I would like to disagree with you that the highlighted patterns are supposed to be advanced haki lightning.
I think those are just supposed to signify the impacts of the multiple kicks they traded.
If those were bolts of lightning originating from the kick we currently see on the panel, many of them would have weird angles to where their legs cross. I don't think they actually originate there:

I think that each round curve lightning thingy signifies one of the impacts of kicks they traded. All the jaggy bits of these things go outward from their centers:

The yellow dots are the different impacts.
In the anime they also trade multiple kicks.


Also, we've seen similar "lightning" in other places, too.

Also, broken bones mean nothing. Even usopp managed to, with all his bones broken, jump a considerable height while carrying a grown woman and a reindeer.

(That was probably just namis cyclone tempo, but usopp is still remarkably mobile considering the damage he took.)

I ain't gonna pretend to understand what "advance CoC" really is because we still have missing information. Based on what I saw Luffy didn't even touch Kaido and Big Mom didn't touch page one when she knocked him out. Yet on the panels that you have shown Vergo and Sanji is making contact. Sanji obviously don't even have CoC and isn't a CoA specialist like Vergo so if you are even attempting to make a bold statement that Vergo use advance CoC you should be able to explain as to why someone with advance CoC and CoA needs to even connect flesh to flesh with someone who doesn't.

Sanji's body was raped when Nami was inside it. It was obviously stated in the manga. Thus, his bones are more prone to damage at that point in time. Oda would've not made that "line" if it wasn't intentional.
