When all people confirm their roles you can start the game. Last trad ended i believe.

I actually like it when everyone confirms.
It's also what they do in TS for example. You have a D0 going on aslong until everyone has confirmed. It's rly better for the gameplay afterwards.
This is important in vanilla games because you always want everyone to vote, else you don't get acurate reads.
