So I am back home in India for the semester break and in Germany there is hell being raised . I was to return in April 9th , but let's see what happens.
All kinds of misinformation flying around.

Scientists may be working around the clock but to create a vaccine one has to be cultured and to do that you need a minimum of 8 months. I'm guessing that when it started spreading around China some folks decided to get started on studying the virus so 6 months from now there *might* be a vaccine.
But the vaccine created will only be good for the same strand of Corona as we're seeing now.
And as we all know... flus evolve every season....

Pharma concerns used to be greedy for money. Currently EU is trying to make a deal with them, but since it already spread through the News I hope they go with EU for damage control. Doubt they gonna risk massprotests, but who knows Money reigns the world

Chickens being used in everything now a days .

They would even publish what they did wrong if their theory did not yield results . They just want to publish . The number of papers published by even a upstart researcher/professor is too much . I remember one of professors saying we could write paper on topics he was covering in one class , I counted more than a dozen times he said "Oh! you can a write a paper on it ".

That's because they need to hide the other news . They are reason people are showing symptoms without having even a flu. Causing mass hysteria in a country of a billion , what the fuck are they thinking .
It's geezers that died all over the world . Also you have to expect these much blacklash from nature when we are being the most invasive species ever that too by a big margin .

Like for real, shops all over are all empty with folks fighting over tissue paper. Like i overheard some woman who's in her 30's scrambling for stuff like she's going into lockdown and what not. She was like i am getting everything to stay locked inside for 6 months purchasing 20 bags of tissue and what not. Like wtf.

Simply you get it, you get it. If your under 50 there will be a higher chance we can tolerate it but those over 50 should take priority and those in care homes and sickly.

A cure likely to be distributed around Christmas / New Year according to rumours and gossip. But priority shouldn't be the US but in generic all those who are over 50 and esp those who are elderly or sickly.

Most people around me aren't panicking about getting it. They are panicking about spreading it to their immunocompromised friends and family. And most hospitals here only have at most 20 beds available.
Though... they are buying up everything with the expectation that the supply distribution will get delayed... and now the supply distribution seems like it is no good because next shipment of goods isn't due til tuesday and every shelf is empty at the stores.....

the DIY tattooing scene is taking a heavy hit right now. All my friends and I have had to cancel or postpone travel plans to tattoo in other cities for the next couple months. It is impossible to get any clients right now (especially for those of us who only tattoo maybe three to five clients a month).
My roommate and I also can't work from home and aren't making any money right now.

I had planned to visit a friend dying of cancer this May. It might be the last chance I would have--but with no prospects of coming out of this with anything but more credit card debt, I can't yet see a way forward with my travel plans.

pro tip: try RV-paper (toilet paper rolls that are slightly smaller and easier to flush than regular rolls). In the US, places like Wallmart carry it in their Auto Care section for cars and campers and not in the paper cleaning products section. This is what I had to do lol.
