Hayato had once again unleashed the ultimate technique of the Fūrinji style, this time to end the fight instead of using it for defense. Shaarib reacted quickly and rekindled his flaming armor. With open palms, he linked his arms together before channeling Haki through them, causing his flames to darken and sparks of black to emanate strongly from his being. Once Hayato was in range, he unleashed his attack.
The techniques met each other with a BOOM, resulting in a shockwave that destroyed the surroundings. Fortunately, none of the towns people were affected, thanks to the efforts of Hayato's disciples. However, the same couldn't be said about their master. Hayato was devastatingly overpowered for the second time. The older man's body was pierced ten times in his torso.
"You truly... are strong!"
He coughed up large amounts of blood as his vision began to fade from the overwhelming damage. The Vice Admiral removed his fingers, and Hayato's body fell with a thud. Realising what he had done, Shaarib quickly made his way to the old man's side. Wasting no time, he placed his torso. Hayato was struggling to stay conscious.

Suddenly, his body was completely coated in Shaarib's blue flames. Hayato's eye's widened in surprise, as there was no burning. Instead his wounds slowly healed until they were nothing but scars.
"Hahaha! Thank you my boy! I am eternally grateful! You marines still have spunk. Your might is just as great as Garp's!"
He jumped on to his feet and took in the sight of the destroyed town. However, his smile didn't falter. Instead he had an idea in mind.
"Say Shaarib, you have earned my utmost respect. If you help us rebuild this place, how about I join you on your journey? I only had this opportunity to once with Garp, however I refused then. But now I've had a change of heart. There is surely alot I can teach you and definately alot you can teach me! What do you say?"
