It cost like 20 bucks :weirdpeep:
I thought it was something that you installed onto your shower. I can't make changes to the house by installing new appliances since it's a rental.

And I was like f* dude u r not even using a mask and were talking closely with your colleagues...
And the most importantly.....we r in a remote town...there is not even a railway here .
Haven't Wasted my money and traveled 200 KM to hear that shit

Reporting in from Florida here, where I live is pretty quiet, some things are starting to close, and have to go to a few different places to find everything I need, not horrible. I believe things will start to balance out in a couple of months, at least I hope.

I think 1-2 days left till lockdown in Germany.
Wow . That will be crazy . I hope everything calms down . One of my friend was freaking over influenza , I was like that happens every year . Der Spiegal reported something, he was like "We all gonna die" . People are panicking a bit too much .

As the title said.
For me, I planned to visit Singapore earlier this month but I didn't have enough time and my friend discouraged me to do so due to corona.

Also my friend who is planning to visit china this summer has to cancel her trip due to coronavirus.

I met someone who was in Guangzhou last January. But she said that corona wasn't really a problem there at that time so I thought it is fine with me and she sounded very okay.
Tbh I think this thread should be more broad. Something like "Tell us your COVID-19 story" or "How has COVID-19 impacted you?" It's fine as it is though.

For me it hasn't impacted any travel plans. I was going to meet my wife in Singapore or Japan in late March but we decided to take care of our respective debts first before vacationing. Just neighboring curfews and social gathering restrictions so far (i.e. no more than 10 people in a workplace with the exception of law enforcement/fire department/power plants, etc...)

What was interesting is that a mutual friend of mine was studying for a biotech Masters in Trento Italy when the place went into lockdown. He was actually helping to find a cure at his lab internship when the quarantine went into effect.

Also, my wife who is currently in Indonesia has things worse right now than where I am (Florida USA). She is taking care of her diabetic 70 year old father and was in the middle of multi-day doctor visits when a patient at the hospital her father has to go to ended up testing positive for coronavirus. The guy escaped as he didn't tell anyone when he was there. Now my wife has to bring my father in law to a known COVID-19 positive site for treatment. I just pray that they both make it through this...

One for the Germans.
(Minister of Bavaria says Hairdressers have to keep a min distants of 1.5 meters)
With death/infected count that Deutschland has you still don't have total quarantine? Everything is closed here but some stores and pharmacies, borders closed, international, long distance and ALL public transportation closed. I got stopped by a cop today for going to a market that's 50 meters from my place and asked not to leave the house. We're a minute away from total lockdown/police clock.

Yeah Germans are still chilled. But some regions doesn't have a big count.
Corona hit the south and the west and Berlin. Other regions are fine.
Based on low deathrate it is expected that Germany that there is only a low number of unreported cases.
