Here's the clarification by Sandman:
About King, he believes that Who's Who and Sasaki would not have come to the party in Onigashima if King himself had summoned them. It is because both of them used to be captains of other pirates and they plannned to take the position of All-Stars (大看板).

Whoever brings Kaidos son gets to fight any of the All Stars and take their position.

So with King calling out Sasaki and Who's Who, would that mean instead of a typical 1v1 this arc we may get a free for all? Lol

Eg: King vs Who's Who vs Zoro vs someone else
