Coby progress a lot during pre TS. Now He had another 2 years of training. We didn't see anything from Coby post TS.
The only things we know

• Hero of Rockyport incidents (the same reason why Law got promoted)
• Kyros impressed by Cobys Power
• Coby promoted to Rear Admiral
• Coby member of SWORD

I wouldn't be suprised if Coby is already able to deal with a Shichibukai.

This is what we know

1. He is Rear Admiral (Not even Vice Admiral who are humiliated by Shichibukai aside from Garp/Tsuru)
2. He was shocked by Kyros Strength (That Scene clearly shows that Koby is weaker than Kyros, let alone Hancock)
3. He is a Member of Sword & under X-Drake who is a Headliner of Kaido (It's not that Impressive)
4. Helmeppo thinks he is close to Koby (Weaker ofc but close)
5. Feat Wise & Ability Wise he doesn't have much yet, let alone fight Top Pirates

I'm not underestimating him, i'm just saying he isn't a match to Pirate Empress who is Former Shichibukai, Queen of a Nation famous for it's Fighting Skills & Haki, who possess CoC (& Definitely Advanced CoA since her Sisters have it) and a Powerful Paramecia, Momonga who is a Strong Vice Admiral was humiliated by her, Sengoku praised her & she have lot of Hype Scenes too
(PS: Shichibukai are threatened by Admirals, anything less is no match for them aside from Garp & Tsuru ofc)

Koby is Impressive & have Great Potential and he will become Admiral one day
But for now, Hancock is more than he can chew

Now he is head of "Sword" by that logic Coby is pre tsk Drake level. And we all know that Luffy + all straw hats took down 1 Pacifista while it took 2 kicks to take down 2 pacifistas for Boa...
His Post tsk strength is not known but sure is not greater than even Zoro or Sanji . Boa is hyped by Aokiji , Sengoku and have all 3 types of haki.

Yeah that's true . We will discuss whether we should rework it .
We are yet to add Hyou and the new CoA . So I think we can use that patch to include the changes for Rokushiki .

Confirming again that he had Haki Pre-TS and now it's even Stronger

Robin joined Baroque Works before 6 Years in her Viver Card
Little Oars Jr. Height isn't 38 m, it's actually 60m (Which makes him close to Oars Height)
Neko have CoA & CoO (There was a mistake before showing that only Inu have them, finally it's resolved)
I'm not sure but i think Lucky Roo's name is actually Lucky Roux (Uncertain about this)

I can definitely see 6 powers being related to aspects of haki, with stuff like paper art being similar to observation haki dodging techniques and mantra, and stuff like iron body resembling armament haki hardening, literally involving the user strengthening their body and being able to be used defensively and offensively.

Wouldn’t think it was shown giving the tangibility aspect of haki though, considering Luffy’s rubber body wasn’t effected in the same way as when he fought armament haki users like the Boa sisters, where he specifically noted they were hurting him despite being rubber.
