townies and 1 mafia member alive on a certain dayphase and lynched one of the 2 townies, and mafia has an FK at night, will the host declare mafia as the winner the same day?

He can if he deems it makes no point to prolonge it

But if said townie has an ability that change the outcome he wont stop it

How about if mafia doesn't have an FK? Will the host pursue another dayphase and let Rng decide on the winner or shouldn't it be in favor of mafia?

when its equal voting power mafia is favored most of the times otherwise its RNG

Isn't the core in mafia that you win when you outnumber town or reach the same numbers of town , game should end in mafia's favor ,that if it's only mafia vs town

I prefer rules be set up for there to be a winner, a draw is boring for those who invested time in playing.

BMG usually allows the role who starts with the lowest chance of winning the win in these situations.
