General Overview
The life on the seas is that of constant struggle, for power and money, life and death. The road to becoming a pirate emperor or maybe even pirate king lie through conquest. Decimating your foes and subjugating the wild seas of the world. The time has come to establish your dominance. Rise to glory or fall to obscurity. Will you stand tall, or lift someone else higher? The world is yours for the taking.
Territories is the main way for pirates to make money and spread their name. Throughout the different seas, there are dozens of island ripe for the taking. In some cases you may take one side in a civil war, defeating whichever side you choose and befriending the other. In other cases, you will have to subjugate every threat on the island. Devil Fruits will be awarded to whoever defeats the users, as well as a certain amount of money initially, and then every week, as payment for "protecting" them.
After the island is captured, the pirate crew in charge will receive money every week (RL time) until another crew takes it over. Taking over an island from another crew is different from an island being conquered the first time. Since the inhabitants will be mostly subjugated, you will instead have to spend time making sure they will be loyal to you now. This will take 14 days (RP time). This is mostly to allow for the current "protectors" to arrive, should they have a spy network installed. If they do not, they will not know and it will simply take you 14 RP days to take over.
Pirate Territories
Each pirate crew will be able to create a thread in whatever sea (other than new world) that they desire. This will be their main territory. I will not be possible for anyone not on the crew to visit without being guided there. This island will reward the crew depending on how active the crew members were the last week.
The crew will receive 400.000 beri per level of active crew members in the last week, split evenly among their levels, after 25% has been deducted for crew coffers. In short this means pirates will have a weekly paycheck of 300.000 beri per level, and the crew gets 100.000 beri per level of crew members active that week.

Current Story: Vice-Admiral Kallavan defeated “The Bastard Trio”, forcing them to realize the love they had for the island. The Vice-Admiral sent the trio to a rehabilitation program, allowing them to keep their postings within the Island. The trio have since finished the program, now World Government allies who protect the island from pirates, complete with Seastone weaponry.
Current Story: A man known as Vash dared enter the isolationist Lunarian country of Disgea. It was through his actions and relationships built with the royal family that Vash changed the country’s politics. The Lunarians have come to decide that the world is vast, and they now regulardly go on expeditions to explore the surface world - which is starting to change their culture, their lives, and even the way they fight and carry themselves. However, this left them open for invasion.
Enter the Silver Vampirates, Cletus Dragon sailed to Disgaea to find out the truth about his race, the Lunarians. After finding out the history of his race, Cletus proposed an alliance which King Krichevskoy flat out refused, thinking Cletus was all bark and no bite. After vowing to return, the masked Lunarian ran into the Silver Vampirates KG, Koza, Janemba and Freeza, who were sent by Gambit to capture the land in the name of the Silver Vampirates. After brief engagement, Cletus impressed the 4 commanders, joining the crew and returning to the Castle together.
The King agreed to join forces with Gambit, but not before revealing his might to the Vampirates, making it clear that he was not to be underestimated.
Now under the control of the Vampirates, a new faction has arisen in Disgea. The New Lunarian Demons, as they fittingly call themselves, seek liberation from the outsiders. The New Lunarians Demons seek any who answer their call, promising many riches.
Current Story: Captain Uteki of the Crimson Vow Pirates infiltrated Dressrosa with a single companion. The two were discovered, forcing Uteki to destroy the Corrida Colloseum and began a direct assault on the Donquixote Pirates. Uteki dealt a fatal blow to Doflamingo and then battled against the gigantic stone golem, Pica. Uteki turning herself into a creature of similar size, destroying much of Dressrosa and Pica in the process. Several others from the Donquixote Pirates were killed in the process, with a select few locked up in Dressrosa's dungeons. Once the young captain joined Spada Pirates, the territory was ceded to their group.
After Donquixote’s fall, Yonko Kaido was angered, losing the SMILE production market. Yonko Kaido sent a single representative, Page One, to retake the factories. Page One seeks any allies to quell Yonko Kaido’s anger.
The Spada Pirates made a rare deal with the Silver Vampirates, trading Dressrossa Kingdom for another island. The Empire came under Vampirate control, another kingdom in defiance of the World Governemnt.

Current Story: Marine Shaarib eradicated the threat of the New Fishman Pirates plaguing the island. The man took the island under the World Government with the promise of forging a durable alliance between the people from below and above. In doing so, a loose alliance between the two have arisen. Princess Shirahoshi remains hidden even from the World Government’s grasp.
Learning of the change in the people’s hearts, Prince Fukaboshi seeks the freedom Shaarib promised. The Prince seeks to use Shirahoshi to obtain it. King Neptune, however, plagued by his wife’s death, refuses. Civil War has arisen once more, with the Ultimate Weapon Poseidon in the balance.

Current Story:
The Shadow of La Spada has been ordered to weakened the Marine presence in the New World, prompting the attack on Fron Island. Akira struck Fron Island, attacking several marines, but most notably – defeating most if not all of the officers on the island. However, the arrival of Kanda, having gained massive power, allowed him to close the power gap against the Shadow – ultimately paying the ultimate price to delay Akira, seriously wounding the Shadow. With the defeat of Prodi, Zappa and Grount and the death of Kanda – Akira has finally retreated from the island, his mission o waking the Marine presence in the New World completed.
Current Story:
After finishing Shiki, the Vampirate Prince Gambit sailed across the New World in search of supremacy and union and their first target, a proud nation that once boasted in all of North Blue, the powerful military force of the Kingdom of Germa. It started as a stalemate between the commanders of the crew against the royal siblings, however, when it's finally time to end the war as the former unleashed their real powers, the royal family accepted Gambit's offer to unite and conquer the world together.
The island stands protected by Germa, backed by the Silver Vampirates, their technology growing by the month.
Current Story: La Spada and three Plagues entered the island with intent to kill. Decimating the Gray Cloud Pirates, La Spada left two alive to oversee the island. At the direction of The Grim, the island quickly became an explosion production island using caves where gunpowder is produced. Where once was a lush green parasite, now turned cold and gray, as if La Spada’s soul corrupted the land.
Tenma, the highest ranking survivor of the Gray Cloud Pirates, swore his allegiance - a farce to stay alive. The man called to their hometown, Bilka, for reinforcements to take back Maelstorm Island from the Grim Reaper.

Current Story:
Gambit's crew failed their first attempt to defeat the legendary pirate Shiki because of inner conflict with Shiki's scientist, Lady Manaka, a maiden from his home whom he treated as his only sibling. But after rejoining the crew, Gambit found his new resolve and fought with all his might to eradicate the evil and his plans. They saved the civilians of Merveille from evil Shiki. Saved East Blue from being annihilated by the mutated beasts while obtaining the blueprint to re-create them.
While victorious, the death of Ichigo left hundreds of mutated animals without a corral. They now threaten the islands, their unchecked power growing to abnormal levels (level 80).
Current Story: Leo defeated the Revolutionaries on the island. Due to his personable actions involving the daughter of King Elizabello, Prodence is now allied to the World Government, but they are allowed - thanks to Leo - to live their lives the same as before. Currently, a Marine base is being set up there and the Navy is planning to work together with the Kingdom to create new technology (up to next host what that'll be).
The Revolution has offered a reward to anyone who retakes the island for the Revolutionary Army (additional 350m one-time reward).
Punk Hazard

Current Story: Shaarib with the bounty hunter Nero went to Punk Hazzard to investigate C.C's actions. The duo was able to kill the scientist and his crew while taking the valuable document in the labs. Shaarib was then able to find out about Joker and his business, prompting him to disclose the contents to the World Government, pressuring them to end the Warlord system.
With news of CC’s fall and Donquixote Pirate's demise in Dressrossa, the SMILE production has been left to run rampant, becoming unstable. The island is now riddled with SMILE blobs lead astray without a master, the bigger SMILE holding the Devil fruits of Monet and the secret on how to create SMILEs. They pose a grave threat to the world should they get out of the island.
Raijin Island

After the events at Saboday Archipelago, Sephiroth and his companions were on the run from the World Government. Special Admiral Fujitora, one of the three Admirals deployed to Saboday, pursued Sephiroth to Raijin Island. Taking refuge in a castle stronghold, Sephoroth had a short fight with Orianna, Camille, and Victoria, before convincing them to ally. A legendary battle ensued, with vice-admirals bested by the alliance. Sephiroth himself clashed with Fujitora, narrowly besting him with the help of Landayan Morrow and his father. The island soon came under the wing of the Vampirates.
The World Government took a different approach, sending Cipher Pol to user the country to bio-weapons, now threatening the island. They seek any allies, promising a hefty bounty, to gain revenge.
Valley of Peace

Current Story: The Shadow of the Grim Reaper, Akira, made landfall intoValey of Peace, finding he held one of the two Blades of Legend, Muramasa. They called Akira the Child of Prophecy, alleging he had been involved in a Prophecy made by Master Oogway. The prophecy led Akira to mistakenly release Tai Lung and Kai from their imprisonment, triggering a war in Valley of Peace. Changing his very purpose, Akira led the fight against the evil forces in the war, taking down Kai in the Great Vault. The island would know peace again.
It was revealed that the sister swords, Muramasa and Twilight's Edge, were born on the island to house two ancient souls locked in a battle eternal through reincarnation. Yoake (La Spada) in Muramasa. Yugure in Twilight's Edge. Akira returned Muramsa to La Spada and kept Twilight's Edge. Akira found the prophecy is he would kill La Spada. The island came under the banner Spada Pirates, keeping any intruder at bay.
Deep in the underground prison, Tai Lung has sent a message to any who would hear: release me and help me conquer Valley of Peace. All the treasures in the island await.
Vinlandia

On behalf of the World Government, Kallavan and Alpha Unit ventured into the cold Vinlandia. They'd uncover a country divided by Vikings and Saxons, with Thors recruited to put an end to the Saxons once and for all. Kallavan accepted an alliance with the Viking and set sail, deciding to divide the forces and attack on three fronts. Amidst battle, Askeladd revealed that Kallavan was a descendent of a Celestial, kings of Saxons. Unbothered, the Vice-Admiral Kallavan changed Askeladd's way. Meanwhile, Thorkell was slain by Sweyn. Kallavan, now avenger, engaged in awe-inspiring combat with the King Sweyn, narrowly obtaining victory. With Vinland now under Askeladd's and Thors' control peace was finally back to the nation. Kallavan departed with a scroll to learn Thorkell's strange art which some called biofeedback.
While not technically under World Government control. The nation of Vinland is a close ally with the navy, Kallavan acting as its mediary.
Somewhere deep in the mountains, Sweyn's followers practice dark magic in an attempt to re-gain control of Vinlandia. They seek help of any who would help, painting the country as World Government dogs.
Wano Kuni

Current Story: An unprecedented drought took Wano Kuni by storm. The whole region was suffering in famine and thirst. The New Generation invaded Wano and took advantage of the weakened Yonko crew Beast Pirates. A concerted attack from the Vampirates, Spada Pirates, and the Marines cornered the King of Beasts. It took a second Yonko, Big Mom, to split Onigashima in half and declare a new Yonko alliance to shake the world. Kaido escaped with Big Mom, leaving Onigashima behind.
Onigashima, new seat of Wano Kuni, was split in Twain. Oriental the Wast. Occidental became the West, ushering a new regime. The Spada Pirates made Wano their new Headquarters in the New World, taking Onigashima as their seat.
Prince Landayan Morrow and Prince Namor sailed towards Wano to propose a business with Kaido and the Shogun. But all of those were front, they were up to something else, sea stones! However, the emperor did not want to do business with them and as civilized and nobles our princes are, Kaido resorted to violence and primitive manner of dealing with differences.
After a brief clash with Kaido, they went to the Capital to brag about their strengths. There, powerful individuals gathered, Spada and Vice Admiral Kallavan included. All of those were but short and futile for what the emperor wants were an all-out showdown! And he got what he wanted. With the emergence of another powerful Vice Admiral in Leo Burns and the rising pirate Uteki "Crimson Vow", they all fought Kaido. Bringing him on his knees until another emperor showed up, Big Mom. The clash of titans had been put to hold as other events await in Whole Cake Island and of a mysterious island.
Gambit claimed the Eastern side of Onigashima and made the Brothel House its Neo Capital. No weapons are allowed here, only maidens and Oirans with the finest silk kimonos. This territory is now surrounded by the Union's Battleships, facing the Occidental Onigashima governed by La Spada.
A drought debilitated the Beast Pirates and drew the strongest of the New Generation to take Kaido’s helm. La Spada and Akira conquered the Flower Capitol, drawing the ire of Kaido. La Spada and other conquerors clashed against the Yonko, chasing him off towards Onigashima. The Shadow Akira faced King and Orochi, while La Spada faced Queen, all three dispatched by the infamous crew, dealing a huge blow to the Beast Pirates.
At Onigashima, a large battle took place. The New Generation united and stood against the Beast Pirates and Kaido, forcing the Yonko to flee Onigashima and ally with Big Mom. Onigashima was torn in ’twain, Spada Pirates conquering half of Onigashima and the Vampirates conquering the other half, ever at odds.
Occidental Onigashima has turned rotten, corrupted. A lifeless land tracking the soul of The Grim. The Underworld was resurrected to occupy the waters around the Occidental, now fittingly named River Styx. Souls inhabit the waters, creating a barrier of natural disasters. The Fleet of Tartarus is stationed in these waters, ready to take any who approach to an early watery grave.
Zou

By chance or fate, La Spada ended on the land of Zou. Knowing 1,000 year-old society lived there, La Spada sought secrets of ages past, of Void Century. Immediate opposition found the whole country against the Grim and Anubis, the latter falling during the struggle for La Spada's apathy. La Spada bested the minks, putting down Inarushi, agreeing to stay her hand in exchange for the location of the Rio Poneglyph. Falling under Spada protection, the land is now protected by a Mayhem, several homies in trees, and a fleet of Spada ships, while the guardians still protect their centuries-long charge. Otherwise, the Minks have been given free reign. The Great Whale Tree had been homified, its gaze all-knowing to predators seeking the Rio Poneglyph.
The Minks loathe La Spada. They made it known they would fight to liberate the country. The apathetic colonization quelled their spirits, yet they still seek allies to liberate their old history.
Current Story: Vice-Admiral Roshi defeated the whole Assassin Pirates crew. They were kept alive and sent to Impel Down. Due to interesting character and potential to change their ways, as well as an interesting interaction toward the end of the battle. Roshi plans to visit the Assassin Pirates in Impel Down to see how they are doing.
Visiting the ship will intercept the communication, revealing a corruption in the World Government. CP9 members have been sent to the wreckage to eliminate the leak.
Barto Club

Current Story: Shaarib heard of the young rookies with high bounty. The man led a single-man expedition towards the BartlomClub Pirates. Shaarib killed the super rookie and his crew.
Left behind was the Bari Bari no Mi, now in possession of Benimaru of the Orc Pirates, who plundered the wreckage after Barto Club’s fall.
Current Story: Shaarib heard of the young rookies with high bounty. The man led a single-man expedition towards the Beautiful Pirates. Shaarib killed the super rookie and his crew.
Left behind was the O Wazamono sword Durandal, now sought by pirate plunderers. Among them are the World Pirates.
Current Story: A CP9 mission, agent Sun Wukong tracked down the infamous pirates and sneaked onto their ship. Using stealth and brawn, the Cipher Pol agent felled Caribou and captured Coribo, the latter destined for Impel Down. Only the gravediggers remain.
In the ship, Caribou’s secret last job remains: trafficking weapons from the Underworld to Rob Lucci, prompting the mission to silence the dark truth. Rob Lucci has sent his escorts to eliminate the evidence, with orders to kill any who interfere.
Ichiryu and Gildarts attended the Pirate Festival, where they would encounter an old face in Vice-Admiral Link, formerly of the Devil Pirates. Link clashed with both men, though postponed their fated reunion because of Douglas Bullet, who showed his might and forced bitter rivals now become friends in arms. At the end of the fated encounter against Bullet, Link turned on Ichiryu. Link killed the infamous captain, taking his prized possession, O Wasamono, Enma.
Gildarts kept the crew going, hoping to be as free as they could, as homage to their captain, keeping a grudge against the World Government.
Current Story:
After their war against Crocodile in Alabasta, the Silver Vampirates rendezvous in their new pirate base, Laughing Archipelago. The team was spread into 4 assignments and Gambit and Larsi headed to the New World for a revenge game against Patrick Redfield. The latter murdered the family of Gambit's trusted friend - Teodoro "T-Bag" Bagwell. In a colorful and devastating Naval Assault, the Silver claimed the victor, annihilating the entire forces of the legendary pirate. Gambit claimed his devil fruit, Bat-Bat Fruit, Model: Vampire.
World Pirates

Cipher Pol agent Sun Wukong and Marine Lieutenant Kuvira were tasked to defeat the World Pirates, after they had attacked a World Noble ship in their captain's quest for revenge. Like thunder, the duo descended on the crew and defeated them. The crew turned on Brynndi World after he intended to sacrifice them for revenge. Gairam made the tough choice to have the captain go down with his ship, allowing them to go out in their terms. Brynndi died as a result of a massive explosion with his ship's weapon, never to suffer captivity again. The crew's latest recruit, Hagiri, joined Sun in his quest after seeing how the agent gave Brynndi an honorable death.
The rest of the crew survived, now trying to rebuild the ship in ruin. They hope to become a crew that pursues freedom and not revenge, led by Gairam.
Current Story:
Having been established the pirate crew, Larsi and the entire Silver Hair Pirates marched to Alabasta to free the country from the Warlord Crocodile. Larsi faced Crocodile in a deadly brawl, killing the warlord. Vice-captain Gambit dealt with Mr. 1, while the rest of the crew took on the Baroque Works.
Finally free, the captain of the Everything Pirates, Joby attempted to conquer the land but Gambit and his legion came to the rescue, scaring the enemy away. Months later, Vivi returned to the Kingdom escorted by a Warlord.
Meanwhile, Koza, believed to have died, actually escaped the kingdom plotted by the King himself in order to support the march of their current protector, Gambit. Koza is named as one of the commanders of the Vampirates, Infiltration Division with thousands of Alabasta rebels.
The remnants of Baroque Works now desperately seek to gain footing in Alabasta by taking captive Princess Vivi.
Amazon Lily

Current Story:
Plucking Shichibukais like weeds, the Spada Pirate had killed several, the last being Royal Shichibukai Moria. With wails of eerie, La Spada herself landed on Amazon Lily, her intentions unknown. Recognizing who she was, the women took her at her request to see Shichibukai Boa Hancock. The most beautiful woman met the most foul. There, La Spada gave her an ultimatum: ally with Spada Pirates or die. The ultimatum was made all the more sweet by La Spada’s statement that she would kill Big Mom and bring the Celestial Dragons to their knees, the ones who had enslaved Boa and her sisters in their youth. With no choice, Boa complied, and the Kuja Pirates became allies/underlying of the Spada Pirates, hidden from the World Government.
La Spada told Schichibukai Boa she would be vital in the coming weeks, when the Spada Pirates invade Whole Cake Island, for her ties to the upper echelon of the World Government. A pawn on the chess table.
Soon, Shichibukai Boa Hancock found out La Spada ruthlessly killed Medusa, the Sandersonia’s long-lost older sister. A deep seed of hatred was born, and Boa now seeks any way to get back at La Spada, seeking allies.

Cactus Island held one of its daily parties, this one with blood spilt. That's where the Cipher Pol agent, Ryu-Shin, entered. The agent interrogated the party and made his way to the heart of the party, only to be confronted by Miss Valentine and then later Mr.5. Mr.5 and Ryu-Shin got into combat only for Mr.5 to be outclassed, defeated, and then killed.
Ms. Valentine seeks any allies to rid the island of the Cipher Pol agents that plague her precious parties.
Enies Lobby

Current Story: The Vampirates sent in a small nd powerful unit to claim Enies Lobby. Azrael "The Forgotten" took the spear's head, invading the Justice Center via the Sea Train. The Cipher Pol agents put a valiant defense after the Vampirates deviated the initial defense troops, getting all the way to the Tower of Justice. One of the Cipher Pol 9, Sun Wukong, took to the stage and defeated the invaders. In doing so, he claimed the body of Azrael and turned it over to Cipher Pol Aegis, who arrived to collect. Aegis also evaluated Lucci, Kaku, and Sun for promotion to CP0,
The defenses were shored up, placing more giants and higher-leveled agents. The Justice Center would not yield.
Haela Isles

Current Story: The Shadow of Spada Pirates found of the Curse of the Howling Wind, the second son of King Ran turned into Fenrir to deter invaders. The two led an expedition to Migard and defeated the Army and King Ran, freeing the boy. The island was left with Fenrir as the King, backed by the Revolutionary Army, secretly under control of the Spada Pirates.
The Alfheim forces still seek to overthrown Migard in a bloody Civil War, finding their island ignored and devoid of resources, the new boy King unfit to be ruler.
Impel Down

Current Story: Evil Arrived in Impel Down. T-Bone brought the infamous La Spada as a prisoner, destined for Level 6. It was a ploy, however. La Spada had taken over T-Bone’s body and used him to infiltrate. A game of chess followed, taking the Grim all the way to Level 5. Finally unmasked, she and her new ally Prometheus made their way to Level 6, freeing the most terrifying prisoners of Impel Down. Warden Magellan staged resistance in Level 3, but the poison man was defeated by the will of an Unsundered. La Spada freed hundreds of prisoners of AImpel Down, including Level 6 escapees, marking a dark stain on the World Government. Ex-Warden Takamura, who ruled Impel Down in the Age of Roger, made a deal with the Devil, with La Spada, to avoid further loss of life. The Great Gaol survived because of Takamura’s deal. The scar would forever be left behind.
After the Terrible Escape, or how it became known, the prisoners who were freed but were unable to escape sought refuge in Level 5.5, unbeknown to the new administration. There, those seeking light plotted their escape, waiting for a new catalyst of mayhem.
Shortly thereafter, "Silver Hair" Larsi escaped, using the chaos left behind. Admiral Aokjji was dispatched, unable to prevent the second escape. After this next fumble, the World Government reshaped Impel Down by appointing two new co-Wardens and beefing up security in the Great Gaol.

Current Story: Dispatched by Captain Larsi, the former scientist of the crew headed to Kenzan Island to recruit the fighters. Ideo opposed but the Silver Vampirates rose the victor. And now, thousands of Kenzan fighters fight alongside Gambit.
Sancrin used the Silver Vampirates name to enter the Underworld dealings, using the island as a hub for weapons, drawing the ire of Marines.
The Shadow Akira, First Mate of th Spada Pirates, followed the trail of Shichibukai Mihawk – aiming to test his skills and power against the World's Greatest Swordsman. However, after a long battle between the swordsmen, Mihawk decided to test Akira only in swordsmanship using only wooden sticks. Despite Akira’s best efforts however, Mihawk manage to best Akira at the very end. Yet, Mihawk would ask Akira for another rematch in the future, after when he is close to achieving his goal – that they would fight once more in Kuraigana.

La Spada's first move as a Yonko was terrifying: The Grim challenged the Revolutionary Army. Landing in Momoiro Island, the Grim first decimated her own crewmates for their failure to take the island. La Spada now turned her sights on the Momorio Army, bring like chaos. The bloodshed forced the Queen of Kambakka Kingdom, Ivankov, to appear. After flexing her newfound powers, Ivankov fled. La Spada gave chase. However, before La Spada took her life, the Most Dangerous Man Alive appeared. The infamous man attacked. However, having taken Ivankov as hostage, La Spada gave Dragon a terrible choice. Monkey D. Dragon had no choice but to cede the island to La Spada to save his comrades. The Revolution left the pink lated island, now turning gray with Grim, filled with homies of darkness.
Unbeknown to the Spada Pirates, Inazuma stayed behind. The Revolutionary Officer communicates with HQ, seeking allied for an invasion of Momoiro Island to wrestle the strategic island from the Spada Pirates.
Skypiea

Current Story: A known pirate crew of old, The Everything Pirates, saw Enel’s terror first-hand. They braved the Trials and came to God himself. Enel fell to the Captain, the rubber-man Joby. GanFall was re-named the “God” of Skypiea, under the protection of Everything Pirates. However, the remnants of Enel’s army still remain, waiting for their opportunity to use the never-ending fight between the Skypieans and Shandians to retake God’s Land, the fight over Vearth unresolved. Councilman Genin orchestrated a plot to take over Skypiea, using guerrilla tactics and terrorism as a way to scare the townsfolk.
Cipher Pol Agent Sun Wukong was sent to the Sky to keep it divided, so it would never become a threat to the Blues. Infitrating all sides, both Skypiean and Bilkian, the agent ousted Enel's Army as the culprit in the attacks, reigniting a year-old war. The agent battled Wiper to obtain the Artifact of the Gods, presenting it to Councilman Genin, who used it to construct the God Staff, now empowered to keep the war pressing and take over Skypiea. The mission a success: the sky was now even more divided than ever.
Swamp Kingdom

Current Story: Vice-Admiral Lucifer defied orders by venturing towards a forbidden Swamp Kingdom. Despite this, he negotiated a treaty with the island chiefs, contingent on defeating a dangerous Beast plaguing their lands. After vanquishing the creature, Lucifer faced the Reptilian chief, Shasaryu, in a clash of power. Through diplomatic means and a demonstration of Marine might, Lucifer convinced Shasaryu to sign a treaty, ensuring the safety of the Reptilians while also securing additional benefits for the World Government.
Current Story: They came in the night. The Plegethon of the Spada Pirates, sailed by the Mayhem Kyria, invaded Impel Down single-handedly. Zombies, general and normal alike, fell to the Crimson Blade. Hogback and Perona fell, leaving Ryuma to stop the man’s advance. In a swordsman battle, Ryuma was bested, giving his sword Shusui to Kyria as penance. The infamous La Spada appeared, straight to the Royal Shichubukai Moria. The Grim gave Kyria 5 minutes to kill Moria, or fall prey himself. In under five minutes, Kyria defeated and killed the Royal Shichibukai.
The World Government, having followed La Spada from the Impel Down debacle, called a Buster Call on Thriller Bark. However, like a thief in the night, La Spada crept up on them, destroying half the fleet and forcing the Buster Call to retreat.
Thriller Bark became the Spada Pirates’s new HQ in Grand Line, now sailing the world housing true evil.
Current Story: Vice-Admiral Roshi defeated the whole Brutalizing Pirates crew together with his subordinate, Buu. They were all sent to Impel Down.
Vegapunk has used the Brutalizing Pirates DNA to create cyborg versions of themselves, a beta version of new pacifistas. They defend that portion of the seas with their namesake: brutalizing.
Current Story: On the high seas, a short while after being challenged to a Davy Back Fight Fishing Contest, the Sweet Pirates were attacked by the fell Island Eater, a giant Goldfish. While the fierce Captain dueled the beast underwater, her crew and some newcomers valiantly fought against three sea kings that had escaped its hungry maw, killing one and managing to force the other two to flee. In the end it was decided that Bill's catch, the Pirate Captain Gochi, was lesser than the Island eater that Sweet had killed, and so the both of them joined the crew.
Neo Navy

Current Story: Three of Vice Admiral Leo's strongest subordinates: Sasaki, Tanya and Gen, went after the Neo Navy. They cornered them on an island and a fight ensued. Two of former Admiral Zephyr's subordinates were defeated, while Sasaki engaged in battle with Zephyr himself. After an equal fight, Vice Admiral Leo came to the island to meet his old sensei. Leo defeated his old sensei in battle convincingly, and Justice was left up to the new generation to carry out. Zephyr is now in Impel Down, after a miraculous survival thanks to Leo.
Vice-Admirals Momonga, Dalmatian, and Strawberry were sent back to the island. Rumor had it that Zephys left his last treasure, the research for his Battle Smasher, remains hidden in the island. (Note: Reward is science blueprint for A ranked weapons).
Current Story: Pirate turned Marine, Gil-Link Ereinion chased down the dreaded Orc Pirates to carve the start of his new adventure. Relentless, Link invaded the ship. After a huge fight embroiled the ship of the Orc Pirates was blown to smithereens. Link was able to capture every member of Orc Pirates alive minus Shuna who met her end whilst aboard the ship. Souhei, who took command, pleaded for the Orc Pirates to stand down to prevent further casualties. All of the Orc Pirates were then sent to Impel Down.
Left behind was a memento of Shuna. A treasure that reveals the lineage of Orcs, and the way to control them. SWORD has been sent to the ship to collect the prize, finding themselves at odds with the Revolutionary Army, also on the hunt.

Current Story: A city reigned over by the Organ Dealer, where organs and transplants are currency, leaving those impoverished to a pedantic existence. The Hunter’s Dream assassin, Gerhman, infiltrated the city and met a young impoverished woman: Doni. Seeking revenge for the killing of her brother, they joined forces and fought the Four Organ Beasts and Jigra himself. Gerhman was able to topple Jigra and his kingdom, telling the infamous Organ Dealer. In the end, his personality fractured, saved by Doni’s unrequited love. They left the island together, leaving it to its eventual Civil War given the vacuum of power left by Jigra’s fall.
News of Jigra’s fall reached the ears of the biggest client of the Organ Trade and human enhancement technology: Yonko crew Big Mom Pirates. Enraged, the Yonko sent the big brass of Poripori Island, led by the third son and fourth child, Charlotte Genie, to recover the organ trade.
CP2 Base

Cipher Pol 2 Base, a facility for the experimentation of Lunarians. Sephiroth, later a prominent member of the Vampirates, saw his origin in the malicious hands of men of science. Come of age, the Lunarian tried to escape, only to be barred by CP2. It was here that Sephiroth met fellow Lunarian Cyla. Together, the escapees managed to reach the highest tower, whereto barrier around the island, one that prevented their escape, was housed. Floor to floor, the duo uncover the secrets of Lunarians, finally meeting Lunarian Gabriel, a Lunarian working for the CP2 Chief. After hard-fought battle, Sephiroth narrowly defeats Gabriel, later convincing him to join Cyla and him and leave the island. Sephiroth then defeats the CP2 Chief, lowering the barrier long enough to escape with his two new comrades.
The CP2 Chief survived, now scheming more than ever.
Zack Hayfield arrived in Ergastulum on the hunt for the Nagi Nagi no Mi. Zack fought and defeated the Gangsta crew, forcing a power vacuum in the island, as other Mafia groups fought for control of the lost district. Eventually, other Hunters were hired to defeat Zack, but were unable to do so, the young man now using the power of the Nagi Nagi no Mi. Left with little recourse, the Famiglias banded together trying to force Zack out of the city. However, the man had escaped with prize in hand.
Ergastulum was left in total chaos, with power now up for grabs by either Mafia or the common man.

Lemnos’ freedom came at a price: a monthly technological weapon tribute collected for the Spada army, using Hephaestus’s fabled forge, under the watchful eye of Spada Pirate Plague Sour.
Deep within the ranks, however, the seed of revolution of their shackles are sown, as Brontes and Koppair seek revenge with any willing ally.
Hyokaido

Dennis D. Kurama made his debut when Mr. Valdez, the head of the CP5 gave him a top mission to infiltrate the Accino family in West Blue. The objective is to secure the Atsu-Atsu no Mi before anyone else loots it. During their visit, it was supposed to be stealth and ambush but Salchow managed to detect them. Trapped inside the mansion, Dennis, Karasu, and Hotohori couldn't help but annihilate the entire family, including the child botanist. Salchow lives but he will live carrying all the agony and pain of having his family killed before his eyes. A true massacre. Hotohori remarked the assassination was a mere accident.
The massacre drew the attention of the Revolutionary Army, now sending operatives to expose the World Government's gruesome tactics. A battle for image begun in Hyokaido.
Kano Country

Current Story: Vice-Admiral Kallavan defeated Boo, Sai, and Don Chinjao for dominance over Kano Country. While their true fate remains unknown, as their bodies were not discovered, the island fell. A portion of their navy forces WAS absorbed into the Marine navy, the new leasing force.
The leaders of the Happo Navy, however, still live, plotting a counter-attack against Vice-Admiral Kallavan's forces.
Las Camp

Current Story: Tenebrae was ravashed by a war by CP agents and citizens. Cu came to the rescue and allied with the people of Tenebrae against the Pols. Cu ran into Kurama, who briefly scuffled, and then offered him a chance to join the Vampirates should he overthrow the kingdom within 24 hours. Cu fought off Kurama, Namor, and Karasu at the same time in his plight, full of betrayal and double spies. Cu's heroics in pushing the Pols and holding his own against Vampirate officers branded him a new member of the pirate crew. Tenebrae then fell under Vampirate territory.
There are those who reject pirate rule, preferring the strong hand of the World Government. A faction has secretly been plotting a Civil War, waiting for any who would lend them aid.
Current Story: The Cipher Pol agent Sun Wukong was tasked to do reconnaissance on Toroa Island, on the Rumbar Pirates. The Humandrill used his skills in mimicry to play music and gain their good side, obtaining valuable intel on the pirates. Sun Wukong would leave with his mission complete, only reconnaissance. The Rumbar Pirates were now under the watchful eye of the World Government.
Current Story: Marine Kuvira infiltrated the seas where the Treasure Pirates were last seen. She caught wind that the Treasure Pirates had their sights on El Dorado, using slaves to make their landfall on the island. Kuvira infiltrated the island, saving the slaves. She left with her life intact, but the Treasure Pirates still roamed.
The Treasure Pirates are collecting the gold in Lost Island, their ship watchful for any intruders who wish to steal their plunder.

Current Story: Cletus the Dragon led an assault on Sunspear, followed by Silver Hair Larsi attacking King's Landing. Following a successful battle in both locations and the assassination of Aerys "Mad King" Targaryen by his own son Rhaegar, Larsi and the new king defended the city against the other lords, swiftly dealing a defeat to them.
Current Story: In times of old, bounty hunters like Nero, after to be Devil Pirates captain, would exchange men captured for bounties. Revolutionary Zack Hayfield lated infiltrated G-5. However, Captain Sharinguru was able to repel the assault and safeguard G-2.
Current Story: The bounty hunter Icetime arrived in Game House for training, after losing some of his men in a battle with pirates. Master Roshi trained Icetime in the beaches of the Kame House. Master Roshi awaits are students to train and show them the Way of the Kame.
Out at sea, the Drago's Crew was boarded by bounty hunters Icetime and Nero. A large scale battle ensued, seeing the fall of many pirate underlings. El Drago was set aflame, yet he survived by jumping in the water. Saved hence, the pirate survived the attack on his life, now with many burn marks. He continued his journey more determined than ever.
Prior Events: A starving Bear-Mink, wandering the seas, unexpectedly crossed paths with Alvida and her gang. Rand al’Thor had the skills to deal with the gang members but faced an insurmountable challenge in Alvida due to her unusual abilities. The Bear-Mink decided to retreat and prepare for round two. This time, appearing in a demonic form, the duo easily overcame Alvida and her gang. Alvida, in defeat, pledged her loyalty to the Vampirates.
Current Story: Now enjoying relative freedom from the Marines, protected by the Vampirates' formidable presence, "Iron Mace" Alvida is on a quest to find a man who genuinely worships her and wishes to marry her.
Conomi Islands

Prior Events: Marine Shaarib came back to take revenge on Arlong's crew for those fateful conflicts all those years prior, when the man was a pirate. Shaarib, now stronger soundly killed the officers of the Arlong Pirates. Arlong, however, was able to flee and escape.
Current Story: Captain Nezumi has taken over Arlong Park to host his corrupt dealings. He is secretly working with Arlong to recruit Sea Beasts and restore the fishman to power. In Coyoyashi Vilage, pirates in search of the "Cat Burglar's" hometown threaten the peaceful village, their only line of defense being Johhny and Yosaku. In Gosa Village, the Sun Pirates have made landfall in search of Arlong.

Buggy miraculously survived, now making his appearance in the New World.
Current Story:
The Big Helmet Pirates saw the vacuum left by the Buggy Pirates and stepped in, taking hostages and overrunning the Mayor House. Captain Shu was sent to defeat the pirates, now locked in a stalemate in light of the hostage situation.
Current Story:
Captain Morgan was visited by the 169th branch, whose members included Major Lee, Frayazh, and Sharrib. An inner conflict led the 169th to assert their authority over Captain Morgan, who eventually conceded. After the encounter, Morgan became more ruthless an ever. This was enhanced by Helmeppo, Axe-Hand Morgan's son, attaining more fame than him in the Grand Line. The people now implore for a savior.
Syrup Village

The Silver Vampirates led the expedition to free the village from Captain Kuro's deception, spearheaded by First Mate Muk, successfully defeating him and his crew in battle. The Man of a Hundred Plans was handed over to the World Government for imprisonment by Cipher Pol agents.
Current Story:
During the journey to Impel Down, the stealthy fugitive managed to escape. Kuro now seeks refuge in the forest of Syrup Village, unbeknownst to the local populace, as he devises another plan to seize Kaya’s wealth and life.
Tequila Wolf

Prior Events:
La Spada single-handedly invaded Tequila Wolf. The Grim eradicated the Marine forces, forcing the slave forces to become her slaves. The humongous bridge of Tequila Wolf was transformed to a site for trafficking of weapons in the Blues. The Spada Pirates uses the bridge to transport weapons to the highest bidder to the various islands in the Blues. Later, in a historic trade, the Spada Pirates ceded Tequila Wolf to the Silver Vampirates in exchange for other islands.
Current Story:
Dais now serves as the slave overseer. Under new management of the Vampirates, half of the rebel forces, led by Lacuba, still await their savior, engaging in guerrilla warfare to try to escape.
Current Story:
Following the orders from Gambit, Muk launched himself to Baratie to gather the force, KG, Frieza, Dr. Shot, 18, and Janemba. Their mission is to acquire Zeff's Black Leg Technique and teach it to the already strong Silver Vampirates. By a show of power, Zeff accepted the flag of the Silver Vampirates and swore allegiance to the crew. The old chef still services his restaurant, now with addition firepower, as he trains the new recruits of the Silver Vampirates.
Every player may once every six months challenge a specific NPC to battle that they usually would not be able to fight. This can either be to aquire their devil fruit, or for vice admirals to challenge admirals for their rank, etc. This is for marines or other WG members to challenge NPCs that are members of WG or affiliated with WG, or Pirates/Revolutionaries to challenge NPCs such as admirals that they usually can't reach. This is not to challenge for example Doflamingo by himself, since he is relatively easy to get to.
Once a request has been put in, as long as the NPC is not busy somewhere else in the story, a story will be created for your character to fight them.
An NPC host is someone who RPs as the NPCs on an island or other kind of canon thread, against the invading forces. Only one person from each group need to request an NPC host.
To get someone to be an NPC host for you, simply tag the eligble players. To be eligble two conditions must be met:

Must be one of the following approved hosts. If you are not on the list and want to be, you most likely need to improve your skills, activity or both.
NPC Hosting
Due to a lot of "martial arts" or zoan devil fruits not having any abilities or techniques associated with them, and to take a load off of NPC hosting, we've deviced a simple system for you to follow when hosting. You will be able to perform normal attacks that makes sense with the martial arts, following the following system. Of course, for each rank higher, it will take more stamina. These shouldn't be treated like basic attacks:
