Gambit, floating dramatically above the battlefield, acknowledges Leonard Burns' presence before inviting all to witness the grand execution of martyrs manipulated by a common enemy. With a sinister laugh echoing through the air, he hints at the impending darkness that will envelop the conflict to come, leaving many to ponder the true depths of their adversaries' machinations.

Despite the tension in the air, Burns recognizes the gravity of the situation and seeks a private audience with Gambit to discuss the world's fate. Their exchange would set the stage for a covert meeting that could shape the course of the story to unfold.

But Gambit never operates alone now that his former captain is here─Larsi!

"I accept the invitation, Patch. But the man right there would make a great audience. After all, he needs to understand why I elaborated this war in the first place."

Indeed, with Silver Hair by his side, Morrow's influence and power are magnified, adding another coating of intricacy to their dealings with the Supreme Commander of the Neo Navy and the unfolding events on the battlefield. Together, they would form a formidable trio, united in their dark purpose and poised to enact their sinister plans to overthrow the world government. Needless to say, unleash whatever dark secrets the men on the famed castle have had.

Shaarib and Larsi's Arena
From a distance, Larsi's commanding voice reverberated through the chaos of the battlefield, its echoes carrying far beyond the arena, reaching even the bustling city beyond. Despite his urge to charge towards Gambit, Larsi restrained himself, his attention shifting once more to Shaarib.

Gambit turned towards Larsi's direction, acknowledging the call with a nod of his head. Then, he directed his attention back to Leo, his voice carrying a tone of authority and determination. "We are Silver Vampirates," he declared, his words laden with significance. "That man resonates the other half of our band's name."

With a decisive gesture, Gambit signalled for the three of them to convene. "Come with me," he instructed Leo, his tone brooking no argument. It was clear that a discussion of utmost importance awaited them, one that would shape the course of their alliance and the unfolding events of the war.

Meanwhile, with a firm yet composed demeanour, Larsi posed the question, his voice cutting through the tension like a blade. "Will you surrender?" he asked the Marine Vice-Admiral.

If Leo Burns would follow Morrow towards the direction of Larsi, the cavaliers of Lady Aramis would stampede, circling Larsi as they point their spears towards Shaarib. If the latter would not retaliate, the battalion would escort him heading to the plaza, a step closer to saving the hostages. Shaarib must take this wise decision to attempt to free them and negotiate. An exploding cuff would be placed into his neck to avoid escaping. "Let's go!", Lady Aramis would command. However, if Larsi would rather capture the young Navy by himself, then the Cavaliers would have nothing object. Aside from cuff, Kaladin would ensure a no-escape plan for our Hero of the Festival as he used his shadows to bind him. "Shadows Bind."

Shoreline of Dressrosa
After that, many more pirates, injured and dead would be taken inside the plaza by the Germa Soldiers behind the Cavaliers. "Lady Manaka!", called one of the medics of her Medical Division. "Where are you, Lady?"

Lady Manaka, 4th Dark Knight
Medical & Science Division

"I am here at the shoreline of Dressrosa. I still need to attend to many wounded men. Go ahead and get inside the base. There are still Navy ships some nautical miles away and it smells trouble.", Manaka said, the cousin of Landayan Morrow himself.

"How many men do you have there?", asked the medic.

"I have enough men to carry the corpses. Don't mind me. Go!", she insisted.

After the call had ended, she instructed the Vampirates to attend to the wounded with the highest priority of saving. She surveyed the area and felt something ominous was about to befall. "Double time!"

What fate is waiting for the Pirates and the Marines? As the trio of Larsi (potentially), Gambit, and Leo stride towards the already vacated SMILE factory, an omen continuously erupts in the sky, setting free a darkened sky no one knows what.

Sovereign War #22
@Ichimonji

Akira struck blow for blow, only to quickly catch the Dugong’s hand that allowed him to project a powerful force right back at the Dugong causing its arm to snap from the resulting counterforce. However, the Dugong is resilient as it very quickly retracts itself back into the shell, pulling Akira’s arm along with it with great force. However, because Akira was the one grabbing onto the Dugong rather than the other way round – it is a simple decision for Akira to simply let go of the Dugong’s arm. However, the Dugong did not stop at there – immediately propelling itself forward with its hard shell at point blank. At that distance, given that Akira is not in his Zoan form, his human self isn’t as fast nor as reactive to dodge the attack. But he does have a free hand that wasn’t outstretched, prompting him to use his other hand to block the attack, coating his fist with Haki as he blocked the attack.

Akira's DPR: 101-119: 4. City Block Level + CoA: +3 = 7. Mountain Level vs 9. Small Country Level
Result: Attack is 2 DPR higher: Overwhelms the weaker attack but loses 3~DPR.
New DPR: 6. City Level (121+, Zoans only)

Akira's Durability: 101-119: 6. City Level
Result: DPR equal to dura: normal damage

However, the Dugong’s attack was far more powerful than Akira’s defense, before long the shelling attack smack Akira’s fist back towards his cheeks first – slamming hard towards the face as blood spews from his mouth, the attack nearly hitting the Beetle Mask hard as well, and if it had been a full face mask it may have simply broke from the force, yet thankfully with the brunt of the force slamming onto the cheeks before softening its blow. However, Akira did not simply defend himself – in that one instance in which the Dugong hit him, Akira immediately utilize the force against him in reverse, the momentum sprung as Akira shifted his body just a little as he is blown back by Dugong – but at that time, Akira quickly swung his outstretched hand that is retracting back towards his body at that time towards the Dugong’s shell, his fist imbued with Haki as he aimed to launch quite a sneaky attack during the whole ordeal.

Name: Ryūsui Ken - Hansha (流水拳 - 反射, Water Stream Fist - Reflect)
Rank: C
Description: The user utilizes the incoming force, whether he/she is hit or not to act as a leverage, using the reverse momentum of the opposing force to immediately strike back at great force. [Pic 1] (21 Ryūsui-Ken, 21 Strength, 21 Reaction Speed)

Akira's DPR: 101-119: 4. City Block Level + C: +1 + CoA: +3 = 8. Island Level

Whether the attack is successful or ineffective, Akira would be blown just a couple metres away from Dugong, before placing his feet back onto the ground into a backwards slide. The boy looked on, his face hurts quite a lot, he might have gotten a broken cheek bone from that. Wiping blood from his mouth using the back of his hand. The boy did not think too much – he have to subdue the Dugong as soon as possible before he would incur more damage, and with that – forced to escalate in power.

Running towards the Dugong, Akira launch a flurry of Haki imbued punches towards the Dugong, if all goes well it should deal enough damage to hurt the Dugong especially considering the strength that the Dugong have displayed quite an incredible show of force that even took the boy by surprised.

Name: Ryūsui Arashi (流水風暴, Water Stream Storm)
Rank: A
Description: The users attacks in a flurry, either through Zoan forms or human hands and finishes the attack with a powerful punch. Can be done either using claws or punching, if a claw is used (Whether through Zoan or human hands), each strike aims to pierce and rip the target's flesh. This attack can also be used defensively to block or deflect attacks. [Pic 1] (71 Ryūsui-Ken, 71 Strength)

Akira's DPR: 101-119: 4. City Block Level + A: +3 + CoA: +3 = 10. Large Country Level

With my actions, i had put myself into a bind i didn't want but needed to do. I'd advertise myself before those who were playing little fiddle of the larger picture, though doing that was far tougher, especially with the "Guardian" of Alabasta, Chaka; Orianna a recent addition to the Vampirates, The "Magician" Basil Hawkins a member of the supernova group along with another peer of his Capone "Gang" Bege.

Two of those were pirates worth over 300,000,000 beri, wanted for the actions that they had committed.

[Link]: " Well hello Supernova's, it's a nice day isn't it? ... By the way any of you members of the Vampirates? ... If you are do any of you know a Cletus? ... If so, that marine soldier has him captured. "
I'd point at Rear-Admiral Hina, though i wasn't done yet.

[Link]: " If you could kill her that i would be grateful. "
My attempt by placing a lock-on was to use Hina as bait especially with her having Cletus reign in using her powers, though was any of them willing to do i wouldn't check twice for.

[Link]: " Very well "

Resigning myself that now i was about to go all out against three or four very formidable people right now.

Chaka retrieved a bottle of some liquid and chugged it down as his body transformed turning more beast than man, but he wasn't just the one that caught me by surprise but another devil fruit user, one that soldiers popped out of which was very bizarre to me but that's the tale of all devil fruits. The soldiers had me surrounded in a matter of seconds quickly populating around me was an astonishing situation i was in though my eyes glimmered red.

Chaka and one of the cyborg began to make some moves with the soldiers who were ready to implode, i was in a very tough predicament. My eyes flared with ambition indicated my will was far hotter than those around me as i crossed my arms as they changed in hue altered the color to black with aura erupting from them.

It was here for a glimpse i thought to myself to have me tolerate and use the combination attacks of Chaka and Capone, to send me directly into the attack of the cyborg who was preparing it's attack aimed at me.

[Link]: " TEKKAI ! "

Link CoO (Precognition) = 100
1 - 100The user has increased reaction speed (Mastery x 0.1) within (Mastery x 0.4) meters of themselves when CoO is activated.
101 Reaction Speed x 0.1 = 10.1 (nearing it down to just 10)
100 CoO Mastery x 0.4 = 40 meters
101 + 10 = 111 Reaction Speed within 40 meters
Link Base Dura = 101 = City Level
Basic Tekkai:
Requirements: 11 Mastery, 21 Durability.
The user hardens their body, increasing Durability by Mastery/5.
81-100 mastery: Using tekkai while moving has a 1 turn cooldown. Standing still tekkai has no cooldown.
101 / 5 = 20.2 (nearing it down to 20)
101 + 20 = 121 = Mountain Level
+3 Ryou
Total Dura = Large Country Level

Bege and Chaka's DPR = Large Country Level

Result = DPR equal to dura: normal damage

RP wise will have Link take a -1 DPR as its x2 Large Country Level DPR and not equal

Therefor the clash is:
Attack is 1 DPR higher: Overwhelms the weaker attack but loses 5 DPR
Large Country = -5 DPR
Result = Town Level
Link Base Dura = 101 = City Level
Result = DPR equal to dura: normal damage

This is a pain to go through please make it 1 v 1 :catcrying:

A white flash with line of streams of sharp sand particles would befall me pincering through my defence. The attacks combined would catapult into the direction of the attack coming from the cyborg.

Unusual was an understatement of my method though as i got pushed streams of blood gushing out would erupt from my forearm as i got tossed into the air and into another attack. In the duration from being tossed, i'd raise my hand extending and panning my fingers far wide, then utilising the wicked training of Rokushiki by utilising three principles in swiftness. By harnessing Tekkai through my entire hand as a base, then shigan to run through my fingers with each finger harnessing the use of Rankyuaku. It was complete but then my hand was harnessed with my will from the thrill of this confrontation as it bloomed by use of Busoshoku Haki as it channeled hardening then further enhanced with aura that erupted through my hands.

Link Base Str = 120 = Town Level
Tetsu kattinguhando, Kingu gan (Iron Cutting King Gun Hand): A very advanced technique where it uses the principles of Tekkai as the main concept. It then branches with two other principle techniques, that being Shigan and Rankyuaku (or Rokuogan). It uses the principles of Tekkai mainly within his palm and hand that extend to the fingertips. The principles of Shigan are used within the palm to the fingertips. Rankyuaku (Rokuogan) are used mainly within the fingers to the tip (Rokuogan gets used in the palms to the fingertips). The technique is utilised as a defensive and shock technique in the manner it gets utilised. In order to use the technique the user must be attacked. Upon being attacked the user will stick their hand out and grab the technique then use Shigan to pierce into it. Rankyuaku and Rokuogan are used to slash and send a shockwave into the attack.
Requirement: 100 in Strength, Movement Speed, Durability and Rokushiki – DPR: S
DPR S = +4
Ryou = +3
Total DPR = Large Continent Level

Orianna DPS: 11. Small Continent Level

Note: Orianna will not be attacked with the leftover DPR, just her technique has been neutralised

A resonating boom with wind protruding outwards like a sonic boom with debris and sand blowing outwards from the epicentre. I'd use my left arm to cover my face from the gale of wind with sand. Then having gravity and the momentum of the boom to be sent into the direction where Hina was, landing right before her.

Knowing full well i wasn't seen in the light for Hina for my actions. Despite that i approached her then pat my palm over her shoulder and spoke to her and questioning why she was still around and not fled yet.

[Link]: " Why are you still here? .... Why haven't you ran away already? ... Also pass this message to all the Admirals when you see them pricks ... Thanks for the help dickheads. "

Then turning to all those who were present as i stood before them and Hina. Then raising my hand with my sword in my hand and point at Chaka.

[Link]: " If you guys don't mind, he's dead first. "

Let me know if the calcs are being done right?

Sovereign War #25
(Alabasta / Ichimonji's Group)

Desert Sea (filler episode) @Sea
A humorous clash unfolded as the turtle withdrew its broken limb, propelling itself towards the boy with its shell leading the charge. Employing his mightiest maneuver, the Dugong aimed to deliver a decisive blow. Akira was sent flying backward by the impact. However, even as he was pushed back, he countered swiftly, causing a crack to form in the shell and bringing the turtle's advance to an abrupt halt. With a resounding thud, the Dugong landed on its back, unable to right itself due to its natural vulnerability. The turtle was forced to come out of his shell to flip upright.

As the martial arts expert rose to his feet and turned around, he was taken aback to find Akira standing before him, mid-attack.
[Boss Dugon] "Whatsbeien MASTER!!!!!"- Boss dugong screamed in a high-pitched voice

Boss Dugong's high-pitched scream pierced the air, contrasting with the comedic sounds of subsequent blows exchanged between the combatants. As the dust settled, Boss Dugong was revealed lying on his back, adorned with exaggerated bruises across his face. Standing triumphantly over him was the Beetle, having emerged victorious from the comical duel.

A stunned silence engulfed the area as the onlookers, both animals and creatures alike, stood in disbelief at what had just transpired. The defeat of Boss Dugong left them speechless. Then, without warning, all the Dugongs bowed in unison, hailing Akira as their "Beetle Master." Even the unconscious Boss Dugong comically mumbled incoherently, attempting to join in the gesture. Hashimi, the giant crab, wept tears of joy and relief, overcome with emotion at being saved by Akira's victory.

Sovereign War #25
(Alabasta / Ichimonji's Group)

Rainbase City Center @Dream
The belle of the ball. Vice-Admiral Link stood at the center of attention, commanding the gaze of all like Prom Queen descending the grand staircase to a thirsty teenage virgin. Eyes filled with a thirst for vengeance, a longing for retribution against the infamous "The Wanderer," who had claimed their comrades. Betrayed and fueled by fury, Hina faced off against Camilla, trying to establish a line with HQ. A coordinated assault struck Vice-Admiral Link, leaving him wounded and reeling. Emerging from the smoke, shoulder to shoulder, the group of five, dubbed "The Pentagram" in the aftermath, advanced steadily towards the Vice-Admiral. After preparing his cards and dolls, Basil Hawkins "The Magician" finally entered the fray.

The Wanderer observed Hina keeping her distance, a clear indication of the lingering sting of betrayal. The subtle gesture spoke volumes about the trust that had been shattered between them. Despite the raw emotions, Vice-Admiral Link stepped forward, offering to cover her retreat. Rear Admiral Hina clenched her jaw and departed, reluctantly accepting his assistance. Camille moved to intervene, only to find Hina's personal pacifista unit stepping in, allowing her to be lost between the bombed buildings.

Facing the Pentagram, the Vice-Admiral singled out Chaka, announcing that he would be the primary target.

[Basil Hawkins] "It almost sounds like you think you're the one in control of this battle... Wanderer."- the Magician commented, stepping forward, revealing he recognized the Marine from infamy, "Fate has already fixed your defeat. My sword alone can cut you down."- taunted Hawkins with a grin of superiority, his sword transforming into straw and donning armaments

In the meantime, Rear Admiral Hina had reached the southern end of the plaza. The communication line was finally established, linking her directly to HQ. The larger Marine Forces had been awaiting her report to advance to the bridge. With authority in her voice, the Black Cage addressed them.

[Rear Admiral Hina] "Hina report! Move our forces to the Bridge immediately.”- the woman officer stated, her voice vexed
[Vice-Admiral Hound] "Rear Admiral! Are you sure? We've been pinned down waiting for Rainbase to be cleared! If our forces are intercepted while they pass by the city... we'll suffer untold casualties! Where are your troops?"- a voice asked
[Rear Admiral Hina] "Just do it! The pirates have been decimated. No one shall leave Rainbase...”- the woman officer affirmed, eyes wild with purpose

The renowned Rear Admiral abruptly ended the den den mushi call. After a brief moment of hesitation, she took a deep breath, acknowledging the necessity of her actions. With a fierce cry, she slammed her hands against the ground. Instantly, chains burst forth from the earth in all directions. Gradually, a colossal cage rose, stretching dozens and dozens of yards into the air, enclosed the entire plaza in a thick lattice of chains a mouse would not fit through. Escape was futile; everyone within was ensnared by the towering structure. The Marine forces would be able to move to the bridge without interference. The Wanderer wanted to be a martyr. He got his wish.

Vice-Admiral Link and the Pentagram were now locked in a cage match to the death.

Don't worry about the calculations too much. Honestly, I rarely even look at the calculations (did not read yours in your last post). Even if you're off a bit, doesn't matter to me. Just RP. You're in quite a pickle of your own doing, but you're doing great. :)

Since this war began, the control and structure of the war have ever-shifted with its many benefactors at the centre of it. Thus right now just like early on in this worldwide event, i would go toe-to-toe and defeat Cletus. Right now i had my back against the wall but was against five formidable names.

Shortly after asking why Rear-Admiral Hina still lingered, i stood before her and the five. I was now decoying as a wall that stood before them playing my part in this war as a fiddler and whip with me being at the core.

Observing the five advancing upon me each edging closer, with one of the infamy names one began to speak.
Hearing this would bring a delicate smile at the corner of the right side of my mouth then responding to the magician.

[Link]: " Hawkins, you amuse me with your claims. But i will let you know something your sword will not cut me down. Though against you five ..... "

Cutting myself abruptly as I took a sigh, as despite feeling the pressure with the heat of the weather still grueling on and the burns from the explosion earlier still stinging me had me on edge and a sense of urgency.

Then taking a few seconds to stretch not knowing if this could be my last but i needed to excess any means of stress.

[Link]: " Well then shall we? "

Despite all the stuff going on, i still possessed an ace under my sleeve but it was a matter of time to reveal.

My ears twitched as chains whipped bursting covering the battlefield and covering the heat in the shape of a huge cell.

Observing at what just happened, i knew who was behind it yet tightened my grip on my sword as i then snarled the name under my breath of the perpetrator.

[Link]: " Hina "

Sovereign War #23
@Ichimonji

In a few short seconds, Akira struck against the Dugong whom suffered damage after the initial counter attack whom quickly got up to match blow for blow once more against his flurry of punches – causing dust to arise from the impact of exchanging blows, eventually however as the dust slowly settles, the fight has finally concluded with the Dugong now lying on its back with injuries as Akira stood towering over him. The duel was… not exactly a what Akira had hoped for, even suffering more injuries on top of it. But at the very least he would come up victorious over a brawl against the Dugong. Silence would follow but eventually the rest of the Dugongs bowed which the now unconscious Boss Dugong would do attempt to do the same. The crab wept but even Akira doesn’t have much idea what is going on, except that it would appears that he became the alpha pack of the Dugongs at the very least, from what he is gathering so far.

The animals themselves are pretty smart when it comes to the lay of the land, especially compared to someone like him. Yet Akira have a strong feeling that this Beetle Mask must truly represent something more deep than just the people of Alabasta. For the animals to seemly understand or recognize the mask it would likely hold far more ancient. But this eludes the boy – he has no historical understanding of Alabasta to begin with, and thus he can only speculate at best. Right now, there is not much he could speculate on. But with the animals there are value in getting them to help him. Though not on the idea of fighting wars for him, these animals have nothing to do with the Sovereign War. He wasn’t sure what is extend of what he can only presume as to be the new leader of Dugong pack, but he would try.

“Someone bring him back to the wherever you guys are from.”

Akira pointed to the Boss Dugong, even though he knew they are unlikely to understand. It would be hard to make sure that his intention is conveyed but otherwise hoped that the Dugongs tend to be less homicidal in nature. The boy would take out a map that detailed Sovereign War. The boy would point towards Germa as where Pell originally showed on the map. Even though the land might have change, perhaps the Dugongs could understand his words better.

“Do you know where is this?”

The boy asked. A small chance in hopes that the Dugong can very specifically speaking, point out the direction to go. Or even the best route to his objective. Walking across the desert like this even with a map is rough, it is even possible for Akira to end up walking through the wrong direction and away from his objective in the sea of sands like this. With a guide however, perhaps he may make it on good time. Even if this opportunity did not arise from the interaction, if the marines pushes into Germa before he would arrive – he would likely have to fight the marines themselves to get into Germa, as the Vampirates would more than likely assume him to be allies in that case.

With Gambit now on the battlefield, Leo knew it was time. Ever since he had come here with his armada of ships, Leo had been jumped by opponents one after another. First it was the Cyborg women, then it was Vice Admiral Onigumo, and lastly it was Admiral Kizaru. And yet, all of this fighting was simply pointless. It would be the talking that would change the course of this war. The greatest wars are usually not resolved on the battlefields that they are fought on, but rather over phone lines and in meeting rooms. Gambit. Larsi. Leo. When these three meet to talk, the future of the war will be decided.

Larsi shouted, his Giant body producing a roar loud enough to hear across the battlefield. Gambit acknowledged him, before stating to Leo that he - that is, Larsi - too would be joining them. Leo nodded, before following Gambit.

It was time to negotiate.

As Larsi approached the Vice Admiral, finally leaving his position at the center of the arena, he watched his adversary fight of yet another attack from Zahel. Despite this, the giant continued his advance, closing in on Shaarib. Even after dealing with the assault, the other man stayed put, his arms now raised in mocking resignation.

- " Surrender ? I heard I was a dear guest of your boss. Shouldn't you be my escort ? Don't worry I'm a nice guy. "
Larsi sneered at the words, reaching up within striking distance of the marine, only a few meters away. With his shorter stature Shaarib would not be able to land a strike on the giant, lest he either launch a ranged attack or leap forward to meet him. Standing there, he looked down the other man in silence for a moment. In the distance he could hear the faint voices and presences of Gambit and Leo discussing among themselves, then starting their approach towards the arena.

Larsi didn't know the man that his captain was allying with, but he could sense the power he emanated, it was on the level of both his own, if not more, and Gambit himself. Clearly someone to be reckoned with, as he had already sensed from his battle that had concluded only moments ago. But what was most important was that Gambit felt comfortable allying with this man, despite all his other actions, that gave Larsi a sense of confidence at that moment.

Kneel. Larsi said, a cruel smile spreading across his face as he looked down on Shaarib, both figuratively and literally. His hands begun to spin, one jutte in each hand, fire erupting from the tip of both like spinning wheel of flames. It was unlikely that the marine could not sense the two others that approached, and the threat they posed. And surrender, right now. I am done asking.

Shaarib couldn't help but laugh. A laugh full of nervousness. Larsi wasn't playing. He was using his height to punk SHaarib. TO press him, to intimidate him but our hero did not care much. The mission was important, Shaarib knew the logical solution was to surrender. But he would never kneel. That wasn't him. Maybe if it were someone else, but to kneel in front of Larsi, the gigantic thorn in his foot ? He will not.

- " I surrender Ô mighty Eye. I'm ready to be captured. Sent me to jail ! "

It was then that Morrow arrived, at his side an army. Cavaliers formed a circle around him and menaced him with their spears. Everyone knew it was just some toys for the VIce-Admiral but he played along. He accepted the collar they put around his neck. He accepted to be restrained by the Fake Sengoku but not once did his eyes leave the old marine. They had never met but Shaarib knew that face. Leonard Burns. It was the asshole that betrayed the World government. A man Shaarib had been happy to see leave the forces. It was one less candidate for the Admiral position. But still an asshole, he was surprised to see him colluding with the Prince of Pirates. Leo and Gambit together was a bad omen.

With a fake smile, the Vice-Admiral said, " Ma ma, Is that how you greet a friend, Gambit ? You sent your previous boss to beat me and now Spears ? A Collar around my neck ? And even this shadow thingy ? I thought we were brothers after the Festival...I am disappointed."

As Gambit processed the exchange between the players, a plan began to form in his mind. He understood the significance of the situation─the delicate balance between alliances and betrayals, the shifting loyalties and hidden agendas. With Leo and Larsi now joining him for negotiations, Gambit realized the opportunity that lay before him.

With a subtle nod to Larsi and a reassuring glance at Leo, Gambit stepped forward, his demeanour composed and calculating. "My friends," he began, his voice carrying a tone of authority, "it seems we have much to discuss." Turning his attention to Shaarib, Gambit addressed the Vice-Admiral directly, his gaze piercing. "You speak of festivals and brotherhood, yet your actions betray a different truth."

With a swift movement, Gambit extended his hand towards Shaarib, offering tobacco amid the tension of the battlefield. "But perhaps there is still a chance for redemption," he continued, his voice steady. "Join us in our negotiations, and together, we can forge a new path forward─one of unity and understanding."

As the players gathered to discuss the fate of the war, Gambit remained ever-vigilant, his mind calculating the next move in this intricate game of power and betrayal. He gazed into the sky, "Larsi, have you been using Seismic Arts?", he asked his friend and old captain, concerned of the ominous display of the sky above.

"We'll take the Vice-Admiral. Return to your ranks.", commanded the army.

Apologies for the oversight. As the scuffle ensued, Gambit's command over the earth manifested without physical touch, causing three chunks of earth to rise from the ground beneath Larsi, Shaarib, and Leonard Burns. With a swift and fluid motion, the earth carried them back towards the castle, propelled by Gambit's telekinetic abilities. With no obstructions in their path, they soared towards the topmost tower where the meeting hall awaited. Outside, Teodoro Bagwell, Gambit's trusted vice-captain, oversaw the army from the patio, his presence a symbol of authority and command.

As they approached the meeting hall, Teodoro Bagwell's eyes widened in surprise at the sight of his former captain, Larsi. "Boss Larsi! Welcome back," he exclaimed, his voice tinged with reverence. With a nod of acknowledgment, Gambit addressed his vice-captain. "T-Bag," he said, his tone firm yet reassuring. "You're in charge of the situation."

"I got this.", he replied.

Upon reaching the meeting hall, Gambit gestured for Larsi, Shaarib, and Leo to take their seats as he maneuvered the chunks of earth close to the ground. Inside, the room was solemn and empty, save for the thirteen vacant seats that awaited the key players in the unfolding drama. With a determined expression, Gambit addressed Leo in his characteristic style, signalling the beginning of their negotiations. "Well then, let's begin," he declared, his voice carrying a tone of authority and confidence. "We have much to discuss, and little time to waste."

As the key players gathered in the grand meeting hall, the atmosphere crackled with tension and anticipation. Outside, the sun hung low in the sky, casting long shadows across the land as the final rays of daylight illuminated the towering castle. Inside, the air was heavy with the weight of destiny, each step echoing through the hallowed halls as the stage was set for a pivotal moment in history.

The former Vice-Admiral Leonard Burns and his old nemesis, Landayan Morrow, converge for a fated meeting, the air crackles with intrigue and anticipation. What secrets lie hidden beneath Burns' stoic facade, and what motivations drive Morrow to the negotiating table?

As these two titans of the battlefield prepare to clash once more, the eyes of their former captain, Larsi, linger with uncertainty, torn between loyalty and curiosity.

And amidst the tension, the Hero of the Festival, Shaarib, stands poised on the precipice of revelation, his resolve tested by the weight of Burns' words. In this moment of uncertainty, the stage is set for a confrontation that will redefine alliances, challenge loyalties, and shape the course of history.

In the presence of kings and pirates, soldiers and warriors, alliances were forged and secrets revealed. From the shadows of betrayal emerged a glimmer of hope, as enemies-turned-allies came together to face a common foe. The fate of nations hung in the balance, their futures entwined in the hands of those who dared to defy fate and carve their own path.

In the grand tapestry of history, where legends are born and destinies are forged, the stage was set for an epic confrontation that would shape the future of the world. And as the curtain fell on this chapter, the world held its breath, awaiting the dawn of a new era.

Sovereign War #26
(Alabasta / Ichimonji's Group)

Desert Sea (filler episode) @Sea
The showdown between the Beetle and the Dugong had reached its conclusion. With Boss Dugong and his cohorts bowing in reverence, they acknowledged the Beetle as their newfound leader. Their murmurs in their peculiar tongue carried tones of admiration towards the young lad. Amidst the scene, Hasami wept tears of gratitude, while the camel observed the unfolding events with a comical gaze.

As the boy attempted to communicate with the Dugongs, they looked back at him with puzzled expressions. Boss Dugong, now rising slowly to his feet, hobbled towards a nearby map. With animated gestures and excited chatter, he began to point out location Akira inquired on the map. Hasami, towering above them, watched the interaction unfold with keen interest.
[Boss Dugon] "jdgbwk nd Beetle njksbhga njidgi, Hasami!!!"- Boss Dugong said, looking up at the crab
[Hasami] "SGyiyjh slnsols, bsygyus, Beetle! hiuxgsuyq oswji!"- Hashami excitedly responded, his giant claw placed next to Akira

Hasami's excitement was palpable, indicating that they all understood the significance of the directions he pointed out. It wasn't merely about the locations on the map, but rather the subtle shifts in movement across their desert domain. Every whisper of the wind and every footstep left an imprint in their collective consciousness.

With a gesture, Hasami invited Akira to climb onto his massive clawed back. The Dugongs cheered them on, their voices echoing through the desert landscape. Despite their past enmity, there was now a sense of unity and camaraderie between the crab and the Dugongs. Bound by their shared desert heritage, they resembled brothers who had momentarily set aside their differences.

If Akira ascended onto Hasami's back, the colossal crab began to scuttle across the sea of desert sands with remarkable speed and agility. Boss Dugong climbed to the crab's back as well, clinging to Akira's leg with heart-shaped eyes. With each step, the crab deftly navigated the shifting sands, creating the illusion of treading upon a mysterious and ethereal sea. The Dugongs swam in the sand, trailing the giant crab, follows their new master.

[Den Den Mushi] "Puru Puru. Puru Puru. Puru Puru"- Akira's Spada Pirates den den mushi. Someone on the crew was trying to get ahold of him

Sovereign War #26
(Alabasta / Ichimonji's Group)

Rainbase City Center @Dream
In an unexpected twist of fate, Vice-Admiral Link found himself cornered inside a cave, surrounded by four adversaries who had turned against him. Meanwhile, Rear Admiral Hina's ingenious strategy had ensnared them all within a massive cage that enveloped the entire plaza, ensuring no interference with the Marine's advance towards the Germa Kingdom. With their passage secured, The Wanderer stood poised to become a martyr, his betrayal leaving Rear Admiral Hina with no other choice.

Vice-Admiral Link was a hero, but not the way he intended.

Facing his adversaries with unwavering resolve, Vice-Admiral Link exchanged a quip with Basil Hawkins. As tension mounted, the air crackled with anticipation, and The Magician's straw blade glowed ominously within the encroaching darkness.

[Capone Bege] "Flank him! Counter his every move!”- screamed Bege, an unnatural amount of snipers coming out of gates from his body, his feet cement and digging into the ground
[Chaka] “Don’t tell me what to do, Pirate!”- barked Chaka, quite literally, as he appeared behind Link

Trapped between adversaries on all sides, Vice-Admiral Link faced a daunting challenge. Chaka loomed behind him, while Basil Hawkins advanced menacingly from the front. To his right stood Bege, ready to strike, while above him, Orianna floated with jet trusters, clasping to the top of the cage.

The second round commenced with a resounding boom as Basil Hawkins surged forward with sword drawn. However, just as he neared arm's reach, a towering column of cement erupted from the ground beneath Link, aiming destabilizing Link's footing. It was Bege's castle, a tower dug through, manipulating the terrain to hinder Link's movements.

[Basil Hawkins] “I told you - my sword alone can end this!”- Hawkins screeched, his spirit flaring

Flowing from that surprise attack, the Magician jumped forward and swung his blade from right to left, transforming it into a massive, bat-shaped weapon four times Link's size. The attack aimed to overwhelm Link from his left side. Meanwhile, Chaka wielded his cursed sword, conjuring five airblades of sand linked to the blade itself. Anubis directed them towards Link's back, adjusting their trajectory through the blade based on his reaction to Basil's attack. Capone Bege also unleashed a barrage of sniper fire, at least a dozen and a half bullets, riddling Link's position. No remorse for his allies. Basil Hawkins was also in range.

Hovering above, Orianna gathered light, indicating the preparation for a significant assault.

The boy asked the animals, as strange as it sounds – the animals particularly the Dugong has exhibit some intelligence, the short encounter with them says as much, even the crab seems to do. And thankfully it seems that at the least from what he seen have successfully communicated with the Dugong, where the location on the map would quickly prompt the Dugongs into action as they became excited over the location which Akira pointed out on the map alongside with the Crab. Akira could not understand what is going on, but he heard ‘Beetle’ – whatever the true identity of the Beetle is, the identity garnered respect of the animals to a certain degree. The crab would gesture Akira aboard as the Dugongs cheered, as if all forms of past aggressions are quickly set aside due to Akira being the centre of this ‘influence’. Having no reason not to, Akira hop aboard the back of the Crab as it scuttles towards the sea of desert quickly towards what he hopes that the crab would bring him to – Germa.

And as Akira travelled with a company of animals through the desert – a Den Den Mushi sounded, a call is coming. Akira himself, have a strong feeling what the call would entail – either a report on the status of the war, or to talk about the Raid Suit. Both are the likeliest case but no matter Akira would pick the Den Den Mushi’s call, to whomever that is past the line, expecting to be La Spada but a few other candidates are within his mind as well.

“….”

The boy quietly awaited words from the other party.

The surroundings would be coated with chains with further chains lashing, connecting as the sound metallic chunks screeched and slammed against each other. Seeing the chains coat around brought a question of uncertainty looming and flickering like sparkles within sending a subtle cold chill down my back for a moment.

My eyes still flared with focus on the four with a slight hint of hesitation at the predicament i was now in, however, this was momentary as i felt like in the moment my eyes were flickering around with ideas of the entire day and what i was going to if i came out of this.

Sighing as i let out a deep breath to prevent myself of thinking anything negative and in the process utilising my mastery within Life Return/Seimei Kikan. As i'd think back to the time i was alone in the undercover cell never wanting to feel the loneliness and especially never wanting to sit idly not doing anything. That's why since i was granted the rank of Vice Admiral upon being set free i took it upon myself to find something to do if i was ever sent back.

Enhanced recovery: As the name implies Link is able to boost the recovery speed of his body. Allowing him to return to a previous fight much quicker granted if his issues are only stamina related. Losing a limb for example is still a huge drain on stamina even with his enhanced recovery. This is purely if Lucifer runs out of gas when he has been fighting for days. 51 mastery, limit of once per island
Perfect stamina control: Link through having advanced mastery over life return is now able to fight much longer than what's normally possible. Through his stamina control he is able to fight without wasted movements, which allows him to execute draining techniques more often. 71 mastery, no effect on s-rank moves and above.
Mastery = 100

With a heavy inhale allowing the air to run through which would have the earlier burns from the explosion that i withstood, now no longer burned any further tissue or cells. Now Chaka, Capone, Hawkins, Orianna, and Camilla were not prepared for a second wind to occur as the war was heavily draining on my energy and mental fortitude clinging on from earlier battles taking effect were no longer.

[Link]: "You are acting highly in spirit allow me to knock you fools off your pedestal and show you why they use to call me THE WANDERER! "

Hawkins' blade would glow with darkness, snipers would pop out from Capone, and Chaka would encroach right behind me with the three immediately cornering me from all angles. Capone used his strange powers to alter my mobilisation from under my feet Chaka formed air-compressed sand particle blades as Hawkins' sword would generate a humongous bat.

I'd use my right foot as a pivot with a sonic like boom erupting from beneath my feet catapulting straight up in the air having the attacks go all out within reach of attacking each other.

[Link]: " Geppo! "

I'd torpedo right before Orianna who'd be by the ceiling, then twist my hips clenching my fist and tightening my grip on my sword handle as my will would traverse coating my sword in a darkened hue then thrust my sword before me aimed at Orianna's midsection.

[Link]: " Bladed Gun! "

Link Str = 120 = Town Level
DPR A = +3
Hardening = +2

Total DPR = Large Country Level

With gravity then pulling me down, with my Busoshoku Haki still flared around my sword as i landed behind Hawkins as Capone snipers still locked onto my location as I'd pivot twisting as a huge 360 air projectile would be sent outwards in the shape of a crescent moon.

Link Str = 120 = Town Level
DPR S = +4
Hardening = +2

Total DPR = Small Continent Level

Small Continent vs Capone's Snipers attack (Large Country Level)
Result:
Attack is 1 DPR higher: Overwhelms the weaker attack but loses 5 DPR
Small Continent - 5 DPR = City Level DPR headed for Capone's Snipers

Breathing heavily right after the attack unaware as the bullets fired by Capone's snipers would collide with the air projectile generating a metallic ring with dust picking up as the two attacks would generate a swift flicker with a boom.

Desert Sea @Sea @Gambit
Hashimi navigated the Desert Sea with remarkable agility. The Bridge stood as the sole passage to Germa, for the Desert Sea proved perilous by both land and sky. However, by rescuing the giant crab, Akira earned the loyalty of one of the only creatures capable of traversing its depths safely. Following Akira's lead, the crab ventured toward their destination, guided by the Beetle's direction. The Dugongs trailed behind, effortlessly swimming through the sandy waves. Boss Dugong clung to Akira's leg, his admiration evident in his gaze.

Suddenly, the den den mushi erupted with sound. It was the call of the Spada Pirates.

[Prometheus] "How's your raid suit? FIrehehehehe!"- Prometheus' voice cackled, referencing the Raid Suit that turned on The Shadow, "I told you I'd get you back for that insult, didn't I?"- finished the Firebringer, referencing the time in Wano

In Wano, Akira outmaneuvered Prometheus. From there, a scheme set by La Spada and executed by Prometheus through the Raid Suit trap was made. The Spada Pirates' true nature was laid bare, with treachery lurking at every turn. Following the back and forth, Prometheus swiftly shifted focus to the true purpose behind the call.

[Prometheus] "New orders from Captain Spada. She doesn't want the Vampirates to have their way. Disrupt their operations in the war at all costs."- Prometheus' said, before his voice dropped with a bomb, "La Spada and all the Mayhems have sailed to the War. We'll be there very soon."- declared Prometheus

La Spada was en route to the battlefield, determined to thwart the Vampirates' advances. The mobilization of all the Mayhems, the captains of the Armada of Tartarus, was unprecedented. Alongside them, Prometheus and a select few Plagues were also on the move, a strategic decision that could shift the balance of the war. La Spada's unmistakable laughter echoed in the background of the communication, a portent of things to come.

In an instant, an explosion rocked the other end of the den den mushi. A familiar voice pierced through the chaos, sending shockwaves through the air.

[Uvogin] "Zehahahaha! They think they'll stop us, eh?! They'll feel the wra-"- the booming voice of the Continent Puller echoed before the line abruptly cut off

The five found themselves trapped within the confines of the massive cage, with Link facing imminent danger. Like a cornered fox, the Vice-Admiral prepared for the onslaught. The group coordinated their assault, with Orianna providing aerial support. With lightning-fast reflexes, Link evaded the incoming attacks and targeted the cyborg directly, the weak link. Unable to dodge, Orianna unleashed her half-charged attack, but Link's strike easily overpowered it, slicing through her metallic abdomen effortlessly.

The clash of their attacks filled the air with smoke as the Vice-Admiral swiftly turned and clashed with Bege's assault, forcing Bege to cross his arms to block. However, as Link countered, two hands shot through the smoke, aiming to seize both his ankles. Detaching from her wrists in a chain-like fashion, Orianna summoned her remaining strength and firmly grasped Link as he turned, her grip unyielding.

[Orianna] "Y-Y-You're not... g-g-gona get a-a-way...!"- said Orianna lowly, as her vision blurred

Suddenly, as if on cue, two colossal entities emerged from the dissipating smoke. From the left, a towering straw man materialized from Hawkins's blade, while from the right, a gargantuan castle with eyes manifested from Bege's body. These transformations were already in the midst of launching an attack.

With thunderous force, the giant straw man swung its massive claws towards Link from the left and below, its skin pulsating with thick layers of haki. Simultaneously, El Father unleashed his transformed arms, now resembling enormous cannons brimming with haki, swinging them towards Link from below and the right, firing on impact. Adding to the onslaught, Chaka descended diagonally from above, his sword coated with a sandstorm and determination, unleashing fury

[Basil Hawkins] “GODA NO KAMO!!!!”- the giant straw man screeched
[Capone Bege] "BIG FATHER BAKUDAN!"- the castle roared with intent
[Chaka "Guardian"] "ANUBIS ROYAL BLAST!"- the guardian stated loudly

The barrage of attacks sent shockwaves rippling through the entire cage, threatening to crush Link against its ceiling. There was no distinction between friend and foe in this coordinated onslaught. As the attacks merged and intensified, they culminated in a massive explosion that engulfed the entire cage, posing a threat to everyone caught within its radius. A counter from the Vice-Admiral would only add to the devastation.

Orianna, weakened and unable to mount a proper defense, found herself in the most precarious position amidst the chaos. In this harrowing moment, alliances were forgotten, and survival became the sole focus.

Sovereign War #25
@Ichimonji

The ringing of the Den Den Mushi prompted the boy to pick it up, his thoughts very quickly formulate several ideas on what the conversation is about. But perhaps to his surprised, his facial expression changed when it was Prometheus that spoke to him in a taunting-like voice. The mystery of the Raid Suit situation would quickly resolve itself, though it is not much of a mystery itself – Akira already have a hunch it was rigged by the Spada Pirates, specifically by Daedelus and Spada herself – though Prometheus being the one to ask quickly puts him at the spotlight. For what reason the man would do? Akira could not remember. Most of the Spada Pirates, Akira himself have no connection to, nor does he tries to. Only a fair few of the crew are ones that Akira could even consider about it.

But no matter the case, Akira wasn’t too bothered with it as he did not respond to Prometheus. He has moved on from that situation and now the Vampirates nor the Spada Pirates could attempt such things again. However, what was the next thing he heard was something unprecedented. La Spada have originally no intention of joining the war, or at least from his perspective. The war would only serve to weaken themselves rather than letting their enemies destroy themselves. The boy was visibly shocked at the news but remain silent. The orders remained the same relatively speaking – the only difference is targeting the Vampirates as the main priority over the World Government.

The one-sided conversation between Prometheus and Akira did not last long, for once the orders were given – the call ended with a powerful explosion echoing the Grim Reaper’s laughter where Uvogin’s words from a distance away cuts off abruptly.

Not good.

Akira thought. His time in Sovereign War – no his time as the Beetle Mask isn’t for long. Not only that, the arrival of Spada Pirates would definitely put a damp on the situation with Alabasta. Not only that but to screw with Vampirates as much as possible would meant that he would need to prevent the execution of the Marines if he could. The boy thought about what he could do as he notice that the Boss Dugong as clung onto his leg, seemly with great admiration.

The animals… They need to be the one to save Alabasta perhaps.

Akira thought as he looked at the bestial allies he gained. The animals have shown the relationship between the animal kingdom and the royalty of Alabasta, if not then the Beetle Mask at the least. The boy need a plan to save the King, and he would need to involve the Dugongs and Crab for it. Getting King Cobra back to Alubarna would cause enough of a problem for the Vampirates, that a secession from the Vampirates should be more than possible. But the animals would have to be the one to bring him back safely. Not only that, his plan carries a huge risk – one mistake and both the King and the animals dies. The boy has time to think, to go through the idea over and over - he would look more closely at the map provided by Pell.

Once he is in Germa, the plan would have to be made known and ready to execute.

With the battles behind them, four figures of great significance to this war, left the battlefield. Gambit, Leo, Larsi, Shaarib. It was Gambit's telekinetic powers that took them to their place of meeting. Pillars of stone and rock erupted from underneath everyone's feet, carrying them into the distance - high up toward the top of the tower, where they would convene. One of Gambit's men was left to command the army and oversee the spectacles of the war, while his captain, Gambit, convened with Leo, in the company of Larsi and Shaarib. Leo walked among the four men toward the meeting hall, where thirteen seats awaited. Leo made his way toward one of the seats, sitting down with a commanding presence. His feet were firmly planted on the ground, unmoving. His hands were firmly planted on the handrests, likewise unmoving. His sitting position oozed confidence, calmness and authority. Gambit invited the negotiations to start, and Leo spoke.

The Pirate Prince... a man standing as a royal among all the pirates that sail the Seas. That is a position you did not hold last time we met in Wano Kuni.

And the time before that... well, we don't have to talk about that one.

Leo said. Larsi and Shaarib would not know what Leo was speaking of, but in fact, he was referring to a time when Gambit tried to abduct a woman from her own wedding and marry her. Whether Leo was bringing this up out of pure coincidence, or perhaps it was a play to ''belittle'' Gambit and obtain leverage and negotiational standing, was anyone's guess. Needless to say, a man of romance like Gambit would not see this as an insult. He was most likely proud of his actions.

Regardless, let's get to business. Gambit... My allegiance is no longer to the World Government, or the Navy. I came to this war... to decide what I will do from here on out.

With that said... what is the purpose of this war for you? And what will be your role in this world?

Leo asked, demanding a clear answer. Would they be allies, or enemies?

As the giant spun the juttes around, spinning ever faster, Shaarib would finally admit defeat and surrender. Larsi was honestly surprised, though he didn't doubt the marine would try to break free at the first chance he saw. Yet even so his arms straightened, the juttes stopping their torrent in the blink of an eye. Fire still flowed from the dark metal, in both weapons, but started to evaporate into the air.

Thank you for your cooperation. Larsi said dryly, turning to see the two men arrive at the arena. His color of observation was still trained on Shaarib, but his eyes first scanned the stranger. Leo D. Burns seemed a formidable man, though Larsi had to admit he knew very little of his actions, other than he had forsaken the World Government. His eyes then passed to the man he had not seen in years, that he had long thought dead, and now he only had more questions.

Landayan Morrow entered, standing proud and confident, despite the carnage that surrounded him. There was only a hint of the man that Larsi had once known, this man was almost as foreign to him as the other two. Larsi opened his mouth to speak, but Gambit spoke before, breaking the strange still that had fallen over the battlefield.

Gambit only gave Larsi a subtle of nod before beginning his speech to the three of them, calling them all his friends. Larsi stole a look down on the defeated marine, raising an eyebrow at the implication, but said nothing. Gambit also gave his attention to the prisoner, speaking of history that had passed by the giant while he rotted in a dungeon at the depths of the ocean.

"Larsi, have you been using Seismic Arts?"
No? Larsi cocked his head at the question, looking back at his old friend. It was not what he had expected the man to ask about after all these years, now that they finally met again. No explanation for what was happening, or questions about what had happened to himself. Although he had been free for a few weeks now, they still had not had a conversation.

Before Larsi could speak up again, Gambit shouted out a command to the army, yet what interrupted the giant's thoughts was his footing shifting, then rising upwards. The very stones they stood on rose upwards, high into the air. Within moments the small group had reached the structure up above. Another familiar face awaited them there, welcoming Larsi specifically as they touched down.

Larsi had never been awfully fond of T-bag, something about the man had irked him, but he could not hold back a smile to see another one of his old crew still alive. He waved at the man before walking past him, after Gambit. They entered a large room, and as if he had invited them over for tea, Gambit gestured for them all to take a seat.

While Leo made his way towards his assigned seat, Larsi did not budge. He looked once at the seat, a chair made for someone his own size, but then back toward Gambit. With Juttes still in hand, he stood in silence while he waited for Leo to finish speaking.

With that said... what is the purpose of this war for you? And what will be your role in this world?
Yes, Gambit. Larsi said through clenched teeth, raising a smoking jutte towards the Prince. What is the purpose of this?

What is going through your mind?
Instead of approaching his seat, Larsi took a step towards his old friend. Why would you do something so reckless as this?

You never even consulted me!
Larsi's voice rose as he took another step towards Gambit, as in the back of his mind he heard the echoes of a laughter. Zehahaha! He shook his head and pushed on. Do you forget what happened to Minuano? To Drago and the rest?

Your actions are reckless and will bring down ruin on our crew, as mine did before!
Larsi stopped a short distance from Gambit, literally and figuratively looking down on the man that had carried on his mantle in his absence. The volume of his voice fell, but it was instead cold as he continued. So yes, what is the purpose of this all? Drawing the ire of the powers of the world? Madness?

~ The Sovereign War ~
[Post #26]
@Ichimonji

A second leash of life was overflowing with blood surging through my veins like it did from the very start of this war, but right now i was up against it. This was no longer the one-versus-one but a resemblance of an all-out war however i was against numerically speaking and in a tight bind as any of the five individually would've been a difficult situation.

Capone who had the numerical advantage due to his strange devil fruit was a nuisance, Hawkins and his power provided the ability to attack at long distances, Chaka was a pest with his devil fruit and sword that generated sandstorms, and the two cyborgs on top.

Tensions flared, blood boiled, sweat never stopped trickling down.

This would be another pedestal in this war as a talking point from here on in.

The bloom of survival enlightened every individuals haki to the point it became overflowing further bringing tension and determination and now it became a fight for survival, with bragging rights plastered all over the place.

Observing that each attack had me surrounded, i now at last had to reveal what was up my sleeve. My determination was just as great as the five together with my will to survive and live to the end of this war. Haki would overflow through my veins feeling the dreaded afterthought for later as the pressure of what i was a part of was only just clawing its way to the surface. My Busoshoku Haki would overflow generating an aura that was further enveloped with streams of lightning that would flicker then flicker out.

[Link]: " Your all getting ahead of yourselves! " roaring at the five

[Link]: " Now let me show you what real power looks like "

Clocking my arms back then launched my arms before me throwing my hail mary.

[Link]: " SōtsuJugon! "

Twisting my hips in all directions as a barrage of air projectile punches would launch in all directions.

Link Base Str = 120 = Town Level

Technique is DPR S/ but dropping it to DPR A = +3
Ryou = +3
Total = Small Continent Level

Result = Link overpowered as stats don't mean anything right now

A resounding sonic boom would be met as the five had me beat, and an echoing scream could be heard from me with blood gushing out. I'd be slammed into the ground with a trail of earth before some rubble, my swords would spin away from me and lodge themselves into the ground.

The cage still persisted, yet my resolve was shattered. I lay under the rubble with my hand only being visible as i contemplated life, was this all for me as a sense of comfort began to overflow me.

Envisioning my time before i met the Silver Hairs, then joining them, then leaving them to form the Devil Pirates than the incident that caused them to vanish i found my way at the front of the marines. I could see every member of every fleet i belonged to yet never found my home, i became disillusioned with my way of life, my understanding, and calling.

What purpose did i have?

Sovereign War #28
(Alabasta / Ichimonji's Group)

Rainbase City Center @Dream
The climactic showdown in Alabasta had reached its zenith. Confined within the cage, the quintet had become the arbiters of the Marine's progress in the conflict. Rear Admiral Hina's strategic maneuver of enclosing the remaining combatants in Rainbase Plaza had cleared the path for the Marine forces to advance unhindered. Whether viewed as a martyr or a hero, Vice-Admiral Link had effectively paved the way for the Marine's eventual triumph. As the clashes reverberated, the Marines traversing the desert near Rainbase paused to behold the breathtaking spectacle unfolding in the sky.

A colossal explosion erupted from the cage, tearing Rainbase asunder with a massive chasm. The sheer magnitude of the Vice-Admiral's power combined and overwhelmed the confines of the battlefield, sending shockwaves that hurled everyone aside.

[Chaka "Guardian"] "..."- the guardian made no sound, his breath slowing
[Capone Bege] *Cough* *Cough* "T-T-This has g-g-gotten too precarious..."- Capone Bege said, coughing up blood, unearthing himself from the rubble

The scene of devastation bore witness to the aftermath of the fierce battle. Chaka, the Guardian, lay defeated, his fate shrouded in uncertainty. Orianna's shattered metal form lay scattered across the battlefield, motionless and broken. Capone Bege emerged from the plaza, his injuries severe and burdensome, saved only by the fortitude of his castle body. Yet, amidst the wreckage, one figure stood tall. Basil Hawkins, the Magician, panted heavily, but his body remained oddly brave.

In Basil's hand, he clutched a doll fashioned in the likeness of Vice-Admiral Link.

[Basil Hawkins] "If I hadn't had one of my underlings infiltrate the Marines and grab the his blood, that last clash would have claimed me. Fate has claimed the battle."- said the Magician, before walking away from the battlefield
---------

An undisclosed time later, fosters echoed through the silent battlefield. Approaching Vice-Admiral Link, a man in a white suit appeared. Cipher Pol Aegis, Rob Lucci. A pigeon, also clad in a suit and white hat, chirped at his ear.

[Hattori] "This is the one. The Gorosei wants him alive."- the bird said in ventriloquism

You can take over from now on to end Phase 1 in your part. Feel free to bunny-hop Lucci. Great RP! :D

Note: That was the BS Good I had mentioned - the vodooo doll. That as the twist! When you used a first aid kit after the battle with Cletus, that's where the blood was taken - here.

The trail they traversed was marked by the fallen bodies of defeated pirates, providing a brief respite for the Marine forces to tend to their injuries before confronting the anticipated resistance. One such Marine grabbed the trash from the First Aid that Link used, almost as a sports memento; Link had truly become a hero for them.

Shaarib was all ears, and his talkative persona was completely repressed. He calmly followed the three criminals without any resistance. Even wondering how he arrived at this situation. He did not have any control over the things that were going to happen but he was still happy, he was within the Vampirates base. Now all he had to do was to stand still and let the meeting before him happen. He would do his best not to interrupt any of them and camouflage himself as a fly on the wall. The first to speak was Burns; Shaarib wasn't privy to the first part, nor did he care, but something captured the skypiean's attention. Burns could be a potential ally, but if Gambit did not play his cards correctly, the traitor could end up as an opponent. Tension was high because it seemed the Giant had something important to say; like Shaarib, he did not sit.

A big smile appeared on the Vice-Admiral's face. It was time to cause more chaos.

" If I may..." asked Shaarib, looking between the three occupants of the room. "It was the Silver Hair Pirates that lost, not the Vampirates."
