Does that mean he did fight against Weevil?
Or maybe he planned to protect the village from Weevil, until he heard the news of Shicibukai's abolishment.
So he decided that he had nothing to worry about, and went to assist Luffy.

These recent chapters just introduced & re-introduced almost everyone involved in the war.
I hope we get to see the bounties of F6 and King during this war. At least, King is a must.

And with the way things go so far, there's a chance PageOne will go down first if he 1v1 Luffy.
He's tanky AF, so Luffy practicing his advanced armarment on PageOne before facing Kaido makes perfect sense.
Ironically, if PageOne does go down first...it kinda fits his name.

Just notice the guards ship has a huge pineapple besides it fits with Marcos head it also reminds me on the giant egg on the Jolly Roger

Another interisting thing for me was that Onigashima doesn't seem to be the original name of that Skull Island

His words kinda implied that island used to have a different name, or at least more stories behind it that we don't know yet.

but I think Page One and Ulti are the odd ones out

For me that letter just looks like it's forshadowing a massive loose I'm kinda worried tbh. Anyways pretty solid chapter. Momo's on the cross next chapter.. This show get darker the more it goes further, I really love it!

Oda always planned for Marco to arrive, he only added that Scene where Marco hesitates to Go and told Neko to deliver a Message so that we Fans won't be sure if he does show up or not. In other words it's just a Story Technique to keep Fans excited when they do confirm his return

Yes, now we know the Locations of most Flying Six, Apoo, Queen, BM, Kaido & Orochi & Kanjuro & all Luffy's Side
So next we should have appearances of Jack & King with his Bounty, Yamato meating Jinbe & Robin most probably, Drake whereabouts (Could be meeting Law when they dock or spying on something), more Numbers here & there, maybe proper Introduction for Orochi's best Samurai (That guy leading his Samurai Guards), return of Hawkins & possibly late arrival of BM Pirates

You found them suspicious because they're not loyal to Kaido, as I mentioned in my theory about "Kid's new crew members" they are not loyal to Kaido since all of them have their own reason to be part of Kaido's crew, they have no interest to fallow Kaido nor his ideology, they are using Kaido's resources to achieve their goals and as soon as Kaido becomes useless for them they will betray him.

I don't think the way Oda portrays Flying Six is to show us that they will betray Kaido, but it's more like he can explain how each of them takes a separate direction once Kaido is no more, this way they are more like Independent Characters that Oda can use freely in Story and not just Characters tied to Kaido's appearance, i also like the fact that they all seem young reminding us that Eleven Supernova aren't the only super Rookies out there, just like there are Cavendish & Bartolomeo introduced in Dressrosa, there are also these Flying Six.

PS: Denjiro and that Panel where he shows his Back reminds me of Game Samurai Showdown's Character that looks just like him

I know that it's probably Izo since we don't see him on the page, but the clothe of that character talking to Marco is similar to the one that the guy with Crocus wore. I have hope that that guy is not Izo and actually someone from Roger's crew since they wanted to help Oden from the beginning, so it would be quite nice to see some of the Roger crew members helping Momonoske now.

I don't want to disappoint you but the guy clearly said in Chapter before this one that he didn't see Marco like this since the War
So even if we ignore everything, this still proves he is Izo

Only people that could visit Crocus are Oden, Izo or one of the Scabbards/Kozuki Family who wanted to meet Roger Pirates like Ace wanted to meet Shanks

However we know where each Scabbard was these past years, Izo doesn't match the Design and Oden is dead for 20 years
So who is it really?
The only possibility is that he is actually Scopper Gaban, the hair definitely matches and Oda used the Hat to threw us off, it's possible that Scopper wears it because he likes it (Just like Oars Jr.) after he visited Wano with Roger Pirates & learned how to make it

Great chapter! If I had any points to make..

I find it very interesting that Black Maria sympathised with the beaten up Momonosuke and even let him rest on her before Orochi snatched him. Maybe it’s just her personality but maybe she has a heart.
Furthermore, wow, how ruthless of Kanjuro to do Momo like that, and it’s even more ruthless Orochi wants to crucify him... but it’s to be expected.
I wonder who will come to Momo’s aid.. or if he can do it himself...

Secondly, Marco’s statement on Onigashima’s name seems to be very important.

Thirdly, it’s interesting to note that BM who has the absolute power over people afraid of her is going after the biggest cowards on the crew. If her powers don’t work on her it would be awesome seeing Usopp/Chopper remaining brave in the crucial moments.

Are we going to see Nami and co. vs Prometheus? Zeus vs Prometheus? Will Zeus betray Nami? Where is Sanji?

I hope to dear God Sasaki can break out of those cuffs... he is hyped as one of the two strongest F6... only makes sense if it’s sea stone cuffs and he is a DF user.
