Master Roshi is a old man, the owner of the house and isn't all that very strong. Hes often perverted, often flirting with girls without hesitation, reading nude magazines near the beach and sometimes watching the television inside. Roshi although not very strong is very smart and skilled, his known as the creator of the Kamehameha technique and has mastered its form.

One of Ice’s bounty hunters rolled their eyes and paddled back towards the island.
Ice and the 5 bounty hunters arrived on the island walked to the door and knocked upon it

Kame House a house on a very small island in the middle of the sea. It's a very distinctive house with its wall painted pink and the roof is red coloured. There's a words 'Kame House' written on the wall in front of the house. Though it's a small house, the Kame House has two floors inside it. The first floor consists of one big living room with a TV set, a closet, a low table, and some seatings. From the living room, there are doors leading to the kitchen on the back, and to the toilet on the right. On the left side of the living room, there are stairs to go up to the second floor, which contains a single bedroom.
And in this house, lives an old heavenly martial arts master named Master Roshi. He is a bald man, with a thick white mustache and beard, he's wearing an orange martial arts suit and a purple trousers, he also wears an old sunglasses and wields a walking stick.
Master Roshi was in the middle of taking an afternoon nap when suddenly a loud knocking sounds popping up his snore bubbles. Slowly and reluctantly, Roshi uncover his face face. He blinked, close his eyes, and blinks again. He sit up and drag his feet off the bed then rubbing his knuckles onto his eyes.
"Hooaaammmm...... It's quite unusual for someone to come here.... I don't remember ordering pizza nor magazines..... Who it might be I wonder?", said Master Roshi while stretching his arms above his head and yawned.

I literally asked him an question… how is that rude or inappropriate to want to know what you do on a island that’s no bigger then 500 feet.

The sir seemed to ignore them so the bounty hunters thanked the man for their food and left. Back to loguetown
The heat scorched on Ice’s face.

I’m too cold for this man…
Ice had separated himself from the rest of his squad, Nero had traveled onto Loguetown and wanted to complete different assignments while Ice had gone out to just relax for a bit. He’d defeated several Pirates including Jango one of Jango’s most notorious crew mates. El Drago and Golasas and some others including Gyro and Aladiva. To separate himself from the rest of the squad he had to take a small ship from a island and just float around.
In the Past on the Ship.
Look guys we gotta train seeing after we almost lost to 25 people, something has to change So I’m going to train you guys can do whatever you want.
That past seemed more and more distant as he floated in the sea, with no real intrest on where to go. Ice had some food and water on his small ship that’d probably last him around 5-7 Days but his biggest issue was boredom. Suddenly from a distant view he could see a Small Pink house on a beach.
You have to be kidding me… Here again?!
Ice stood up from his laying down position and peered over the ship to make sure it was the small pink island once again, and sure enough it was. The boat drifted close and close to the Island until finally, It got close enough to the beach that Ice could anchor and get upon the small island.

Located on an island isolated in the South Blue ,the house was a two floored one with its walls painted pink . Outside the house where the old man was lounging in his long chair ,were a couple of coconut trees .
Name of the old man was Roshi . He was fondly called Master Roshi . In his youth he was widely known in the region and rumored to have developed a unique Martial Arts .
