The mouth closed on him, and the teeth tore his flame armor and sank into him. Blood came out of his mouth but despite that, Shaarib still hadn't lost his focus. He threw the punch. The punch released an enormous quantity of Armament and Conqueror’s haki upwards. Ready to destroy both the monster and its master.
The giant sea-monster's jaws slammed shut on Shaarib. Crushing and grinding him in-between his massive teeth. The monster opened and closed his mouth once more, quickly, preparing to swallow Shaarib; but the vice-admiral had not lost consciousness within Nine's maw. The sea-king's eyes squeezed with pain as a rumble of resistance began erupting from within...
The sea-king's eyes shot open as every tooth blasted out from his head. A catastrophic shockwave was released released outward, the monster's head became a curtain of blood, as its massive body lifelessly wrapped in on itself and began falling back into the sea. Queen Orca, still in their descent had little-to-no time to react to the massive shockwave released from within it's monstrous ally. The pirate coated the front of their body with armament haki just as the wave of force slammed into them.
With a splash of saliva escaping from their mouth, the orca fishman was blasted back in a straight line, and hit the surface of the water multiple times, skipping like a stone before sinking in a section of water slowly being dyed red with their blood.
DPR 2 or more higher than dura: super effective
Queen Orca winced at the pain coursing through their body, they clutched their head for a moment before glancing around at the remaining members of the Leviathan Pirates. Queen Orca looked around for King Shark and noticed his body being treated on the underwater-roof of a sunken bit of the temple. It looked as if he were still alive even...
Shaarib's opponent looked back to the water's surface, as the headless body of Nine sank down in the water in the distance.
A coarse voice rattled out from the pirate's throat. "I'm gonna crush this brat."
Queen Orca locked back onto Shaarib from below the waters surface and despite the marred skin and other injuries sustained, they relocated to a good vantage point quickly. Rising to the surface, Queen Orca shouted: "MURASAME!"

A torrent of deadly water blast made their way towards the admiral, sprouting out into semi-sentient shark projectiles. Their watery fangs gnashing and gnawing as they flew towards the vice-admiral's high ground!
Shaarib's eyes had been sparling when he let go. Despite his whole body being covered by innards, you could see a smile slowly forming on his lips. He was looking at Queen Orca and was hoping for another maneuver. His heart was racing, she was covering herself with hardening, and the impact was imminent. He braced himself, ready for anything that could happen. And then, like always, nothing, it fell flat on it ass. She took the hit and was sent flying. She fell into the water while Shaarib flew for a bit and landed back on the roof.
The bridman was not smiling anymore, shoulders that were high were now down. He was resigned, he was going to win. His face was pale and without any emotions. It happened when things would go sour. Instead of being sad, all the emotions would leave his face, they would be put into a little box. A little box that would fuel his anger another time. He didn't have the strength to be angry anymore. He had wanted Justice, it's why he engaged with the zombies. They nearly killed him, but here he was beating the shit out the feared Queen Orca. He had felt alive then. Not anymore. He did even to fight. He looked around and let out a sigh, he coudl feel by looking at the water. Something was coming.
The pirate came out, with marred skin and a lot of injuries. For all Shaarib could say, she was sturdy as hell. Shaarib had lost his transformation, a phoenix he wasn't no more. His faces, unique and bandages were all soaked in blood. She did not wait and attacked as soon as she emerged. There was enough blood around for Shaarib to manipulate. He followed the same moves she did, he wasn't as masterful as her. But he was reached by Jimbe. What he lacked in speed, he combled in power. Two full swing and sharks made out of blood went to meet the ones out water. As they said blood was thicker than water. His won the fight and kept going. He knew it was going to do much. He decided to speak instead.
- " Enough blood was spilled today. Like I said to your husband, I made a promise to King Neptune. Just pack your shit and go back to Fishman Island. You did a lot of damages here. King Shark is barely alive, you aren't going to win. Your crewmates will end up like that sea beast. I'm trying to be better.... " He let out a sigh " Leave..." finished the marine.

The shark swarms met in the air at high velocity, Queen Orca's swarm being masterfully crafted creatures of water while Shaarib's were beefier and crafted of blood (though crafted by a person of far less experience). In a moment the majority of sharks had returned to their native state, falling in the form of loose liquid back into the raging waves.
Queen Orca let loose a small chuckle, shortly after the vice-admiral started addressing them; choosing to ignore the latter half of his warning. "My title is a sign of power. I am no bride, I'm a WARRIOR!" Said Queen Orca, smacking away the last of Shaarib's sharks (flavored spot-dodge). "We're not going anywhere. Perhaps YOU should leave."
The fog has totally cleared at this point, allowing Queen Orca's eyes to meet with the Shaarib's own. The black-and-white fishman was analyzing Shaarib, they had his weakness figured out. While he could surpass their own damage, he was too slow and clumsy to keep with pace with Queen Orca.
If they kept a step ahead on the offensive, they would be able to get hits in too fast for Shaarib to counter. A smile appeared on the pirate's face as they ominously sank right below the surface of the water and seemed to disappear in an instant, moving so quickly it would be nearly impossible to track them by sight.
Without breaking their speedy swim, Queen Orca sent a single water bullet from an arm up towards the back of Shaarib, right in between his shoulder and spine; only coating it with invisible haki... Merely testing the fruit-user's reactionary limits.

It seemed Shaarib's warnings were falling on deaf ears, as even the lower-ranked pirates began circling below at high speeds, a feeding frenzy of sorts was beginning. Even their speed was troubling for the vice-admiral, but at least they were visible unlike Queen Orca...

Shaarib was around a bunch of miscreants. The only time he tried to be nice, he was getting disrespected. Being a warrior didn't mean she should sacrifice her whole crew for it. She was a warrior and knew she wasn't going to win, but still came at the Vice-Admiral. Fists without determination nor real motivation had no worth. They spent too much time being lax in that small pond. Sunken City wasn't the New World. It was time for Shaarib to end it all.

A smile appeared on the pirate's face as they ominously sank right below the surface of the water and seemed to disappear in an instant, moving so quickly it would be nearly impossible to track them by sight.
The orca disappeared under the water, and the Vice-Admiral could barely keep up with her. He could see the crewmates circling his position. They were ready to trap him. A dumb decision for Shaarib was a bird, he could fly away. He wasn't going to need it. The white wings burned and blue ones replaced them. Wings that were spinning wildly, forming a shield around the pirate. Red eyes seemed to target something precisely. A little shell in his hands, the fighter was so focused that drool came out of his mouth. The orca came out and for the first time, he saw her attack. His wings protected him.

But the stature of the man had changed. Shoulders that were down were back to their position. His muscles were tense, the arm holding was shaking. The birdman seemed agitated, if they wanted to fight, they needed to be ready for the consequences. Lighting cracked when he pushed on the shell. The dial released multiple green balls of lighting. Each of them dropped around the platform. Equidistant to Shaarib, their center. It did not take long for the balls to explode, electrocuting everything in their area.

Queen Orca's eyes tightened in frustration as Shaarib boiled the watery projectile away moments before it would impact his readied stance, he had seen the attack. They would need to try the same thing again, hitting him from another angle. As they prepared to repeat the method, Shaarib pulled out a shell crackling with electricity.
Lighting cracked when he pushed on the shell. The dial released multiple green balls of lighting. Each of them dropped around the platform. Equidistant to Shaarib, their center. It did not take long for the balls to explode, electrocuting everything in their area.
Queen Orca effortlessly left the range of the electrical explosion, taking this moment to fire yet another watery projectile (now aiming for the left side of Shaarib's head), this time using a true coating expecting Shaarib to be distracted.

The slower fishmen were only just fast enough to react to the Lightning Masquerade. Seven, the mermaid, was able to the leave the range as Queen Orca had, but Ace Crab was not as lucky. The lightning crackled as it met the surface of the water, making the water glow briefly before spreading in a radius around Shaarib. The power surging into the pillar, grounding itself quickly but not before surging through the living target.
The crab fishman let loose a pained cry as his muscles spasmed uncontrollably, his pincers squeezing tight without his input. "GAaaaAAaaa--!"
Ace Crab floated in placed, twitching despite falling unconscious in the shock. The mermaid frowned and rushed over to her armored ally after the effects seemed to subside, his heavy body began moving down and she followed him carefully. The mermaid would have to back up as well, the risk of electrocution was too high. She held tight to her unique weapon, unable to affect Shaarib unless he were to fall into the ocean with them. Shaarib electrifying display has successfully dissuaded further interference.
...
Without the return of Commander Stein, it would be up to Hajib to decide to act. The emperor was awaiting an explanation and he was nowhere to be found. Worsening matters, with every passing moment suspicion would grow regarding the whereabouts of the general and his squad of men being held in the embassy.
Suspense was rising in the large main room of the embassy, front doors shut tight still...
Shaarib took the hit head-on. He had no choice, Orca's attacks were too fast. He could see them, at times react fast enough. But she had been smart. His opponent used its opportunity, and SHaarib head's took that ebony-hardening color. The bullet hit his head and the marine head recoiled back. His head was ringing but he still kept his onslaught. Blood began to drip from his forehead. The head was immediately covered by a blue and orange-ish 's helmet. The Vice-Admiral was now harboring his armor. Shaarib was not going to flee from this fight.
- "A proud warrior you are, running away..."
He couldn't help but laugh. She was challenging him with all her sneaky attacks. One of them was already out of the fight. The mermaid with the trident wanted to get to the platform and dug it out but she knew, she wasn't strong enough. The shell was still letting out lighting and with another flick of the wrist, Shaarib sent a myriad of projectiles on the fishmen. Each as potent as a bullet, now with the added electrical damage Shaarib wondered how much it would hurt them. The flames worked like a heating pad on his head, soothing his aches and bruises, he was thinking clearly. He knew she was goign to evade it. He only wanted to track her movement down. The dial shook in Shaarib's hand, ready to unleash the excessive energy.

Genjo was red, he was breathing hard, some people would think he was tired. The kid was embarrassed, it took him 20 minutes to fight the woman on the first floor of the City Book House. He had lipstick marks on his neck, forehead and all over his cheeks. These women were ruthless. They were able to steal his necktie and his wallet. They had been alerted by the bandages on his torso. Their beautiful tourist had gotten hurt trying to avenge one of theirs. And they had wanted to repay him. But he was able to free his way to Li Ann's office. He hit the door 3 times before getting in. They were in a rush, they needed her help.
- "Ma'am, once again we need you...Good News, We found the body of Yuki and freed her soul. One of our soldiers is coming back with her remnants as of now. Bad news is that to get to her my boss, Shaarib had to fight with one of your Generals..."He scratched the back of his head " Lu Zhao was his name I presume, he is unconscious in our embassy. The second problem is that we are supposed to meet with the Emperor, Shaarib is fighting in the Sunken CIty and we do not want to anger the man..." said the marine too quickly with a voice full of worry

Hajib did not move for a long time. The 169th had come back with their gold reserve. His grandson accomplished his mission, he had found the proof of their involvement with the zombies. The dumb child decided to stop in the Sunken City for god knows any reason. He hoped Vlad would arrive soon from the forest. Genjo left for the Book House, he said Li Ann could help them persuade the Emperor to be fair and indulgent. They needed to look for another answer, what were they going to do with the General ? Deliver him to the authorities or keep him under lock ? Time was passing and he knew there were questions about the General whereabouts. Him and a whole platoon disappeared in the night, it was fishy.
The vice-admiral mercilessly fired down on the fleeing mermaid and the unconscious fishman. The two aquatic pirates would've been demolished if it weren't for Queen Orca's lightning-fast reflexes, giving up an opportunity to strike their opponent, instead throwing out one giant shark projectile, bubbles foaming from the beasts jaws as if it were rapid, its eyes pouring with deep, extremely dark crimson (nearly black). The shark was imbued with so much haki, it cried globs of armaments as it rushed onward.

Equal DPR: Attacks cancel each other out, though the area around the clash may still take damage.
The giant shark-shaped projectile seemed to consciously swim into the lightning bullets, absorbing them and shedding off more and more material as the shots connected.
The two attacks absorbed each other, leaving behind a huge explosion of bubbles; throwing the mermaid and unconscious fishman to the ocean floor.
Queen Orca was visible now, no longer rushing in a mad dash; a quiet pant from the gills pushed sea water in and out with haste. The pirate smirked arrogantly whilst catching their breath, seemingly unfazed by anything that had transpired. "You're going to die here. I'm going to swat you down, Firefly." They said. "Something tells me you can't swim too well..."
"I've never had the pleasure to kill a Devil Fruit user. I'm curious to see if you can see the spirit of a Devil Fruit leaving a dead body."
"You're too slow, kid." Queen Orca added. "You're gonna get tired sooner or later, and then you're either gonna run or I'm going to smack you into our domain...And we'll pick you apart...Piece by piece."
- "Ma'am, once again we need you...Good News, We found the body of Yuki and freed her soul. One of our soldiers is coming back with her remnants as of now. Genjo burst through the door and looked to Li An, spilling information to one of the only potential allies Shaarib might have in the entire city. As the young marine might look around he would spot, not only the Bookhouse Matron, but the Tontattan Commander standing upon her desk.
"Oh, Captain Genjo, sir." The tiny marine saluted. "It seems we had the same idea."
The woman sighed, pushing back from her desk and gently standing."I'm growing incredibly fatigued with all of you marines bursting through my office whenever you please..."
Her above-average height was accentuated by a pair of shiny, black pumps; her delicately-crafted, silk robe gliding on hardwood of the floor behind her heels repeatedly met the floor, accompanied with an audible clack each time. Her frustration seemed genuine as she leaned over to look at the deceptively powerful, young marine. Her brows were furrowed with anger, mostly not at Genjo, but at Shaarib.
"What loyalty do I owe this invader, over my emperor?"The beautiful, older woman asked Genjo, then glancing at Stein to see if he had input (of which he had none). While Li An certainly found solace in that fact that Yuki may have indeed found rest, she was still extremely heart-broken over her loss. Shaarib had failed to uphold his side of the deal, and had dragged bodies into her home all night.

The captain stopped in his track, his reaction could be seen, his bangs covered his eyes. The had failed in their mission but Genjo had no answer, only SHaarib had seen Yuki and only him could said how and why she died. He could see it in Li Ann body's reaction, she was heartbroken, she had lost girls dear to her heart. But Genjo had been a victim to the magic of the Temple, the vile energy had froze him and nearly killed him. He knew they were asking too much out of her but he needed to, SHaarib needed a victory.
He could let his superior speak, both were close to Yuki, maybe they could use it but Genjo did not trust Stein. The dwarf had caused all of this, without his disappearance they wouldn't be able to find the zombies hideout but it seemed like Stein, in the state in was, wasn't fit to lead a base. He was a burden on the 169th mission.
Genji never had been one with bravado but he straightened his posture and spoke :
- "We know what we are asking, we are deeply ashamed about it. Shaarib is rude and not emotionally capable. I do not how you receive the other women corpses but I know he did his best to save them...With all respect, you weren't there ! "The kid had lost his patience "What we saw ! What they had done to them ! The sick magic running through the building ! I can still feel it ! They were broken ! They couldn't have lived with all this ! " Memories were going back to the surface, and tears were falling on the ground " Yes, you would have taken them back butyou would have grieved over what had become of them..." Genjo stopped talking maybe to catch his breath or to control his emotions and they waited for him to continue, which he respected " We only want peace in the country, we want to be of help. Angering the Emperor would be bad. We only want him to accept us, to hear us... You owe us, your countrymen did not care at all about these girls, maybe we cared more about saving Stein at first, but the Vice-Admiral tried to save all of them, because of him it won't happen again ! You OWE us ! "
Genjo stopped, he said what he had too, now he had to wait for the matron's answer and hoped Vlad would arrive soon.

The bird hooted with vigor, Queen Orca had found her vigor back. Now safe from Shaarib's claws, the pirate was happily taunting him. All that pride, but she chickened away. The birdman cracked his neck and spoke while approaching the platform, dial still vibrating.
- " Yeah... Yeah, I'm too slow, but am I the one who ran away and has been trying to attack from afar ? You came at me with all that fishamn confidence and I made you eat dust. Like that guy did with your husband. He at least lost by giving his all. Proud and all,not like you..." The dial roared more" Your crew do not trust you, two already died because of your weakness....But eh, I have enough fight in me to last a week..."
The dial let out another jolt of lighting. This time it covered Shaarib's whole body and traveled until it caught his leg. With a stomp, Shaarib cut the air and the electricity followed the created ari blade. This it wasn't a crescent moon nor a spiral, it was a bird. Much wider than the previous time. If they had kept their focus on Shaarib's hand, they could have seen that the Dial fell on the ground while his hands joined together, palms opened wide. He closed his fists and black lighting began to emanated from them. Sweat was pearling on the birdman's face, he wasn't ready to sacrifice his restored life force. This time, Yuki and the kid wouldn't be able to save him. Shaarib was ready on to bet on himself before reusing this shit. Shaarib was a master of Rokushiki, he knew it, in his heart, nobody could do better on that point. No martial artist could hit faster. He had proved it by beating the Karate Master.
The Queen thought he had nothing to get to her but its attack would show them that he could do much more. The hands began to shake and the sunken city got illuminated. It was time for the goddess to punish the miscreants. The beam of energy raw energy got released and destroyed most of the platform, going for the Orca and her crew while the birdman got blasted upward. Suddenly he wasn't able to control his breathing. Coupling Rokougan with the Color of Conqueror was a lot.

Matron Wēn expression shifted through various states as Genjo pled the case of his comrades and his commanding officer, Shaarib Hassan.
As the young man finished, the matron stepped back and grabbed her case of cigarettes and the extender she used for smoking from the desk. She spoke as she prepared her cigarette: "If you wish to avoid angering the emperor, perhaps it is in your best interests to not keep him waiting."Li An spoke coldly, but the possibility of consideration accented her voice. "Go now, hurry to meet with him."
With that she lit her cigarette and took a slow inhale and released a beautifully perfumed cloud of smoke. She knew all too well of the horrid curse that had plagued her land, the whispers of the Jiangshi had persisted since she was but a girl; Genjo might have found a sympathetic ally.
Shaarib's smarmy remarks seemed to get under Queen Orca's skin, simply due to their rapid-fire nature. As Queen Orca went to respond to each dig, another met them quicker than they were allowed to respond. Finally at the apex of Shaarib's digs at the water-breather, the pirate responded: "Which one of those losers should we drag out next? The little blond wimp-?" They asked. "-Maybe that old bastard?"
The dial let out another jolt of lighting. This time it covered Shaarib's whole body and traveled until it caught his leg. With a stomp, Shaarib cut the air and the electricity followed the created ari blade.
With the red shimmer of future-sight appearing in the eyes of the pirate, they dodged the crackling projectile. Queen Orca felt the crackling of electricity breeze past as they refocused on their verbal blows back at Shaarib.
"I'll have plenty of energy to spare when I'm finished with you."
The beam of energy raw energy got released and destroyed most of the platform, going for the Orca and her crew while the birdman got blasted upward. Suddenly he wasn't able to control his breathing. Coupling Rokougan with the Color of Conqueror was a lot.
The pirate snapped into immediate action against the oncoming, cataclysmic attack launched by the skypiean. The orca fishman's arms formed the same attack as before, their arms becoming painted with the familiar dark coloration of armament haki before forming the water to their will and casting it out to meet the devastating Rokushiki technique.

The same water-shark technique before was being implemented. Queen Orca was demonstrating their superior stamina and reflexes to Shaarib, an arrogant sneer washing over their face as the two attacks neutralized each other in another explosion of streaming water and frenzied bubbles.
"--Or maybe we just sink the whole ship you brought into port and have ourselves a feeding frenzy." They remarked slyly to the marine.
# Shaarib spat on the ground. The Queen's Future Sight had been a thorn in SHaarib's foot. She had been playing with him and Shaarib now regretted not finishing her off immediately after she crashed on the ground. She had been able to answer to his rankyaku and dove under the water for SHaarib's rokuogan. Problem was she was getting too cocky with our hero. She wanted to play mind games with him, threatening Genjo, his grandfather or even the soldiers from Cross Island. Shaarib did not care. He wanted to finish her off. He began to laugh.
- " How do you want to kill them when you are hiding from me ? Not courageous enough to get your enormous feet out of the water."said the Vice-Admiral with his childish voice. Shaarib knew she wasn't omnipotent, she had been using her khaki every time she could. Like the conqueror khaki, every ability came with its drawbacks.
On the platform, completely discarded, was the lightning dial, ready to unleash its energy output. SHaarib had been keeping roaring and strong lighting. The dial did not stop shaking once, half the platform had been destroyed by Shaarib's attack. The little shell was close to the water. If the birdman could not get to her. He could distract her. It was his opportunity. The birdman spun on himself and cut the air with his claws once again. 2 circular air blades were created, each of them traveling at first glance towards Orca before exploding and dividing into multiples smaller ones. Raining on the area.
Rankyaku: Samidare (Tempest kick: Summer rain)
The user kicks the air at high speed, unleashing a regular rankyaku at first glance. However, as it travels, the air blades explode into an array of numerous smaller air blades. Showering an opponent with a rapid fire like attack.

The soldier kept his eyes on the dial and attempted to dive right when it released the lighting to take any opportunity. The Dial stopped moving and a gigantic dragon made out of lighting was created. Without Shaarib to guide it, the blue beast crashed into the water, electrocuting everything on its surface and maybe with luck, some under it as it kept going underwater. The bird stood above there water, feigning tiredness and panting trying to bait the woman into attacking him. Instead of running away, he came right at her.

- " How do you want to kill them when you are hiding from me ? Not courageous enough to get your enormous feet out of the water."said the Vice-Admiral with his childish voice.
The orca-fishman smiled in response, they didn't need to repeat themselves: they were not as sloppy and easily goaded into bad situations as King Shark. Shaarib's pathetic attempts to draw Queen Orca from the water after throwing them in were not proving to be successful. Though it did warrant a reaction from the pirate at least:
"If you're so confident, how about you say it to my face? You pest!"
Queen Orca snickered a bit as they watched Shaarib with anticipation, there was nothing this firefly could throw out that they couldn't dodge. The pirate's heart was pounding hard from all the excitement, but they were a long ways from exhausted.
If the birdman could not get to her. He could distract her. It was his opportunity. The birdman spun on himself and cut the air with his claws once again. 2 circular air blades were created, each of them traveling at first glance towards Orca before exploding and dividing into multiples smaller ones. Raining on the area.
The smirk widened as the two air slashes closed in on their target, such an easy attack to dodge-!!
Without the their future sight to prepare them, Queen Orca found themselves surprised by the projectiles suddenly splitting into a heavy rain of glowing air slashes. First being ready to dodge, the pirate got hit by a few of Shaarib's slashes so instead of dodging Queen Orca merely coated themselves in a thin layer of invisible-armament haki to minimize the attack.
The powerful hide of the pirate accepted the attacks without worry, allowing however many individual projectiles to find purchase on their body.
The powerful, electrical construct hit the water in an explosion of sparks and steam. The weaponized lightning spread across the water, the intended goal had been achieved in hitting the pirate with collateral shock damage, but the surge only seemed to tickle Queen Orca who was now a bit deeper underwater due to the flurry of Shaarib's attacked they had allowed to hit them. "Is that all?" Queen Orca remarked, seemingly taking note of Shaarib's use of self-bait. "You can't be tired already."
The bird stood above there water, feigning tiredness and panting trying to bait the woman into attacking him. Instead of running away, he came right at her.
"I can tell you're used to pushing your luck, brat-"
A mighty arm reached back and then shot forward, heaving with it a huge blast of ocean water in the form of an enormous, watery shockwave. The ripple was seen in the water, but would continue into the air (bringing a huge torrent of water along with it) towards Shaarib.
Umidaiko (literally meaning "Ocean Drum"): The user punches the water in front of him pushing it at his opponent and sending a shockwave through it. Requirements; 61 Mastery, 41 Strength Destructive Potency Rank: B
Shaarib smiled internally, he wanted to believe his acting was great. He wanted to believe he got her where he wanted. He needed it, she would never leave the water so he had to get her out of it. Shaarib had been wondering and wondering, he was in a sunken city. The bottom couldn't be that far. He had tried 30 meters and she bad been able to evade it, now he would have to try to double that amount. The Vice-Admiral had two aces in his sleeves, he was ready to use the first one. In stationary flight, his wings once again began to move with great strength.
She used the opportunity to attack first, a hand came out the water and a water cannon was thrown at him. Shaarib wasn't impressed; it wasn't nothing he could handle. The birdman opened its palm wide; with the distance, he couldn't do anything more elaborate. He had to go with the simplest attack he had in his arsenal. The water jet hit it dead on until it lost force and dissolved.
Samehada Shotei (literally meaning "Sharkskin Palm Block"): A simple palm block with enough force behind it to slap away a sword swing from the shadow-powered Gekko Moriah. Requirements: 41 Mastery, 61 Strength Destructive Potency Rank: B ==> 5 + 2 +2 ==> One Above Queen Orca's attack
Soon enough, the Vice-Admiral whipped a tornado. Exactly like the one he had previously fired at King Shark and the one he fought to death. Instead, this one had no real target, SHaarib had let go of the vortex on the water and the birdman kept maintaining its structure with his wings. Soon like they always done around water. The vortex began to suck it and send it upwards. Our hero had formed a waterspout and was waiting for a reaction. His left leg already emanating lighting.

Shaarib countered Queen Orca's torrent with one of his own, utilizing his Skypiean technology. A clash of water filled the air with a refreshing, salty mist. The predatory eyes of the pirate glimmered with yet another flash of future sight as they began to anticipate Shaarib's so-called last resort.
Shaarib was about to summon a massive whirlwind. "Move!" Shouted Queen Orca, before immediately rushing away from the epicenter of the impending mighty blast. The other fishmen were not nearly as prepared as their black-and-white leader.

The vacuum crafted by this tornado grabbed hold of mermaid and the two unconscious members beneath of sea surface (King Shark and Ace Crab). Seven, the mermaid, went to release a pained scream, but the violent current robbed her voice from her- Ace Crab and King Shark seemed to be in dire straits, both barely clinging to life at this point. All three quickly founded themselves being dragged from the water into the sky.
Once Queen Orca deemed themselves out of range, they violently contorted their body and threw a rapidly-crafted spear made of water directly at Shaarib.

Shaarib looked at the Orca. She could talk for all she wanted but she was afraid. Minutes ago, she had been distressed about the shark state but now she ran away without a second thought for the fishman. Like the Vice-Admiral, she wanted to end things quickly. He could see it, he could feel it. She was using stronger attacks as time went by. She was trapped in her delusion. The marine wet his right hand and reciprocated the same move. He did not add any of the overrated moves she did, he did not have the flexibility or the mastery. Since she had gotten in the water, the orca had stronger attacks but she was still inexperienced. The only thing that determined fights was Haki. Shaarib was an expert at it, a real brawler. The Skypiean threw a water projectile that took the form of a blade instead. Shaarib knew it was impossible but compared to the sea, they were in the shallow end. He wanted to create a separation wide enough to perturb Queen Orca and to have no water slowing down his next attack. The birdman threw his left leg forward and let go of the accumulated energy, unlike the previous attack he had used with COnquerors Haki, this had more finesse, the energy was concentrated. Shaarib was going to cut the rest of the lake in two and hopped he would cut the Orca too with it because he WON'T have much left in his tank after this.

Matron Wēn expression shifted through various states as Genjo pled the case of his comrades and his commanding officer, Shaarib Hassan.
As the young man finished, the matron stepped back and grabbed her case of cigarettes and the extender she used for smoking from the desk. She spoke as she prepared her cigarette: "If you wish to avoid angering the emperor, perhaps it is in your best interests to not keep him waiting." Li An spoke coldly, but the possibility of consideration accented her voice.
Before could respond, the window behind the matron slid open. A red-haired lion entered, and attached to his back was a coffin. The remnants of the woman they waged war for. The man nodded in direction of Genjo and Stein and approached Li Ann. Vlad was a stoic person, he had no relation with the people in the room. He could feel how heavy their conversation had been before he came, but it wasn't his problem. Shaarib asked for a favor and the guardian accepted it. All he had to do was to deliver a package. He did not have the time to make small talk. Hajib was waiting for them.
- "Ma'am... Vice-Admiral Shaarib sent me here... In this coffin is a certain Yuki. He told me to take care of her. That she was somewhat important for you and told me to consider his mission done. "began the man with his deep and menacing voice Hajib's grandson took a look at the marines in the room and continued. " The high-priest is waiting for you, It's time to go see the Emperor, the bird won't be available. He is fighting the Pirates in the Sunken City. " finished the swordsman before jumping through the window
Genjo could not do anything but shake his head with vigor, up to down. Li Ann could not help them, but the blond said his thanks and followed suit. He needed to let the woman pay her respect. She and Stein knew Yuki, but he didn't.

Shaarib looked at the Orca. She could talk for all she wanted but she was afraid. Minutes ago, she had been distressed about the shark state but now she ran away without a second thought for the fishman.
Queen Orca was unfazed by Shaarib's smack-talk, staring at him wordlessly as he demonstrated his continued commitment to not listening. They remained in place in the water until Shaarib countered the attack with a mirrored version of the technique. The orca began moving through the water like a streak of darkness, hardly perceivable once more.
The two weapons went to clash and Shaarib's overcame the Queen's one and kept going.
Queen Orca rushed through the water, letting Shaarib's attack fly past them displacing into the surrounding ocean after carving a path nearly to the ocean floor. The black-and-white pirate smirked as they continued rushing around in the water, making it as difficult as possible for Shaarib to fight from range. The pirate was clearly well aware of the advantage they possessed after being thrown in the water, they were not going to give it up to this loud-mouthed brat.
Blue flames streaked through the sky above the waves at insane speeds, unfortunately still far slower than the fish-person carving through the sea ahead of Shaarib's pursuit.
Queen Orca couldn't help but smugly snicker to themselves as the Skypiean attempted to pursue them overhead, aware that Shaarib had no hope to compete with the astronomically high speed they could achieve in the water. "Adorable." They condescendingly remarked under their breath. "You're too slow, firefly!" They shouted up for Shaarib to hear.
The birdman pursued the Orca, right hand still coated with hardening. The lighting that emanated from his leg created waves around him as he moved. Shaarib stopped suddenly and hit the water with an open palm attack, a karate fist to be more exact. A fist reputed to be able to split the sea in two. Shaarib knew it was impossible but compared to the sea, they were in the shallow end. He wanted to create a separation wide enough to perturb Queen Orca and to have no water slowing down his next attack. Shaarib was going to cut the rest of the lake in two and hopped he would cut the Orca too with it because he WON'T have much left in his tank after this.
The flying man inevitably took his hand and struck down at the sea, sending a divide in a straight line from where had struck. The water parted beneath him in a glorious explosion of twin watery peaks reaching far above him. Queen Orca felt the rumbling from behind, they turned and couldn't help but be impressed at the rupture being sent across the face of the water, all the way down to the ocean-floor.
As the massive split in the water chased after Queen Orca, the pirate reacted at remarkable speed and turned quickly, turning to the outer side of the divide. They dodged any damage associated with the attack and began swimming up the new upward current. Now they were able to get high above Shaarib without needing to leave the water.
The Skypiean was quick to attack again, this time with all of his conqueror's might, but once more the orca was too fast to be hit. The mighty slash of fused-haki had cut to divide the water once more into a clean section. The slash carried on far past the water and slashed into the earth, shattered stone and sending debris up in the distance. The ground trembling from the pure power of conqueror's haki released. Still, Queen Orca remained more-or-less unfazed.
Despite all of the godly power that Shaarib could summon, it was meaningless against an opponent who could move so much faster than him, could react so much faster than him...
Queen Orca, now rushing through the water in an attempt to catch Shaarib by surprise grabbed hold of the current and formed it into a serpentine monster with eyes of blood-red coloration. The watery dragon moved with murderous intent, camouflaged within the surrounding explosion of water- The 'living' technique viciously launched itself directly at the vice-admiral with alarming speed.
As it emerged from the vertical plane of raging water, it released a gurgling cry similar to the sound of boiling water accompanied by an eruption of steam pouring from within. Carnal instincts (as well as a healthy dosage of armament haki) had been instilled into its creation, it had only one motivation; to destroy its target: Shaarib. The fabricated teeth glistened like that of true fangs, which Shaarib was able to get a good look at while it moved directly for his head.
Suija no Akuma: The user creates a giant, frenzied sea-serpent crafted of the surrounding ocean. While some signs of wear were beginning to show, the difference between the two combatants' stamina was beginning to be shown as well. As the water collapsed back down, so too did Queen Orca go with it. "It's a shame really. I honestly expected more after all that talk." The pirate taunted confidently. "The other guy seemed like far more of a challenge." They said referring to Cletus.
The other Leviathan Pirates collapsed from the previous whirlwind back into the raging sea, King Shark and Ace Crab still unconscious. The mermaid, (stuck with her head-spinning) dazed from the attack and far too frightened to intervene with the deadly confrontation between Shaarib Hassan and Queen Orca, opted to hide as far away as possible, beginning to dizzily swim for her life.
He did not have the time to make small talk. Hajib was waiting for them.
The matron turned angrily at the sound of her window being opened from the outside once more despite her protests, however the woman was level-headed enough to allow the man a chance to speak before erupting with feminine fury. It was during the aforementioned moment of silence where Li An's eyes grasped onto the white coffin on Vlad's back. The matron's eyes widened as the grim realization of whose remains would be resting within immediately dawned upon her. A slight quiver trembled across her bottom lip for a moment as she removed the cigarette-extender from her mouth and extinguished the cigarette within a crystal ashtray atop her desk.
Li An's dainty hand quickly covered her mouth, a single tear rolled down her cheek as Yuki's name was uttered. "My poor girl..." She weakly choked out to herself as Vlad continued. As the Skypiean finished speaking to her and the marines she watched him exit the way he came in. Her eyes lingered on the window for a long while then they shifted to the white coffin for even longer...
The matron wiped away her tears before turning back to the two marines, faint mascara lines staining her cheeks.
Genjo could not do anything but shake his head with vigor, up to down. Li Ann could not help them, but the blond said his thanks and followed suit. He needed to let the woman pay her respect. She and Stein knew Yuki, but he didn't.
The mourning woman seemed to accept the gesture of respect from Genjo with grace as he followed Vlad out through the shortcut all these marines seemed to be taking. Stein lingered for a moment with Matron Wēn. "I am sorry that I failed her. I am sorry that I failed Bo." The tiny commander said with shame heavily coating his words. "I failed the World Government as well as this country."
The tiny tontattan head hung low, heavy with the thoughts and memories he had of his Chongqing-native friends. "The vice-admiral has worked his hardest to clean up the messes plaguing The Azure City that long predated his arrival..." He said solemnly, followed by a short pause.
"...I'm sorry Li An..." He said skittering over to the window as well, leaping from the ledge and to the ground to regroup with Genjo.
The matron turned to the window and slowly followed to the sill, shutting the window and being sure to the lock the latch before she closed the velvet curtains and sinking to the side of the white coffin.
# Shaarib was done, he had tried everything but the woman was still able to run away. He had split the fucking arena in two it hasn't been enough. He was losing his time here. He was only destroying an old city. Queen Orca was a coward it was sure, it was confirmed. For all that speed and strength she had gotten by getting in the water. It did not serve any purpose to be there anymore. This fight would go on until eternity and SHaarib wasn't one to wait for it. Usually, he would've accepted it, but he could feel it in his muscle. He was slowly but surely getting tired, he had been fighting for two days straight.
- " Ma ma, I never should've given her a choice..." said the Vice-Admiral as the dragon came at him. Shaarib's legs were still numb from the attack so he decided to uses his hands instead.
The Skypiean put his fists together, covering them with hardening and released a shockwave that fought with the water monster before both disappeared. The water fell back into the lake while Shaarib lost his transformation and used Geppo to bounce on the air until he rejoined a house near him. It was then that he heard speak again. His mantra already focused on the movements around him.
"It's a shame really. I honestly expected more after all that talk." The pirate taunted confidently. "The other guy seemed like far more of a challenge." They said referring to Cletus.
The pirate was trying to taunt him, but SHaarib wasn't concerned by it anymore. He had lost too much time, Queen Orca never was his first choice. He had wanted to fight King Shark, he had hoped for a fight of anthology but now he was just a cat running after a mouse or was it the contrary ? Maybe he was the mouse and her the cat... What he knew was shit got boring. He had tied his best. Now he was going to run away tranquilly. She would not follow him, they both knew it. She had too much pride to try it. The Vice-Admiral came right in front of her but she did not attack even once. A shame it was... Pirates were more courageous in the New World, he had hoped better from one with a Bounty as high as hers.
- "See ya later huge cow... I have an emperor to meet, you aren't providing enough entertainment for me. I perturbed my schedule for y'all but Fishmen are just a bunch of cowards. I will come back when your husband will be up on his feets...The government won't appreciate it if I fight her for a week." said Shaarib from his position wheezing.

Queen Orca smirked at the marine's ability to cope with defeat. "Good luck with that." They said with quieting intensity. The vice-admiral's onslaught had subsided but the waves still quaked before them, still the pirate seemed unimpressed with the fight the skypiean failed to provide.
The other pirates were now nowhere to be found, only Queen Orca looked up at him, with a sense of disappointment paralleled to Shaarib's own disappointment portrayed even in their very swimming movements. The duel seemed to have reached an uneasy conclusion, at least for now.
"Third time's the charm, right?" They asked the vice-admiral snidely, referring to this being Shaarib's second time leaving empty-handed.
The sky above began to slowly darken with a slow encroachment of clouds, lazily closing out the light and replacing it with a gentle downpour of rain. A ghostly applause echoed up from the ocean as thousands of water droplets met with ocean with tiny claps.
...
Despite Genjo's well-trained speed he still somehow found himself being outpaced by the tiny marine: Stein, perhaps due to some innate advantage granted by his race or perhaps a clever use of short-cuts, but the Tontattan commander was waiting on the first of the stairs leads up to the Chongqing Castle: The Azure Palace. Stein was awaiting the arrival of the commanding marines with a sense of dire urgency, he would need to face the emperor alone if the others took any longer. To keep the emperor of this country waiting this long was unheard of.
Rain began to pitter and patter on the neatly cobbled roadways and the intricate rooftops of the city's homes and businesses. The eyes of the tiny World Government soldier drifted up to the darkening sky as he noticed the shadow it was casting on the ground. A gong rang out in the distance, its song rolling from the castle all the way to Li An's book-house in a radius around itself. Stein nervously looked to the castle and back to the streets, still desperately awaiting the arrival of a superior.
Queen Orca smirked at the marine's ability to cope with defeat. "Good luck with that." They said with quieting intensity. The vice-admiral's onslaught had subsided but the waves still quaked before them, still the pirate seemed unimpressed with the fight the skypiean failed to provide.

Shaarib looked at last time behind him. Queen Orca had been hiding in the water and was still acting smugly with him ?
- " I beat the shit out of you and you are still talking. Look at yourself and look at me. " said the marine, pointing successively at them. "We know who did what you big cow. You are lucky I can't swim that's for sure, for I would have beaten you there too." finished the man before rushing to Azure City.
He had gotten over his and forgot his duty. He bet on himself being able to kill the fishmen before anything happened in the city. But now he was late. The sun was already way up in the sky. He had to reach the base by any means necessary.
--
Hajib was ready, the marines were able to rally all the possible gifts they had. They had chosen to keep the General hidden in the base. Soldiers from the 169th had decided to act as wardens while Hajib and a selected few would go to meet with the emperor. The old man wore a distinctive white marine uniform. He had chosen to leave his unique for a more formal army uniform. The priest had put on evidence the various medals he had accumulated during his career. The monocle he had on was forsaken, the frail old man was no more. He was the representative of the government, he needed to be proof of their martial power.
As they set to march to the castle, rain began to pitter and patter. Ayol, the blond woman under Shaarib, immediately went to open an umbrella to protect him from the water. He had to compliment his grandson, eh had chosen them well. When they arrived on the bridge, they saw the Commander waiting for them. A gong resonated and the soldiers were submerged by the might of the castle they stood in front. Was it good omen that it sang when they arrived ?
Just behind them, arrived Vlad and Genjo. There was still no sign of his grandson. The red-haired lion approached his grandfather, whispered some things and gave him a bag. It was the proof of their success. The only thing that would save them from the Emperor's wrath.
- "You look rather disheveled Commander... Toughen up a little kid."
- " I beat the shit out of you and you are still talking. Look at yourself and look at me. " said the marine, pointing successively at them. "We know who did what you big cow. Queen Orca shook their head in disbelief; a cocky smirk still plastered on their face. Shaarib Hassan flung some biting final lines at the pirate as he took off in a heavenly display of brilliant, blue firelight. Floating in the wake of chaos, Queen Orca quietly surveilled the damages dealt to the Leviathan hideout: absolute.
Sunken buildings already amidst the grasp of ruination were toppled in, enormous stones and hunks debris dotted the ocean floor. The entire crew had seemed to have scattered into hiding during the chaos. "After all that damage, he can only run away." They spitefully chuckled. "All the swagger of a headless hen."
Shaarib was not able to finish the fight, but he had most certainly left a searing mark on the pirate crew. "So be it, coward. I'll make you pay regardless."
Commander Stein was staring deeply into his reflection at the puddle, a look of disgust slowly began to sprawl up his face like clinging ivy. The little marine couldn't shake this feeling of failure and regret even in this moment of dire importance; he wasn't to be pitiable before the emperor of Chongqing. So deep in thought, Stein did not notice the approach of a party of allies (all converging before the staggering presence of the Azure Palace).
The commanding voice of the elder Vice-Admiral Hassan caught the dwarven marine by surprise, snapping him into attention almost immediately as a reflex. "Vice Admiral Hassan, sir!" He responded with a hasty salute. The magnificently adorned Hajib cast down a glow of quiet confidence onto the Tontattan. "Yes, sir!"
Rain gently sprinkled down all around, darkening the stone steps before them. The case climbed high into the sky, but the peaks of the castle rooves reached far higher (being surrounded by rain clouds). The massive scale painted not only the vision of complete control, but also the vision of a troublingly difficult climb for most.
"Let us make haste!" The little man said, shooting up the stairs in a wild mixture of Tontattan speed and geppo. As Stein took the lead up the massive, stone staircase a second rumble of the gong rang out. Far above, likely out of the sights of all of the marine soldiers, the opulent doors of the palace fell open in anticipation for the late arrival of the palace guests.
Shaarib tore through Azure City’s skyline, per usual he was late. He had received instructions, Hajib had urged him to go immediately to the Castle. It was not possible, he had been dirty. Shaarib had something else on his mind. Maybe it was the bad taste the fight with Queen Orca left in his mouth, or something else we never going to know. The Vice-Admiral entered the facility and changed for his human form. He advanced forward and kicked open the main door.
- « Mina ! Mina ! » yelled the Skypiean « Bring me to the Prisoners » finished Shaarib.
Today would be remembered, Shaarib Hassan would violate Hajib’s rules. He was going to kill every one of them. Butcher them and burn the corpses. The mission was to disrupt the country and he shall accomplish it. They couldn’t let the General go back alive. The country would never forgive them. The government, too would never. To be an admiral one day, Shaarib needed to make this type of decision. Shaarib knew how important Li Xhao Zun was to the city. Losing him would cost them dearly.
As he waited for a reaction, the ma pondered on ways to loose the stench of the corpses he was going to burn.
Hajib nodded and followed diligently. He did not trust Stein, but the man was still their representative in these parts. And it was time for the dwarf to do his job correctly.
