Kuvira leaped backwards to dodge the downward punch, before dashing in an arc quickly closing in on the woman once more. Once in range Kuvira would begin to unleash a flurry of punches while simultaneously circling the woman, her fists coated in black as she began to strike at multiple different points on her body.

The rays of the sun were still shining down upon the waters of the New World. Its elegant radiant is distorted around the pirate ship. Sea waves made the wooden ship dance through the beat. And then the wind from the east blew past the vessel. The sails fluttered to the west and then back. The sides of the ships were unrepairable at that point. And to make things worst, Sebastian's fall made Bryndi World display hostility.

Here came Sun Wukong, the man who defeated the Fishman. He set himself mid-air using the crazy technology of the olden age combined with the principles of the six. He danced around the ship, conjuring a mysterious cloudy road that almost engulfed the space surrounding the vessel. And as he named his enactment, he turned to Brynndi, declaring his intent unbeknownst to the captain of the crew. Not in the case of the sniper thought, for he alone possessed the ability to feel intent - foul or good, no escape. But the sniper would remain quiet and calm in this situation. He's in no position to intercept the chief. He watched and listened as the agent announced his motive. "........"

The agent landed on the wooden deck, a few meters apart from World. The chief listened with a scowl on his face. He let the agent finish before he addressed him mimicking the angelic facade the agent threw at him. His eyes beamed with innocence as he raised his two hands up in the air. "Please don't hurt my friends. Do you swear that if I turned myself in, nobody will suffer?"

"PROMISE MEEEEE!"

"And I shall take it!"

Meanwhile, Kuvira managed to evade the diving fist Nightin did. She grinned, knowing that she still had her ace. With a foul intent concealed beneath those swirly glasses, she waited for the young marine to close in and landed a barrage of punches against her. "Hehe...", she cursed under her breath. The sniper also smiled as he watched from the watchtower. He uttered, "Hmmfp. Gotchu..."

Kuvira circled and punched the woman simultaneously, a tricky attack indeed. But the woman is seasoned enough to know which defensive technique to devise in this situation. Quickly, she repeated the Twister-Twister she did earlier to hide her intent to poison the woman. With each and every ram of her Haki-coated fist, Nightin seasoned her left hand with the poisonous scalpel, meeting the fists of the woman with each and every blow. The physical attack was not that devastating but the effect of the poison would be felt after a while.

As Kuvira separated herself from her foe, Nigtin talked. "I am the crew doctor and I specialise in medicine and herbs. You do know what that means, darling?"

"Your skill also reminded me of someone from the prior generation. Your attacks are just like hers. Is this a coincidence?"

Who's the woman Nightin was talking about? Could it be? Let's wait for the young Marine's response.

Hunted: Enter the World Pirates - #6
@Gambit @Jojoclaw

The clouds as their background, Sun Wukong came face-to-face with the Captain. The agent was different than the ferocious zoo that made up Cipher Pol. The Humandrill’s past and lost shaped him such. A cell for your nakama. Sun was not acting, yet it would admittedly look contrast to the Government. Brynndi made an act, seemingly acquiescing to the offer. The tone was not as forthcoming as the agents, but the words were there.

Sun took a step forward, pulling out Seastone cuffs from his body, phasing out from mud.

[Sun Wukong] “You have my word. I will take yours as well.”

Sun Wukong questioned Brynndi, yet his nature as a Sage was one to see the best in people, even in his profession. The agent chose to believe the pirate, even with his reservations that had some of his guard up. The Humandrill slowly walked towards Brynndi, his hands holding the Seastone cuffs. He would look to secure the Pirate’s hands once close.

[Sun Wukong] “Once these go on your hands, we will process your nakama’s withdrawal.”

Worlds collided.

Kuvira listened as the woman spoke. What does her being the doctor mean in a situation like this? What was this riddle?

"Okay, i'll bite. What does it mean? And what woman do you speak of?"

After Kuvira asked her question she would once again rush the woman, her finger coated in black and she lunged her finger towards the womans chest, in an attempt to deal critical damage to her. The response to her question was second in priority, if she got an answer then so be it. Kuvira would continue to wonder what her profession had to do with this battle, how would being a doctor save her from this assault? Kuvira tried to shrug it off as these must be tactics to get into her head.

Wukong and Bryndi World
The agent boarded the wooden vessel and offered the World Pirate Captain terms. The latter accepted. May it be jest or truth was anyone's guess. The former advanced slowly with the sea prism shackles in hand. The infamous pirate wore a grin as he bowed his head partly ─ covered with shadows.

Wukong said:
“You have my word. I will take yours as well.”
What a fool! he thought. His maniac nature mocked the peace treaty the agent had offered. To think that he attempted to raid my crew with just a piece of pawn! This man's sanity is over the top!

The agent continued to walk and talk, ensuring the safety of his nakamas in lieu of his surrender. World's hands were still up in the air. The sniper changed the direction of his eyes from Nightin to World. The latter exchanged a glance with him. Seemingly gesturing something. Hagiri had two dice in his left hand and swiftly, he aimed to shoot World with these two by simply flicking the dice using the surface of his index finger. The two objects landed safely at World's two palms before he made fists. "You really thought I'd surrender to a weird creature like you? I don't even know what race you belonged to."

In rapid sequence, Bryndi encased the two dice with his Haki before using the same flick Hagiri did a while ago. This time, the Haki-imbued objects would be pointed in Sun Wukong's direction. The dice cut the air and whistled in its flight, growing 10 times larger before it reached his location. He uttered, "More-More Tenfold Dice..."

Kuvira vs Nightin
The battle between the two women continues. Two females from different generations. After Kuvira launched a multi-strike technique, Nightin defended herself using Twister-Twister but simultaneously dealing her scalpel infused with stamina-draining poison, hitting the fists of the woman without her knowing. After all, she only needed a minuscule scratch to commence its effect.

Kuvira said:
"Okay, i'll bite. What does it mean? And what woman do you speak of?"
"A certain someone from a distant past. She fought just like you did. Oh! How could I forget the name of the same woman who did this to me?", Nightin removed the glasses she was wearing and instantly revealed a scarred left eye. "She's a tough woman. Maybe even tougher than you are right now. You're nowhere near her physicality and a body adored by most men. I was jealous!"

In the midst of her talk, the young navy suddenly vanished from her location only to re-emerge in front of her. Shocked, the elderly did not have much time to react and half of the enemy's finger was buried into her chest. The woman coughed up blood and held the woman's attacking arm. "Her name was Suyin!", he yelled before slashing one more time using her scalpel to add more poison to her body before leaping backwards. Her knees shaking after that near-fatal blow. "Huff. Huff. Huff."

The Seastone cuffs. Sun Wukong would look to secure the Pirate’s hands once close. While wary of the pirate, the genuine soul wanted to believe this could be over without any bloodshed, and so Sun kept the faith. The Humandrill approached with cuffs in hand, as Brynndi put his hands up, signaling the white flag. Suddenly, the captain brought his hand down, having closed them. The man pointed the palms to the agent. Large dice blew towards the agent, who could do nothing more at this distance than cross his arms in an X in front of him. Bang!

The dice swept the agent off his feet, sending him thralling back against the ground. There was a subsequent moment of silence as the agent lay on the floor. Slowly and dramatically, the agent shook, slowly standing up, clearly in pain. The agent revealed the blood trickling from his arms, closed by mud. The agent panted. The pirate captain had broken his word. The agent straightened up and turned to Brynndi, after glancing over to the sniper who helped earlier, making wary of his position and movements.

The agent spoke with a sagacious tone, free of judgment.

[Sun Wukong] “I am a Humandrill, with no regrets on his decisions. You made yours today.”

Words that were free of judgment, but harbored a hint of threat. The man’s attitude changed to a more serious demeanor. The Humandrill spread his right arm to his side. From the palm, turned to brown mud, a long pole was birthed, caught by those hairy palms. The long pole, fittingly called Sarutobi, was spun dexterously in front of the agent. With a quick move, the agent presented it, turning his full body to Brynndi.

The agent was ready. The real fight was upon them.

Kuvira's eyes widened at the woman's words, she had fought Suyin in the past?

"Suyin you say? Funny you mention her, she's the woman that took me in and trained me personally. After all these years here I am to finish the job she left behind, she'll be delighted to know i've gotten you off the seas. She's currently retired, living a peaceful life, it's time you follow in her footsteps don't you agree?"

Kuvira eyes caught a glimpse of what the woman had in her hands during her previous attack, a scalpel. Kuvira looked at her hands and noticed several small cuts that lightly stung, the situation was becoming crystal clear.

"I also now know what it is you meant when you stated your profession. I'd guess that scalpel of yours is covered in poison of some kind. I'll end this battle here!"

Kuvira once more attempted to blitz the lady, using her superior speed to once more close the distance and deliver yet another Shigan towards the woman's chest, hoping to end this battle by putting a finger into her heart. If this managed to work, she would then attempt to go help Wukong in his battle.

Sun Wukong vs Bryndi World
The captain of the World Pirates tossed two dice towards the agent, amplifying its size tenfolds. The agent made a cross shield. The projectile rammed against his guard. After the latter skid backwards, World waited elegantly, his head held up high. The agent gathered himself from the dredge and spoke. World listened to the man before he exhibited his weapon of choice ─ a polearm. Twirling them around and forward, he conveyed a message to the world. The battle is on.

With a grin, the pirates around them took distance. And farther to the scene they cowered. Bryndi drew a couple of revolvers from his holsters and pointed them against the Humandrill. "I admire your spirit young humandrill. I heard tales about your race and copying abilities endlessly is an ability to fear. But I am fearless.", he said. Emphasizing the last four words with grit and resonance. His words resonated across the deck.

"I will not allow myself to fall to the government's hands once more. For the latter days of your organisation is NIGH!"

With that uproar, Bryndi, using his ability to amplify his speed would disappear and re-appear as he moved in circles. And the more he moved, the faster he became. And on the 6th revolution around Wukong, the pirate would re-emerge 2 meters above Wukong before firing his pistols once altogether. The bullets made their way out of the barrel as the recoil punched against Bryndi's palms. The bullets like the two dice earlier would grow 10 times bigger as they made their way towards his head. It's like a torpedo is being fired from near point-blank range.

"Moa Moa no Mi, tenfold gun!", he shouted.

Kuvira vs Nightin
Meanwhile, Nightin divulged a past to the young marine. She named a certain someone that wounded her left eye in the past ─ Suyin. Funny enough, destiny unfolded and Kuvira told her how she was related to the woman. "What a lucky day, brat! It's about time I bestow upon you my revenge against her. You should have kept that secret yourself!", she yelled at the top of her lungs.

"I also now know what it is you meant when you stated your profession. I'd guess that scalpel of yours is covered in poison of some kind. I'll end this battle here!"
"You're a brilliant kid. Unlike her. But your discovery of my secret method is futile. The poison is already flowing through your veins. There is no escaping it, even if you kill me here."

You only have a few minutes before your stamina is drained by my poison. The seas are meant for pirates alone., she thought.

But after that, the woman blitzed her. The next time she knew it, Kuvira was already in front of her and her finger held like a pistol was already on its way through her chest. "!??"

Surprised, Nightin could not do a thing but take the blow. The Shigan easily made its way through her body and if the woman would pull her finger, blood would squirt immediately. But before that, she coughed up blood, plenty enough to splatter onto Kuvira's face. "Gwaaa!"

Nightin's knees shook before they met the ground. What would Kuvira do in this situation? Go for the kill? It's only a matter of time until we discover her way of justice.

The battle was on. Brynndi World had focused his eyes on the interloper, on the Pol agent. A trick and a gambit (lol) knocked the agent down. Yet, the Humandrill was just getting started. With declaration grandiose, the Captain amplified his speed, running circles around Wukong, literally. However, agent was not perturbed. His sense of calm was a weakness at times, like when Brynndi caught him off-guard before. However, in the heat of battle, that calm is what made him so dangerous, able to steel his mind. Steel he did. The Humandrill followed what he could with his eyes, his mind-eye flaring. The agent’s reaction speed was so significantly superior, that when his eyes glowed red with precognition haki, the Sage was already on the move.

The bullets would crash into the deck, causing damage to the ship. The smoke cleared and showed no Humandrill. Instead, a voice came from behind.

[Sun Wukong] “Careful where you’re aiming. Your ship may break!”

Wukong had utilized Kamisori to appear two meters behind Brynndi, his hair whipping like thunder and set to touch the captain when those words were spoken. The hair, manipulated like snakes, moved in an attempt to wrap around and bind Brynndi’s arms, legs, and torso, tempered and hardened with black haki. In mid-air, the agent had the advantage. Assuming, but not deciding, it was succesful, the agent grabbed his hair and spun using Geppo. Like a cartwheel, the agent aimed to throw Brynndi against the middle of the top mast, where the sniper was perched. The blow would send Brynndi pummeling to the deck.

[Sun Wukong] “Kami Shibari: Holy Slam!”

The strength was such, Sun aimed to tear down the perch by blowing the mast’s body away and send the sniper tumbling down. Two birds with one pirate.

Kuvira breathed heavily as she looked at her downed opponent, blood splattered on her face from the woman's wound that she inflicted. As she stood over her opponent she felt a little bad, despite the battle for her life and despite the fact that she now had poison flowing into her veins, she could not help but feel sorry for her opponent. Kuvira inhaled deeply before exhaling slowly, hoping to further steel her resolve.

"I won't bother with you anymore, hopefully you survive to serve your time in prison. Think about your actions and how the choices you've made led you to this point. First your eye, then your dreams...both gone like ashes in the wind. Bear no hatred towards me, this outcome seeks anyone that stands before me..."

Kuvira would then walk away, her ears listening incase the woman managed to get up after the attack to retaliate, if she did so then Kuvira would kill her with no hesitation. While Wukong dealt with the captain and the sniper, Kuvira would start to dash towards the one named Byojack, seeking to restrain him.

Sun Wukong vs Bryndi World
Bryndi launched the initial strike by amplifying his speed using his devil fruit ability. As such, he used the same to magnify the size of the bullets fired from his pistols down to the agent. He thought he would be successful. But he was all wrong, the moment his bullets descended, the agent was already above him, 2 metres away to be precise. And from there, Wukong decided to capture him using his fortified yet manipulable hair. He bound his hair around his body before spinning like a top, slamming Bryndi's body against the topmast.

The sniper saw all this and quickly leapt to the other broken mast. At this time he saw the conclusion of the battle between the two women.

Back to the fight, Bryndi would find himself on the ground, coughing up blood after the crash landing. "Gwaaaah!". Quickly, he tried to rise to his full length but the pistols we had a while ago were no longer in his possession. "I must admit. That was a good one."

"Huff. Huff. I remember similar abilities my former comrades used against me before I was thrown for the first time in Impel Down. Some 20+ years ago if I recall."

The captain recalled the time when they were still happily sailing the world. It was all about adventure. No crimes at all. "We were just backyard boys playing pirates at the time but for some reason, the world government hated us, and blamed us as one of the reasons why the number of criminals across the globe kept on rising. It was not us, it was them: you yourself know who I am referring to."

And one unfortunate evening, we were ambushed by a fleet of combined Navy and your kind. It could have been escaped easily but I was young and raw. "I admitted crew only to betray me when things got worse."

"What exactly was our crime? I kept on asking that myself. Tell me. What did we do wrong!"
, his bellow addressed to the agent. But what would Sun Wukong tell him at this point? What kind of man he really is?

Kuvira vs Nightin
The elder woman downed at last. But much to her surprise, especially the watching sniper, Kuvira did not end her life. Perhaps, his vision of justice was just. Before turning around for her next target, the young lady marine left some words to ponder.

"I won't bother with you anymore, hopefully you survive to serve your time in prison. Think about your actions and how the choices you've made led you to this point. First your eye, then your dreams...both gone like ashes in the wind. Bear no hatred towards me, this outcome seeks anyone that stands before me..."
Nightin staggered to get up despite the fatal blow. But her knees were weakened, she could not even administer a drug to keep him in the game. But words would be shared, "What crimes?", she asked.

"F-for. Years. Huff. Huff. Our crew.", she continued to pant heavily until she finally managed to sit on the deck, pressing the wound she received. "It was all about adventures."

She then looked back at the first time their crew gathered and traversed the Grand Line. The brothers, Sebastian, and Gaimon, were so happy back then.

"We were young and full of dreams.", she reminisced. "We don't need to steal things from one island to another. Seeing the wondrous world was our sole dream. That's why we called ourselves such ─"

"We shall name ourselves The World Pirates!"
, Bryndi said full of joy.

"Why is that captain?", Sebastian asked like a 5-year-old brat.

"Because we will celebrate around the world as pirates and be known as the only ones to have reached all its cities and their secrets within."

"It was until the Government saw us as a potential threat to influence others. The fear of discovering something they feared being opened to the public. Until now, it is still a mystery why they would brand us as that."

"Gyaaah!"
, the old woman agonised over her pain. "Huff. Huff. Huff."

Hagiri finally stepped down, landing beside Nightin. "Don't push yourself too much Lady Nightin."

"Oh Hagiri, you are so adorable. I still recall the moment you showed me at the doorstep of our hideout. Back in the time, Bryndi was in jail."

Nightin reminisced when she went outside to grab something only to discover a six-year-old boy in front of the door. "A child? Sebastian! Hurry and fetch this little snot."

"Since then, we have treated you as a member of our family even though we kept on searching for who you might belong to. We don't care anymore. You will always be my son."

"Please stop talking. It would only worsen your case. Where's the regen drug? I will administer one for you."

"No need Hagiri, I have lived long enough to see you grow."
, he then grabbed the collar of the sniper and pulled herself into his ears. "Get out of here now. Gaimon is preparing something underwater. You must ge─"

"Lady! Lady!", the sniper hollered. After that, he gave Kuvira a death stare. A look that she wouldn't forget for killing the woman he loved so much his lifetime.

The agent landed softly on the deck as the sniper den fell. The sniper ran towards the young Marine, who had the old woman on the ropes. Sun Wukong decided to trust the young woman and decisively turned to the captain. The agent’s senses, however, lingered on the young woman, should he need to protect. She owed a debt to her sensei. To the task at hand, Brynndi recovered, now turning and speaking about the past. Mere pirates, he lauded. The Captain barked, emotional, demanding to ask what they had done to deserve chase.

There was a deliberate moment of silence. The agent’s face was not one of anger, but of empathy. With a soft voice, he spoke.

[Sun Wukong] “After you broke out of Impel Down, you and your men attacked a World Noble transport ship. They say it was revenge. But...”

Wukong let that last word hang in the air. The World Pirates had gotten locked in Impel Down for their wanton destruction. Their brand of freedom had become dangerous. After the jailbreak championed by the terrible La Spada, the pirates attacked the World Nobles themselves, claiming lives (source). One would expect a WG member to throw that back at Brynndi’s face. Yet, this man, this Humandrill, was different. His word “but” hung deliberately. Hung before he finished it, in deep thought.

[Sun Wukong] “But… who is to say that was wrong? Who is to say the World Nobles did not deserve a worst fate? Brynndi, I do not profess a champion of good. Good and evil are constructs used to divide us.”
[Sun Wukong] “Perhaps the crime is hunting you.”
Shocking words from one from the World Government, particularly the Pols. Sun Wukong had no illusions of heroics or grandeur. There was no self-proclaim of knowledge. A much more realistic approach hailed, one whom was torn from his duty and his heart. Yet, today, here, his mission was one.

[Sun Wukong] “There is one pendulum that does not swing with morals. Lives. We must preserve as many as we can. If I let you loose, destruction will follow, and lives will be lost. That must is clear.”
[Sun Wukong] “YOU PROVED THAT WHEN YOU CHOSE YOUR OWN FREEDOM OVER YOUR FRIENDS!”
A fact even the Captain could no escape. Sun did not need to judge Brynndi for his past crimes: he saw the most devious with his own eyes, the agent now with wounds to make him not forget.

Chest puffed, newfound will, the agent cocked his pole back, warning Brynndi. With a flurry of thrusts, stopping a few feet from him, several air blasts the size of a head flew like a lattice towards Brynndi, intent on blasting him. Activating the Heat Dial at the end of his pole, ignited and carried by the wind blast, the airblasts were drenched with fire, able to set ablaze the part of the ship Brynndi was on. The agent ran behind them, ready, mud forming on his back like a backpack.

[Sun Wukong] “Kazegon: Sarurobi Firehail!”

No more words.

Kuvira's heart sank to her stomach, it's previous location in her chest began to ache, a pain she had not felt in all her years of living. As Kuvira clutched her chest she would look back at the woman, now lifeless. The young man had a look of hatred in his eyes that would scare any normal person, it almost terrified Kuvira herself. That look in his eyes was more sad than anything else.

"I heard her loud and clear. Even if the world pirates were completely innocent...you all were just unlucky. As unfair as it is, that's the way things are in this world, always have been. Suyin told me how things are, the real reason she retired from the marines. She realized one day that the navy wasn't as good as she once believed in her youth. "

Kuvira turned to face the boy as he held nightin.

"One day, I will reform the marines from top to bottom. I'll change this world with my own hands, and not a soul will suffer under my watch, I swear it."

Kuvira exhaled deeply before inhaling once more, the gut wrenching pain in her chest had subsided for the time being.

"I never seen you kid. The sniper for the World's Pirates got away while we battled Nightin and Brynndi. If you take any actions against me or my partner, or if you try to get involved in the rest of the battle I will not overlook you..."

Kuvira could feel her heart start racing, her lungs slowly being squeezed and the air not coming as it had been. Was this the poison? Kuvira begun to pant and sweat as she stood there, her body feeling heavier and heavier by the second. Kuvira leaned against the rails of the ship, desperately trying to catch her breath.

Sun Wukong vs Bryndi World
Bryndi offered words from the past to Wukong and the man of justice shared his own. Dynamic against the diplomatic one. The infamous pirate accorded his ears to the agent before him. A moment of silence before the wind from the east blew past them. And now it's time to respond.

"You know nothing young man!", he claimed swaying his massive right arm backwards, a sign of dispute. "Everything that we did in the past was a fight to survive. We were hunted and feared. I might have killed innocent lives but it was a means to escape death. They were after the bounty the government put on my head. Everyone desired that 500 Million rewards."

Byojack listened from a distance and recalled the past before they were cornered by the forces of justice. "Brother...", he uttered under his breath. He looked back at the times when they were young. A promise from Bryndi, joyful and genuine. They both stood at the coastal area of a foreign mountain. Bryndi pointed his right hand at the endless horizon as the rays of the sun sprang forth its massive waters. "Brother, someday we will sail the seas. We will gather friends to board our ship and create a map of this world."

"You were a man who valued both friendship and loyalty the most."
, he continued to speak inaudibly. "We couldn't blame you for turning into a monster after your liberation from Impel Down."

The scene shifted back to Bryndi and responded to some of the agent's words, "I was betrayed by my own crew. I was so ignorant and imprudent, I couldn't see everything coming. Spies were implanted by your organisation into my own and braved this vessel to turn my men against me. All in exchange for freedom. But where were they now?"

"Can you blame a man to seek his revenge on the people who destroyed him!?"
, words thrown in agitation. His eyes glared at each word he cursed.

His voice booming, resonating across the vessel, "Branding me "Destroyer of the World"!

"That was all your fault I attacked the Nobles. I was meaning to lure all of you into catching me. But I am disgusted to see they only send two to respond to my evil. You are underestimating me. I haven't got weakened. I only got stronger after all those years!"

Bryndi readied his gear, bare knuckles and anger compounded with his vengeful willpower. Sun Wukong decided to end the talk. Before the agent blitzed, the pirate drew several bullets from his side pouch, keeping them inside his palm. And when the air and flame blasts were cast, Bryndi made a cross arm, powered with Haki to protect himself from the attack. He was pushed backwards, his feet ploughing the deck of the ship. Needless to say, enduring the heat cast upon him. There was a brief of obstruction between their paths and the pirate used this to mobilise his offence. In a rapid sequence, he threw all 8 bullets from his right hand towards the catapulting agent, magnifying its size 10 times. Haki coating all would-be massive bullets aiming to put the agent down. "More More Gojubai Ho"
More More Gojubai Ho (モアモア五十倍砲, Moa Moa Gojū-bai Hō?, literally meaning "More More Fiftyfold Cannon"): World throws a handful of bullets while enlarging them to 50 times their original size (making them comparable to cannonballs) at his opponent.

Whether or not it would be successful, he would use his devil fruit ability once more in order to increase his speed 30 times! Better than Soru it was. Circling Wukong, he would attempt to grab the Humandrill by the tail and increase the speed 50 times better. The same speed would augment the power as he tried to swing the body of the opponent as he did to him a while ago, blasting him against the railings of the barrened ship. "Gojubai Soku: Gekitsui!"
Gojubai Soku: Gekitsui (五十倍速 劇槌, Gojū-bai Soku Gekitsui?, literally meaning "Fiftyfold Speed: Furious Hammer"): World grabs his opponent and increases his speed 50 times his original speed and uses it to increase the power when swinging them around and throwing them into the ground.

The Sniper and the Marine
Hagiri gave the woman a death stare the moment she ended the life of the woman who cared for him. He was not moving an inch. He only listened to the words Kuvira said. A warning was issued. But that warning carried thoughtfulness within the woman. "If your organisation is tainted with black, then why do you continue to kill who you deemed criminals of the world? How can you change the morals of your troops if you cannot change the way you execute your own justice?"

"Killing begets killing. And the other end of the cycle would continue to spin the wheel just to create the same fate. It is going to be an endless timeline of revenge against each other."

Sniper rose to his full length. His red jacket fluttered against the breeze of the New World Ocean. His short smooth black hair did the same. A real beauty. In his right palm, were four marbles of elegant shades of red. He ground them as if he were about to crush them.

"If you really want to reform your ranks, you need to start killing those manning you from the top.", he said as he dropped the ground marbles onto the deck. The man is determined. But where does this determination go? The woman before him already showed weaknesses caused by the poison.

Hunted: Enter the World Pirates - #10
@Gambit @Jojoclaw

No more words. The agent and pirate were on two opposite sids of the spectrum. To debate who was right was as useless as deciding their place in the world. Lives were paramount. One could say that revenge clouded World's mind, but who would bear the mantle of judge? Thoughts once left to fester were thrown away, and Sun was focused on the task ahead, as World began to express anger. The man was blown back, yet he recovered, now with a counterattack. The agent had recently seen the bullets expand - he could guess what would happen next. What he did not expect, was World to disappear from his position, increasing his speed. Yet, his eyes glowed red, the intent of World giving him a premonition.

Sun's mind raced, his eyes veering about.

[Sun Wukong] This ability! He's too fast! Yet, he knows he will never defeat me with those projectiles. If I can tank the hit and get close-range... he won't be able to escape!
In response to the giant bullets, Sun lifted his arms, palms facing the bullets. Suddenly, his body tensed up, hardening to the levels of iron, birthed from his strength and muscles, covered whole. with invisible will. Tekkai Kenpo. The wood beneath him cracked as it showed the power and strength of the technique. The bullets hit the unmoving agent, causing the boat to rock. Yet, the agent was unmoved. Impossibly, the man did not move an inch. The bullets bounced off his body. They left imprints on his body which drew blood, causing the agent to scream out in pain, but they did not pierce deep. An unmoving force. A sitting duck. Almost as if the agent had made an invitation. An invitation World did not refuse.

World grabbed Sun's tail unhindered. When he did, the mud that had been forming since last post on his back, right above his tail, exploded.

[Sun Wukong] Got you! NOWWW!!!
Sun's body, including his tail, had exploded and multiplied into mud as the pirate swung with tail in hand. He'd find that the mud that was once the tail did not leave him, stuck on his hand. The pirate would find that mud, having quickly multiplied various times sought to wrap around him like a straight-jacket, encased with haki. The agent's strength was such he aimed to restrain the pirate. World was fast, yet that was all. Speed that would be useless at point-blank. Assuming, but not deciding, it was successful, two arms made of mud appeared on the hardened mud, pointing towards World. With no hesitation, the hands aimed to collide against World's chest and abdomen. By a quick movement at the end of the punch, a small shockwave would form. Shockwave to send both reeling back away from each other.

Kuvira listened to the boy speak, her eyes following the marbles that he dropped, his body language telling her that she would once more have to battle. This battle however would be different. Kuvira's body was slowly failing her, struggling to get her breath as she once did.

"Killing them won't solve anything, the transition needs to be natural, given up willingly. Like you said, killing just creates a cycle. Not to mention, those at the top are far from weak."

Kuvira stumbled as the boat rocked violent from Wukong and Bryndi's battle.

"Heed my warning...leave while you still have the chance. Abandon your captain and swim to safety with your fishman friend...I will not give you another chance. Take her and give her a proper burial."

Kuvira would start to stumble backwards, using the rail as support, her eyes locked onto the boy carefully watching his moves in anticipation.

Hagiri listened again to the woman's thoughts of fleeing this scene or she would consider him a captive at this point. But the 26-year-old sniper was lost in thoughts. He just lost a mother figure. But Kuvira's offer to bury Nightin was hard to refuse. It was an opportunity to start a new life. He was starting to believe that not all the Marines were blasphemous. At least, the one before him was just. As he watched her stumble backwards, she turned to Nightin. "There must be something that could turn the world upside down and restore the balance in this world. If revolution is the key to this, then I would devote myself to be part of it.", he said with those blazing eyes.

"But if I abandoned the captain, then it means that I also abandoned the rest of my friends aboard this ship. They are the only ones I ever consider my family."

The bullets Bryndi cast towards Sun Wukong erupted like cannonballs. The agent saw the projectiles and quickly, he rose his palms against the incoming while hardening them in response to the technique. The success of the attack could be seen from the way the deck of the ship had turned out. The captain already disappeared in front of the foe at this point, aiming to grab Sun's tail. And he did. But the moment he touched it, mud flared upon him, wrapping him in an instant. From that entrapment, a follow-up attack would be released by the agent. A duo of mud-made hands would take the form of angry knuckles diving fast against the abdomen of the World Pirate Chief. And as it rammed his body, a shockwave came bursting through, separating both from that entanglement. "GWAAAAAH!", Bryndi agonised as his body shot away from the point of collision, blasting against the railings of the tallest mast of the ship still untouched until now.

Bryndi would not rise again for the time being. Blood dripped from his temples and mouth. He could have used Haki to defend himself but his undying ignorance of the strength of foreign enemies and haughtiness put him in a dire situation. He staggered to move and only could use his right palm to assist his body to sit down. He heaved his head. He panted heavily. His vision of Wukong is blurred.

"Brother!", Byojack screamed as he sprinted, with his life support in tow. Hearing this, the captain quickly turned to him. "Stay out of this!", the rejuvenated pirate said. "All of you! Huff. Huff. Huff. You were the main reason why I was captured 30 years ago. You betrayed me. Left me all alone in the hands of the enemy. Had you all fought back, there was still a chance that I might survive the fall. But you were all cowards and traitors! I don't need any of you. I DON'T EVEN NEED YOU, BYOJACK! YOU HAVE ALWAYS CONTESTED MY DECISION! WHY? SO YOU COULD BE CAPTAIN OF THIS CREW I BUILT?"

"No brother! That's not true. We. We. escaped. We escaped so that we could try to rescue you."
, he said.

"And where were you for the last 30 years? I did not hear any attempt to break the prison until that Spada came to free most of us. If there's one pirate I owe my revenge, then it is her. Not you. Not anyone of you."

Byojack moved and closer he got to the Bryndi. "Brother... Forgive m─"

But alas, he could not even finish his repentance. For the brother he loved so much raised his hand against him, banging his mad fist coated with Haki. Slamming the head of the poor Byojack, he spiralled into the air and punctured the captain's den's door along with many other pirates who stood by. "I am beginning to think. That there could be rats amongst this crew again who tipped us all to this government."

He finally gathered strength to stand and he pointed his index finger to the pirate crews on his right side. "Was it you, huh?"

Then to another one. And to another one. Nobody was answering him. And with that, he vanished from their sights only to re-appear before them. Towering he was and mighty his single punch that slammed through the heads of the lowly pirates. Blood splattered on the deck and Wukong and Kuvira were witnesses to this madness.

Hagiri was the only one left there as the other pirates did their best to run away and dove into the ocean. The Sniper gritted his teeth. They were friends of his before this evil captain rejoined the crew. "Oh, it could be you! You have always been quiet since I returned here. And all you ever have are those binoculars of yours. Hagiri wasn't it? Where the hell did you come from?"

Bryndi was going insane. This is the perfect timing to give him one fatal blow. Would the agent go for it? Or resort back to his kindhearted words to try to pacify the situation.

Hunted: Enter the World Pirates - #11
@Gambit @Jojoclaw

Silence took the ship as the captain of the World Pirates fell back. Sun landed softly, the mud returning to his body. The agent panted heavily, his wounds from before opening up. The mud served as a bandage. The agent slowly straighten up, his eyes widening as the captain stood back up, fearsome in his plight. The captain began to scream, rummage, and threaten. His own brother fell victim. One after another, the captain punished his crew for his own trauma. Brynndi destoyed the ship, sending his crew flying, most jumping overboard. Sun watched in surprise, in shock. To have been pushed to this brink. This man was dangerous. A man shaped by the past, unable to get past it. Brynndi can back to deck, his rampage carrying to the young sniper and Kuvira, threatening them both.

A choice fell upon the Humandrill. The agent dropped his head, eyes in shadow. A single tear fell, as his feet hit the deck beneath him 10 times in the blink of an eye in a Kamisori.

Sun Wukong appeared above Brynndy, his pole drawn and held upwards, black as night with haki. Electricity and mud ran through the black pole. In a single movement from appearing above Brynndi and the next, Sun Wuong bought the pole downward towards Brynndi's head violently, aiming throttle him to the ground. If Brynndi looked up, he'd see a familiar sight. That movement, that pose, that attack. For a moment, Brynndi may be able to see Sebastian's face instead of Wukong's. Almost as if his own crew attempted to save their beloved captain from madness.

[Sun Wukong] "TTRRRIIDDDENNNTT SLAAAAAMMMM!!!"
The electricity may paralyze the body, while the mud would wrap around and Harden, in an attempt to restrain. Sea-stone cuffs were hidden in the mud, manipulated through the brown substance, aiming to be placed on the captain's hands in one swift movement. This attack was not one of force. The attack was one of emotion, using Sebastian as the vehicle. The technique the Wukong had copied from before in the sea, coming to calm the captain.

Sun would land softly, turning to Brynndi. The agent had held back as to keep the captain alive should it had connected. There was more Wukong had to say. Kuvira may be witness - she was not the only one trying to save the Government from the inside.

Kuvira watched as Bryndi seeped deeper into madness, her legs starting to buckle beneath her weight as she leaned against the railing. The man had snapped and started attacking his own crew, this man had become completely unhinged.

"This is the man you refuse to abandon? Madness has taken him over."

Blood would splatter on the deck, flying in the direction stopping just short of Kuvira. Bryndi would then direct his rage towards Hagiri, claiming he was a rat that led the marines here. As he accused Hagiri, Kuvira would push herself from off the railing, forcing herself to walk in between th path of Bryndi, facing him with a steely look in her eyes. Kuvira would not allow Bryndi to go on this rampage any longer.

Before Kuvira or Bryndi could do anything...Wukong would attack.

"Leave here NOW!" Kuvira screamed to Hagiri."

The finale is nigh. Bryndi World still managed to get up and dealt a submissive blow against his own brother. The man whom he built around this crew for adventure. But that adventure has ventured to another form of venting. All those negative feelings came rushing off his mouth. Foul and growling, his words resonated across the wasted ship. More from his crew suffered a fatal blow. And now, only Hagiri stood in front of him, accused of treachery by his own. In a baritone yet mature tone, Sniper articulated.

"Between the two of us, you're the one who ruined this crew. This FAMILY. Ever since you came back 3 months ago after that prison break, you started causing havoc across the seas, killing innocent lives. We have not done that for the last 20 years, we roam the seas, and that's why the government stopped hitting on us. And now, you killed many, challenged the government, and accused us?!"

At this point, Hagiri was furious as he strode towards Bryndi. He could not even respond anymore to the lady marine nor he cared about the presence of the strong agent of pol. Quickly, he drew the calibre from his right holster and was drag them in his stroll. Cocking the hammer once, he would point the barrel at the infamous captain of the old age. BUT.

With all the sadness brimming underneath the woken sun. The wordplay would end an era dear to some. He was hated above all. In a fair glimpse, the agent faded into the air space between the two remaining Worlds only to re-emerge upon Bryndi. The latter gazed at the Sun and alas, flashes of events cascaded in his memoir. From the time he and his brother dreamed of traversing the Grand Line to forming a team of elite 5. From the time they looted their first gold, to the moment they were hunted by the enemies. From the diary of shedding tears to the very moment, he stood right now. In his own eyes, Sebastian held a darkened trident, crackling with electricity. His eyes trembled not because of fear but because of failure to forgive. He closed his eyes as the mud tried to sneak into him. And in a perfect glide, the trident rammed his head, contorting his headgear before his eyes turned white.

The agent secured the victory.

Underneath the sea, Gairom finally hatched the real vessel of the crew. The one he created to free his captain a long time ago was never put to use. But now, it's time. The surface of the water crumbled before the steel tower of the ship puncture the hull of the wooden one, eradicating its lesser entirety. Here came the Groseade!

And as the ship banged the wood, the capsized started to sink while the rest of the fragments scattered in the sea. The bodies of their fallen ones would either float or sink. Hagiri leapt from one debris to another catching Nightin before she could even fall. But there's one more woman to save, and he would do so.

"Right here!", he said Kuvira as he reached his right palm to her while the left held the fallen. Regardless of Kuvira's decision, Hagiri had all the manners to grab the woman before jumping into the newly arrived ship.

Groseade was a massive ship that took the form of an artificial island. It was also similar to one of the Vampirates' Carriers. It consisted of smaller attachments on both sides and one on the front of the main body that served as its bow or figurehead ─ all covered with trees and buildings. The front had a spherical dome with the crew's jolly roger on the front, and housed cannons, including the ship's primary weapon, a giant cannon that, when combined with Byrnndi World's weapon-enhancing ability, has the destructive potential to destroy an entire island. There were engines and aircraft runways on the back.

Gairom roared, "HAGIRI! HEEEEERE!"

Hagiri followed and there, he saw the unconscious body of Sebastian. He could still be alive. "Sebastian!"

"He's good."
, the scientist concurred. "Now take Nightin down and leave this place."

With a fazed look, the sniper turned to him as he put down the two women. "What do you─"

"You heard me clear boy, leave. We don't need you here."
, Gairom said before pressing a button from the helm of the vessel. From the starboard, a decent-sized boat was unloosed, capable of bringing 3 passengers to the nearest island.

"I don't understand. I am part of this fami─"

"You're no longer a family. I am now the captain, and you're out. Ever since you came here, you have been a burden to us all. We could no longer perform the crimes we were destined to do because of you. We were supposed to be infamous and evil but for some reason, you gave us all bad luck. Go! You're nothing but a nuisance to all my projects. Just die away from here, I don't even want to hear you open that little lips of yours or I'll shoot."

Words. But inside his head, with every negative feeling he uttered, he recalled all the best memories he had with Hagiri. He remembered cradling the 6-year-old orphan, playing with him using his ability to create cubes, training him to use pistols, and teaching him how to repair ships. All those reminiscing, he translated to hatred. And it worked, for Hagiri bowed his head as tears started to burst. The old scientist turned away and look at the farthest horizon, holding all his emotions. The next time he spoke, he would mirror Hagiri's, devastated heart.

Sebastian finally woke up, "Hagiri."

The sniper turned, "Sebastian? Are you alri─"

The Fishman gave him a thumbs-up before closing his eyes once again. His aftermath would be left in shadows.

The sniper finally decided to get his feet on the boat after he gave Nightin his last farewell. "Goodbye Lady. I will never forget all your kindness. You, too Sir Gairom, Uncle Sebastian. I'm sorry Pop Byojack.", then he grabbed a piece of antidote from Nightin's white coat.

Kuvira had all the decisions to follow. Bryndi might still be with the agent at this point but Gairom would speak up. "You agent! Give me that bastard. We shall be the ones to end it. The era of the old was complete. It's for the next generations of cold to sprout. And I don't wanna be there to see it. I can only see chaos in the days to come."
