Duel The Small Girl with a Bounty

Jade had no idea what he was up to for several seconds due to trying to get rid of the blood, since she would be able to see and focus if it was no longer going into her eyes.

As she wipes her face with her sleeve, she uses her Observation Haki to see her surroundings; focusing on the man in front of him just as he hits her weapon up with his one sword. Realizing she won't be able to block , the Dwarf jumps backwards to try and bring herself out of his range.

The small girl was too slow however, jumping back after he had started to bring his sword round to slice her right side. Her side was caught by it while she was still in the air from jumping, leaving a deep and wide cut across the side of the blonde girl, due to the power of the attack it bleeds heavily.

Finally managing to wipe away the blood and able to see again, Jade looks at the cut along her side If I was a second slower... She was realizing she would need to be serious otherwise he could kill her with an attack like that to a vital area, or even just several more attacks like that in general. Fighting through pain the Dwarf brings her sword to her side and imbues it with invisible Haki, pointing it out away from her she start swinging it around with all her strength and spins the sword and her body at the same time. As it heads towards the other side of her body, it creates a tornado that starts heading towards her opponent; it being around half the size of the nearby buildings.

Anshostin leapt back, having felt his blade connect, flesh being torn apart as it dug into the small body. Having created a bit of distance, he started blinking, his vision returning to normal pretty quickly. As it did, he let go of his color of observation, preferring to save his stamina instead. As he was trying to recuperate, Jade apparently was not having it, and decided to launch a devastating attack his way. He reached out once more with his haki, sensing his surroundings. It wouldnt do to be ambushed while dealing with his attack.

Seeing no way to outrun it or easily escape, the bounty hunter decided to stand his ground. He raised his right blade above his head, holding it steady as the storm approached. Just as it was about to reach him, he brought the blade down, cutting into the devastation. While it did disrupt the storm somewhat, it was more than he had anticipated, and the remnants washed over him. Instinctively he brought his free arm up in front of his face to shield it.

As it carried across his body it left small cuts all over his body, not severe by themselves, but notable together. Pushing forward, he tried to break through the storm, towards where the dwarf had been a moment ago, searching for her with his haki.

Jade lets out a loud sigh as the tornado powers its way towards her opponent, having been holding her breath slightly while doing her attack. She takes the time to recover a bit, from both her own attack and the attack he did moments before; which was still bleeding slightly.

Lets not draw this out much more, I still don't know who he is but he is clearly trying to kill me Moving to the right, her movements were covered by the large tornado; her small size making it even harder to tell as well. Finding a good spot to stand to the side of him, the Dwarf and prepares to do another attack just as he was finishing dealing with the tornado; slashing into it and stopping most of its power.

Getting slight but many cuts over his body from its remaining power, Jade brings her sword imbued with invisible Haki up high above her head. "Flowering Blade.." Bringing it down hard and fast, the result was a very large zig-zagging air slash, which cuts through the air in random movements as it heads towards him "...Flashing Flower!"

The effort of doing all these powerful attacks were starting to take its toll on the small girl, she was staring to feel fatigued; but was determined not to falter yet since he could still have trick up his sleeves. She keeps an eye on him as her attack heads towards him, again using this time to recover as much as possible.

Pushing through the storm, he tracked the little woman as she stepped to the side, her right and his left. Thankfully, his left blade was free, not having been used to fend off the storm. Stepping out of the onslaught, he felt warm liquid all over his body as cuts had opened all over. His breath was shortening by the minute, yet he pressed on. As he emerged, Jade was ready to strike, attacking him as he stepped free. His blade held ready, he repelled the first strike gently, then striking hard aside as the sword came back, though the strike was not as even as he had expected, it struck across his left shoulder, leaving a deeper gash.

As the second strike was parried, his right sword blackened from hardening as he cut diagonally down on the dwarf's shoulder, aiming to severely injuring her.

Stabbing or slashing at their foe with a weakened attack, the user attempts to bait a parry from their opponent. Once the opponent strikes their first sword aside, they follow up during the opening, slashing at their hopefully exposed foe.

Jade was surprised to see her opponent coming towards her so soon after dealing with her attack, seemingly only taking a bit of damage from it. He was already doing an attack as he makes her way towards the Dwarf, not leaving much time for her to block or deflect it.

Although she could see it coming, she wasnt fast enough to react in time; especially since the fatigue from this fairly long fight was starting to take its toll on her. The blackened blade slashes her left shoulder, cutting quite deep and spraying blood up into the air as it does. Gritting her teeth to block the pain from the cut, Jade realizes he is very close to her and is possibly not in a position to deal with an attack as his blade had only just slashed her.

Fighting against the pain and ignoring the blood coming out from the cut, she brings her slowly turning black with Haki sword up to the side of her body and thrusts it forward as quick as she is able to; hoping to catch him off guard. She mainly aims at his stomach since its a target that even if he manages to deflect it, it might still hit him somewhere else slightly.

As his sword cut into the shoulder of the little girl, her own sword came flying forward, blackened and sharp, stabbing towards his stomach. Although he was able to react somewhat, it was far too late. Pushing to his right and turning to the side, Anshostin bit his teeth as the blade cut across his stomach, leaving a wide gash. With his left hand he swung his other blade against the dwarf's blade, hoping to strike it aside, leaving her more exposed and remove himself from further. His mind started racing, his color of observation fading.

That fucking hurt! With his right hand he pulled back his bloodied blade before striking down once more, trying to cut her across her left side again, attempting to injure her further. His breath was ragged, his injuries and tiredness starting to catch up, and as thus his attack was weaker than it could have been.

Using one sword to deflect an attack to the side, the user slashes at the opponent with his other sword from the other side, using the timing to hopefully catch his foe off guard.

Her sword striking true and hitting him in the stomach, Jade tries to make a break and get out of the melee they were in. Before she can however he had managed to bring his sword up and hit her own to the side, making her body twist and opening up the side of her body slightly.

He reacts so fast The Dwarf tries to bring her still blackend blade to meet his attack but was way too slow, it piercing her side again leaving another deep cut on her body.

Using the short window of time that he would need to recover from his sword swing, Jade steps back to get some distance; ending up nearly half way across the street from him. Pressing her one hand to the new cut, she keeps an eye on her still unknown enemy He isnt letting up and I still have no idea who he is.

Deciding to keep her distance but keep up the fight, the revolutionary puts her hand back on her sword and brings it up. Swinging it down she sends a powerful slash of air that heads towards him quickly, it zig-zagging as it goes "Flowering Blade: Flash Flower".

Deciding to step back, his second attack somewhat successful, Anshostin leaped backwards, landing a few meters away from his original position as the dwarf herself steps back. Taking a deep breath, he watched as she steadied herself, swinging her sword towards him, her sword moving in a zig zag motion, sending streaks of compressed air flying towards the bounty hunter. Their distance now a bit more than previously, it gave him a few extra split seconds to react. Instead of facing the attack head on however, he decided to leap aside, to the right, his legs blackening from armament haki as he did so. However, as he did so, the unpredictability of the attack caused it to clip his left shin blood spraying the air as he landed, rolling to his knees. Hands placed on the ground, swords pressed against the ground, he rested on his right shin, his bloody leg up before him. Cursing himself, he stole a look at the damage.

Even through the defense of his armament, it had cut deep into the front of the leg, almost chipping the bone, Luckily, said bone had protected the rest of the leg. Putting weight on it, he was able to stand up, though running was out of the question. Limping forward, he raised blade, aimed at the small woman. Let's end this, now. You should be near death by now. He spoke through gritted teeth, looking at her shoulder where his attack had connected before.

Jade tries to move from where she is but finds herself unable to, she was at her limit. Using powerful attacks one after the other combined with taking damage and bleeding quite a lot had quickly ate up her stamina. Even with adrenaline from the intense battle, she could no longer continue.

"I guess this is it" The dwarf nearly collapses, struggling to stay on her feet she uses her sword as a pseudo-cructh slightly. Managing to look at her opponent, she is just in time to see him recover from her attack; although he can only limp towards her. Unable to really do anything about it, she waits for him to reach her.
