That’s an item. Ceasar Clown is not neeeded. What isn’t available is an A Rank injection. But probably could work as a DC item. But dosen't exist right now.

I'd say treat it like a vertical AoE plane. But that would need higher mastery.

Just RP it, man. We don’t need math and parameters for every single thing. Just use common sense. And no, common sense does not equal Moses parting the Red Sea.

If you’re scratching for math, use the AoE system as a guideline.

Levels and you can add in some lore with you defeating pirates/revolutionaries
However you'll hit only to Vice-Admiral even if your Level 100 as there could only be 3 Admirals at one time as you know.
To become Admiral, you'll have to wait until there's a free slot and you might have to defeat another Vice-Admiral at that time.

lower ranks no, can just have you being promoted be a minor part of a post and whenever you feel like your character should be the next rank

higher ones require actual evidence and stuff; can't be a Vice Admiral if you have just defeated several low level pirates.

Just rack up achievements.
Cross is the lowest bar to try and become an Admiral, you just need to have so much more achievements than him.

The Magazines for the Guns made by science or the Guns used by Gunslingers uses their IRL magazines size or a fixed sized determined by a GM?
For Example:
LMGs have an Average Round Cartridge of 1000 bullets since they're 200RPS(Rounds per Second); would this be valid?

For an LMG specifically it'd be okay to have ammo Cartridges of 200, and with a science made weapon at 41 mastery I get about 2 magazines; so I get 2x200. So it's okay to use 2 cartridges of 200 Bullets for an LMG but for anything else that doesn't have that much bullets in it's magazine/catridge, I'd use the regular ammo sizes?
