I read a summary of the Geneva Conventions last week, and attacking combat medics is a warcrime. So the mafia better not mess with ours or ill call The Hague.
Unless of course, with the whole fire theme, we have an arsonist and a firefighter instead of a mafia hitman and a doctor. In that case you´d only be guilty of murder if you kill him.
