The group of Revolutionaries tried their hardest to not be even more surprised when the man said he had a letter for them. They take it off their back and hands it to Charlie, who could barely hold it due to its size.

"We will read it and get back to you in a few minutes" Henry manages to keep his composure as he talks, signaling to Charlie and the rest of the group to follow him; he heads to a spot a fair distance from the dock so they can read the letter without him hearing the discussion.

Unfolding the letter, Charlie places it on the floor and the group gather around to read it:

The giant from Twin Peaks wants to ally with us? Henry remembers him when they went to the lighthouse near the entrance of the Grand Line; you dont forget someone like that easily.

Looking at the rest of the group, he addresses them "While we could say yes to the agreement we will have to confirm with Jade and Kellan at least, for now I think we should say we will pass it onto our superiors and give a message back after we do."

The groups starts murmuring and discussing what to do; the First Mate might not like that answer much, and clearly was more powerful than them. They also might not be able to contact Jade or Kellan which might be a problem too.

The group of revolutionaries which had been discussing amongst themselves out of ears reach suddenly stopped and turned and walked towards Minuano. As they got close enough he was told that no one currently on the island had the authorization to make any drastic decision and such they would forward the letter to their superior.

What do you guys take us for...? We don't have time for the letter to be sent and wait even more for a reply. Contact someone on the den den mushi with a higher rank than yours and make sure they have a definite answer to the letter. Minuano looked irritated as he spoke to Henry. He turned around as he finished his sentence and walked back towards his ship and continued I will be on the ship, notify my men as soon as you've been in contact with your superiors to let me know.

Henry winces after hearing the First Mates reply, he didnt take their reply well at all. As he walks back to his ship, the Revolutionary headed back to the rest of the group and relayed to them what he said.

"And what are our chances of being able to contact Jade or Kellan? Didn't they go off to investigate an island?" Charlie raises the question most of them were thinking

"We will have to just try and see, worst case scenario we can tell him no one answered; not much we or him can do about that." Henry tried to be diplomatic, which seemed to help the group relax a bit. Asking for someone to fetch the Den Den Mushi that linked to Jade's, Henry prepares to call and explain the situation.

Not wanting to waste any more time on an errand mission, Minuano told Knoll and Tott while they were walking towards the Floating Straw to remain on the island and set up a base of operation for the crew.

I cannot wait for them to get a reply from their superiors so I'd like for the two of you to remain on this island and set up a base for us and be the contact point for our crew and the revolutionaries. I need to return to our archipelago.

With that he boarded the ship and shouted out orders to the rest of the crew who had remained aboard to prepare the ship for the voyage back home. Remaining on the dock was now Knoll and Tott who slowly walked back from the dock towards where the revolutionaries would be.

An island that was unusual in the Grand Line with large mountains shaped like cacti, though that was just outer shell of what was within the juices and sweetness of Whiskey Peak. With every day and night parties of non-stop fun, where drinks would always be cup full and food will always go around.

The island itself is the land that under the territory of the Revolutionary Army, Henry the Revolutionary Army officer who was last heard building fortes and buildings for the people.

Two structures stood outside with a overhead like bridge built, these were the lookout. There was a few soldiers that stood stand watch since the last to arrive sent shivers down their spine but were glad nothing came of it.

Ryu-Shin, The Reaper of CP-9, stood at the head of his ship looking at the Island before him. He wore his usual black tuxedo and silver tie, but his handsome face was obscured with a mask with a golden motley design as his black hair cascaded down his face and back. It's mounds shaped liked cactus and its terrain was indeed strange and foreign to Ryu, but it was of little consequence to him. The marine soldiers he had taken with him hurried about, loading their guns and readying their swords for the upcoming assault. A base for the Revolutionaries cannot be allowed to stay in operation, he thought. It's very presence was an insult to the World Government.

Jacque! Mary! Front and centre! He called to his companions. The two marines who had been training under him, learning Rokushiki ran to his position, giving a rigid salute. The assault shall begin on my mark, you are to stick close to me. And do exactly as I order. He informed as his hand glided over the handle of his sabre, its sharp call begging him for action.

YES SIR! They shouted in reply, they knew this mission wouldn't be easy.

The Marines and CP-9 agent descended onto the island. This wasn't supposed to be a mission of stealth, it was a mission of annihilation. The orders Ryu-Shin were given were very clear. Rip the revolution out, root and stem. The orders echoed in Ryu's mind, as he spotted several Revolutionaries who seemed to be doing nothing more than idly chatting.

SORU! He said as he charged with blinding speed toward the revolutionaries he saw, appearing again before them. Shigan! He calmly said as he used his finger tip to attack the first one deftly and swiftly.

Ryu began strolling through the chaos, a smirk behind his mask. Yes.... Run. Give me a game, a chase. This mission wouldn't be fun without it. He thought to himself. He saw a Revolutionary cowering behind cover and deftly leapt over. Why hello there, traitor. Mind directing me toward your boss? I need to have a few words with them.

Meanwhile the inner city of whiskey peak began its cosplay party, whilst the Revolutionaries had fled the area far North east escaping the upcoming confrontation.

What?! What nonsense is this? He thought to himself, an incredulous look on his face. No matter. This is but a minor setback, the Revolutionaries are on this island, the intel is always correct. His face went back to a blank expression underneath his mask.

I am sorry sir, I apologise. There must have been a mistake. You can carry on now. He said as he slowly walked over to one of his men.

Set up a defensive perimeter around the town, we will occupy this place and send out scouts.

Seeing the surprise of the strange man, had the civilians who were dressed up in their cosplay a little creeped out. Though another dressed as Gol D. Roger would wave at the man "Hey you wanna join us its an all night party?"

Though as that would happen many flocked to attend afterall this was the greatest party, well one of the many where the drinks wouldn't stop and women were like fine wine.

Whilst not that far ahead was a member bearing a crest, dressed in typical summer wear and holding a beer bottle. *Hic* "Hey everyone get your party on"

This man was none other than a member of the Baroque works and a member of the millions.

Ryu eyed the woman suspiciously. It wasn't a surprise that he was approached, but he was not here to socialise.

"That will not be necessary, madam. I can pay for my own."

He briefly glanced at the woman before looking around the tavern again. He didn't want to miss out on any sort of suspicious activity... Unless of course, this woman could tell him.
