I heard there won't be one because it's a hassle to keep in check and the extra plugin takes time and money or so. If you want to show your avatars or give them as GFX you can make an own gfx thread for your works I think. Look at the rules in the specific section

The comments on Youtube are hilarious as long as someone stays an observer and does not start posting in the comments. If he/she posts they will get sucked into the toxic environment.
I don't mind the funny ones too much, it's more the people who are posting there just to be mean to the content creator or the other community members that really annoy me.
I find these mean comments to be rare when I use Youtube. Most of the time I see supportive comments. I think the mean comments get hidden or deleted.
Yes they try to remove them when they get them but they still existed. There are some people who also just leave them up.
