Spoiler: My greatest baking failure

I tried making a cake. I was missing some ingredients.
I did not create a cake. The mixture actually separated in the oven, leaving me with a clear, sweet liquid on top of a dark, bitter, chocolatey, more viscous liquid. After a day of contemplating wether to throw it away or finish it the sugary liquid crystalized, and so i ate the crystals and threw away the rest like the sugar addicted hermit i am at heart.
