to outmaneuver Gerald and exploit the vulnerabilities of his powerful mech. The fate of their mission rested on their collective ingenuity and determination.

"Raiders Mecha-nize and prepare for battle!" Demanded Gerald; Both his Robots immediately responded to his voice, they entered battle mode; equipped with their weapons they awaited the Agents however that wasn't their only objective, This command in particular was instilled into their software to instinctively prioritize the life of their commanding officer; who, just so happened to be, Gerald Q. Yopenheimer.

Each of their eyes temporarily flash as the commands were immediately implemented; all that remained is for the well awaited confrontation that both Gerald and the Agents waited for. With careful distribution of his haki he hardened the Shoulders of the Mech; his aim was to supplement the strength of his weapons else they'd have no effect on the opponents at hand then without another moment to spare the Shoulder-Mounted Missile Launchers fired!

BOOOM!
Two Rockets propelled out of the Launcher Barrel both carrying a great destructive potency; It's initial blast-off would not have been Heard until the Missiles would have traversed a great majority of journey for they flew at speeds exceeding that of sound. All that one could have was a visual warning; a devastating sign of danger that would be the following explosion that would ensue the moment they had struck the HQ.
Destruction Weaponry: 61:shoulder-fired missile launcher + 3 missiles (DPR: B)
Armament Haki (Defensive): +2 Durability, +1 DPR
Speed: 61-80 Hypersonic Speed

Attack Potency For Missiles (Individually): 61-80: 2. Small Building Level + B(2) + Hardening (1) = 120: 5. Town Level

Rough clouds of debris and dark puffs of smog and the remnants of Combustion would have filled the air as an enormous explosion carrying an insane calamity of force as well as destructive waves would have taken down the vast HQ which sat upon the Base. The Island would have illuminated bright orange and the spectacle would have been a sight to be hold as Gerald not only would have waged direct war with the World Government but also be single handedly responsible for the dissolution of the Faction as a whole! Though, He speculated the Agents to be still inside of the building there was a smash chance that they'd survived the explosion however suffering grave injuries; The speed of the missile was one no, non-haki user could sense coming for there was no sound to track; at least until the impact.

As the missiles hurtled through the air, their menacing glow illuminating the twilight sky, the CP3 agents were jolted into action, their instincts honed through countless missions kicking in. Kondo, perched at a vantage point, barked orders through their communication earpieces, his voice laced with urgency. "Evacuate the building! Move now!" he commanded, recognizing the imminent threat.

Hijikata, Okita, Saito, and Yamazaki, their bodies enhanced by years of rigorous training, responded with practiced precision, each agent executing their assigned role with unyielding determination. With swift, fluid movements, they navigated the labyrinthine corridors of the headquarters, their footsteps echoing through the deserted halls as they raced towards the exit.

His senses heightened by years of covert operations, Saito swiftly assessed the trajectory of the incoming missiles. His voice, a mix of urgency and calm, cut through the tension-filled air. "Spread out! Take cover!" he shouted, his words echoing through the building. The agents scattered, seeking refuge from the impending destruction, their bodies instinctively utilizing the debris and structures for protection.

The missiles, streaks of fiery death against the darkening sky, reached their target with a thunderous roar. They slammed into the CP3 headquarters, the impact triggering a cataclysmic explosion that sent shockwaves reverberating through the surrounding area. The force of the blast tore through the building, reducing substantial portions to rubble and sending debris flying in all directions.

The explosion's aftermath was a scene of chaos and destruction. A cloud of smoke billowed from the smoldering wreckage, obscuring the once imposing structure that had served as the CP3's base of operations. The agents, having narrowly escaped the brunt of the blast, found themselves in a precarious situation amidst the debris-strewn landscape. The building, now teetering on the brink of collapse, posed a constant threat.

It was a success... A thick fog of dust and pulverized concrete flooded the island; this was the fruits of not only science but Gerald's ingenuity in designing his Mech. The Cipher Pol Headquarters was naught but a feeble silhouette, precariously teetering on it's remaining pillar as Gerald's Missiles did their damage, under the metallic mask of his Mecha Gerald Smiled; Not at the grand display of destruction but at a sense of accomplishment of overcoming the Agents once again however one key aspect took it's sweet time to finally nab at his subconscious. "Are they alive?" The thought merely flashed through his mind as his smile shifted to an innate expression of curiosity and awe.

Gerald's Observation Haki had been active all this time and so far the presences of each of the agents were there but their locations had yet to be finite; "EG-471, FR-471-B Hold Mechanization and prepare for confrontation; On my Mark and signal you are to engage with all known enemies." He demanded of them once more, he felt a bit unsure of what's to come since the battle conditions have changed drastically. What Loamed over the island now was nothing more than a fog from a massive explosion; debris covered the island like snow and merely walking with secure footing became ever so slightly perilous.

The Robot's Eyes flickered as the commands were run through their software, Gerald retracted his Shoulder-Mounted Missile Launchers and he took a fighting stance; he closed his eyes denying himself the means of sight and instead focused on his Haki. His instincts weren't sharp when it came to sensing danger however his intuition allowed him to anticipate imminent danger. This was the same trick he had used to defeat the Dinosaur that hunted him 19 years ago...

His Son Marveled from a distance; his presence was well hidden thanks to the fog as well as the tides of battle. The Sudden flash of the Explosion caught him by surprise and now he laid in wait of a result, he could not trust his sight for all that he could make out were strong silhouette's of what he thought to be his Father's Mech as well as the Raiders. "This is a warzone..." He commented, he hid within the confines of the metallic casing that transported the Robots. He Closed the Device, the massive case softly locked itself; Boom-Burst no longer felt safe on the battle field his life was not worth the risk and the excitement the battle brought was enough to appease him. "Dad's doing pretty well in his own element, I don't think it'd be right for me to impede and make myself a hinderance. The Introduction of the Raiders were enough help to him and I am extremely proud of myself." He monologued, he set himself aside running diagnostic tests based on the emitter relays each Raider irradiated from their transmitters to the Vital-Stabilizer Receiver that sat within the Box.

The Robots seemed to be functioning at full capacity; even with some damages sustained from their respective clashes with the Agents their functionality remained the same. Boom-Burst was relieved however he was still skeptical of what was going on outside, his curiosity peaked however his life mattered more.

The Hunt Part #13 @Lamby

In the smoldering aftermath of the explosive strike that reduced CP3 headquarters to rubble, a select group of surviving agents emerged from the debris, battered but unbowed. Seizing the opportunity amidst the chaos and lingering fog, five elite agents – Yamazaki, Ichimura, Hijikata, Saito, and Okita – moved with calculated precision, exploiting the altered terrain to their advantage.

Silently, the agents assumed strategic positions, their bodies camouflaged against the wreckage and half-standing structures. The dense, concealing fog became an ally and veil as they braced themselves for the impending ambush. Each agent held their breath, senses heightened, weapons poised for action. Determination was etched on their faces, forming a shared resolve to capture or incapacitate Gerald Yopenheimer, the mastermind behind the devastating attack.

Engulfed in a thick fog blanket resulting from the massive explosion, the battlefield lay in eerie silence. Amidst the debris and remnants, Harada, a seasoned CP3 agent, stealthily navigated the fog, his senses heightened as he closed in on his target, Boom-Burst, the son of Gerald Yopenheimer. Harada's twin swords were held at the ready, their blades glinting menacingly in the dim light.

Unbeknownst to Harada, Agent Yamanami, a veteran strategist among the CP3 ranks, had keenly observed Boom-Burst's location. Recognizing the opportunity to exploit the situation, Yamanami split their adversary's attention. With calculated movements, Yamanami silently slipped through the fog, shadowing Harada. His mastery of covert operations allowed him to traverse the battlefield undetected. The plan was set in motion: Harada would focus on Boom-Burst, while Yamanami would create a second front, catching Boom-Burst off guard and diverting Gerald's attention.

The fog, both ally and obstacle, added an extra layer of uncertainty to the unfolding events. As Harada closed in on Boom-Burst and Yamanami trailed behind, the stage was set for a strategic ambush, testing the wits and skills of the attackers and their elusive target amidst this fog-shrouded battlefield.

Gerald remained motionless, the thick fog was a grave obstacle; obscuring the vision of both parties but also serving as a necessary cover to fully mask the simple maneuvers and actions both parties had to offer, to say the very least; the loss of one's sight was extremely detrimental to their survival. His Observation Haki sharply pinged! Two agents have surfaced and their travelling direction was extremely odd, their journeys headed in a direction that was all too familiar to the Scientist. Immediately an instinct came over him, it was primal; no it was subconscious, No! It was innate... Gerald had never imagined that he would feel this way in battle, especially with the stratagem he had so carefully concocted.

The Direction in which the pair of Agents headed lead straight to Boom-Burst! This information was crucial as the connection Gerald had with him was unshakable; it was the bond between father and son. "No..." This word echoed throughout the entirety of his being, Boom-Burst on the other hand was none the wiser, the metallic casing was completely sealed off from the outside world; it held him within it's walls along with some other technologies that had yet to surface. Gerald prepared to take off, due to how the battle had played-out the Agents who had originally escaped back to their HQ would have to subsequently Pass Gerald and his Robots who held their grounds a few meters ahead of the Metallic Casing which sat at the outskirts of the Base; it was at the very edge of island with only a few long strides of ground separating it from the sea.

Gerald Acted, currently; as a lone parent he would do anything to protect his child and in this case; he was willing to Kill for his son... Gerald Swiveled and immediately dashed off, he exploded from where he stood! His Robotic Creations followed him... He utilized his Mecha's Bouncing Boots the boost the distance in which he'd usually cover thus making each dash extremely advantageous and extremely swift; He moved as a blur; even though the Mecha possessed a grand size it still moved as thought it was as nimble as a Sword-fish in the open sea. His rough silhouette in the fog would simply fade and deform, contorting and becoming extremely difficult to track for this was the simple effects of Motion. He snuck upon the pair of CP3 Agents like a thief in the night!
Speed: 61, 61-80 Hypersonic Speed

He was akin to a Predator, His speed allowed for an absolute sense of silence for his travel speed exceeded the limitations of sound; as of now both Harada and Yamanami were in Gerald's zone. Gerald held no particular emotions other than Malice, his tenseness physically irradiated from his face however it was safely contained within his Mech. What followed was a quick sequence of events that not even Gerald could explain the aftermath off, Thanks to his Boots boosted strides he intercepted the sneaking agents!

In the Cover of the fog, in the dead of silence and with the grave element of surprise; Gerald had done the following: As he dashed he lowered his torso closer to the ground, holding a great similarity to a Boxer's dash as to cover extra distance. He remained laser-focused, with a swift maneuver as he crept up upon the agents Gerald Opened his Arms, Using his momentum he'd have went to Grab the trailing Yamanami by the leg. Had he succeeded, he'd move unto grab the other Agent who had stealthily crept through the smog. He'd move on to slab both Agents simultaneously into the broken Concrete ground below; Due to the way in which he had intended to slam them, they'd be bounced off the ground and placed into the air with their sides exposed to the Giant Mech...

His protective parent instincts kicked and his sense of remorse had fully left him, He capitalized on the situation he had forced onto the Agents; With the intent of leaving them no room to properly react he immediately followed up!

Hard Knuckle: Boom-Burst Quick Shoulder (ハードナックル:ブームバーストクイックショルダー;Hādonakkuru: Būmubāsutokuikkushorudā)!!
He Hardened the Right Shoulder of his Mecha, He launched forward through the short distance he would have created by slamming the pair of agents; a shockwave emanated from his Dash, The Fog's thickness wavered at his speedy movements, He rammed straight into the Pair of agents!
61-80: 2. Small Building Level + A(3) + Hardening(1) = 6. City Level
DPR of the Slam: 61-80: 2. Small Building Level +D(0) = 61-80: 2. Small Building Level

As Gerald's hulking mecha bore down on the unsuspecting agents, Harada and Yamanami, its massive form moved with surprising agility, its Bouncing Boots propelling each stride. With the predatory grace of a seasoned hunter, Gerald intercepted the pair. Lowering his torso like a boxer, he executed a swift grab, ensnaring Yamanami's leg. The suddenness of the attack left the agents reeling.
With Yamanami in his grasp, Gerald seamlessly transitioned to the next move. Holding both agents captive, he slammed them into the broken concrete floor, utilizing the momentum to catapult them into the air. The foggy battlefield swallowed their movements, shrouding the agents in disorientation.
As the duo hovered defenseless in the air, Gerald wasted no time. His mecha's right shoulder hardened into a formidable weapon, and he unleashed the Hard Knuckle: Boom-Burst Quick Shoulder. A shockwave erupted from his charge, slicing through the fog as he rammed into the airborne agents, delivering a devastating blow.

DPR 2 or more higher than dura: super effective

Yamanami was caught in a whirlwind of disorienting motion as Gerald's mecha swiftly closed in and executed its powerful assault. The impact of the Hard Knuckle was profound, sending Yamanami spiraling through the air before crashing back down to the ground. The force of the blow left him momentarily stunned and incapacitated.
Groaning, Yamanami quickly assessed his condition, feeling the repercussions of the relentless attack. Despite the disorientation, he managed to maintain composure. Realizing the situation's urgency, he activated the communication device in his ear, linking him to his fellow agents.
His voice crackled through the earpieces worn by the remaining CP3 agents, "This is Yamanami. We're under attack. I repeat, we're under attack!" He relayed the crucial information with a sense of urgency. "Location: The area near the outskirts. Requesting immediate backup. He is here."

The other agents, who had been maintaining a careful watch from a concealed point, gradually realized the severity of the situation. As the fog thickened around them, they squinted through the haze, attempting to discern any movement or sign of the ongoing battle. The faint silhouette of Gerald's mecha moved like a phantom in the dense fog, but the visibility diminished even further as the battle unfolded.
Suddenly, Gerald's mecha vanished from the agents' sight, swallowed by the opaque curtain of fog. A sense of unease crept over them as they strained to catch any trace of the massive machine. The ambient sounds of battle became muffled, further complicating their efforts to pinpoint the location.
In this state of uncertainty, Yamanami's urgent call crackled through their earpieces. The agents' hearts skipped a beat as they processed the distressing information. "This is Yamanami. We're under attack. I repeat, we're under attack!" The words reverberated through their earpieces, heightening the urgency.
Despite their keen observational skills, the agents found themselves momentarily disoriented in the thick fog, the lack of an apparent visual reference exacerbating the challenge. They swiftly recalibrated their senses, training themselves to adapt to the unexpected events. Adjusting their positions, they acknowledged Yamanami's call. They moved with renewed purpose, guided by the provided location to regroup with their fellow agents in the fog-shrouded battleground.

"Leave my boy out of this..." muttered Gerald, The fog around him swarmed and swayed violently at his sudden explosive sneak attack took it's play. He approached the downed agents from a distance, he could hear their voices but faintly. He could not make out what was said but that didn't matter to him, He stood over the agents who had finished their desperate cry. The Light casted a strong shadow over them from of his Mecha and from within the crevices of the Mask his Mecha possessed two glinting red lights that shined brightly.

His Raiders came flooding in only mere moments after him. The Downed Agents, He'd assumed their ability to move had been taken away and so he opted not to pay too much mind to them. The Robots lifted their Weapons and prepared themselves for another confrontation as per Gerald's previous instruction however what's the plan of action now? It's clear that the Agents have a bit of knowledge about Boom-Burst, it would be wrong to simply throw him back to the Ship; Where'd he store his Raiders?

The Agitated Gerald stuck himself within an inner monologue as he attempted to formulate a new battle strategy, his observation haki on the other hand remained innately active though reduced to nothing but a cognitive radar for detecting presences; this allowed him to keep track of the nearby Agents as well as his Son.

"This is bad, They're targeting Mark. I can't have him sustaining to grave of an injury whilst I am hair battling with a pair of them. I have to keep them pre-occupied; but how can I do that? I could opt for massive distraction to force them away from here however I only have 1 missile left in my Launcher." He pondered, his agitation evolved into a strong affliction of lividness. Gerald was frustrated and he didn't know what to do with his son, his own emotions blocked and hindered his ability to think and with the battle that been unfolding before them it may just cost him a singular moment if he hadn't girded himself accordingly.

The Hunt Part #15 @Lamby

Thrown into disarray by Gerald's surprise attack and the injury of two comrades, the remaining CP3 agents – Yamazaki, Ichimura, Hijikata, Saito, and Okita – were forced to adapt quickly. Facing the formidable threat of Gerald and his mecha, they resolved to turn the tables.

With the strategic mind of Hijikata guiding them, the agents selected an area offering cover and an advantageous position. "We've been on the defensive long enough," Hijikata declared. "Saito, Okita, take flanking positions. Yamazaki, lure him in. Ichimura, wait for the moment to strike from above."

Saito and Okita, the group's stealth experts, melted into the shadows, their movements silent and precise. The fog swirled around them, cloaking their approach as they positioned themselves on either side of the ambush site.

Yamazaki, tasked with baiting the trap, emerged from the fog, his footsteps deliberately echoing in the stillness. "Come and face me, you overgrown tin can!" he challenged, drawing Gerald's attention.

High above, Ichimura remained unseen, his eyes scanning the battlefield with the focus of a predator. He waited patiently, ready to unleash his attack when the moment was ripe.

A new voice emerged from the fog, instantly this grabbed Gerald's attention. He was too deep in Contemplation to fully realize that a new presence had pinged upon his instincts thanks to his Observation haki. Therefore he Dulled his ability; not completely shutting it off but closing his mind to excess presences nearby thus easing his ability for now, a new target had appeared right before him and so he didn't need such a strong concentration of awareness. He turned and coldly glared at the Lone Agent manifesting out of the fog, He lifted the left hand of his Mecha and pointed at Yamazaki... "Kill him." He openly and menacingly uttered.

Like Animals his Robots immediately acted to his command, both parties lifted their respective Light machine guns and opened fire!

Strength: 61-80: 2. Small Building Level
Total DPR of Each Bullet Shot: 61-80: 2. Small Building Level + C(1) = 81-100: 3. Large Building Level

Cartridge/Magazine Amount for an LMG: 40
From Both Robots collectively 29 Shots were fired, Compared to their initial Shots they planned to save their bullets and not completely deplete their LMGs however now things have changed... The Shots were not fixated at one definite target; no no, Each bullet fired at different trajectory that would generally cover the entirety of Yamazaki's body. Flashes continuous illuminated the area through the thick fog; the sounds of the shots reverberated throughout the fog! Boom-Burst Began to panic as the shots sounded right outside of the casing he sat within!

As for Gerald, it was a game of anticipation for the Pirate. He had already relaxed his Observation Haki quite a grand mound, he attentively awaited a strong introduction from the Other Agents that had been lurking; Gerald wasn't aware of the plans the Agents had however reminiscing to those he had faced already he subconsciously new that this was not all. It was a wild guess but Gerald took that assumption and his anger continued to boil.

The Hunt Part #16 @Lamby

From the swirling tendrils of fog, a lone figure materialized. Yamazaki, a chilling taunt dancing on his lips, stood defiant as Gerald's mechanical creations whirred to life. EG-471 and FR-471-B, their custom-designed RP-46 light machine guns spitting fire, unleashed a deadly barrage.

The echoing gunfire ripped through the thick mist, bullets weaving a web of destruction aimed to ensnare Yamazaki. Light flashes illuminated the battlefield, revealing a relentless rain of lead hurtling toward the lone CP3 agent.

Yet, Yamazaki remained untouched. He became a ghost in the swirling fog, his movements an ethereal dance of evasion. With the grace of a seasoned acrobat, he contorted his body, effortlessly sidestepping, leaping, and somersaulting through the deadly storm. Each projectile whizzed past him by a hair's breadth, a testament to his mastery of movement and unwavering focus on survival.

The fog became his accomplice, obscuring his form and rendering him invisible to the unseeing robots. Each sporadic flash of gunfire served only to momentarily illuminate his elusive form, a fleeting glimpse of a phantom in the mist. Yamazaki's evasion was no mere coincidence; it was a calculated ballet of survival, a testament to his unmatched agility and expertise in outmaneuvering his mechanical adversaries.

The symphony of destruction continued, but Yamazaki remained untouched. He danced with death, his nimbleness a mesmerizing spectacle in the fog-shrouded arena. In this swirling battleground, where shadows danced, and bullets found no purchase, the lone CP3 agent stood unwavering, a testament to the human spirit's ability to defy even the most overwhelming odds.

The agent danced elegantly and skillfully; his movements backed with the swirling and dwindling obscuring cloud of the fog added to the deceptiveness that proved to be the innate flaw of his robots... They were far too slow, Gerald grew ever so impatient with the way things were going; though the clash was quite impressive in relation to what had happened and the participants of who were present. "Cease Fire and Engage manually! Do not fall!" He commanded of his robots, The Pair lowered their weapons and whipped them to their backs. Both, amazingly equipped with an axe and dual swords; EG-471 and FR-471-B dashed at Yamazaki! Their speed was on equal footing with that which was exhibited by the Agent, Gerald held an innate confidence in their abilities to fight and so he could trust them with this command without the innate need for backup.

The Giant Gilded Mecha Knight turned it's attentions else where, Gerald had a plan; a plan to properly take down the agents but he needed a few hostages. His anger had boiled up within him however he hadn't intended to irrationally lash out; that was simply something outside of his personality. Instead he'd suppressed it to let it build, the build up however caused his thoughts to take a bit of darker turn... Taking advantage of the Bounce boots his Mecha possessed he Sprinted over to the downed Injured Agents; he had a bit of an odd plan. His initial dash exploded and kicked the loosed debris from the ground, a Cone of Air formed over his shoulders as he shifted from an athletic sprint to an iconic Ninja run; lowering his torso just a bit enough that he became fundamentally aerodynamic. The Sheer Distance he'd cover would allow for him to reach his downed adversaries in mere moments but what say Yamazaki who had toyed with the aim of the robots?

Gerald's sprinting speed was equivalent to the speed of the robots which were also equivalent to the Movement speeds of the Agents he chose to face... "As one!" Shouted EG-471, it's deep and stoic metallic voice emanated at a slower pace at which they had ran and so the sound would play right as they unleashed their first attack...

Both Robots had performed this a long ways before; they're movements almost synchronized they began an assault on Yamazaki!

EG-471 He lead the assault with FR-471-B fading behind, EG had thrown his axe at the Agent; however it's dash had not ceased, it sped up! It Reached over it's back and grabbed it's light machine gun. EG wasted about 17 bullets in the initial onslaught and 2 in an confrontation prior; this had left EG with 21 rounds left in it's first Magazine, plenty enough to cause significant damage...

Yamazaki pirouetted through the swirling fog, dodging Gerald's initial charge as effortlessly as a leaf swirling in the wind. He wasn't alone in the dance of shadows. Cloaked in the misty veil, robots EG-471 and FR-471-B pressed their metallic claws, an axe whistling past and bullets carving fleeting trails of light through the gloom.

A whirlwind of grace and lethal efficiency, Yamazaki sidestepped the axe with a flicker of his ankle, the clang lost in the mechanical symphony of EG-471's light machine gun. Each bullet traced a fiery scar across the fog, illuminating Yamazaki's evasive weave.

With a calculated shift, Yamazaki abandoned his evasive dance. Instead, he met the oncoming mecha head-on, his agility weaving him through the hail of bullets like a fish through a coral reef. His sudden acceleration narrowed the distance, a silent promise of steel against titanium.

Meanwhile, the fog yielded another surprise. Emerging from its depths, Yamazaki's fellow CP3 agents formed a strategic formation, flanking Gerald and his mechanized minions. Ichimura, katana, a cold gleam in the fog, sought the mecha's chinks in its armor. Hijikata, a whirlwind of blades, circled for a flank attack. Saito, ever the sharp, took a steady position. Okita, a phantom in the smoke, waited for his moment to strike.

A battle fought with the intention to sway as one...
EG held his position he continued his onward dash as Yamazaki darted to him as well! He had dodged the initial Axe Throw however with his Light Machine Gun in hand he wasn't completely unarmed, EG dropped to the ground; it's metallic lower body skid through the ground and debris effortlessly ripping through the concrete as a shrill clang of scrapping metal befell their ears. Overhead, FR-471-B took it's own charge; This was the bait!

With Yamazaki still within his dash and the distance between both him and the robots it'd have been in his best interest to block the oncoming attack that was laid in store from the pair of robots. With it's pair of Energon-Sabers equipped, it leapt over the sliding EG-471 and unleashed a pair of methodical slashes...

WHOOOSH! An Ariel Diagonal slice; emanating slightly in the air as it aimed to Slash Yamazaki in the face and upper chest and a second backup slice with it's opposing hand... WHOOOOSSH! accompanying it's momentum it swung directly over head a nice curve aimed to chip through the top of the Agents head! Each slash executed in a graceful motion as one occurred in a perpetual motion as it leapt over both parties!

With EG-471's Slide blocking Yamazaki's frontal path this was the perfect way to force him into a corner for their creator Gerald had a dance with his subordinates...

Frontal Assault!!
A loud clang be fell Gerald... An attack emerged throughout the mist as he speedy stride had been avoided by Yamazaki; the Mecha was quite durable and so it held up quite well even against sneak attacks of this magnitude. Though Ichimura had the shroud of Fog protecting him Gerald could sense his presence, Gerald knew where he was. Gerald's anger still boiled silently, facing the consequences of his reckless dash he may need to focus on defense if he plans on emerging successful in this mission. For this instance alone Gerald flashed and fully enveloped his observation haki; both precognitive and detection abilities. He Traced Ichimura but took a keen notice to the additional Agents that surrounded him, "Tch-" He muttered.

He took an offensive stance and tightened his body; using his bounce boots once again he sprinted for Ichimura, though their speeds were equal the distance covered between them vastly differed thanks to boots he had equipped onto the Mecha. Hijikata circled them and so Gerald Opted for an extremely safe approach; He stepped in, predicting Ichimura's Movements he took his swing; unorthodoxly low and shrouded in Fog he had specifically placed the attack to intercept the sneaking Agent!

Hard Knuckle: Hooker's Right!
Gerald held a powerful and exceptional strong stance, his haki flowed swiftly; his right hip swiveled and his body leaned downwards to flow through with his punch; he threw a swift and powerful low right Hook, curving and aiming to strike Ichimura from the Right hitting him right in the Liver as he continued his sneaky onslaught aiming to strike Gerald's Mecha's "chinks"!
41: bounce boots, allowing 3 meter/10 foot jumps - 15 invention points

Hard Knuckle: Hooker's Right
The Mecha tightens it's fist as it throws a heavy right straight punch or a right hook, with enough force to send an opponent straight into the ground creating a small crater.

Ichimura, bathed in moonlight, met Gerald's mecha head-on. He didn't falter in the face of the towering metal beast. Instead, he roared with defiance, his katana a silver streak against the darkness. He unleashed the Daishinkan, his body becoming a lightning bolt of pure momentum. The mecha's hook shot forward, but Ichimura's blade met it in a thunderous clash, sparks showering like a cascade of stars. The force of the impact reverberated through the fog, shaking the ground beneath them.

Yamazaki, meanwhile, danced with the deadly grace of a whirlwind. The twin blades of FR-471-B sliced through the air, but he deflected them with a masterful display of swordsmanship. Each parry was a delicate dance of steel, sparking a firefly in the mist. But he didn't stop there. He unleashed a Rankyaku "Hakurai," a spiral of compressed air that could tear through the mecha's energy attacks, shattering them into fragments of light.

Hijikata emerged from the shadows as the mecha recoiled, a phantom born of the fog. His eyes were determined as he aimed for the mecha. With a swift, fluid motion, he launched his own Rankyaku, a crescent of razor-sharp air that could slice through the metal like a hot knife through butter.

The Robots both scuffed as they clashed with the Agent before them, FR-471-B committing to his attack barrel rolled upon his landing behind of Yamazaki and EG-471 getting back up to par, avoiding the Hakurai but succumbing to a few scrapes to his armor. The Two continued their Tango!

SMASH!
A sudden explosion emanated from the ground! EG, quickly lifted his boot and struck the ground where both parties stood; kicking up quite a large dust cloud to obscure the sight of the CP agent standing before them, the ground shook and the concrete cracked and the footing became loose; The after effects of the rough battle between Gerald and the Agents left the Base in ruins however with the sudden smash to the ground it made it difficult for any party to make an strong and quick movements because as of now... The Ground around them could collapse at any time!

FR took initiative, copying EG he swung his saber through the Ground kicking up more clouds and slinging a spray shot of small debris to prick Yamazaki from behind!

Gerald's Metallic Boots, Slid through the ground as the recoil from his sudden clash with Ichimura echoed throughout the fog momentarily dispelling it from the area they accompanied. Gerald Dashed forwards once more, like an angry bull; he kept his form tucking both arms close to his body as he boxer dashed forward. A Slash erupted from behind of him, It slapped into the Metallic Back of the Mecha, It slapped the Metallic armoring Offering a deep but minor Wound in the metal.

Verdict: DPR 1 below dura: somewhat effective

This alerted the Gilded Pirate... "It seems Ill have to push myself, If I'd like to capture them." He muttered to himself, he called upon his observation haki once more but only faintly; slowly but surely he'd been grasping the concepts behind this Haki, pushing to it's favor. He dashed at Ichimura once more, closing the distance between them relatively quickly.

"If I want to capture them all..." He began, his inner monologue echoed throughout his mind. He released his arms, He began with a Quick left Jab as he came close to Ichimura; purposefully baiting the Agent, Visually speaking; he kept his right hand still however deep within he'd been ready to release his deadly weapon, a snap with the opposing arm that'd quickly turn the tides on this little scuffle!
