For anyone confused,
Roger Pirates were in Skypiea last chapter, then they visited Tom in Water 7 (Buggy & Shanks are arguing and this is the same scene from Buggy's Flashback in Chapter 19 and Oda revealed in SBS that it was Shanks who was right)
Roger Pirates already befriended Tom way before Oden joined them, since he is the one who built Oro Jackson
(Also the fact that Shanks & Buggy also missed Tom means that they were Members of Roger Pirates even before Oro Jackson was made !!!)
Roger is told by both Minks & Oden that they have a Red Poneglyph, which shocked Roger since he was looking for them and they told him late, but reveals that he already stole One from Big Mom and can guess where is 4th One
(Also this begs the question, was Big Mom aware of their Importance, i mean, even WB only recently learned about them from Roger, could it be that she went to Final Island too ?? either that, or she simply learned their importance from someone/somewhere else)
Oden meets Franky, but they are on a different spot than Roger & Others, so yeah, Franky didn't meet Roger & also didn't know that he is talking to Oden who invites him to join them but refuses because he hates Pirates since he was just abandoned by them (His Parents are Pirates who abandoned him and threw him in Water 7)
The Chapter continues with Bink's Sake Song which is Most Popular Sea/Pirate Shanty in One Piece (Yes, same Song that Brook & Co, sang)
They visit a Dinosaurs Island (Similar to Little Garden) & then Tequila Wolf in East Blue (Same Bridge where Kuma sent Robin & then Revos found her, and this Bridge was ordered to be build 700 years ago by WG !!)
Also this shows that Roger's Adventures in this Chapter aren't only in NW but in all Seas including Paradise & East Blue & other Blues most probably. Anyway they later go to Sabaody followed by Fishmen Island, in the entrance Roger starts hearing Voices (Unbeknownst to him, it was Voice of Sea Kings who noticed he can hear them), Rayleigh fails to hear anything, but Oden does hear them too, that's because it's Voice of All Things Ability and not just Pure CoO (This Scene was already shown in Fishmen Island Arc before)
Neptune meets Roger and it seems they already befriended each other since this isn't their first Visit to the Island.
Neptune who only recently became King (Not married yet) reveals that there is a Prophecy about Disaster Day where Fishmen Island is finally open and there is no more Borders between them & Humans (Surface), obviously referring to Joy Boy's Promise & Final Arc
Also it should be noted that Fishmen Island isn't used to Pirates here since Pirates Golden Age didn't start yet, so only very few Great Pirates bother making such Journeys
There are also two new revelations in Fishmen Island, the first one is that isn't just one Poneglyph there (Joy Boy's Apology) but there are actually two !! with the second one being a Road Poneglyph (This is where Roger guessed it would be and u can notice by Color Shade)
Second revelation is that Poseidon is reborn every 100 Years inside a Pure Maiden, but it lays dormant, in other words there were many Maidens who had this Poseidon Hidden Power but it was dormant, not until Shirahoshi appeared and awakened it (Something like this)
Shyarly reveals this Mermaid Princess will be born in 10 Years Time which matches the timeline since this Flashback is 26 Years Ago and Shirahoshi is currently 16 Years Old. Rayleigh reveals that they don't care about the Ancient Weapon and that their main Goal is the Treasure
Afterwards, Roger Pirates re-enter New World and visit Raijin Island (Same Island that Urouge visited which is one of three first Islands in NW)
PS: Roger Pirates were scared of some Lightening, i told you Enel is Above-PK Tier lmao
In their Journey they find another Poneglyph (Normal One), after all Robin too found multiple Poneglyphs in her Journey
Afterwards they head for Wano Country for Third Road Poneglyph, Toki fell ill so they leave here there with her Children & Inu/Neko too
Oden didn't want to check Wano and said that he would return after he completes his Journey
And you can spot some Factories behind indicating that Orochi already started changing the Country
The ones missing here are Denjiro & Ashura Doji (And IMO i think after Orochi became Shogun and Oden didn't return yet, they decided to leave the Group and not be part of a System ruled by Orochi which explains why during Toki's Final Moments, Ashura & Denjiro were the only missing ones, who were most probably fighting Kaido)
It's also revealed that 4 Years Later, Oden wouldn't be welcomed like that, which is 20 Years Ago and ofc it's the Year that Kaido invaded and Oden was killed, but why 4 Years ??!! this means Oden after finishing his Journey with Roger, didn't go straight to Wano, where could he have gone ? Maybe he hid his Notebook somewhere ? Maybe he returned to WB ? or Maybe he continued looking for rest of Poneglyphs ?
Finally they go to Zou where both Oden & Roger feel Zou's Presence/Voice as we already know from Zou Arc (Voice of All Things)
Former Ruler of Zou seem like Father of Yomo (Sheep Mink that Nami used as Bed in Zou Arc)
Roger & Pedro meeting is shown which will inspire Pedro to later sacrifice his life for Luffy's Sake
Scopper & others used the Map to find Last Island (Just like Inurashi said, they connect Four Islands on the Map to find Fifth One)
And IMO since it's Scopper doing this Job, this might indicate that he is the Navigator of the Crew
Buggy is hit by "You'll die if you go to that Island" disease which is one of Usopp's Lies lmao
Shanks offers to stay with him and says that they will go there on their own one day
Some Fans might say that Shanks visited Last Island later which i disagree too, because if Oda intends for him to visit it later on off-panel then why bother exclude him here, why not just let Shanks & Buggy visit it with them now and be done with it.
I think this proves that until now Shanks still didn't visit Last Island but wants to making him just like other Yonko, one of Luffy's Rivals in finding One Piece
We later see Newspapers spread everywhere about Roger's Achievement of sailing the whole world and not missing the Final Island
And as you can see, i hope Fans stop exaggerating Pirate King Title since it's a Title purely given by People to Roger for doing what no one else did. Because Power Wise, Roger was considered a "Great Pirate" just like WB, Shiki, Yonko ... etc
And also pls stop using "Strongest Creature" Title is only given by People, because no matter what Title it is, it's always given by People, it's not Guiness World Records giving awards to Roger & Kaido & WB & Mihawk .. etc, it's People !!
Apparently Oden wrote everything in his Book including Void Century, Will of D., Ancient Weapons & let's not forget BB's Secret, Road Poneglyphs ... etc so yeah whoever find it will ...................... (This is similar to Don Kreig who asked Zeff for his Notebook about Grand Line)
And finally Chapter ends showing us Roger's reaction when he reached Final Island and saw the Treasure "He Laughed" !!!!
And so did his Crew, to the point that Roger decided to name the Island "Laugh Tale"
Btw this means there are 5 Notable Characters who learned about Everything
Roger, Rayleigh, Oden, Scopper & Crocus with 2 of them being Dead, 1 is Missing & 2 are Alive & Retired
Both Rayleigh & Crocus help Pirates on their Journey by staying in both Reverse Mountain & Sabaody so if Scopper is Alive, i expect him to be in another Important Island waiting to guide too (And only Island in mind is Lodester Island)
Roger also reveals that this Treasure was left by Joy Boy and it was never found for 800 Years indicating that Joy Boy died 800 Years Ago right after he hid the Treasure there (However we still don't know yet why Roger named it "One Piece" later on)
Speaking about Present, it should be noted that Oda decided not to reveal Wano's Road Poneglyph Location either because there is a Plot Twist about it or because he didn't want to show Onigashima. Anyway Luffy is aiming for it now and he already have 2 other Road Poneglyphs (Ones from Big Mom & Zou) leaving only the one that was hidden in Fishmen Island, so the question is, where is it now ???
There are two possibilities, either Neptune entrusted it to someone else or someone took it already
I doubt someone took it already by force for three reasons, aside from Kaido & Big Mom, there is no other Major Pirate who could have took it by force (It doesn't make sense in this point of story anyway), secondly because Neptune didn't say anything about it to Robin like it's Missing or Stolen or something and finally, even if someone wanted to take it by force, they would just make a Copy, no need to take whole thing
So obviously whoever took it, it was for Safe-Guarding, not because Fishmen Island isn't a good place, but because after start of Golden Age of Piracy, Fishmen Island is endangered by countless Pirates & whoever took it doesn't want it to fall into the wrong hands and keep it as assurance that only Worthy One would find it
There are only three characters who could have took it, WB who took Fishmen Island as his Territory could have took it and hid it but i doubt it since he Died, most his Crew is destroyed (Killed/Captured/Hiding/Retired ... etc), and also BB took most his Territory.
Then there is Shanks which is excellent Choice, it's possible he took it & is protecting it, and is waiting to give it to Luffy when time is right, after all seems like someone interested in Balance and supporting New Generation/New Roger
And finally it could be Scopper Gaban who took it to Lodestar Island which honestly makes sense
Not only we know nothing Scopper yet, but it makes sense that just like Crocus & Rayleigh, Scopper is sitting somewhere where he can support the next Pirate King and Lodestar Island is an Island that must be visited (Even Nami found it weird that Crocus told them to go there even though One Piece isn't there and unlike Roger, they already know about One Piece & Road Poneglyphs & Laugh Tale existence)
So it makes sense, that they need to go there because 4th Poneglyph is there (Along with Rio Poneglyph) which Crocus wanted it to be their First Road Poneglyph, but since Luffy is lucky, it will be his Fourth
Reaching Lodestar Island is also a feet only achieved by Best Pirates and those interested in discovering the World like Roger
What do you guys think, is 4th Road Poneglyph protected by Shanks (Another reason why i doubt it, is because others would have known Shanks have it, after all Big Mom have Best Intel Gathering out there) or it's with Scopper Gaban in Lodestar Island ??
