As several players have had several warnings and over a month to be active, they will now lose their Devil Fruits and other special items. Each will receive the minimum price of the DF as compensation. For @Gambit they are losing items from their Second character
in the event that a player comes back and makes an effort to be active before 1 and a half months have passed (20th of May), they can choose to get one of their Devil Fruits back; they will not gain all of them back as this is suppose to be a punishment for being inactive. The only exception being me, I cannot get my DF back this way
