Regular Mafia Coaches
The following members will act as Coaches who will assist new hosts and ensure the smooth fuctioning of the Regular Mafia section.

Regular Mafia Approved Hosts
The following members are "approved" hosts who do not need assistance of a Coach to run their games.

a) Repeated game inactivity (across multiple games): 1 Strike
b) Complete inactivity during a game resulting in forced substitution or mod-kill: 1 Strike
c) Violation of game guidelines/section guidelines: 1/2 Strikes (depending on severity)
d) Violation of general mafia guidelines: 1/2 Strikes (depending on severity)
All strikes are issued after consultation with game coaches. As a host, if a player in your game requires a strike you can approach the section coaches for a review after your game is over. All strikes issued last for 1 year from the date of issue. All issues with any games, and issuing of strikes is done only after a specific game has ended and not during when the game is active.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
To avoid confusion and chaos in the host sign up thread we have decided to introduce a few new rules and guidelines to help us maintain the calendar as well as give everyone a fair chance to host a game.

- Each person is now allowed to sign up to host 2 games with and without co-host.
- You are eligible to host a game once you've played and completed at least 2 games of regular mafia.
- Due to people signing up and then push their game down the calendar several times which in turn disrupts the calendar and those who will host after, anyone who fails to host when the time comes will only have one chance of getting pushed down two slots. Failure to host the second time will result in your game being removed from the calendar.
- Back-up games will immediately replace another game rather than letting the follow up host to rush with their setup.
- To avoid people signing up and then drop out at the last second- which also disrupts the calendar- people who are not approved hosts will have to send role cards of every character for approval to a coach before being allowed to sign up.
- DO NOT post in here looking for co-host or other types of chit chat. Failure to do so will result in a verbal warning and if continued also in a strike.
