This thread will serve as an example of how to RP in the RPG.
I will RP as Captain Kuro and Mr. 5 for this.
Captain Kuro:
This is him talking.
This is his actions
This is his thoughts
Mr. 5
"This is him talking"
*This is his actions*
-This is his thoughts-
(This is my comments on things that I do throughout the fight)
These are examples of how to differentiate your actions, speech and thoughts. This is recommended, as to not cause confusion. Of course, you may use other means as well, such as different fonts or colors. If you do use colors, you need to make sure they are easily readable in all of Thriller Bark's themes.
RP works in 'turns'. Person A posts, Person B posts. That is one turn. Person A posts, Person B posts, Person A posts, Person B posts. That is two turns. Or if there are more than two people:
Person A posts, Person B posts, Person C posts. That is one turn.
This following fight is 19 posts long, with two contestants. Kuro had 10 turns, while Mr. 5 had 9 turns.
It's recommended that your post length is at least as long as the ones below. The reason they are so short is because I am RPing both sides. If two people RPed against each other, there should be much more detail. I have seen RP posts as long as 10k symbols, not that that is something you should aim for. Just make sure that your posts are engaging and fun to read, as well as clear on what you are doing.
