I kinda agree. I allways thought of the numbers as brothers of Kaido, the beastierelatives of Kaido. I hope that still works out in terms of power. I guess you could bring weaknesses to them now like lack of reaction/speed or balance-control.

Thinking about it Numbers still don't look bad.
There are actually 3 possibilities right?

1. Tobi Roppo above Numbers in authority (and maybe also power)
2. Tobi Roppo see Numbers ans All Stars as the same. Rank up could just refer to "Who of us will join elite next?".
3. Numbers are powerhorses who reached their limits unable to become commander. This way I would compare them to the likes of Perospero, Compote, Daifuku and Oven.

And based on name alone I doubt it will be 1st, the question for me is it 2nd or 3rd. For now 3rd seems to be the most reasonable thing.
