Well if Zoro replaces it with Shusui it should be supreme grade to serve as a powerup.

Being a black blade has nothing to do with the grade.
I mean Murakomugiri(WBs Naginata) has a supreme grade blade without being black.

I also wonder what making his other swords permanent black blades will do for Zoro in terms of a power up (how this will make him even stronger) and in a duel with a high level opponent as well. Because he's already able to imbue his blades

It's one of the 12 in my opinion. My reasoning is Enma is a family heirloom of the royal family of the sword nation. It's only feating it's a top-class sword.

Well, Wado Ichimoji is a O Wazamono grade, same grade as Shusui and it is not a Kokuto. I don't think that Enma has to be a Kokuto in order to be a higher tier sword than Shusui.

I agree Enma doesnt have to be a blackblade. Thats why the sword will be slightly different more to a scale of whitebeards naginata. Just super sharp and ancient but not massively imprinted like Shusui.

Shusui is valuable it was never stated that Shusui is utterly strong.

It was implied Ryuuma made the blade black himself. Shusui was not always black. Plus WB sword is one of 12 best blades and it is not black so...

I expect no less than a Supreme Grade Blade, given it injured a Yonko. Would it have been necessary to hype this sword that much if it was "just" one of the 21 blades ? I'm not sure.

With latest reveal of a second Oden sword are probably both of the 21.

But only Enma Is hyped af since he scarred Kaido.

So Is plausibile that Enma Is One of the 12 and other Is One of the 21.

Yeah it's weird but I think he's thinking about the black blade part that Onimaru mentioned and Mihawk said in timeskip. Also maybe he respects (or likes ) Hiyori and is willing to agree. He might get Shusui back once he shows Wano his true capabilities.
