Well he only said "N1- Drago". So might have been only what he meant to do and got nothing from it because you block him. But why not add that he got blocked is it limited what he can write? Asking genuine questions I don't know how every little thing works on Tos...

So to sum it up, Trafalgar is Consort. Consort and Mafioso targeting Nessos on N1 makes no sense on N1 and a Consort would target a different player instead of targeting the same player the Mafioso would target.
