Mid Town/Peasant town
The town in quite large, wrapping around the front face of the mountain. The edge nearest the only path up or down the mountain(where Weil is) is the industrial district. The place where the Islands goods and exports are manufactured/processed (the distillery, blacksmiths, wood shops, metal/stone work, things of this nature.
Traveling further in you will reach the Living District. The place where nearly all of the Islands inhabitants resided, this had hundreds of homes, market, bars, dining establishments, things of that nature (think a small town).
Just past the Living District you'll find the Rural District. The place where food is grown, livestock raised, lumber, quarry and mining work too.
(Tho since the new chief has taken over most of the islands commerce has stopped, the People are being choked out by the Pirates rule. and the once flourishing Island is now poor and shell of its former self)
The Crowd around Weil disperses, as the Booze retrieval team fades off in the distance. The Whale Fishmen has aroused a little suspicion, the people of the Industrial District probably wont be of much help, also the booze team will be back in two turns and will not be as kind if they see Weil again.
At Maggies Table
Otis said:
Bond smiles, and points to a card near the middle. (Number 16)
Maggie pulling out the suggested card, keeps it face down and slides it in front of Bond, tapping it the shaking her finger as if too say do not look/turn over. She then quickly shuffles the deck and separates the cards into Three different piles of 8x cards in a Triangle pattern and again prompts Bond to Pick a stack. The point of the triangle is aimed at Bond, while the base two piles are nearest maggie.

Well it seems that there should not be much more to having her pass out. "My apologies for butting in so suddenly, allow me to buy you a drink as an apology and you can tell me your side. I assure you I have only just arrived to this island to transport goods."
Solitaire proceeded to buy another long island and gin tonic. Setting them both on the table, she hoped that Marge would drink both of them much like she had when Bond offered originally.
Hopefully she won't go much longer, Homer does something at nights perhaps it is something useful.
The drinks arrive and Like she did before, Marge proceeded to grab both, but first again yelling at Homer for his "alcoholism" This time mush less audible. Marge Quickly drinks the Long Island Before responding too the strange lady, Just about the time her drink was cunsumed it was like she was struck by Lightning, and went from wobbly to stiff and standing still. This action perked up Homer a bit, Marge then proceded to sit down and started slowly sipping the other drink while he let Solitaire have a piece of her mind...
Marge:
WwwhhuwwwwuuutDOyuKNNNNowW! Gud TRANNNssportER, YURRRrr YUr yur NOthiNg, NNNNot leik LIKE MEeeeee... IIIMm sum ... ... ... BODY !
Marge just about finished with the second drink starts to nod off, This makes Homer very animated. Quickly getting up he grabs his hat, and starts to position his passed out Wife in a way that she not looked blacked out (sitting up, hands on the table, hat low over her eyes still a bit slouched. Getting up from the Table he reaches his hand out too shake Solitaire's hand in grattitude.
Homer:
Thank you for that, and for the drinks, I hate to run, but i get so little time "away" from my wife. I usually cant get her too pass out till late at night, but thanks to your deep pockets I can catch the meeting earlier today!
Gathering his things Homer starts too leave the Tavern in a quick pace....
