Whoever attacked Nova is scum indeed but I've seen lots of town abilities who can hurt in DP (not directly but indirectly)...

Ah I didn't think about that, if this was a town action it certainly was too early for determining who to target for something like a killing role unless by some chance they knew it wouldn't work on town

We can't know for sure. But seeing how the other did not get hurt. I assume chance there day protect.

I'v seen scum attacker during day phase in other game, and does not help Rej who left his vote on someone who got hurt this early in game.
