Looks good. Maybe clean up the red ball of light on Luffys face.whe making a light source you want to smooth out the edges with a soft brush on the layer mask. This prevents it from looking like a ball of light and instead makes it look like a more natural source. You can do this by also lowering the fill (not the opacity)Just recently made this
Also that font looks good but overused by you lol

Go to deviantart and type photoshop effects psd. It will show you countless Psd files that have already made effects in them, just drag the group from that file to your work and decrease/remove whatever you think is not fitting.
