Since 7 Townies are not many my guess is (because a three player Mafia is really week, so should be 4 scums) and the opportunity is too great to not put new Indie roles in the game that we might be dealing with 2 Anti-Town and Anti-Mafia indie roles.

That should follow the Classic Mini setup which goes like this:

9 Townies.
1 SK.
1 Witch.
4 Mafia.


But we only have 14 players and assuming Naomi is Town for balance reasons we might only have 7 Townies, 1 GA and 6 scums.

8:4:2 ratio instead of 9:1,5:4,5 sounds good enough (the ,5 is Witch since Witch can win with every scum).
