The boy fired an air blade right towards Sasaki, though not intending to try and injure him but rather to destroy the ceiling upon them. The man before him has seemly reacted too quickly that just a simple straight-forward attack would not work. His reaction reminded the boy of how Katakuri did so as well, reacting to attacks with split seconds decisions; from dodging the last second swerve by Katakuri and now dodging the air blade the moment it fires by Sasaki. It isn’t a Devil Fruit power. That much is certain. Sasaki and Katakuri has something else that the boy hasn’t figure out yet. Though without fighting in a close combat, the boy could only surmise any thoughts he had. As he thinks through his thoughts, Sasaki would eventually take on the air blade, using his own powers to quickly stop the projectile dead on track before destroying with equal power.

But soon, the air around Akira’s vision start to swerve and wave. Multiple clones of Sasaki would start to manifest, there are now five of him though in various different ‘types’. Three of himself would stood by the ground whilst the last two would seemly blocked the exit upwards. Sasaki would finally respond to the boy’s silence, warning him as he gave him the last chance to answer his questions before the situation escalates out of control.

“….!”

However, the boy remains firm, no matter what tricks Sasaki is pulling, he would not allow the man to stop him, a sigh of breath as he peers into each of the Sasaki(s). His plans were his own. It is personal to him. A secret though apparently known by someone else – kept to his heart. He has no intention of telling Sasaki anything. His heart already set in stone. The boy would only coldly respond. An answer that Sasaki would not prefer given his unwillingness to fight if he could.

“It is none of your business.”

A rejection to the demand for answer. Yet looking beyond his words are breaks to his secret. The boy has another agenda, that much could possibly be garnered from his words as otherwise he would have already given a clear answer to Sasaki. But that motive is different from what Sasaki have so far figured, the marine is not privy to Akira’s motives. With the two Sasaki’s now blocking his way up, the boy would have to break through whatever Sasaki is cooking up. An optical illusion of sorts. The boy wasn’t sure if these clones possessed a physical body or they were just illusion – not only that there is no guarantee that the ‘normal’ version of Sasaki is even real, that he could be hiding behind in disguise as one of the other clone or simply invisible. The air is likely the factor into these clones as the wavy-like nature in the air. The boy would finally jump forward, his blade positions to the edge of his left side in mid-air as he readies to swing his weapon. And then, Akira jumped just a metre in front of the three clones, and he wildly swung his blade around him – like a
sword dance.

Using erratic swinging with the combination of normal swings and creating a very thin air blade, difficult to immediately see. The boy would create both an offensive and defensive manoeuvre as air blades and normal swings would swing in all directions around him. Aiming to cut the three Sasaki(s) on the ground as for each swing that Akira did, his blade continues to glow bright blue, smoke emitting out of it as tiny black wisp of energies dances around the air blades that Akira fires. The boy would continue to make a few more small jumps forward, swinging around haphazardly while still maintain a certain amount of elegance in his movements before he would make the last few jumps upwards towards the two airborne Sasaki’s, aiming to cut them down if not force them away from the exit. The last jump into a swing however, the boy generated even more air blades to his finish, making it even harder to catch the boy at the end of his attacks. Should Akira be able to drive the Sasaki(s) away, he would quickly jump up towards the next floor.

The jet black rankyaku flew, buzzing and humming, at Kaido's kanabo. The two collided with equal force giving the natural result of a stalemate, sharps winds carved the earth giving testament to the degree of power the attacks wielded. Kallavan would hit the ground and Kaido moved, observing his opponent but questioning the meteoric rise in strength. There had to be a reason, a need. And a reason there was. One the Yonkou would expect or at the very least could guess. Kallavan would take a singular step with his hands still balled into fists.

"To rid the world of blights like you, Big Mom, Spada, Morrow and Sakazuki." The Admiral said and took another step forward. He was aiming for Sakazuki as well?
" To protect those who cannot protect themselves."
"And to make the Marines a force unlike any other. Corruption will be nipped at the bud, reformations will happen and dark justice will be left as a relic of an outdated ideology."

Bold claims from the young Vice-Admiral. But it was exactly those bold claims that allowed him or perhaps gifted him with the voice of a king. Unlike the current age of pirates Marines with the gift of king's haki were a rare breed. Only a handful of them were currently employed but how far could Kallavan carry those desires of him? These were objectives that would shake the marines at their core, many would resist undoubtedly. But still the man would go for those desires, his dream. Even if it wasn't in his lifetime his legacy would be instilled and carried out. Like the King of pirates in the old days so would Kallavan hope to inspire a new breed of marine.

The Vice-Admiral would now shift his body going for a combat stance, left foot back and arms up in the air. His eyes still burning with a fire that seemed to never go out and nearly white blond hair that stood up. "You know Kaido"

"The world only makes sense if you force it to. And I Kallavan D Blackthorne will force it until it bends to my will."

The man announced and dashed forward from his position, kicking up debris and dust from his push off the ground. Kaido would frown for a split second. Blond hair, Blackthorne? It'd all come to him like one giant déjà vu as if he had battled such a warrior before. But where? And when had he heard that name before? Just who was this marine in front of him? A lot of time to think the Yonko unfortunately didn't have for the young Kallavan would soon be upon him.

The space between the two warriors was perhaps two meters max. Way beyond Kallavan's punching reach but still the young man had his right arm cocked back with his left up front as if he was aiming. With his eyes closed the Admiral focused all of his desires and wills into that fist. The right fist now shifted into jet black, shook with energy and power like never before. And with one swing and the result of biomechanics Kallavan threw one hell of a deadly punch, lightning lagging behind the fist as he threw it.

"Gamma Mörser!"
120: 5. Town Level +4(S) +3(Haki) +1 (Haoshoku) = 13. Moon Level
Kallavan bellowed and from that singular punch an unfathomable amount of force was unleashed. The red/black lightning finally caught up and mixed itself within the Hasshoken punch, unleashing a punch akin to a missile strike straight to the man's abdomen. And with power to boot the shockwave damage would aim to blast itself through the Yonko. From a thirds eye view it was as if Kallavan threw a Rokuougan with one punch but this attack was several magnitudes above it. The Gamma Mörser, a punch named after one of the most powerful piece of artillery equipment ever created.

Just how high would the Admiral fly?

The Fated Meeting - Floating Island
Words that would cut deeper than any blade. An overwhelming attack not of the body, but of the mind. In plain view, decapitated heads on boney skeletons, were the two daughters of the Queen, eyes and mouth gaped open. Big Mom would be one of the two people in the world who could truly feel the wanting souls screaming out to her. Last words, all betting on Mama, now begone. Memories forced to rush in of Mother Carmel, the kryptonite. LinLin let them die.

Force to bring Big Mom to her knees. Suddenly, a voice echoed, and the force of a Yonko exploded. There was no time wasted. When LinLin’s knees touched the cold floor of Hell, La Spada disappeared in an iai move, using that infamous unyielding speed, sword black as night, colored by Kings.
“DIVINE CALAMITY!!”
Spada DPS: 5. Town Level (120 Strength) + 3 (CoA) + 1 (CoC) + 4 (S Rank) = 13. Moon Level
An opening taken. Trailing Spada was the cursed Kitetsu Saijo Wazamono blade, waves of maroon black haki spawning from it, a thick aura of green and black made the very air around it quiver in fear. A terrifying slash came diagonally from Big Mom’s left hip to her right shoulder, thick enough to claim the body of the Yonko. The slash would be large enough to even hit her special homies, with power to actually touch and cut.

The marron black haki, shouting the Will of the Kings, mixed with soul power to create a new force: calamity. Those culprit would not just freeze... they’d wither.

Almost at the same time, the New Generation had delivered attacks that rivalled the heavens, each aiming to trash the Old Generation. A symbolic twin attack. Kallavan swung high. Spada swung low.

Just how low would the Grim stoop?

Just how high would the Admiral fly?

Big Mom fell to her knees, grabbing her head in pain. Enormous mental damage had been inflicted upon her. Not only had she just found out moments ago that her children had been killed by La Spada, but La Spada had also brought their heads to her. And now, she had awakened skeletons in the images of her children, showing the last words that the children had spoken, before they were killed. An orchestra of death and suffering prepared by La Spada from the very beginning - all for the sake of creating an opening. And now, La Spada had her opening. Jumping forward, with her sword trailing behind her, La Spada closed the distance with enormous speed, swinging her sword with black Busou-shoku no Haki, crackling with advanced Conqueror's Haki, and surrounded by the green mist of the Underworld. Both Prometheus and Hera managed to get out of the way just in time, saving themselves. As for Big Mom, blood erupted from her abdomen as La Spada passed by her. Her attack was successful.

Seeing the blood erupt, Prometheus and Hera watched in horror, screaming.

M-mama!

MAMA!

DPR 2 or more higher than durability: super effective.

Still on her knees, Big Mom fell forward. Was this the death of the Yonkou? Was this the ascension of a new Yonkou, La Spada? Was this the failure of Sasaki's mission? Was this the world changing? Was this the defeat of the undefeatable Big Mom Pirates? Was the old generation finished?

Rest or... LIFE!

Nay.

Big Mom's free hand slammed into the ground, supporting herself from falling. With a look of absolute terror and rage, Big Mom, even while kneeling, towered over her children. Big Mom's words spoke to their souls, demanding an answer. Big Mom was still the queen of souls. Her children had two options. They could either choose to rest, departing for the heavens on their own. Or they could forfeit their souls to the mother of souls. The children lowered their heads, their souls forfeiting in the face of the much stronger soul. Big Mom swiped with her hand, extracting the souls of her children. The skeletons fell to the ground, disintegrating upon impact.

The Queen rose, standing up. Blood continued to pour down onto the ground in liters, but suddenly, soul energy surrounded Big Mom. She turned around to face La Spada. Using the Soru Soru no Mi, Big Mom was giving life to both her skeleton and her skin, allowing her body to restructure itself. Within a matter of moments, Big Mom's wound was gone.

T-thank god...

M-mama is alive!

Her two Homies celebrated. But, this was no time for celebration. Big Mom's fury, directed at La Spada and her preposterous shenanigans, was boiling over.

You will pay for your games... La Spada.

Big Mom said, lifting Napoleon up into the air. Suddenly, both Prometheus and Hera found themselves pulled rapidly toward Napoleon. Turning into fire and lightning, they surrounded Napoleon, turning him into a continuous blade of energy. Big Mom sword Napoleon, unleashing a huge energy slash toward La Spada. The energy slash was clad with black Busou-shoku no Haki, as well as reverberated and crackled with the lightning of advanced Conqueror's Haki. An utterly massive attack, which cut through the ground, leaving in its wake an enormous fissure.

Kaidou questioned Kallavna's why. Why did he want to become so strong. Reaching the heights that these two have reached was not possible for any normal man. Only those with divine purpose and unfathomable will, seeking to conquer the world and bend it to their will, could achieve this standing. Kallavan gave his answer. But Kaidou's eyes sharpened. For a few moments now, and especially now as Kallavan was giving his answer, Kaidou couldn't get rid of this weird feeling. This feeling that he had met Kallavan before. Of course, they had met in Wano Kuni. But that's not it. Kaidou felt like he had met Kallavan many years ago. The blonde hair. The name... Blackthorne. It was all familiar to Kaidou, but he couldn't remember.

As Kaidou was thinking about that, Kallavan suddenly pushed off of the ground, charging toward Kaidou, giving him no time to think. Kallavan's right fist flew forward, but Kaidou was out of reach. Kallavn was not trying to reach with his fist. Instead, the black Busou-shoku no Haki, the lightning of advanced Conqueror's Haki, and immense physical energy and might, all trailed Kallavan's fist. At the pinnacle of the punch, all of the energies combined and unleashed, flying forward in the form of missile of raw energy. Perhaps to the shock of Kallavan, Kaidou did not react at all.

The Gamma Mörser rammed into Kaidou's abdomen.

On impact, all of the energies erupted, engulfing Kaidou in a massive explosion that sent him flying. It was like an atomic bomb punch, one strong enough to create a mushroom cloud several hundred meters tall. The part of the island that they were on was engulfed in obscurity, and the battle came to a still moment. It was quiet. The dust was simply lingering, slowly settling back on the ground. In the distance, the silhouette of Kaidou was seen getting back up. His right hand was still holding the kanabo, resting it against the ground and using it to support himself. His left hand was rubbing his abdomen. Kaidou was bleeding, a fact that was unfathomable in itself. Often thought to be immortal, Kaidou was no such thing.

But, he was a monster.

The attack that Kallavan had unleashed was of unparalleled might, and yet, Kaidou took it head on, because he was spacing out. And yet, he still stood.

DPR: 13. Moon Level

Durability: 120: 7. Mountain Level + Drunken Perk: +1 + COA: +3 = 11. Small Continent Level

DPR 2 or more higher than durability: super effective

Coughing up some blood, Kaidou grit his teeth. He was bothered by something. Little did Kallavan know, it was not the wound. Instead, it was something else. Kaidou would voice it out directly.

Kid... have I met you before? Long ago...

That name... Blackthorne... I know it.

The wavy air signalled something was going on, and Akira quickly picked up on the situation. Three Sasakis confronted Akira, with two more Sasakis up in the air, blocking the way up. One looked like his normal self, but there was also a taller skinnier version, a younger child version, a fat version and a tall muscular version. Clearly abnormal, and likely an illusion. Sasaki demanded an answer one last time, his voice reverberating throughout the area. He called for a reduction in tension. If Akira did not oblige, and did not answer, things would escalate. That warning, too, was voice by Sasaki, but to no avail. Akira refused to answer.

“….!”

“It is none of your business.”
Going onto the offensive quickly, Akira rushed toward the three Sasakis on the ground. Using a sword dance, he promptly cut all three of the Sasakis down, but they all faded out of sight, revealing to have been illusions. At the same time as when Akira cut down the three Sasakis, a sword came down like a lightning bolt, thrown by the real Sasaki from above. The sword, crackling with lightning, aimed to skewer Akira from above while he was distracted by the illusions, but it missed - perhaps due to Akira's complicated sword dance - and stabbed into the ground a meter or so away from Akira. If Akira stopped for a moment to analyze the situation, he would quickly notice that the sword that Sasaki had thrown, was of unparalleled stature, truly up there with the greatest swords of all time.

The famous Monohoshizao. One of the twelve Saijō Ō Wazamono swords. On top of that, it was a Kokutō, like Mihawk's own Yoru. A black blade, permanently imbued with black Busou-shoku no Haki.

The attack, however, missed, and both of the two Sasakis up in the air suddenly started to descend, dropping down toward Akira. It was time for a clash in the air - if Akira won, he would be able to proceed higher up in the tower. But if he did not, Sasaki would get his way, and keep Akira contained.

The boy dance around the fight, swinging his swords as he dynamically moves about. Dangerous yet elegance, the boy quickly struck the first three Sasaki(s) on the ground, cutting them down immediately. However, the Sasaki(s) in which Akira swung to, would quickly dissipate into nothingness, revealing to be nothing more than illusions to likely distract the boy. This would leave the only two of them above him where one of them should more than likely be the real one, though there still remains to be a possibility that the real one is merely invisible. Regardless of it, the boy keeps himself spatially aware of his surroundings, as when a single sword was immediately thrown down from above, from the real Sasaki himself while the boy was originally distracted from the clones. Thankfully despite the lightning bolt attack utilizing the sword, the boy whom already is using an attack that requires dynamic movement, it would be quickly avoided rather naturally given its single trajectory path. The attack however, briefly stopped Akira’s attack as the boy slides and stop, his eyes peered at the attack’s aftermath – a sword. Stuck now onto the ground.

“…..”

Just short of a metre away from Akira’s position the boy noticed the sword. It is completely black. It is similar to how Muramasa he once had, and now Twilight’s Edge – their colours given a completely different from the standard steel grey. Walking over towards the sword, the boy picked up the Monohoshizao, the weight of the sword – heavy in a strange sense. But it would somewhat make sense, he wasn’t used to it and did not master the use of this particular sword. Yet the sword is unmistakeably a sword with incredible quality, much like Twilight’s Edge. The two Sasaki would finally descend upon the boy, aiming to continue keeping him contain on this level. The boy only inspected the sword for a mere moment, a small hesitation. Just seconds after, the boy would finally throw the sword towards one of the Sasaki, thrown in a spinning motion, it is a 50-50 chance that one of them is real so Akira would only toss it any of them. The real one would only be able to grab it since the clones are non-physical illusions. Regardless of either options, the boy would jump, using a Soru-esque movement as he quickly performs a series of would stab and thrusting motions, in each motion the weapon generates an air blade aimed towards the general area of which the two are in mid-air, each air blade imbued upon wisps of black energies. They aimed to strike both of them at once – creating enough of destructive power to overwhelm them if not dealt with. In one movement the boy would aimed to brute force out into the next level.

Monohoshizao stabbed into the ground, bringing the battle to a short stop. A weapon of truly unparalleled might, had it hit it would have ended the battle on the spot. Perhaps it was that extreme realization that brought the battle to a short breather. Akira was on the ground, and the illusions of the three Sasakis faded. There were two more Sasakis up in the air. Akira started to walk over toward the Monohoshizao, wanting to inspect it. It was similar to two weapons that Akira had had as well. The fact that this battle was fought by two people who could turn their swords black, served as a testament to the level of fighting that was at play here.

Akira walked up to the Monohoshizao and reached for it, aiming to pick it up and wield it for a moment, analyzing it. However, the moment Akira grabbed the hilt of the sword, Sasaki's secret plan came to fruition. An enormous amount of lightning discharged from the sword, engulfing the area in a lightning explosion.

With the secret/surprise factor, the point blank range and the large range of the attack, it was almost certain that Akira would be engulfed in the lightning blast and pushed away from the sword. When the lightning blast cleared, Akira, if engulfed, would find minor burns on his body, but the attack was not nearly as strong as it appeared to be. Instead, Sasaki aimed to paralyze Akira.

Major paralysis level.

If Akira was indeed paralyzed, Sasaki would appear behind him, holding his sword to his neck. Akira was likely perceptive enough to have realized what had happened. All five of the Sasakis were illusions, the two in the air having now disappeared as well. The real Sasaki had thrown the sword and then hid himself inside it. With the ability of the Goro Goro no Mi, he was able to stay inside a conductive metal, after all. And when Akira grabbed the sword, the real Sasaki exploded forth with lightning in an attempt to catch Akira off guard. Assuming but not deciding that Sasaki was now behind the paralyzed Akira, he would speak.

My life's mission is to end La Spada. For that purpose, I have travelled through centuries of time... and I cannot abandon this mission. I will ask you one last time... why are you helping that evil roam the world?

Unaware of Sasaki’s powers in general, the boy went to pick up the sword thrown by Sasaki – but this allowed Sasaki’s trap to spurn, though perhaps rather unintended. A blast of electricity emanates from the sword, pushing Akira away as his instinctive nature immediately used his arms to block his head as the light blinds the boy from point blank, closed momentarily. Electricity flows into the boy, burning the skin off the boy especially on the arms. Flashed the boy quickly regain stability on the ground, unlike Sasaki – the boy did not have such tricks up his sleeves. He is but a swordsman with Zoan powers. The blinding light would slowly dissipate from his closed eyes, slowly letting natural light adjust as he opened his eyes once more. His body slowed as electricity damaged his nerves preventing full body movement at ease. Here Sasaki would speak once more, though his voice immediately appearing from behind and presumably unarmed. His tone is serious. The man couldn’t fathom anyone helping La Spada, especially if they know her.

“……”

The boy is silent. He knew his body wasn’t fully paralyzed, he could move but likely at such point blank it is unlikely that he could turn around faster than Sasaki could strike him, even though he is originally much faster. The two were in an impasse. And Sasaki knew it. Death does not faze Akira. Having seen much with his own life, experiencing perhaps the worst of humanity has to offer – he would stop at nothing to achieve his own goal. Both sides wouldn’t budge at all.

Sigh

Akira sighed as he lowered his weapon, ignoring the possibility of death or injury that comes with sudden movement in this situation. Stabbing Twilight’s Edge onto the ground. The boy moved his other arm, slowly with its effects of paralysis. Into the pocket of his raid suit Akira retrieve a Den Den Mushi, small. And with a flick of his wrist, even whilst injured – he threw it out of a nearby window of the Chateau. Communication equipment that Akira would rather that La Spada wouldn’t be able to hear even if it’s a two-way communication. The boy gave in to the tenacious Sasaki. He needed to get to the poneglyph, for it holds secrets important to himself. He cannot afford to be defeated at this point.

…….

The boy spoked for the first time.

The boy spoked for the first time.

Akira stabbed his sword into the ground and Sasaki moved his sword away from Akira's neck, taking a step back. Akira reached into his pocket and took out a Den Den Mushi, before swinging his arm and throwing the Den Den Mushi away - out through a nearby window. A device that could be used to listen in on him? But who was he afraid of listening in on him? And if he was afraid of that, why did he carry such a Den Den Mushi with him to begin with? Those were all reasonable questions to have, but soon, Akira would give the answers. Sasaki and Akira talked. Their words could not be heard, but their facial expressions told a lot. A shocked look was on Sasaki's face s he listened to Akira's words - while the young Assassin remained emotionless, telling a story and his secrets outloud. Something he had almost never done before, if ever. Their conversation lasted a good minute or two, before Sasaki finally sighed.

I didn't expect that...

I see...

Sasaki said, mounting the sword and the monkey king's staff back on his back.

Well this is a tough situation. Your goal seems to be in stark contrast to my own. Until the very end, at which point...

Sasaki said, not continuing his sentence. Enough had been said.

Anyway... it seems there is something we both seek. An old spirit told me what to seek...

The Poneglyphs hold information we need.

Sasaki said. And there it was. Both Sasaki and Akira needed to obtain the Poneglyphs. Fortunately for Akira, Sasaki had all the information.

I know where it is. I overheard it.

Sasaki said, perhaps to Akira's shock. He knew exactly where the Poneglyphs were - though what he meant by ''I overheard it'' was anyone's guess. Sasaki extended his hand in the form of a handshake.

A truce for now? Let's go take a look...

The bomb like punch went off without a hitch and launched the behemoth of a man backwards. A first, in perhaps a decade, that such a thing occurred. Kallavan who had thrown the punch straightened himself and looked at a wounded Yonkou. Kanabou on the ground, supporting himself while blood dripped to the ground. A solid hit, but if all it took to take this monster down was once punch, the Admiral wouldn't be here. Lowering his guard, the marine looked on as something clearly troubled the Yonkou, but what it was he didn't know exactly until he started asking a question. Kallavan couldn't help but raise an eyebrow.

"Took you long enough. But I guess it was a long time ago." The marine said, as he looked into the sky, reminiscing.
"My parents were Charles D Hornigold and Rachel Drake. But I decided to take my mother's actual name. Rachel D Blackthorne."
"Ironic, isn't it?"

Kallavan said. His parents, two of the more seasoned fighters within the rocks pirates, left behind a legacy within Kallavan. And now their heir, their son. Was here to finally put to rest the rocks, once and for all.

"With you and Big Mom, tonight the Rocks Pirates will only be a tale. " The marine said, throwing himself forward and arriving a few steps in front of Kaido, both his fists on top of one another.

"Rokuōgan 六王銃 ! "
120: 5. Town Level +4(S) +2(Haki) = 11. Small Continent Level

From Kallavan's fists, a concentrated shockwave would burst from his knuckles, aiming to bypass the Yonkou's natural bulk and destroy him from the inside out.

Words are spoken but not necessarily loudly – it would be rather dangerous to do so, yet his words are loud enough that only Sasaki could clearly listen on. History, not likely to be the full account of Akira’s life as he has always referred to that particular history as a blank period of time, as to what it truly meant the boy did not speak further. Regardless, Akira’s intentions have been made clear to Sasaki. The Marine whom backed off in order to see reason – perhaps for the very first time for the boy’s life that he would even stop to talk about anything, Sasaki would listen rather intently. However, whether that is due to his personality or that he is genuinely unable to fathom anyone’s sanity or reasoning in helping La Spada is up for debate. But the look on Sasaki’s face says much of it. A shocking twist of horror that could lead one to wonder how strong the boy’s mental state is or to survive in such environment, perhaps Sasaki would likely come to a conclusion that most people would, that the boy has long been broken. The emotionless story that Akira spoke was something perhaps no one should ever be subjected to.

Once the conversation has taken its toll. The two would effectively stop their fight. The paralysis of the electricity would continue for longer. But the boy did not seem to truly care, his desire to find a lead in his goal triumphs pain. Slow. Yet he would hold onto Twilight’s Edge once more, though not sheathing it – as likely would Sasaki notice, it does not seem to possess a sheath for such blade. Clenching his fists, particularly with the injured side of his arm – even though there are slightly more damage due to the electricity burn and paralysis, it is quickly resuming functionality. Once the effects of the lightning attack wear off the boy would find some use of his other arm in combat.

Sasaki became aware of their difference in goals though only up till a point where it would converge. But no other words are said. For both of them, their goals may not be the same but it would become clear to each other that they have a mutual interest in the stone. The poneglyph that La Spada wanted so much. Akira himself never seen one, thus aside from understanding that is a very particular stone shape with letters he doesn’t actually knew what he would look for until he physically sees it.

Sasaki would further speak about knowing exactly where the poneglyph is, thus he would extend a hand out, a handshake. Social convention would state to accept it, as the man would ask for a temporary truce to search for it. The boy silent once more would look at the hand for a mere moment. A Logia or a Paramecia perhaps. Based on what he has seen so far. Sasaki has not made any big transformation to qualify as a Zoan. His thoughts become hard to read. But Akira did not return the handshake.

“Lead the way… Mister.”

The name of the man before him remains to be unknown, thus only appropriate that the boy would refer to him as mister, rather than old man back in Wano. That said the boy remains wary of Sasaki, they are marines and pirates, and more importantly Akira did not seem to like nor trust men of the World Government that much, though he made no mention of this. When Sasaki is ready, the boy would simply follow, slow – but eventually he will easily catch up soon enough.

Have to skip this time unfortunately, still need activity for last week. n.n

@Guren

Kaidou's eyes widened in surprise as Kallavan spoke. Charles D Hornigold and Rachel Drake... Rachel D Blackthorne. The Rocks. People of the past, most of them gone by now - but Kaidou still stood at the top of the world as the ultimate beast... the ultimate warrior.

Wororo... I see. Charles and Rachel. They left after that incident. For a while, we didn't know where they had gone. But then I heard some stories of their end. Were they true after all?

Kaidou said, wondering about it all. There was fate to this meeting after all. His fight with Kallavan was not a random act after all. These two men were fated to meet at some point, whether to fight, or else.

Your resolve is strong... but I cannot die willingly. It will take the ultimate gladiator... the ultimate warrior, to end me.

Kaidou said, grinning. Kallavan pushed off of the ground, charging toward Kaidou, closing the distance rapidly. As soon as Kallavan appeared in front of Kaidou, the Yonkou reacted to the Vice Admiral's approach. Kallavan's arrival in front of Kaidou would be met by a step back from Kaidou, ensuring enough distance to swing his spiked Kanabou. When the Rokuougan was unleashed, Kaidou swung his spiked Kanabou, colliding it with the incoming shockwave. Hakis clashed, pushing for supremacy, until they erupted, blowing both Kaidou and Kallavan away from the central clash.

DPR: 120: 5. Town Level + A:+3 + COA: +3 = 11. Small Continent Level

By the time the obscurity cleared, and Kaidou and Kallavan found themselves with a fair distance between them, Kaidou spoke. It was time to test Kallavan's true strength.

Let's see if you have what it takes.

Kaidou said. His body pulsated, and the dragon scales started to spread across his body further. His tail started to elongate, and Kaidou's whole body started to transform, increasing in size rapidly. In a matter of seconds, Kaidou transformed into a massive dragon, taking up into th skies. Kaidou ended his ascent when he was just beneath the stormy clouds, turning around and looking down at Kallavan. The skies started to rumble with thunder, and the powerful gales started to pick up. Kaidou swung his tail, unleashing a mighty attack. Multiple tornadoes, tempered with black Busou-shoku no Haki, formed, descending onto the floating island. They were a number in nature, massive in sizes, spinning rapidly. Like a natural calamity, Kaidou's attack started to ravage the island, pulling massive chunks of rock and boulders, as well as trees and houses into the air, throwing them all around. The winds were strong enough to rip a person apart, and ravage a mountain. They were not strong enough to rip apart Kallavan's battle hardened body, however ultimately, the tornadoes aimed to restrict his movement, as well as pull him into the air, where he would be at the mercy of immense gales and other wind currents.

Tatsumaki...!

Sasaki extended a handshake to Akira, an offer of truce in order to pursue a common goal. The Poneglyph. And while Akira accepted to go look for the Poneglyph together, he did not take Sasaki's hand. Sasaki pulled his hand back, before raising it behind his head, rubbing the back of his head awkwardly. With an awkward smile on his face, Sasaki cut through the tension with a couple of words.

Right right... your type wouldn't trust me. And shouldn't, as a matter of fact.

Sasaki said, understanding of the young man's weariness. With his sword and his Monkey King's staff back on his back, and his monkey tail wiggling about, it was clear that the tension was over and it was time for the two to get going.

It's on the fourth floor...

Sasaki said, quite clear. The two would start to traverse the corridors and staircases of the Whole Cake Chateau, going to the first floor. From there, they went to the second, before the third. And before long, they would make it to the fourth floor. They found themselves in front of a large gate, sturdy in nature. Looking at the door, Sasaki spoke.

The Room of Treasure... that's what they call it. I could go through it... I'm lightning after all. But to get you inside, we'll have to destroy it. Ready?

Sasaki said, looking at Akira.

Choosing not to shake Sasaki’s handshake as a gesture led to the man’s awkwardness – resulting in him quickly rubbing the back of his head as a response. Sasaki realized that the both of them being on two sides would made it rather difficult to truly take each other’s words as sincerity, his words quickly agreeing with his conclusion. But the mistrust wasn’t that because Akira is a pirate and Sasaki a marine – two different sides, his mistrust stems from a different reasoning that the boy held. Something which the man would never, if ever understood. Yet their truce is quickly settled, and without further ado Sasaki quickly revealed the location of the Poneglyph – the 4th floor.

The two would traverse the chateau, going from floor to floor – though surprisingly with no one to interfere or stop them. Did the chateau empty out due to the general presence of Spada pirates? And Sasaki himself? Hard to say but as Sasaki quickly made mention of this ‘Room of Treasure’, it became quickly understood that perhaps something happens in the Chateau that not even security for a treasure room were present. They stood in front of a large gate, sturdy – which Sasaki would finally make note of their destination. They would have to destroy it as Sasaki stated that while he could enter the place as an element of lightning, confirming his status as a Logia quite casually – Akira would have to go through the gate in order to enter the room. The boy looked up at the large gate for a second, he did not respond verbally to Sasaki, but the boy nodded.

The paralysis that Sasaki have placed onto him is rapidly dissipating from his body, his bodily function soon to revert to normalcy. Raising his dominant right arm, the boy waited for Sasaki as once the man himself is ready to destroy the gate, the boy would quickly follow suit – with several swings made towards the gate itself, not making direct contact with his sword, coated with Haki as blackish-blue smoke emanates from its blade. In its wake of each swing, the sword generates a thin air blade towards the gate, in conjunction with Sasaki’s attack, using Haki to ensure the destruction of the gate. The boy choose to utilize less flashy and destructive attacks, no reason to cause too much noise and attract attention to themselves though the same may not be said for Sasaki's attack. Yet likely that regardless of how they approach the destruction of the gate, it would more than generate too much noise that would attract attention if any, but they would still have to quickly get past into the room.

Sasaki and Akira stood in front of the thick steel gate. Sasaki proposed to destroy it, if Akira wished to enter. Trails of black Busou-shoku no Haki started to flow from Akira's sword, signaling that he was ready to bring the gate down. He could probably do it on his own, but Sasaki figured he might as well help - his right leg turning into lightning, crackling and rumbling intensely. When Akira swung his sword, Sasaki swung his leg, unleashing a lightning Rankyaku.

The attacks collided with the gate, impacting it with great power - before dissipating. After a moment of silence, the gate creaked, before suddenly detaching off of its hinges and plummeting to the floor. The steel gate hit the floor with a loud thud. When the smoke cleared, Sasaki spoke, his monkey tail wiggling.

Arara... looks like I was too excited about the Poneglyph, and I forgot to listen in on the other side of the gate. Looks like we got company...

Sasaki said, pointing toward the Room of Treasure for Akira to see. Inside the Room of Treasure were a number of individuals that Akira would quickly recognize.

Charlotte Perospero, Charlotte Mond-d'Or, Charlotte Brulee, Charlotte Galette, Charlotte Streusen, Black Maria, Basil Hawkins and Ulti.

The members of the Big Mom Pirates and the Beast Pirates, who had run into Akira earlier and saved Katakuri, had retreated back into the Mirror Dimension, and ended up in the Room of Treasure - the safest place on Whole Cake Island. Katakuri was seen on the floor as well - unconscious and heavily bandaged up, having been treated as best as possible by his brothers and sisters. Seeing the gate come crashing to the floor, the group turned, their eyes widening in shock at the sight of Akira.

T-that man...! Streusen said, recognizing Akira.

Tsch... the one who did this to Katakuri-niisama...! Perospero grunted at the sight of Akira.

A drop of sweat rolled down the back of Sasaki's head. He felt out of place here - there seemed to be ill history between everyone here. He had nothing to do with it. In the area behind the Big Mom Pirates and the Beast Pirates, a number of Poneglyphs could be seen. Noticing them, Sasaki looked at Akira, speaking with a playfully smug look on his face.

I guess I'll let you deal with this, mysterious boy-kun.

Sasaki's whole body turned into lightning and he blitzed past everyone, appearing in front of the Poneglyph. The Big Mom Pirates ignored him, their sights set on Akira. Streusen took out his trusty knife, while Mond-d'Or summoned a number of books, floating around him. Brulee clapped her hands together, before pulling them apart, summoning a mirror from the palms of her hands. Perospero's arms turned into flowing candy, while Galette's arms turned into flowing butter. The Big Mom Pirates pushed off of the ground, charging toward Akira.

With the combination attack from Akira and Sasaki, two different forms of projectile attacks – a yellow air blade, crackling loudly as an infusion of wind and lightning on one side and the other a silent thin air blade that would cut into the large gate in front of them with relative ease, for either of them there is no trouble destroying such obstacles alone, but the faster they destroy it the better. The impact of both attacks hit the steel gates hard, as when the resulting dust cloud of their attacks slowly dissipates the gate stood for a brief moment before plummeting onto the floor, it’s hinges detached causing the gate to fell as the massive gate too, would cause the dust cloud to rise as it fills up the air in front of them once more, obscuring what’s within the room they sought after. Sasaki waited, but Akira did not – immediately walking into the smoke, swinging his sword to forcefully clear the smoke in front of him as he walks through it. As he did, Sasaki would spoke once more, just about the same time as Akira’s eyes came into several silhouettes past the smoke.

They weren’t alone. It would make sense however; this is the treasure room of Big Mom – expecting no resistance would be foolish. Yet Akira did not really expect to meet the same group that he retreated from. Though this time without Katakuri it seems, the man seemly unconscious on the floor. Probably for the best as that man would prove to be a problematic with his powers. However, the rest seems to recognize him quickly, shocked. Before Akira knew it however, Sasaki abandoned him as he transforms into lightning, moving past the group in a blink of an eye. Ignored. The rest has their eyes set upon Akira, their movement readied with their weapons in tow – they charged at Akira.

While the boy is probably somewhat surprised that Sasaki would leave the entire group to him, he thankfully has long known that betrayal is to be expected. They never trust each other, which is why Akira wasn’t fully taken aback by this. He never expects the man to help. He can only trust himself. Thus, it would fall to the boy to deal with the group that he previously did not manage to. He will defeat them on his own. Clenching his fist of the injured arm several time, the boy knew he has more or less acclimated the pain, two handed attacks are now easier to do. The paralysis of his body is gone now and while he is not at 100%, the boy is fully determined to fight. His goal now fully within sight, the boy’s attitude completely changes. His killing intent leaks out like an aura, shaped like a ferocious beast as a burst of Haoshoku Haki emanates from the boy, destroying the floor around him as it struck the group.

Blackish-blue smoke emanates from the blade continuously as the sword continues to glow brightly in blue, spinning in a circle the boy swung his sword vertically upwards around himself, the air dragged along with the blade as an air blade generates along the tip, the boy would finish the spin, swinging the sword from a vertical into a horizontal motion as a large singular black air blade following a bird-shape head fires towards the group at incredible speed and intensity, black wisps of energies dances across entire length of the attack. The swirling motion of the air blade swirls the air blade in a more circular motion, but still large enough to hit the general area of the group. Like before, the boy has to separate and take them out one by one if he could. But unlike Cracker and Katakuri, even though it is a larger group – the chaotic mess of the situation can play to the boy’s advantage. Careful the boy watches for the reaction, eyeing easier targets he could take out with this attack.

An interlude between these two warriors. Kaido sought for a reason for Kallavan to be here and to have an inkling as to where this incredible rise in strength originated from. Charles and Rachel, Kallavan's parents, were originally pirates from within the Rocks crew and Kaido's seniors. From that terrifying generation, only two members remained: Kaido and Big Mom. And should fate have it, after today, none would be left standing. Kaido would inquire the fate of the young man's parents, Kallavan could only snap his glance to the side in disgust.

"Tch. You don't know the half of it. But yes, they are gone. Taken far too young. But that isn't why we're here, right? To reminisce about the past." Kallavan would say, and Kaido had the same idea. The man took off while Kallavan unleashed his rokuougan, club against fist the two abilities collided searching for a victor. But sadly the two attacks were too equal and ended up in a stalemate, the power grew volatile and recoiled back to their origins. Pushing both fighters back from one another. Kaido slid back, as did Kallavan, skidding through the dirt and earth.

The Yonkou then prepared for the ultimate test, to search for Kallavan's ceiling and to see if that came anywhere close to Kaido's. Moving up into the air, the man grew perhaps tenfold into a might dragon that nearly covered the entire plateau they were standing on. The clouds grew overcast as thunder rumbled, winds picked up while Kaido sought for control over them. And eventually the Yonko would achieve just that and swung with his tail, haki bolstering the attack as multiple tornados rushed towards Kallavan. Each of them equally capable to end a lesser man and to utterly terraform the land they bulldozed through.

"Ultimate Gladiator, huh." He said, wondering if he could include himself in such a category.

Still whether he liked it or not he had to deal with these tornados and the Admiral would do just that and prepared himself for a move that was perhap utterly ridiculous but trademark Kallavan all the same.

"Hasshoken Ogi." The man muttered as his vapour like aura returned before the man rushed forward, towards the actual tornados with terrifying velocity and speed. While the man ran that same vapour-like aura would shift from his body all the way towards both his hands as they sparked to live with haki as well. The man flew like a bullet and eventually went through the numerous tornados Kaido had cooked up for him. But how on earth the marine had managed to cut through them was a terrifying feat. Something even Kaido himself through the many obscurities could hardly tell. The man had dashed through but while he ran he swung his right arm once but that singular swing was delivered with such extreme mastery and skill that it seemingly duplicated, appearing to copy it into numerous iterations. Once he had swung with his right, he'd do the same with his left. From those two straights, an outright storm of hasshoken punches were unleashed all around him, each with the power of a missile.

But the effect of his punches would only happen once he finally came to a stop, with his back towards the tornados the Admiral came to a screeching halt, hands clenched into fists as he bellowed the name of his attack.

"Aogin Ranzankō !"

Once he had arrived at this position would the results of his attack take place as if time had skipped itself, but that was just the raw speed at which Kallavan had displaced himself. He was moving faster than his attack took place. The result, however, remained the same. From behind him, multiple hasshoken pellets were bombarding the tornados until they could no longer hold their shape and crumbled into nothingness.

But the marine wouldn't leave it at that and took to the sky with a dash, reaching a height somewhat above Kaido's head but the distance between was perhaps 15–20 meters. There the young admiral would push his hand together, wrist against wrist and drew them towards his hip, cupping them together. Kallavan's haki would spike to tremendous levels as the vapour like aura gained a distinct golden flame and the energy between his hands started to mix together. But now the young man had something new, something he didn't have the last time.

A visible strain on Kallavan's face as he concentrated and prepared for what might be his strongest attack yet.

"Meeeetsu....Haaaaadouuuuuu." Kallavan said, with quite the strain. Having to nearly force the words for an attack out of his mouth. He wasn't practised with it, but the power within those hands was already incredibly deadly.

Could this hatchling with Haoshoku already imbue it into such an advanced technique? If he could, one might call him a true prodigy.

The Fated Meeting - Floating Island
La Spada swung low. Low as one could go. The Grim used the very souls of Big Mom’s daughters to slay her mind, forcing her to the knees. Linlin had fought the best, but now, she fought the worst. No honor. No code. Just stank. La Spada had walked past Big Mom, licking the sword, liking the Yonko’s blood. A disgusting sight. With a faint chuckle, the infamous woman turned, expecting to see her foe fallen. Homies called out.

Suddenly, even forcing La Spada’s eyes to widen with surprise, the Queen got up. Those large stubby fingers grabbed her daughters, consume their souls. The cut slowly closed and healed before La Spada’s very eyes. The Yonko was a monster.

La Spada sighed and comically spoke with her infamous sarcasm.

[La Spada] “Well… that’s just not fair.”

The Queen had her homies converge, cladding that terrible haki of Kings with her blade. La Spada did not need mantra - it was obvious what came next. The laser lit up the area, as La Spada swung her sword in a G-cleft motion, haki and soul brimming on her Shodai Kitetsu. The result was a clash that sent thunder in all directions. After a few seconds, La Spada’s sword was blown back, sending The Grim sprawling back in the laser’s light. The woman’s body skipped a few meters until it came to a rest in the dark graveyard.

Skeletons formed a lattice in front of La Spada to protect her. A deep manic chuckle followed. Slowly, La Spada stood. She cracked her neck and dusted her clothes. If she had blood, she would have bled. Small cracks in her ribcage showed, now firstly wounded, yet the woman stood. Suddenly, the Grim went into a quiet transformation. Her horns grew out slowly and her bones grew thorns. Her demon form. This time, however, it was controlled, willed.

[La Spada] “Let’s turn it up a notch, shall we?”

La Spada turned to Big Mom. The surooudings kept withering as skeletons surrounded LinLin. Big Mom would likely be the only person in the world who could feel it - souls were converging beneath the ground. La Spada tilted her head up confidently - bring it.

Big Mom swung Napoleon, unleashing a powerful slash of energy. La Spada countered, but Big Mom's attack overwhelmed her, pushing her back. Big Mom rose, towering triumphantly over La Spada's shenanigans. La Spada grunted, complaining that Big Mom's powers were unfair. There was a tone of sarcasm in La Spada's voice, undoubtedly, and the woman of death was as confident as ever - but it was true that Big Mom's powers were unparalleled. Stepping it up a notch, La Spada underwent a transformation, growing horns from her head and thorns from her boney body. Big Mom grinned, salivating over the death of her opponent.

Mamama... now that my kids' souls have been sent to rest...

It's time for you to pay up, La Spada.

Big Mom said. La Spada would pay for her distasteful games. Big Mom was not a virtuous woman, but messing with family was a step too far even for the Queen of Pirates. Family was the most important. Family was treasured. Hera defused from Napoleon, taking up her form as a thundercloud. Big Mom jumped onto her, flying up into the air. Big Mom was employing the same strategy that she had used earlier out at sea. Going up to the sky, where La Spada could not fly as easily. Now with a fair amount of altitude and looking down at the landscape, Big Mom laughed, preparing her attack.

Mamama... time for the carnival of souls.

Big Mom said, raising Napoleon up toward the sky. Hera's lightning and Prometheus' fire started to combine, forming a giant creature of lightning and fire.

Bahoho Misery...!

The giant creature of lightning and fire, a Homie in the likeness of a demonic woman named Mysery, descended down from the sky, going toward La Spada. While still out of range, Mysery swung her arm, unleashing a wave of lightning and fire down below. Big Mom's black Busou-shoku no Haki clad the lightning and fire. The attack descended with great reach and power, aiming to devastate the graveyard of bones down below.

Kaidou, assuming his grand form of the King of Beasts, swung his draconic tail, unleashing a calamity of gales upon the land. Powerful winds billowed, thunder rumbled and the landscape was terraformed under the might of Kaidou's ultimate power. The tornadoes sought Kallavan, aiming to chain him down with the strong wind pressure. However, Kallavan acted preemptively, pushing off of the ground and charging the tornadoes. Vapor-esque aura surrounded Kallavan's hands, signaling energy and pressure building up. Unleashing a barrage of arm swings, Kallavan rushed past the army of tornadoes, moving past them. As Kallavan reappeared on the other side of the storm, a number of powerful cutting attacks came into existence, cutting down the tornadoes, destabilizing them and vanquishing them.

Kallavan looked up, seeking Kaidou. He pushed off of the ground, jumping high up into the air - high enough to send up a few dozen meters above Kaidou's head. Kaidou looked up, seeing Kallavan build up an attack. The dragon grinned, speaking - his voice loud and booming enough to be heard miles away.

Wororororo... he is about to do it. He might not even know it.

Kaidou said, seeing Kallavan's advanced Conqueror's Haki start to rumble. He saw the mighty attack that Kallavan was about to unleash, likely surprising even himself. Kallavan was starting to tap into a power greater than he had ever wielded before. Flames stared to roll within the massive mouth of Kaidou, the fire building up. The roaring thunder of advanced Conqueror's Haki started to rumble within Kaidou's mouth as well. And then, Kaidou unleashed it.

Dragon's Gale of Fire and Lightning...!

Kaidou roared, unleashing from his mouth an enormous Bolo Breath. Together with the Bolo Breath, Kaidou also unleashed a barrage of crescent wind blades, surrounding and accompanying the central Bolo Breath. Black Busou-shoku no Haki and advanced Conqueror's Haki clad and augmented the fire and wind, unleashing a truly terrifying attack that could rival Kallavan's own. The two gladiators were reaching the pinnacles of power. What remained to be seen was who would come out on top.

Sasaki blitzed past the Big Mom Pirates and the Beast Pirates, transforming into a bolt of lightning to increase his speed to unparalleled proportions. Akira considered this Sasaki's betrayal, and while he could not be blamed for that assumption, it was not the case. Sasaki was a master of Kenbun-shoku no Haki, likely the greatest user of it in the world. He knew Akira could handle things on his own, while Sasaki looked at the Poneglyph. He would have no qualms about letting Akira see the Poneglyph as well.

While Sasaki was looking at the Poneglyph, the Big Mom Pirates jumped Akira. Charlotte Perospero, Charlotte Mond-d'Or, Charlotte Brulee, Charlotte Galette and Charlotte Streusen all attacked at once. Streusen swung his knife, unleashing a flying slash. Mond-d'Or swung his arms, hurling the levitating books toward Akira, aiming to bombard him. Perospero swung his arm, unleashing a hardened wave of candy. Galette hurled her arms forward, unleashing a wave of scorching hot butter. The attacks clashed with Akira's own, sending a powerful shockwave throughout the Room of Treasure. The collision lasted for a few moments, but before long, Akira's attack overpowered all of theirs. The remnants of the flying slash continued toward the Big Mom Pirates, and while it was weakened, it still had considerable strength.

Brulee jumped inbetween the incoming flying slash and her brothers and sisters. Facing the mirror toward the incoming attack, Brulee absorbed the flying slash, before unleashing it back from the mirror and toward Akira.

DPR: 7. Mountain Level

As Akira's own flying slash flew back toward him, the Big Mom Pirates decided to flank him, hoping to overwhelm him from different sides. Charlotte Perospero and Charlotte Mond-d'Or ran toward Akira's right, while Charlotte Brulee, Charlotte Galette and Charlotte Streusen ran toward his left. Observing how Akira dealt with the remnants of his own attack, they waited to exploit an opening.

As all of that was going on, Sasaki was rubbing his chin, looking up at the large Poneglyph. Black Maria, Basil Hawkins and Ulti approached from behind, stopping a good ten meters or so away from Sasaki. They did not join in on the fray. After all, the alliance between Big Mom and Kaidou was quite loose at this point, and the Beast Pirates had no reason to jump into a fight just to avenger someone like Katakuri. Instead, they talked to Sasaki.

I remember you from Wano Kuni...

Black Maria said, licking her lips.

Who is this guy...?

Ulti asked. Hawkins, however, narrowed his eyes. He remained silent, almost as if he knew something. Sasaki rubbed the back of his head, his monkey tail flailing about playfully. He looked over his shoulder and toward the Beast Pirates, speaking with a nonchalant look on his face.

You guys don't know how to read this, right?

Sasaki said, asking an odd question.
