Well, the Mecha armor or whatever you get from science have allowances for science weapons they can be equipped with.

Shogun "your name here" (requires 61 Science): A fully functioning larger version of yourself (2x your height). Town level durability.
-allowed 1 Destruction Weaponry and 1 Utility Inventions at or below your Science mastery.
(Requires 61 Science to use) - 30 invention points

As a robotic Engineer, I'd delegate otherwise; THOUGH giving the robots a set number of weapons and utility based on the types would work better no?
