Beky loves chaos, so anything is possible. Guess the Indies are GA and two others with 4 Mafia and 7 Townies. Since 7 Townies are not many my guess is (because a three player Mafia is really week, so should be 4 scums) and the opportunity is too great to not put new Indie roles in the game that we might be dealing with 2 Anti-Town and Anti-Mafia indie roles.
