- All zoan type Devil Fruits are based on biological laws.

- Brook's Devil Fruit: Resurrection-Resurrection Fruit = "Resurrection Man"
- Brook's Devil Fruit allowed his astral body (soul) to return to his physical body once he died.
- The physical property he gained as a Resurrection-Man included mainly Undeath (no longer alive, but animated by a supernatural force). It's a mix between physical properties and metaphysical properties. Normally, an astral body (soul) needs to be combined with a physical body as a vessel to carry it in. Once a physical body expires, then the astral body returns to the astral realm. In the case of a Resurrection-Man, the astral body instead returns to the deceased physical body.
- In terms of being a thing a Resurrection is a thing that happens to any living thing that dies and is brought back to life.
- The effects of this Paramecia type Devil Fruit involve a metaphysical concept.

In other words, when she creates a living object, she is putting an astral body (soul) into a physical body/vessel.
