Has nothing to do with the 121+ tier tho. No fruit besides the gomu/nika gives the user gears or works the way Luffy's fruit does.I believe no MZ has a 5 turns cool down after use too. Ain’t no fruit Z class too.

You cannot make an opponent do that with the nerf. You can be as creative as you want. To defeat an opponent in 5 turns or less is not possible. What type of worthy opponent loses after only 5 turns ?

If you write down what the nika has compared to all the other zoans now giving it even more will make it super strong.
Hell we don't even know yet what it'll get more as Luffy's mastery over it increases down the line.
