When Rocks Pirates are being shown, he looks quite like an adult though, not like a teenager. I know it's just a silhouette. But he joined them over 40 years ago (not a specified number but an estimated one. It is below 50 but over 40. So it can be 49 imo). And what does it matter how old he is as an apprentice? You can still be an apprentice with 30 if you're just a beginner.

Also the Silhouette doesn't indicate age. It Just shows Teen Kaidou was a Monster.
You can compare him with Teen Vista.

Unless one expect that Teen Linlin raped a kid, one can conclude that Kaidou is not the dad of Katakuri, Daifuku and Oven.
(Because of Daifuku and Oven I would.look for blonde anyway unless you wanna come up with some strange and pervy theories)


But since Katakuri was already ten years old back then. We can expect (based on his style) that Kid Kuri looked up to Teen Kaidou.

the Rocks existed until 38 years ago. Then everyone parted way. Who knows how long they have existed? It's not confirmed.

No way a CoC using monster is apprentice for 11 or more years.
The debt most likely refered to Big Mom saving Kaidous ass 38 years ago.

Not out of nowhere. WBP started with 5 commanders. Lets look at division commander 1-5.

1. Marco
2. Oden
3. Jozu
4. Thatch
5. Vista

Taking another look on the flashback one will realize Thatch didn't appear yet, Jozu was 14 and Marco was 17.
We can clearly say neither Thatch nor Jozu were Division commanders back then, but also 17 year old Marco as commander of first Division?
So we have

1. ???
2. Oden
3. ???
4. ???
5. Vista

Now some might say fill position with current higher numbered division commander, but then there was the statement "numbers don't mean anything". So we have to fill the empty spots with other characters.
And actually there were 3 core members back then who became captains on their own.
Whitey Bay, Andre and Epoida. Thinking about Epoida wanted to become commander like Vista makes him perfect candidate for 4th. Andre looks like a tank similiar to Jozu, so Jozu end up replacing Andre makes sense or not?
So missing one is first division commander. How about Whitey Bay who ordered around Marco?

But that "broken" ship can be very Story relevant. She was the only female member of the WBP we saw fighting on a battlefield.

However, due to Whitebeard's own set of morals, he never allowed a woman on board his ship as "fighters". This is the reason why there wasn't a single woman in his crew when they arrived in the "Summit War Arc".
