A loud explosion shook the entire château. Fire, smoke and smouldering rock were flung nearly everywhere. A good thing the previous participants of the wedding took shelter within the mirror world. If they were still here, who knows what would've happened to them. Which begs the question: would Oven be alright? He was still at the centre of it all. It wasn't something on either of the warrior their minds, but a question nonetheless.
Moving back to the clash between Marine Kallavan and Yonkou Kaido. The shaking has finally died down and what had been flung upwards now started to come down, cinders of burning rock and debris rained down on the floor where Kaido was standing. Kallavan himself also began to descend towards lower ground. Considering the amount of destruction that had happened so far, the marine began to wonder how much the building could take before it'd topple or crumble completely. While Kallavan moved down, Kaido was seen with his club raised in the air. Having used it as a shield combined with his impenetrable haki. The man had taken some damage, but it was very minor in the grand scheme of things.
Kallavan would tap the ground when he finally reached the ground again and quietly observed how the Yonko was indulging himself with alcohol. In one fell swoop all the contents of his gourd was gone and the bottle thrown to the side, breaking when it'd hit the wall. The Admiral would glare at the man, eyes piercing down upon him.
"Are you implying my haki isn't up to snuff?"
The man questioned, honestly wondering why the Yonko said that. It made the marine think if there was more to it all. He indeed knew about an extreme version of mantra, but he never quite could get a handle on that ability. The degree he had honed it was sufficient for him. His armament haki was mastered during wano and refined during the interval period. So what else was the man talking about? This moment of reflection gave pause for both fighters. Or at least the marine.
But soon the Admiral would widen his eyes to a great shock.
A voice called from within Kallavan, clear as day.
Corruption was imminent.

" Let the nightmare....begin!"[La Spada/Voices] “Legion. For we are many.”

A freak accident that happened when Spada and Kallavan first clashed. A variation of her Marca del Espiritu manifested itself within Kallavan who, having reached a low point in his life. Created the necessary fuel for this mark to mature completely. Just how will this change the proud marine?
Marca del Espíritu (literally meaning “Soul Mark”): By biting into the target’s neck, La Spada injects a tiny piece of her soul into the living being. Those injected can hear a voice in their heads, La Spada, urging them to do evil. Because a small fragment of the soul is injected, La Spada can track the individual anywhere within half an island’s range.
