Cat and Mouse Chase

As Arie stared he saw the man as if he flinched, acting as if he was a child caught putting his hand in a candy jar. He then turned around and fled saying:
"Catch me if you can."
If anything this made Arie frown his eyebrow as if confused as to what had happen. He took a moment thinking as to why he would run away after he only wanted directions. "What was all that about?" he thought.

As he viewed the man run away it came to the idea "Was that T-Bag?". "There's only one way to find out" he mumbled as the latter of the sentence he said out speaking as he gulped as he was still wary whether or not this was a trap.

"Is he luring me to someplace?" he thought as he proceeded to run after the man as no one runs away chasing behind the man. It wasn't as if Arie was much slower than the man but was able to catch up as Arie smirked with sinister intention as he approached with a meter distance behind unsheathing his sword with Haki emanating from it as he asked "Are you T-BAG?".
Arie's Movement Speed: 71 Vs. T-Bag's Movement Speed: 61
"61-80 Hypersonic Speed" - Same Tier

Before the man could reply Arie would say "Sword Strike" as he coated his arms at first as the coating moved its way through his palms into his sword as he swung aimed at the mans legs to stop his movement.

Sword Strike
Arie unsheathe then leaps and swings his sword vertically directed at the opponent.

Arie pursued Tbag just as expected. It was his intention to be chased in order to lure him away from the crowd and do the business into the darker sector of the city. At this point, he was only several seconds away from the 3rd Alley. Still activating his awareness, he was still chased from behind by the young swordsman, and so he pushed, kicking off further but the other man was able to keep up so Tbag turned around briefly to see a vertical slash towards him in which he quickly dodged by leaping into the air. Airborne, he swiftly unleashed several ropes and simultaneously somersaulted as he rapidly fired all these ropes towards the attacking enemy aiming eight different directions of the other person in attempt to lock him up. If and when the rope reached him and were successful in trying to grab him, he would be using the gravity and his fall's force to try to pinch the target into the ground.

~ Arie v. T ~

The desperation could be felt in Arie's search as he was a man on ticking time to finish the job. It's a duty that he normally complies with as a man that tries to finish the job as early and quickly as possible. The desperation could be felt as despite asking and not hearing a reply from the man. In the moment of desperation Arie ignored all around him and only concentrated on what was before his eyes. Though just as Arie sent his attack at the man, the man responded by carefully adjusting himself dodging his attack then sending a few ropes his way in various directions.

Arie gulped as he smirked before taking a quick second to analyse the attack moving his eye left and right then tilting his head arching it around. He then closed his eyes remembering being a swordsman as it's not a matter of swinging your sword as your no better than a farmer. As he has his eyes closed he then quickly opens them piercing his gaze at the opposition as he shouts "Sword Defensive 360 Storm"

Sword Defensive 360 Storm
Arie has his sword either in his right or left hand and swings his sword in a 360 fashion sending a gust of wind in 5 meter area.
(Requires: 41 Strength and 41 Swordsmanship) ~ DPR: B

Arie takes his sword to his side pointing behind him as he takes a rapid swing as he twirls sending a gust of wind blowing anything within a 5 meters away.
